聚合物[Zn(pht)(pzH)2]n的合成,晶体结构与荧光性质   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(pht)(pzH)2]n (where pht2-=dianion of o-phthalic acid, pzH=pyrazole) has been synthesized and the structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a=0.821 39(10) nm, b=1.662 2(2) nm, c=1.156 42(14) nm, β=100.349(2)°, V=1.5532(3) nm3, Z=4. Both carboxylate groups of the phthalate dianion coordinated in a monodentate mode bridged two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms forming the structure of 1-D chain. The pyrazole ligands play two different roles: one only coordinates the metal atom and the other joins the coordination polymer into a 2-D sheet via N-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonds besides the coordination property. A blue photoluminescence peak at 435 nm was observed in solid state at room temperature. CCDC: 227946.  相似文献

A new 2D Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Zn(HIDC)(bib)0.5]n(1) was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnCl2, imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3IDC), and 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-butane (bib) with 2∶2∶1 mole ratio. X-ray diffraction crystal structural analysis reveals its crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=0.943 38(16), b=1.022 48(18), c=1.393 8(2) nm, β=109.434(3)°, V=1.267 9(4) nm3,Z=4, Dc=1.648 Mg·m-3, F(000)=636, the final R1=0.044 1, and wR2=0.100 3 for 1 742 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I). In 1, each Zn(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry, and each μ2-HIDC2 acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring Zn(Ⅱ) ions, leading to an 1D zigzag chain architecture. The adjacent chains are further linked by bib to form an infinite 2D network structure. The fluorescence spectrum of 1 exhibits intense emission at 436 nm when excited at 380 nm in solid state at room temperature. CCDC: 748259.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Cu(m-BDOA)(bipy)·H2O]n (m-BDOA2-=benzene-1,3-dioxyacetate), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, X-ray single crystal structure analysis. Crystallographic data are as follows: orthorhombic, space group Pna21, a=1.606 9(3) nm, b=1.685 9(3) nm, c=0.699 7(1) nm, V=1.8955(7) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.619 g·cm-3, μ=1.200 mm-1, F(000)=948,R=0.038 1, wR=0.038 6. The copper atom is five-coordinated involving two oxygen atoms of different m-BDOA2- ligand, two nitrogen atoms of 2,2′-bipy ligand and one coordinated water, there is a distorted square pyramidal environment. Two copper atoms are bridged by m-BDOA2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along a axis. The adjacent distance of Cu…Cu atoms is 0.877 3nm. The crystal network was formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond and π-packing interactions.  相似文献

A coordination complex of [Cu(bpb)0.5(CH3COO)2]n (bpb=1,4-bis(pyridine-3-aminomethyl)benzene) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic with space group P1, a=0.771 98(15) nm, b=0.827 62(17) nm, c=1.116 0(2) nm, α=96.71(3)°, β=90.03(3)°, γ=105.39(3)°, and V=0.682 4(3) nm3, Z=2, R=0.042 4, wR=0.091 1. The title complex is composed of dicopper tetracarboxylate units. Copper(Ⅱ) atom asumes a square-pyramidal coordination geometry formed with one pyridyl N atom from bpb and four O atoms from four bridging acetate anions. Two adjacent dicopper tetracarboxylate units are linked into a 1D chain by the bpb ligands, which were further connected by inter-chain hydrogen bonds to form a 2D network structure. A one-dimensional (1D) Z conformation coordination polymer, [Ag(bix)(NO3)(H2O)]n was obtained by the reaction between AgNO3 and flexible ligand of 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene under hydrothermal conditions. It crystallizes in triclinic with space group P1. The crystallographic data of the compound are: a=0.777 1(2) nm, b=1.043 4(3) nm, c=1.082 7(3) nm, α=71.403(4)°, β=80.946(5)°, γ=88.794(4)°. The 1D chainlike structure was connected by π-π interaction between phenyl rings, leading to a 2D layered network. The lattice water and the NO3- anions were involved between the layers, therefore the 2D layered structure further extended to an intricate 3D framework. CCDC: 257100.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Cu(3-cpoa)(phen)(H2O)]n(3-cpoa2-=3-carboxylphenoxyacetate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic facts are as follows: monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/na=0.688 96(14) nm, b=1.652 3(3) nm, c=1.651 1(3) nm, β=95.20(3)°, V=1.871 9(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.618 g·cm-3F(000)=932, μ=1.211 mm-1R=0.048 2 and wR=0.062 2. The copper atom exhibits a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry, involving two oxygen atoms of different 3-cpoa2- ligands, two nitrogen atoms of 1,10-phen ligand and one coordinated water molecule. The copper atoms are bridged by 3-cpoa2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along c axis. The distance of adjacent Cu…Cu is 0.916 6(4) nm. A three-dimensional network structure is constructed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond and π-stacking interactions. CCDC: 219724.  相似文献

A coordination polymer of [Cu(bpb)(PPh3)2]n·nClO4·nCH2Cl2·nH2O(bpb=1,4-bis(pyridine-3-aminome-thyl)benzene) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, PL and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallized in triclinic with space group P1, a=1.065 8(4) nm, b=1.542 4(6) nm, c=1.690 8(6) nm, α=80.11(10)°, β=76.00(10)°, γ=82.72(10)°, and V=2.646 5(17) nm3, Z=2, R=0.068 4. In the title complex, each Cu(Ⅰ) ion displays a distorted tetrahedron coordination configuration, defined by two N atoms from two different bpb groups, and two P atoms from PPh3. Two adjacent Cu(Ⅰ) tetrahedron units are linked into a one-dimensional chain by the bpb ligands, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional layer structure. Furthermore, the solid-state fluorescent property of the title complex was studied at room temperature. CCDC: 743417.  相似文献

A Coordination polymer [NaMn(pic)3]n (1) (picH=picolinic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis and structurally characterized by single crystal structure determination. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca, a=1.251 9(4) nm, b=1.715 8(8) nm, c=1.754 7(7) nm, V=3.769(6) nm3, Mr=444.24, Dc=1.566, F(000)=1 800, R1=0.024 8 and wR2=0.075 1 for I>2σ(I). According to the crystal structure, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion of 1 is six-coordinated with three oxygen and three nitrogen atoms from three pic anions to form a distorted dodecahedron. Each Na+ ion of 1 is penta-coordinated with two oxygen atoms from a pic anion and three oxygen atoms from three pic anions of diffrent unit to form a distorted tetragnal pyramid. 合成了锌(II)与3,4-吡啶二羧酸和1,10-邻菲啰啉形成的配位聚合物[Zn(PDC)(phen)]n (1) (H2PDC=3,4-吡啶二羧酸, phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉), 对其进行了元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射表征, 测定了晶体结构. 该聚合物属单斜晶系, P2(1)/n空间群, a=0.77136 nm, b=1.9757(4) nm, c=1.0680(2) nm, β=95.36(3)°, V=1.6205(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.683 Mg/m3, Mr=410.68, F(000)=832, μ=1.55 mm-1, 最终偏离因子R1=0.0608, wR2=0.0967. 该化合物中Zn原子与来自两个PDC的三个羧基氧原子, 另外一个PDC的吡啶氮原子, 以及phen的两个氮原子配位, 形成的ZnN3O3八面体通过PDC桥联形成二维层状网络结构. 此外还研究了该聚合物的热性质和荧光性质.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction between 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid (H2PDA) and Zn(NO3)2·6H2O at the presence of the second ligand of 1,2-bis((1H-imidazol-1-yl) methyl)benzene (obix) yields a new 2D metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn(PDA)(obix)] (1), which has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Ca(μ-p-HPO)2(NO3)2]n, (p-HPO=p-pyridone) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with unit cell parameters: a=1.992 1(4) nm, b=0.374 96(7) nm, c=1.930 3(4) nm, β=109.21(3)°. V=1.361 6(5) nm3, Z=4, R=0.034 9, wR=0.084 4. The Ca atom is eight-coordinated by four O atoms from different p-pyridone ligands and four O atoms from two chelating nitrate anions, and displays a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. Each p-pyridone ligand bridges two adjacent Ca atoms, forming a infinite chain along the b direction. The Ca…Ca distance is 0.374 96(7) nm. A layer structure is further constructed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 185 ℃. CCDC: 241576.  相似文献

The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. Each cadmium(Ⅱ) atom is seven-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from two different 3-CNPP2- groups and three nitrogen atoms from three pyridine ligands, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramindal coordination geometry. The cadmium(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the tetradentate 3-CNPP2- groups, constructing a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure along c axis. The adjacent distance of Cd…Cd atoms is 0.979 6 nm. The coordination polymer [Ca(L)2·(CH3OH)2]n (HL=N-phenylanthranilic acid) (1) was synthesized by the reaction of calcium perchlorate with N-phenylanthranilic acid in the CH3OH/H2O. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The crystal of the title complex [Ca(L)2·(CH3OH)2]n belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.751 5(3) nm, b=1.079 6(4) nm, c=1.629 5(6) nm, α=83.547(5)°, β=89.001(6)°, γ=72.257(5)°, V=1.251 0(8) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.403 Mg·m-3, F(000)=556, and final R1=0.066 8, wR2=0.140 4. The complex comprises a seven-coordinated calcium(Ⅱ) center, with a O7 distorted pengonal bipyramidal coordination environment. Adjacent Ca(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by N-phenylanthranilicate groups, resulting in a 1D chain structure. The adjacent Ca…Ca distances are 0.382 8 nm and 0.384 6 nm. Furthermore, the molecules are connected by hydrogen bonds to form two dimensional layered structure. CCDC: 652445.  相似文献

The complex [Cu(μ3-I)INH]n has been synthesized in DMF solution with INH, CuI, where INH=isoniazid. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The crystal belong to monoclinic system, space group P21/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.009 48(10) nm, b=0.467 51(5) nm, c=1.992 62(19) nm, β=101.413 0(10)°, and V= 0.921 81(16) nm3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=5.674 mm-1, F(000)=616.0, R1=0.031 6, wR2=0.082 5 [I>2σ(I)]. The copper(Ⅰ) atom locates in a distorted coordination tetrahedron. The copper(Ⅰ) atoms bridged by μ3-I to form a band stair-like chain, and INH occupying the remaining coordination site of the approximately tetrahedral. The stair-like chains extend along b axis. The results of TG analysis show the title complex was stable under 200℃. CCDC: 705346.  相似文献
