Two new phenylalkanoids, 5-hydroxy-1-(4',5'-dihydroxy-3'-methoxy-phenyl)-decan-3-one and 1-(4',5'-dihydroxy-3'-methoxy-phenyl)-dec- 4-en-3-one, were isolated from the rhizomes of Chinese ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe (Zingiberaceae)). The structures of these new phenylalkanoids were elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.  相似文献

Two new homoisoflavonoids, (E)-7-methoxy-3-(4'-methoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (1) and (E)-7-hydroxy-3-(3',4',5'-trimethoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (5), along with three known homoisoflavonoids (Z)-7-hydroxy-3-(4'-methoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (isobon ducellin) (2), (E)-7-hydroxy-3-(4'-methoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (bonducellin) (3) and (E)-7-hydroxy-3-(2',4'-dimethoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one (4) were isolated from the whole plant of Caesalpinia pulcherrima. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated by electron impact mass spectrometry (EI-MS) and 1D and 2D-NMR spectral studies. Antimicrobial activity of the new compounds was evaluated.  相似文献

Microbial metabolism of the cancer chemopreventive agent, curcumin [(1E,6E)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)hepta-1,6-diene-3,5-dione] (1) with Pichia anomala (ATCC 20170) yielded four major metabolites, 5-hydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptan-3-one (2), 5-hydroxy-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptan-3-one (3), 1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptan-3,5-diol (4), 5-hydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3-one (5) and two minor products, 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3,5-diol (6) and 1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3,5-diol (7). The structures of compounds 2-5 were established on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 6 and 7 were assigned tentative structures.  相似文献

Two new polyketides: 2Z-(heptadec-12-enyl)-4-hydroxy-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-2H-chromen-5(6H)-one (1) and 2-(heptadec-12-enyl)-5-hydroxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromen- 4-one (2), together with eleven known compounds: 4-hydroxy-2-[(3,4-methylenedioxy- phenyl)tridecanoyl] cyclohexane-1,3-dione (3), oleiferinone (4), 4-hydroxy-2-[(3,4- methylenedioxyphenyl)undecanoyl]cyclohexane-1,3-dione (5), 4-hydroxy-2-[(11-phenyl- undecanoyl)cyclohexane-1,3-dione (6), proctorione C (7), surinone C (8), 5-hydroxy- 7,8,4'-trimethoxyflavone (9), 5-hydroxy-7,8,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone (10), 5-hydroxy- 7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavone (11), 5,8-dihydroxy-7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavone (12) and cepharanone B (13) were isolated from the whole plant of Peperomia dindygulensis Miq. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 2D-NMR techniques. Compounds 2, 3, 5 and 8 inhibited human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) proliferation and compounds 5 and 8 sharply suppressed HUVEC tube formation.  相似文献

Two new neolignan glucosides, bidenlignasides A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the whole plant of Bidens parviflora WILLD. The structures of the two new compounds 1 and 2 established to be 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-[5E-(3-hydroxypropenyl)-3-methoxy-2-O-beta-D-glucosyl)phenyl] propan-1-one and 3-{3-[1,3-dihydroxy-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propyl]-4-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl}-allyl-O-beta-D-glucuside, respectively, on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. Compounds 1 and 2 were found to inhibit histamine release from peritoneal exudate mast cells induced by antigen-antibody reaction.  相似文献

综合运用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱技术对药用植物巴戟天内生真菌Trichoderma spirale A725的次生代谢产物进行分离纯化,得到6个聚酮类化合物,采用多种现代波谱技术确定其结构,分别为:6-羟基-4-异丙基-1,8-二甲基螺环[4.5]癸-1,8-二烯-7-酮(1),2-羟基-2,5-二甲基-7-氧代-5,7-二氢-2H-呋喃[3,4-b]吡喃-4-羧酸(2), 3-乙基-4-羟基-6-甲基-二氢-吡喃-2-酮(3),苯乙内酯A (4), 3-羟基-5-(4-羟基苄基)二氢呋喃-2(3H)-酮(5), 4-乙酰-3-羟基-6-甲基吡喃-2-酮(6).其中化合物1和2为新化合物,化合物3为新天然产物.此外,利用四株肿瘤细胞株(Hep G-2、MCF-7、SF-268及A549)对化合物1~6细胞毒活性进行评估,结果表明化合物1~6对上述肿瘤细胞均无明显的细胞毒活性.  相似文献

The enantiomers of 5-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-cyclopent-2-en-1-one, a novel anticancer agent, were separated by derivatisation with caronaldehyde, separation of the resulting diastereoisomers of the corresponding esters by silica gel column chromatography and regeneration of alcohols (S)-5-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-cyclopent-2-en-1-one and (R)-5-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-cyclopent-2-en-1-one under aqueous conditions. The absolute configuration of the enantiomers was determined by 1H NMR studies of the corresponding Mosher esters. Alternatively, the enantiomers were separated by preparative HPLC to collect the (S)- and (R)-5-hydroxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-cyclopent-2-en-1-ones with high purity which was comparable with that obtained by the chemical method. A new butanolide, 3β-((E)-dodec-1-enyl)-4β-hydroxy-5β-methyldihydrofuran-2-one (1) and four known butanolides: Akolactone A (2), (3Z,4α,5β)-3-(dodec-11-enylidene)-4-hydroxy-5-methylbutalactone (3), (3E,4α,5β)-3-(dodec-11-enylidene)-4-hydroxy-5-methylbutalactone (4) and dihydroisoobtusilactone (5), were isolated from the aerial parts of Lindera akoensis. These butanolides showed in vitro anti-inflammatory activity decrease the LPS-stimulated production of nitrite in RAW264.7 cell, with IC?? values of 1.4-179.9 μM.  相似文献

(7-Hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)-acetic acid hydrazide (2) was prepared from (7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)-acetic acid ethyl ester (1) and 100% hydrazine hydrate. Compound 2, is the key intermediate for the synthesis of several series of new compounds such as Schiff's bases 3a-l, formic acid N'-[2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H- chromen-4-yl)acetyl] hydrazide (4), acetic acid N'-[2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4- yl)-acetyl] hydrazide (5), (7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)-acetic acid N'-[2-(4- hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-2-oxoethyl] hydrazide (6), 4-phenyl-1-(7-hydroxy-2- oxo-2H-chromen- 4-acetyl) thiosemicarbazide (7), ethyl 3-{2-[2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H- chromen-4-yl)-acetyl]hydrazono}butanoate (8), (7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)- acetic acid N'-[(4-trifluoromethylphenylimino)methyl] hydrazide (9) and (7-hydroxy-2- oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)acetic acid N'-[(2,3,4-trifluorophenylimino)-methyl] hydrazide (10). Cyclo- condensation of compound 2 with pentane-2,4-dione gave 4-[2-(3,5- dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-oxoethyl]-7-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one (11), while with carbon disulfide it afforded 7-hydroxy-4-[(5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)methyl]-2H- chromen-2-one (12) and with potassium isothiocyanate it gave 7-hydroxy-4-[(5- mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)methyl]-2H-chromen-2-one (14). Compound 7 was cyclized to afford 2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)-N -(4-oxo-2-phenylimino- thiazolidin-3-yl) acetamide (15).  相似文献

4-Ethyl-1-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-oxa-1-boranaphthalene (4) is formed in 78% yield from the reaction of 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-phenylbutan-1-one with an of excess boron tribromide in dichloromethane followed by treatment with water. Reaction of 4 with iodine in aqueous sodium hydroxide gives a second oxaboracycle, 3-ethyl-1-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-2,1-benzoxaborolane (5). The X-ray crystal structure determinations of both boron heterocycles are reported. Other new compounds reported are 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(1-hydroxyphenyl)-butan-1-one (6), formed by reaction of 4 with alkaline hydrogen peroxide, and 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(2-biphenyl)-butan-1-one (8), formed by coupling of 4 with bromobenzene in the presence of Pd(PPh3) 4.  相似文献

The syntheses of new liquid crystalline compounds containing β-hydroxy-, β-chloroketone and α,β-unsaturated ketone moieties are described. The key intermediate 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxyoctan-1-one was obtained by the hydrogenolysis of the heterocycle in 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-pentyl-2-isoxazoline. Dehydratation of the intermediate β-hydroxyketone led to 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-oct-2-en-1-one. Reaction of 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxyoctan-1-one with hydrochloric acid yielded 1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-chlorooctan-1-one. The target liquid crystalline compounds were synthesized by the esterification of these phenols with corresponding acids. The relationships between the moiety type in the terminal chain and the liquid crystalline properties are discussed.  相似文献

An extract from the knotwood of Abies sibirica (Siberian fir) was studied by HPLC, NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry with the goal to identify new sources of phytoestrogens, which are promising medicinal agents, and to obtain new representatives of natural compounds of the indicated group. The following compounds were found in the extract and identified: 2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-4-[1-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)methyl]tetrahydrofuran (1), 5′-(7-hydroxymatairesinyl)-5″-(7?-hydroxymatairesinol) (2), 2,3-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)butane-1,4-diol (3, (?)-secoisolariciresinol), and 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-5-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-4-(hydroxymethyl)dihydro-furan-2(3H)-one (4). Compound 2 was previously unknown.

A new natural diarylheptanoid, designated muricarpin, together with four diarylheptanoids were isolated from the rhizomes of Amomum muricarpum Elmer (Zingiberaceae) growing in Vietnam. Three known compounds, 1,7-bis(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)heptan-3-yl acetate, 1-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-7- (3″,4″-dihydroxyphenyl)heptan-3-yl acetate and 1-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4″-hydroxyphenyl)-heptan-3-one were isolated for the first time from the genus Amomum, meanwhile (5R)-5-hydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-heptan-3-one was found for the first time in plants.
