A new homostilbene, named scillabene A (2), and two new homoisoflavones, named scillavones A (3) and B (4), were isolated from the bulbs of Scilla scilloides DRUCE (Liliaceae) along with 13 known compounds comprising a homostilbene, seven homoisoflavones, a xanthone, a lignan, and three nortriterpenes. The structures of 2-4 were characterized as 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-3'-methoxy-4-methyl-trans-stilbene, (3R)-5,7,2'-trihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyspiro{2H-1-benzopyran-7'-bicyclo[4,2,0]octa[1,3,5]-trien}-4-one and (3S)-3-(3,4-dihydroxybenzyl)-5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxychroman-4-one, respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic data and X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

A new pentacyclic cucurbitane glucoside, named aoibaclyin (1) and a new triterpene (2) have been isolated from the EtOH extract of the fruits of Gymnopetalum integrifolium Kurz (Cucurbitaceae), together with three known compounds, bryoamaride (3), 25-O-acetylbryoamaride (4) and beta-sitosterol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5). Four pigments including two new skeleton benzo-di-lactones fordianin A (1) and fordianin B (2), and another two new quinones fordianaquinone A (3) and fordianaquinone B (4) were firstly isolated from the acetone extract of the leaves of Lysimachia fordiana Oliv. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods, mainly 1D and 2D NMR. These four new pigments were evaluated for cytotoxicity against the A549 (human lung cancer) and HeLa (human cervical carcinoma) cell lines.  相似文献

In the previous papers, we reported the isolation and structural elucidation of three new cyclopeptides, namely stellarin A, B and C, from the fresh roots of stellaria yunnanensis Franch. In a continued study on this plant, other two new cyclopeptides named stellarin D(1) and E(2) were obtained and their structures were established to be cyclo (Gly-Tyr-Leu-Phe-Pro-Ile-Pro)(1), cyclo(Gly-Ile-Pro-Tyr-Ile-Ala-Ala)(2), respectively.  相似文献

New spiro-piperidylrifamycin derivatives are presented. These compounds were synthesized from the reaction of 3-amino-4-iminorifamycin S and enantiomerically pure 4-piperidones, which generate diasteroisomeric rifabutin analogues with a new stereocentre at the spiranic carbon. The (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of these new compounds, and also the configuration of the new stereogenic centres, were assigned using 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. A preliminary study of the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of the starting compounds rifamycin S, 3-amino-4-iminorifamycin S and the related rifabutin was also carried out and as a result, their previously published (13)C NMR data were corrected.  相似文献

A new labdane-type diterpenoid glucoside and two new labdane-type diterpenoids were isolated from the fruit (chasteberry) of Vitex agnus-castus L. (Verbenaceae) along with 14 known compounds comprising seven labdane-type diterpenoids, one halimane-type diterpenoid, two oleanane-type triterpenoids, two ursane-type triterpenoids, one aromadendrane-type sesquiterpenoid, and one flavonoid. Their structures were characterized on the basis of spectroscopic data as well as chemical evidence. A new sesquilignan, 7',8'-didehydroherpetotriol (1), and a new lignan glycoside, (+)-isolariciresinol-9'-O-α-L-rhamnopyra- nosy1-(1→6)-[3-D-glucopyranoside (2), were isolated from the branches of Dipteronia dyeriana. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical evidence. Compound 1 possessed inhibitory activity against human leukaemia K562 cells with an IC50 value of 39 μmol/L.  相似文献

In addition to casearlucin A (3), two new clerodane diterpenes, caseamembrols A (1) and B (2) have been isolated from the leaves and twigs of Casearia membranacea by bioassay-guided fractionation. The ethyl acetate extract from the seeds of Herpetospermum caudigerum was found to show protective effects on carbon tetrachloride (CCl(4)) and thioacetamide (TAA)-induced acute hepatic injuries in mice. From the ethyl acetate extract, two new coumarins, herpetolide A (1) and herpetolide B (2), along with four known compounds, herpetone (3), dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (4), 2,4-dihydroxypyrimidine (5) and stigmasterol (6) were isolated. The structures of the new coumarins were elucidated on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidences. Herpetone exhibited protective effects on CCl(4)-induced hepatocyte injury.  相似文献
