A facile strategy was developed to prepare interlayer-expanded MoS2/graphene composites through a one-step hydrothermal reaction method. MoS2 nanosheets with several-layer thickness were observed to uniformly grow on the surface of graphene sheets. And the interlayer spacing of MoS2 in the composites was determined to expand to 0.95 nm by ammonium ions intercalation. The MoS2/graphene composites show excellent lithium storage performance as anode materials for Li-ion batteries. Through gathering advantages including expanded interlayers, several-layer thickness, and composited graphene, the composites exhibit reversible capacity of 1030.6 mAh g?1 at the current density of 100 mA g?1 and still retain a high specific capacity of 725.7 mAh g?1 at a higher current density of 1000 mA g?1 after 50 cycles.  相似文献

SnO2/graphene nanocomposites are synthesized by a new hydrothermal treatment strategy under the assistance of sucrose. From the images of the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM), it can be observed that SnO2 nanoparticles with the size of 4~5 nm uniformly distribute on the graphene nanosheets. The result demonstrates that sucrose can effectively prevent graphene nanosheets from restacking during hydrothermal treatment and subsequently treatment. The charging/discharging test result indicates that the SnO2/graphene nanocomposites exhibit high specific capacity and excellent cycleability. The first reversible specific capacity is 729 mAh.g?1 at the current density of 50 mA.g?1, and remains 646 mAh.g?1 after 30 cycles at the current density of 100 mA.g?1, 30 cycles at the current density of 200 mA.g?1, 30 cycles at the current density of 400 mA.g?1, 30 cycles at the current density of 800 mA.g?1, and 30 cycles at the current density of 50 mA.g?1.  相似文献

Thiourea aldehyde resin-based heteroatom doping carbon and graphene composites (RHDC/GN) were prepared by an in situ polymerization and carbonization. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images showed that thiourea aldehyde resin deposited on lamellar GO flakes during the polymerization and RHDC/GN composites had a hierarchical structure. The specific capacitance of the RHDC/GN composites was high up to 355 F g?1, much higher than that of the pure thiourea aldehyde resin-based heteroatom doping carbon (RHDC) with specific capacitance of 135 F g?1 at a current density of 1.0 A g?1 in 6-M KOH electrolyte. And the hetroatoms in RHDC/GN composites increase the specific capacitance, and GN enhances the conductivity of the electrodes which is beneficial to improving electrochemical cycling stability of the electrode significantly. The specific capacitance retains 90.97% after 5000 charge-discharge processes at 10 A g?1, which provides potential as supercapacitors.  相似文献

In this paper, a facile method has been developed to synthesize supported CoWO4 on the reduced graphene oxide (RGO) as high-performance anode material for Li-ion batteries. The composites with cuboid-like CoWO4 nanoparticles were prepared by directly adding graphene oxide into the precursor solution followed by a hydrothermal treatment. Different analytical methods like high-resolution TEM, XRD, TGA, and XPS characterizations were employed to illustrate structural information of the as-prepared CoWO4 and CoWO4/RGO composites. In addition, the Li-ion battery performance using the composites as anode materials was also discussed based on the detailed galvanostatic charge-discharge cycling tests. The result shows that the specific capacity of the as-prepared CoWO4/RGO composites can reach 533.3 mAh g?1 after 50 cycles at a current density of 100 mA g?1. During the whole cyclic process, the coulombic efficiency was maintained higher than 90%. Therefore, CoWO4, as an environment-friendly and cost-effective anode material, has promising potential for Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

Crosslinked-polyaniline (CPA) nano-pillar arrays adsorbed on the surface of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheets were synthesized by in situ solution polymerization through two steps of reduction. The electrochemical analyses demonstrated that the befittingly reduced CPA/RGO composite exhibited high performance as electrode materials for supercapacitors. The CPA/RGO composite showed very high specific capacitance of 1532 F g?1 at a scan rate of 10 mV s?1 or 694 F g?1 at a current density of 2 A g?1 in 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte, as well as great energy density of 61.4 W h kg?1 at a current density of 2 A g?1. The electrode material also had decent power density of 4 kW kg?1 at a current density of 10 A g?1, and good cycling stability of 92.5 % capacitance retained after 500 cycles of cyclic voltammetry at 500 mV s?1. The neat microstructures and super electrochemical properties suggest the potential use of the composites in supercapacitors.  相似文献

The graphene anode was investigated in an ionic liquid electrolyte (0.7 M lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiNTf2)) in room temperature ionic liquid (N-methyl-N-propylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (MPPyrNTf2)). SEM and TEM images suggested that the electrochemical intercalation/deintercalation process in the ionic liquid electrolyte without vinylene carbonate (VC) leads to small changes on the surface of graphene particles. However, a similar process in the presence of VC results in the formation of a coating (SEI—solid electrolyte interface) on the graphene surface. During charging/discharging tests, the graphene electrode working together with the 0.7 M LiNTf2 in MPPyrNTf2 electrolyte lost its capacity, during cycling and stabilizes at ca. 200 mAh g?1 after 20 cycles. The addition of VC to the electrolyte (0.7 M LiNTf2 in MPPyrNTf2?+?10 wt.% VC) considerably increases the anode capacity. Electrodes were tested at different current regimes: ranging between 50 and 1,000 mA g?1. The capacity of the anode, working at a low current regime of 50 mA g?1, was ca. 1,250 mAh g?1, while the current of 500 mA g?1 resulted in capacity of 350 mAh g?1. Coulombic efficiency was stable and close to 95 % during ca. 250 cycles. The exchange current density, obtained from impedance spectroscopy, was 1.3?×?10?7 A cm?2 (at 298 K). The effect of the anode capacity decrease with increasing current rate was interpreted as the result of kinetic limits of the electrode operation.  相似文献

Tin oxide (SnO2)/graphene composite was synthesized from SnCl2?·?2H2O and graphene oxide (GO) by a wet chemical-hydrothermal route. The GO was reduced to graphene nanosheet (GNS) and flower-like SnO2 nano-crystals with size about 40 nm were homogeneously distributed on the surface of GNS. The SnO2/graphene composites delivered a superior first discharge capacity of 1941.9 mAhg?1 with a reversible capacity of 901.7 mAhg?1 at the current density of 100 mAg?1. Moreover, even at higher densities of 200 and 500 mAg?1, the SnO2/graphene composite still maintained enhanced cycling stability. After 40 cycles, the discharge capacity was still maintained at 691.1 mAhg?1 at the current density of 100 mAg?1. The SnO2/graphene composite displayed an outstanding Li-battery performance with large reversible capacity and enhanced rate performance, which can be attributed to the highly uniform distribution of SnO2 nanoparticles and high reduction degree of graphene. This result strongly indicates that the SnO2/graphene composite was a promising anode material in high-performance lithium-ion batteries.  相似文献

A Co(OH)2/graphene sheet-on-sheet hybrid has been fabricated by in situ one-step hydrothermal growth for electrochemical pseudocapacitors application. The hybrid delivers a specific capacitance of 436 F?g?1 at a current density of 50 A?g?1. Besides, it can keep a specific capacitance of 651 F?g?1 after 10,000 cycles at 10 A?g?1. The excellent performance can be ascribed to the high-quality graphene matrix, regular morphology and high crystallinity of Co(OH)2, and unique sheet-on-sheet structure of the hybrid, endowing enhanced transportation of electrons and Faradic redox reactions. The results demonstrate that the Co(OH)2/graphene hybrid with a sheet-on-sheet structure is promising for high-performance energy storage applications.  相似文献

A tin oxide-titanium oxide/graphene (SnO2-TiO2/G) ternary nanocomposite as high-performance anode for Li-ion batteries was prepared via a simple reflux method. The graphite oxide (GO) was reduced to graphene nanosheet, and the SnO2-TiO2 nanocomposites were evenly distributed on the graphene matrix in the SnO2-TiO2/G nanocomposite. The as-prepared SnO2-TiO2/G nanocomposites were employed as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, showing an outstanding performance with high reversible capacity and long cycle life. The composite delivered a superior initial discharge capacity of 1,594.6 mAh g?1 and a reversible specific capacity of 1,500.3 mAh g?1 at a current density of 100 mA g?1. After 100 cycles, the reversible discharge capacity was still maintained at 1,177.4 mAh g?1 at a current density of 100 mA g?1 with a high retained rate of reversible capacity of 73.8 %. The addition of small amount of TiO2 nanoparticles improved the cycling stability and specific capacity of SnO2-TiO2/G nanocomposite, obviously. The results demonstrate that the SnO2-TiO2/G nanocomposite is a promising alternative anode material for practical Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

Reduced graphene oxide was synthesized by simple chemical processing of graphite. Electron microscopy investigations of synthesized graphene showed slightly folded transparent sheets with a few square micrometers dimension. Poly(ortho-phenylenediamine)/graphene/Pt electrode was electrochemically fabricated in a 2.0-M H2SO4 solution by means of multiple potential cycling. Due to the catalytic effect of graphene on the oxidative electropolymerization of ortho-phenylenediamine, the ortho-phenylenediamine/graphene (PoPD/GR) nanocomposite showed greatly enhanced electrical properties and excellent capacitive behavior. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, galvanostatic charge/discharge curves, and voltammetric investigations revealed that PoPD/GR nanocomposite represented good capacitive behavior with a specific capacitance as high as 308.3 F g?1 at 0.1 A g?1. It is almost three times higher than that of pure graphene (111.7 F g?1). In addition, the nanocomposite electrode retained more than 99 % of the initial capacity after 1,500 cycles at a current density of 1 A g?1.  相似文献

The free-standing and binder-free electrode materials, cotton/graphene (CGN) composites were prepared via a simple “dipping and freeze-drying” process using raw cotton as the supporting body (platform) and graphene oxide (GO) as the suspension. Then the cotton/GO (CGO) composites were annealed at 1000 °C under an Ar flow conditions to obtain CGN composites. The results show that the CGN structure can protect the cotton framework and have better thermal stable property than the cotton alone. Galvanostatic charge–discharge tests demonstrated that the GO concentration had great effects on their electrochemical performances. The CGN (for the GO with 3 and 5 mg ml?1) provide reversible discharge capacity of 160 mAh g?1 after 100 cycles, which is about 1.5 times higher than that of the cotton alone (115 mAh g?1 after 100 cycles). Excellent electrochemical properties of CGN can be ascribed to its controllable structure with more lithium ion storage sites, high electronic conductivity, and fast ion diffusion velocity. The results suggest that this work develops a simple, cheap, and suitable large-scale production method in the lithium-ion batteries.  相似文献

A composite of aminosilane-grafted TiO2 (TA) and graphene oxide (GO) was prepared via a hydrothermal process. The TiO2/graphene oxide-based (TA/GO) anode was investigated in an ionic liquid electrolyte (0.7 M lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (LiNTf2)) in ionic liquid (N-methyl-N-propylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (MPPyrNTf2)) at room temperature and in sulfolane (1 M lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) in tetramethylene sulfolane (TMS)). Scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM) observations of the anode materials suggested that the electrochemical intercalation/deintercalation process in the ionic liquid electrolyte with vinylene carbonate (VC) leads to small changes on the surface of TA/GO particles. The addition of VC to the electrolyte (0.7 M LiNTf2 in MPPyrNTf2 + 10 wt.% VC) considerably increases the anode capacity. Electrodes were tested at different current regimes in the range 5–50 mA g?1. The capacity of the anode, working at a low current regime of 5 mA g?1, was ca. 245 mA g?1, while a current of 50 mA g?1 resulted in a capacity of 170 mA g?1. The decrease in anode capacity with increasing current rate was interpreted as the result of kinetic limits of electrode operation. A much lower capacity was observed for the system TA/GO│1 M LiPF6 in TMS + 10 wt.% VC│Li.  相似文献

Polyaniline (PANI)/graphene nanosheet (GNS) composites were prepared by a chemical oxidation polymerization. The morphology, structure, and crystallinity of the composites were examined by scanning electron microscopy, transition electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry in 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte. GNS are considered as supporting materials which can provide a large number of active sites. The PANI nanofibers with diameter of 50 nm were homogeneously coated on the surface of GNS. The PANI/GNS composites exhibited a better electrochemical performance than the pure individual components. The PANI/GNS composites showed the highest specific capacitance 923 Fg?1 at 10 mVs?1 compared to 465 Fg?1 for pure PANI and 99 Fg?1 for GNS.  相似文献

Hierarchical SnO2 with double carbon coating (polypyrrole-derived carbon and reduced graphene oxide in order) composites have been successfully synthesized as anode materials for lithium ion batteries. The composites were characterized and examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, cyclic voltammetry, and galvanostatic discharge/charge tests. Such a novel nanostructure can not only provide a high conductivity but also prevent aggregation of SnO2 nanoparticles, leading to the improvement of the cycling performance. Comparing with pure hierarchical SnO2 and polypyrrole-derived carbon-coated hierarchical SnO2, hierarchical SnO2 with double carbon coating composite exhibits higher lithium storage capacities and better cycling performance, 554.8 mAh g?1 after 50 cycles at a current density of 250 mA g?1. In addition, the rate performance of hierarchical SnO2 with double carbon coating composite is also very well. For all the improved performances, this double carbon coating architecture may provide some references for other electrode materials of lithium ion batteries.  相似文献

The large internal surface areas and outstanding electrical and mechanical properties of graphene have prompted to blend graphene with NiCo2O4 to fabricate nanostructured NiCo2O4/graphene composites for supercapacitor applications. The use of graphene as blending with NiCo2O4 enhances the specific capacitance and rate capability and improves the cyclic performance when compared to the pristine NiCo2O4 material. Here, we synthesized two different nanostructured morphologies of NiCo2O4 on graphene sheets by solvothermal method. It has been suggested that the morphologies of oxides are greatly influenced by dielectric constant, thermal conductivity, and viscosity of solvents employed during the synthesis. In order to test this concept, we have synthesized nanostructured NiCo2O4 on graphene sheets by facile solvothermal method using N-methyl pyrrolidone and N,N-dimethylformamide solvents with water. We find that mixture of N-methyl pyrrolidone and water solvent favored the formation of nanonet-like NiCo2O4/graphene (NiCoO-net) whereas mixture of N,N-dimethylformamide and water solvent produced microsphere-like NiCo2O4/graphene (NiCoO-sphere). Electrochemical pseudocapacitance behavior of the two NiCo2O4/graphene electrode materials was studied by cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. The supercapacitance measurements on NiCoO-net and NiCoO-sphere electrodes showed specific capacitance values of 1060 and 855 F g?1, respectively, at the current density of 1.5 A g?1. The capacitance retention of NiCoO-net electrode is 93 % while that of NiCoO-sphere electrode is 77 % after long-term 5000 charge-discharge cycles at high current density of 10 A g?1.  相似文献

The homogeneous polyaniline–graphene oxide (PANI-GO) nanocomposites were facilely assembled with a redox system in which cumene hydroperoxide (CHP) and iron dichloride (FeCl2) acted as oxidant and reductant, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images showed that PANI scales coated uniformly on the surface of GO sheets owing to the synergistic effect between the PANI and GO. The obtained PANI-GO nanocomposites exhibited improved electrochemical performance as an electrode material for supercapacitors compared with the pure PANI. The specific capacitance of the PANI-GO nanocomposites was high up to 308.3 F g?1, much higher than that of the pure PANI with specific capacitance of 150 F g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1 in 2 M H2SO4 electrolyte. The Raman and XPS results illustrated that enhanced electrochemical performance might be attributed to the π-π conjugation between the PANI and GO sheets.  相似文献

In this work, a novel pyrrolic nitrogen-doped carbon sandwiched monolayer MoS2 hybrid was prepared. This sandwiched hybrid vertically anchors on graphene oxide as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries. Such electrode was fabricated by facile ionic liquid-assisted reflux and annealing methods. Owing to rational structure and enhancement from pyrrolic nitrogen dopant, this unique MoS2/C-graphene hybrid exhibits reversible specific capacity of 486 mAh g?1 after 1000 cycles with a low average fading capacity of 0.15 mAh g?1 (fading cyclic rate of ca. 0.03% per cycle). A capacity of 330 mAh g?1 is remained at the current densities of 10.0 A g?1. The proposed strategy provides a convenient way to create new pyrrolic nitrogen-doped hybrids for energy field and other related applications.  相似文献

We report on a non-covalent functionalization of graphene foam (GF) synthesized via chemical vapour deposition (CVD). The GF was treated with pyrene carboxylic acid (PCA) which acted as a source of oxygen and/or hydroxyl groups attached to the surface of the graphene foam for its electrochemical performance improvement. The modified graphene surface enabled a high pseudocapacitive effect on the GF. A specific capacitance of 133.3 F g?1, power density ~ 145.3 kW kg?1 and energy density ~ 4.7 W h kg?1 were achieved based on the functionalized foam in 6 M KOH aqueous electrolyte. The results suggest that non-covalent functionalization might be an effective approach to overcome the restacking problem associated with graphene electrodes and also signify the importance of surface functionalities in graphene-based electrode materials.  相似文献

In this work, porous NiO microspheres interconnected by carbon nanotubes (NiO/CNTs) were successfully fabricated by the pyrolysis of nickel metal-organic framework precursors with CNTs and evaluated as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). The structures, morphologies, and electrochemical performances of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, field emission scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge tests, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, respectively. The results show that the introduction of CNTs can improve the lithium-ion storage performance of NiO/CNT composites. Especially, NiO/CNTs-10 exhibits the highest reversible capacity of 812 mAh g?1 at 100 mA g?1 after 100 cycles. Even cycled at 2 A g?1, it still maintains a stable capacity of 502 mAh g?1 after 300 cycles. The excellent electrochemical performance of NiO/CNT composites should be attributed to the formation of 3D conductive network structure with porous NiO microspheres linked by CNTs, which benefits the electron transfer ability and the buffering of the volume expansion during the cycling process.  相似文献

Metal–organic framework‐derived NiCo2.5S4 microrods wrapped in reduced graphene oxide (NCS@RGO) were synthesized for potassium‐ion storage. Upon coordination with organic potassium salts, NCS@RGO exhibits an ultrahigh initial reversible specific capacity (602 mAh g?1 at 50 mA g?1) and ultralong cycle life (a reversible specific capacity of 495 mAh g?1 at 200 mA g?1 after 1 900 cycles over 314 days). Furthermore, the battery demonstrates a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 78 %, outperforming most sulfides reported previously. Advanced ex situ characterization techniques, including atomic force microscopy, were used for evaluation and the results indicate that the organic potassium salt‐containing electrolyte helps to form thin and robust solid electrolyte interphase layers, which reduce the formation of byproducts during the potassiation–depotassiation process and enhance the mechanical stability of electrodes. The excellent conductivity of the RGO in the composites, and the robust interface between the electrodes and electrolytes, imbue the electrode with useful properties; including, ultrafast potassium‐ion storage with a reversible specific capacity of 402 mAh g?1 even at 2 A g?1.  相似文献
