Density Functional Theory method is applied to investigate the enol-keto tautome- rism of both acyclic and cyclic α-fluorine-β-diketones. It is shown that, for acyclic cases, α-fluorine could improve the relative stability of keto tautomer by lessening intramolecular hydrogen bond of enol form, whereas the relative stability of cyclic enol could be attributed to two factors: destabi- lization of keto and stabilization of enol. Furthermore, the relative stabilities of all enol tautomers are improved in THF to different extents.  相似文献

The computational results for curcumin at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level show that the enol form of curcumin is more stable than the diketo form because of an intramolecular hydrogen bond, which extends the conjugation effect in the enol chain, formed in the enol structure. Cis-diketone form can not be obtained, presumably due to the strong repulsion between the carbonyl dipoles aligned in parallel. According to the phenolic O-H bond dissociation enthalpy, curcumin in its most stable form can be suggested to be a relatively good antioxidant. In order to avoid overcoming H-bond interaction and to improve the antioxidant activity of curcumin, a catechol moiety was incorporated into curcumin for designing a novel antioxidant. It is found that the designed molecule is much more efficient to scavenge radical than curcumin, comparable to vitamin E. Moreover, the ionization potential of the designed molecule is similar to that of curcumin, indicating that the designed molecule can not display the prooxidant effect.  相似文献

几种β-二酮化合物互变异构体的光谱性质研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
合成了5种不同结构的β-二酮化合物,采用电喷雾质谱、紫外光谱、红外光谱和核磁共振法对其结构进行表征,并讨论了它们的酮式-烯醇式互变异构现象.结果表明,β-二酮分子内酮式-烯醇式的互变异构平衡明显受取代基影响,它们的酮式-烯醇式互变异构体含量完全不同.在固态和CDCl3溶液中,其中2种β-二酮化合物(a1,a2)中主要以烯醇形式存在,仅含有少量的酮式结构;而2种α-取代β-二酮(b1,b2)由于烯醇异构体的空间位阻效应,不能以分子内氢键形成烯醇六元环,全部以酮式结构形式存在;另外,由于强吸电子基团-CF3的作用,使得β-二酮(c)全部以烯醇形式存在.  相似文献

The density functional theory and the cluster model methods have been employed to investigate the interactions between ethanethiol and HZSM-5 zeolites. Molecular complexes formed by the adsorption of ethanethiol on silanol H3SiOH with two coordination forms, model Bronsted acid sites of zeolite cluster H3Si(OH)Al(OH)2SiH3 interaction with ethanethiol, aluminum species adsorbed ethanethiol have been comparatively studied. Full optimization and frequency analysis of all cluster models have been carried out using B3LYP hybrid method at 3-21G basis level for hydrogen atoms and 6-31G(d) basis set level for silicon, aluminum, oxygen, carbon, and sulfur atoms. The structures and energy changes of different coordination forms of H3Si(OH)Al(OH)2SiH3-ethanethiol, silanol-ethanethiol and Al(OH)3-ethanethiol have been studied. The calculated results showed the nature of interactions was van der Waals force as exhibited by not much change in geometric structures and properties. The preference order of ethanethiol adsorbed on HZSM-5 zeolite may be residual aluminum species, bridging hydroxyl groups and silanol OH groups from the adsorption heat. The adsorbed models of protonized ethanethiol on bridging hydroxyl OH groups and linear hydrogen bonded ethanethiol on bridging OH groups suggested in literature might not exist as revealed by this theoretical calculation. Possible adsorption models were obtained for the first time.  相似文献

在NaOAc弱碱性条件下,进行偶合反应把重氮基引入到β-二酮分子中,合成了一种新的含重氮苯基β-二酮化合物——重氮苯基[1-(4-对苄氧基苯基)-1,3-二酮],通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析对其结构进行了确证.结构分析表明,这种β-二酮化合物(Ⅰ)在氯仿溶液中是以腙式结构存在,同时存在互变异构,且腙式结构(Ⅲ)与腙式结构(Ⅱ)的物质的量比n(Ⅲ)∶n(Ⅱ)=1∶2.  相似文献

The present paper employed density function theory to investigate two reaction pathways for isomerization of enol ester proposed by Yang(path a) and the present authors(path a), respectively. The base catalytic effects of solvent triethylamine on these two reactions were also evaluated. Density functional theory B3LYP method and second-order Moller-Plesset perturbation theory MP2 method were employed to obtain the optimized geometries of the ground state and interaction energy for diazines and water complexes. The results show that the ground state complexes have strong hydrogen bonding interaction with -20.99, -16.73 and -15.31 kJ/mol after basis set superposition error and zero-point vibration energy correction for pyridazine-water, pyrimidine-water and pyrazine-water, respectively, and large red-shift for the symmetric H-O stretching vibration frequencies due to the formation of N…H-O hydrogen bond in the diazine-water complexes. The NBO analysis indicates that intermolecular charge transfer are 0.0316, 0.0255 and 0.0265 e respectively. In addition, the first singlet (n,n*) vertical excitation energy of the monomer and the hydrogen bonding complexes between diazines and water was investigated by time-dependent density functional theory.  相似文献

基于自洽反应场(SCRF)中的极化连续介质模型(PCM), 采用密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-31G**计算了以二硫醚和芳环为桥基的两类双β-二酮配体的空间构型和电子结构, 结合其配合物晶体结构数据, 研究配体分子电子结构与配位性的关联性. 结果表明, 配体分子的几何构型、前线轨道、偶极矩和电荷布居, 与配合物构型、活性配位原子和配位形式(单核或多核、分子内或分子间)之间的关联性与一致性十分有意义. 配体的理论计算研究可以在一定层次上为配合物几何结构特征和配位特性提供合理的分析与预测.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) B3LYP method is used to theoretically investigate the adsorption conformations of H2O and glycol on the relaxation surface of β-Si3N4(0001) with cluster models. For H2O, the most stable structure is that adsorbed through the H atom lying above a N(3) site of the relaxation surface of β-Si3N4(0001); while for glycol, it is the one adsorbed via the H atom lying above the center of Si(2) and N(3) of the same relaxation surface. The adsorption energy, adsorption bond and transfer electrons of the two adsorbed substances prove that glycol is easy to be adsorbed on the relaxation surface of β-Si3N4(0001).  相似文献

An efficient method for the selective hydrogenation of a series of α,β-epoxyketones to β-hydroxyketones using catalytic amount of two sulfinyl analogues of NAD^+ model compounds is reported.
