In this paper, the author obtains that the multilinear operators of strongly singular integral operators and their dual operators are bounded from some L^p(R^n) to L^p(R^n) when the m-th order derivatives of A belong to L^p(R^n) for r large enough. By this result, the author gets the estimates for the Sharp maximal functions of the multilinear operators with the m-th order derivatives of A being Lipschitz functions. It follows that the multilinear operators are (L^p, L^p)-type operators for 1 〈 p 〈 ∞. 相似文献

Fix integers n, x, k such that n≥3, k>0, x≥4, (n, x)≠(3, 4) and k(n+1)<( n n+x ). Here we prove that the order x Veronese embedding ofP n is not weakly (k−1)-defective, i.e. for a general SP n such that #(S) = k+1 the projective space | I 2S (x)| of all degree t hypersurfaces ofP n singular at each point of S has dimension ( n /n+x )−1− k(n+1) (proved by Alexander and Hirschowitz) and a general F∈| I 2S (x)| has an ordinary double point at each PS and Sing (F)=S. In this study, we obtain a local approximation theorems for a certain family of positive linear operators via I—convergence by using the first and the second modulus of continuities and the elements of Lipschitz class functions. We also give an example to show that the classical Korovkin Theory does not work but the theory works in I—convergence sense. 相似文献

We study the existence result of solutions for the nonlinear degenerated elliptic problem of the form, -div(a(x, u,△↓u)) = F in Ω, where Ω is a bounded domain of R^N, N≥2, a :Ω×R×R^N→R^N is a Carathéodory function satisfying the natural growth condition and the coercivity condition, but they verify only the large monotonicity. The second term F belongs to W^-1,p′(Ω, w^*). The existence result is proved by using the L^1-version of Minty's lemma. 相似文献

We derive W 2,p (Ω)-a priori estimates with arbitrary p ∈(1, ∞), for the solutions of a degenerate oblique derivative problem for linear uniformly elliptic operators with low regular coefficients. The boundary operator is given in terms of directional derivative with respect to a vector field ℓ that is tangent to ∂Ω at the points of a non-empty set ε ⊂ ∂Ω and is of emergent type on ∂Ω. 相似文献

The paper aims at developing a theory of nuclear (in the topological algebraic sense) pro-C*-algebras (which are inverse limits of C*-algebras) by investigating completely positive maps and tensor products. By using the structure of matrix algebras over a pro-C*-algebra, it is shown that a unital continuous linear map between pro-C*-algebrasA andB is completely positive iff by restriction, it defines a completely positive map between the C*-algebrasb(A) andb(B) consisting of all bounded elements ofA andB. In the metrizable case,A andB are homeomorphically isomorphic iff they are matricially order isomorphic. The injective pro-C*-topology α and the projective pro-C*-topology v on A⊗B are shown to be minimal and maximal pro-C*-topologies; and α coincides with the topology of biequicontinous convergence iff eitherA orB is abelian. A nuclear pro-C*-algebraA is one that satisfies, for any pro-C*-algebra (or a C*-algebra)B, any of the equivalent requirements; (i) α =v onA ⊗B (ii)A is inverse limit of nuclear C*-algebras (iii) there is only one admissible pro-C*-topologyon A⊗B (iv) the bounded partb(A) ofA is a nuclear C⊗-algebra (v) any continuous complete state map A→B* can be approximated in simple weak* convergence by certain finite rank complete state maps. This is used to investigate permanence properties of nuclear pro-C*-algebras pertaining to subalgebras, quotients and projective and inductive limits. A nuclearity criterion for multiplier algebras (in particular, the multiplier algebra of Pedersen ideal of a C*-algebra) is developed and the connection of this C*-algebraic nuclearity with Grothendieck’s linear topological nuclearity is examined. A σ-C*-algebraA is a nuclear space iff it is an inverse limit of finite dimensional C*-algebras; and if abelian, thenA is isomorphic to the algebra (pointwise operations) of all scalar sequences. 相似文献

Let be a probability space with a nonatomic measure P and let (S,ρ) be a separable complete metric space. Let {N n ,n≥1} be an arbitrary sequence of positive-integer valued random variables. Let {F k ,k≥1} be a family of probability laws and let X be some random element defined on and taking values in (S,ρ). In this paper we present necessary and sufficient conditions under which one can construct an array of random elements {X n,k ,n,k≥1} defined on the same probability space and taking values in (S,ρ), and such that , and moreover as  n→∞. Furthermore, we consider the speed of convergence to X as n→∞. 相似文献

“A Calculus of Sequences” started in 1936 by Ward constitutes the general scheme for extensions of classical operator calculus of Rota—Mullin considered by many afterwards and after Ward. Because of the notation we shall call the Ward's calculus of sequences in its afterwards elaborated form—a ψ-calculus. The ψ-calculus in parts appears to be almost automatic, natural extension of classical operator calculus of Rota—Mullin or equivalently—of umbral calculus of Roman and Rota. At the same time this calculus is an example of the algebraization of the analysis—here restricted to the algebra of polynomials. Many of the results of ψ-calculus may be extended to Markowsky Q-umbral calculus where Q stands for a generalized difference operator, i.e. the one lowering the degree of any polynomial by one. This is a review article based on the recent first author contributions [1]. As the survey article it is supplemented by the short indicatory glossaries of notation and terms used by Ward [2], Viskov [7, 8], Markowsky [12], Roman [28–32] on one side and the Rota-oriented notation on the other side [9–11, 1, 3, 4, 35] (see also [33]). 相似文献

Given anm-tempered strongly continuous action α of ℝ by continuous*-automorphisms of a Frechet*-algebraA, it is shown that the enveloping ↡-C *-algebraE(S(ℝ, A, α)) of the smooth Schwartz crossed productS(ℝ,A , α) of the Frechet algebra A of C-elements ofA is isomorphic to the Σ-C *-crossed productC *(ℝ,E(A), α) of the enveloping Σ-C *-algebraE(A) ofA by the induced action. WhenA is a hermitianQ-algebra, one getsK-theory isomorphismRK *(S(ℝ, A, α)) =K *(C *(ℝ,E(A), α) for the representableK-theory of Frechet algebras. An application to the differential structure of aC *-algebra defined by densely defined differential seminorms is given. 相似文献

We prove sharp two-parameter estimates for the L p -L 2 norm, 1 ≤ p ≤ 2, of the joint spectral projectors associated to the Laplace–Beltrami operator and to the Kohn Laplacian on the unit sphere S 2n-1 in . Then, by using the notion of contraction of Lie groups, we deduce the estimates recently obtained by H. Koch and F. Ricci for joint spectral projections on the reduced Heisenberg group h 1. 相似文献

In this paper L^p-L^q estimates for the solution u(x,t) to the following perturbed high-er order hyperbolic equation are considered, (ρπ--a△)(ρπ--b△)u V(x)u=O, x∈R^n,n≥6, ρ1eu(x,O) = O, ρ^3eu(x,O) = f(x), (j = O,1,2).We assume that the otential V(x) and the initial data f(x) are compactly supported, andV(x) is sufficiently small, then the solution u (x,t) of the above problem satisfies the same L^p-L^q estimates as that of the unperturbed problem. 相似文献

A new predictor-corrector algorithm is proposed for solvingP *(κ)-matrix linear complementarity problems. If the problem is solvable, then the algorithm converges from an arbitrary positive starting point (x 0,s 0). The computational complexity of the algorithm depends on the quality of the starting point. If the starting point is feasible or close to being feasible, it has -iteration complexity, whereρ 0 is the ratio of the smallest and average coordinate ofX 0 s 0. With appropriate initialization, a modified version of the algorithm terminates in O((1+κ)2(n/ρ 0)L) steps either by finding a solution or by determining that the problem has no solution in a predetermined, arbitrarily large, region. The algorithm is quadratically convergent for problems having a strictly complementary solution. We also propose an extension of a recent algorithm of Mizuno toP *(κ)-matrix linear complementarity problems such that it can start from arbitrary positive points and has superlinear convergence without a strictly complementary condition. In this paper, we point out that most results on abelian (complex)W *-algebras hold in the real case. Of course, there are differences in homeomorphisms of period 2. Moreover, an abelian real Von Neumann algebra not containing any minimal projection on a separable real Hilbert space is * isomorphic toL τ ([0, 1]) (all real functions inL ([0, 1])), orL ([0, 1]) (as a realW *-algebra), orL τ ([0, 1]) ⋇L ([0, 1]) (as a realW *-algebra), and it is different from the complex case. We consider the nonlinear Sturm–Liouville problem
(1)
where λ > 0 is an eigenvalue parameter. To understand well the global behavior of the bifurcation branch in R + × L 2(I), we establish the precise asymptotic formula for λ(α), which is associated with eigenfunction u α with ‖ u α2 = α, as α → ∞. It is shown that if for some constant p > 1 the function h(u) ≔ f(u)/u p satisfies adequate assumptions, including a slow growth at ∞, then λ(α) ∼ α p−1 h(α) as α → ∞ and the second term of λ(α) as α → ∞ is determined by lim u → ∞ uh′(u). Assume that each completely irrational noncommutative torus is realized as an inductive limit of circle algebras, and that for a completely irrational noncommutative torus Aw of rank m there are a completely irrational noncommutative torus Aρ of rank m and a positive integer d such that tr(Aw)=1/d.tr(Aρ).It is proved that the set of all C^*-algebras of sections of locally trivial C^*-algebra bundles over S^2 with fibres Aω has a group sturcture, denoted by π1^s(Aut(Aω)),which is isomorphic to Zif Ed>1 and {0} if d>1.Let Bcd be a cd-homogeneous C^*-algebra over S^2×T^2 of which no non-trivial matrix algebra can be factored out.The spherical noncommutative torus Sρ^cd is defined by twisting C^*(T2×Z^m-2) in Bcd ×C^*(Z^m-3) by a totally skew multiplier ρ on T^2×Z^m-2。It is shown that Sρ^cd×Mρ∞ is isomorphic to C(S^2)×C^*(T^2×Z^m-2,ρ)× Mcd(C)×Mρ∞ if and only if the set of prime factors of cd is a subset of the set of prime factors of p. 相似文献

We study the weak* lower semicontinuity properties of functionals of the form
where Ω is a bounded open set of R N and uW 1,∞(Ω). Without a continuity assumption on f(⋅,ξ) we show that the supremal functional F is weakly* lower semicontinuous if and only if it is a level convex functional (i.e. it has convex sub-levels). In particular if F is weakly* lower semicontinuous, then it can be represented through a level convex function. Finally a counterexample shows that in general it is not possible to represent F through the level convex envelope of f. 相似文献

If R is a Dedekind domain, P a prime ideal of R and SR a finite subset then a P-ordering of S, as introduced by M. Bhargava in (J. Reine Angew. Math. 490:101–127, 1997), is an ordering {a i } i=1 m of the elements of S with the property that, for each 1<im, the choice of a i minimizes the P-adic valuation of j<i (sa j ) over elements sS. If S, S are two finite subsets of R of the same cardinality then a bijection φ:SS is a P-ordering equivalence if it preserves P-orderings. In this paper we give upper and lower bounds for the number of distinct P-orderings a finite set can have in terms of its cardinality and give an upper bound on the number of P-ordering equivalence classes of a given cardinality. 相似文献

It is shown that an n × n matrix of continuous linear maps from a pro-C^*-algebra A to L(H), which verifies the condition of complete positivity, is of the form [V^*TijФ(·)V]^n i,where Ф is a representation of A on a Hilbert space K, V is a bounded linear operator from H to K, and j=1,[Tij]^n i,j=1 is a positive element in the C^*-algebra of all n×n matrices over the commutant of Ф(A) in L(K). This generalizes a result of C. Y.Suen in Proc. Amer. Math. Soc., 112(3), 1991, 709-712. Also, a covariant version of this construction is given. 相似文献

In this paper, the authors discuss a class of multilinear singular integrals and obtain that the operators are bounded from H^1(R^n) to weak L^1(R^n). Using this result, we can directly prove a main theorem in [5]. 相似文献

Let (G, I, N, S) be an affine topological Tits system, and let Γ be a torsion-free cocompact lattice in G. This article studies the coinvariants H 0(Γ; C(Ω,Z)), where Ω is the Furstenberg boundary of G. It is shown that the class [1] of the identity function in H 0(Γ; C(Ω, Z)) has finite order, with explicit bounds for the order. A similar statement applies to the K 0 group of the boundary crossed product C *-algebra C(Ω)Γ. If the Tits system has type ? 2, exact computations are given, both for the crossed product algebra and for the reduced group C *-algebra. 相似文献
