The performance of a trickle-bed air biofilter (TBAB) in the removal of 1,1,1-trichloroethane (TCLE) was evaluated in concentrations varying from 0.025 to 0.049 g/m3 and at empty-bed residence time (EBRT) varying from 20 to 90 s. Nearly complete TCLE removal could be achieved for influent carbon loading between 0.98 and 5.88 g/m3 h. The TBAB appeared efficient for controlling TCLE emission under low-carbon-loading conditions. Carbon recoveries higher than 95% were achieved, demonstrating the accuracy of results. The carbon mass rate of the liquid effluent was approximately two orders of magnitude less than that of the effluent CO2, indicating that dissolved TCLE and its derivatives in leachate were present in negligible amounts in the TBAB.  相似文献

建立了一种系统的分析重烷基苯的方法。通过柱色谱对重烷基苯进行了分离,将其分成了六个族组分,对这六个族组分进行红外、紫外以及荧光鉴定,确定了各族组分的归属,利用电喷雾质谱测定了第二到第五族组分磺酸盐的相对分子量分布,结合红外、紫外所测定的结果,及每族物质的不饱和度和通式,推算出了烷基芳烃部分的相对分子质量和烷基苯的碳数分布。  相似文献

A synthetic mixture of uroporphyrin isomers I, II, III and IV as free acids in the synthetic ratio of 1:1:4:2 was resolved by reverse-phase HPLC using a C0:PEL (ODS) 37-50 micron precolumn and a Micro Bondapak C18 analytical column eluted with acetonitrile (4%) in phosphate buffer (pH 6.95). Clinically important I and III isomers of uroporphyrin were readily resolved directly from acidified urine as porphyrin free acids.  相似文献

Dilute concentrations of 1,1,1-trichloroethane (TCA) in air were decomposed in an electron beam generated plasma reactor. The energy required for high levels of TCA decomposition (greater than 90%) was determined as a function of inlet concentration. For 99%, decomposition of TCA, ez300 eV/molecule at 250 ppm inlet concentration, and ¨~100 eV/molecule at 3000 ppm. A radical reaction mechanism is proposed which accounts for the formation of the major reaction products: 1,1-dichloroethylene, HCl, chloroacetylchloride, CO2, and COCl2. A model is derived based on first-order inhibited kinetics; a fit of the data to the model shows that at high decomposition fractions, radical scavenging by reaction products is a significant inhibitor of TCA decomposition.This work was supported by the Contaminant Plume Containment and Remediation Focus Area, Office of Environmental Management, U.S. Department of Energy.Also affiliated with the Department of Nuclear Engineering.  相似文献

采用毛细管电泳分析方法对维甲酸异构体进行了分离。比较了区带电泳和胶束电动色谱两种模式对维甲酸异构体的分离效果。考察了缓冲液组成、pH值、乙腈含量以及十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)浓度等对分离的影响。采用胶束电动色谱法可完全分离13-顺-和全反式-维甲酸,最佳的缓冲溶液为(20 mmol/L Tris-H3BO3(pH 8.5)-25 mmol/L SDS)-乙腈(体积比为80∶20)。该法首次应用于加标血浆中的维甲酸分析,获得了较好的结果。  相似文献

It has been computationally proposed that there are more than 200 possible isomeric structures for the C6H6 molecule, among which benzene (CH)6 represents the most thermodynamically stable molecule and its chemistry has been extensively developed. Three benzene valence isomers (CR)6, namely, prismane, Dewar benzene, and benzvalene, have also been synthesized to date. Incorporation of heteroatoms in the skeletal frameworks allows access to inorganic analogues of benzene and its valence isomers, which have attracted considerable attention due to their peculiar structural and electronic features. Experimentally, more than 30 examples of inorganic benzene and its valence isomers have been developed and characterized so far. In this contribution, their synthesis and characterization, as well as their stability and chemical properties, are discussed.  相似文献

建立了气相色谱–质谱联用法,用于测定塑料材料中3种磷酸三甲苯酯同分异构体磷酸三邻甲苯酯、磷酸三间甲苯酯、磷酸三对甲苯酯。采用30℃/min升温速率,3种磷酸三甲苯酯同分异构体均在10 min内出峰,质量浓度在0.0~2.4 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数不小于0.999 0,检出限均为0.1μg/L,加标回收率为90.6%~108.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.6%~4.8%(n=4)。该方法灵敏度高,精确度满足检测要求。  相似文献

利用高效液相色谱方法在普通Polar-RP柱上成功分离pentostatin的4个异构体。通过考察色谱柱、流动相、温度等对分离度的影响,得到最佳分离条件为:室温下以Phenom enex Synergi Polar-RP色谱柱,采用磷酸氢二钠水溶液(50 mmol,pH 8.8)-甲醇(97∶3,V/V)为流动相;282 nm检测;流速为1.0 mL/m in。结果表明,4个异构体之间均达到基线分离,且保留时间和峰面积的RSD均控制在0.6%以内。pentostatin在0.1~1.0g/L、其异构体在0.5~1.5 mg/L范围内的线性相关系数(R)均大于0.99。在此实验基础上,建立分离纯化Pentostatin的制备色谱条件,以制备色谱法得到的产品纯度达到99.8%,收率达到理论产率的80.2%。  相似文献
