New solid rubidium-conducting electrolytes based on rubidium monoferrite in the system of Rb2 − 2x Fe2−x V x O4 are synthesized and studied. It is found that introduction of V5+ ions causes a drastic decrease in the electronic conductivity component prevalent in pure RbFeO2 with a simultaneous increase in the ionic conductivity. The latter becomes predominant at an increase in the concentration of vanadium. The optimum compositions of the studied electrolytes feature a very high cationic rubidium conductivity (∼1.8 × 10−2 S cm−1 at 200°C, more than 10−1 S cm−1 at 700°C). The results are compared with the data obtained earlier for similar systems based on RbGaO2 and RbAlO2.  相似文献

The anion-excess fluorite-like solid solutions with general composition Bi1−xTex(O,F)2+δ (x > 0.5) have been synthesized by a solid state reaction of TeO2, BiF3 and Bi2O3 at 873 K with following quenching. The homogeneity areas and polymorphism of the I ↔ IV Bi1−xTex(O,F)2+δ phases were investigated. The crystal structure of the low temperature IV-Bi1−xTex(O,F)2+δ phase has been solved using electron diffraction and X-ray powder diffraction (a = 11.53051(9) Å, S.G. Ia-3, RI = 0.046, RP = 0.041). Glass formation area in the Bi2O3–BiF3–TeO2 (10% TiO2) system was investigated. IVBi1−xTex(O,F)2+δ phase starts to crystallize at short-time (0.5–3 h) annealing of oxyfluoride glasses at temperatures above Tg (600–615 K). The ionic conductivity of the crystalline Bi1−xTex(O,F)2+δ phase and corresponding glass-ceramics was investigated. Activation energy of conductivity Ea = 0.41(2) eV for the IV-Bi1−xTex(O,F)2+δ crystalline samples and Ea = 0.73 eV for the glass-ceramic samples were obtained. Investigation of the oxyfluoride samples with a constant cation ratio demonstrates essential influence of excess fluorine anions on the ionic conductivity.  相似文献

A multicomponent system of complex refractory oxides of the composition Zn2 − x (Zr a Sn b )1 − x Fe2x O4 (a + b = 1; a: b = 1: 5, 1: 4, 1: 3, 1: 2, 1: 1, 2: 1, 3: 1, 4: 1; x = 0−1.0; Δx = 0.05) was studied by X-ray diffraction. The samples were prepared from oxides of appropriate metals by low-temperature plasma synthesis (hydrogen-oxygen flame). Two phases with wide homogeneity ranges were identified: α phase crystallized in the crystal system of inverse cubic spinel and β phase with the structure of tetragonal spinel. The phase boundaries were found. Structural data are presented for about 100 solid solutions.  相似文献

Synthesis and ionic conductivity of Li3−2x Nb x Fe2−x (PO4)3 complex phosphates were studied by X-ray powder diffraction and impedance spectroscopy. These phosphates are formed only at 900–1000°C. Variations in their thermal expansivity and unit cell parameters induced by aliovalent doping were characterized. The conductivity of these materials increases monotonically in the series Li0.5Nb1.25Fe0.75(PO4)3-LiNbFe(PO4)3 and Li1.2Nb0.9Fe1.1(PO4)3-Li3Fe2(PO4)3, which is explained by consecutive occupation of the Li(1) and Li(2) positions in their structures. The enthalpies of reactions of Sm1 + x Ba2 − x Cu3O y substitution solid solutions (x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.7, and 0.8) with 1.07 N HCl were measured at 298.15 K in a hermetic isothermic-shell swinging calorimeter. The results and the literature data were used to calculate the standard enthalpies of their formation from simple substances and binary oxides (Δf H 298.15o and Δox H 298.15o). The dependence of the enthalpy of formation on the degree of samarium substitution for barium was obtained.  相似文献

Layered perovskite manganites with a nominal chemsitry of Sm2-2xSr1+2x-2yCa2yMn2O7(x=0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5; y=0, 0.2, 0.3) were prepared using sol-gel method. The crystal structures of these compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and FTIR absorption spectra. The absorption peaks become weaker and move a little to higher frequency with increasing of Sm/Sr concentration. As the Sm doping increases to x=0.2 and x=0.3, the absorption peaks show a cubic structure character, reflecting that the samples suffer from a transition from tetragonal structure to cubic structure. This coincides with the X-ray diffraction results. The high temperature electrical properties were studied by conventional four-probe method. Although all samples exhibit the semiconductive behavior, lnρ-1 000/T curves are not linear and they obey the small polaron hopping mechanism. Moreover, the resistivity decreases with x reducing. This is due to that Sm doping increases the Jahn-Teller ion Mn3+/Mn4+ ratio, and decreases the eg bandwidth.  相似文献

The phase compositions of theLaVO4-SrMoO4(1) and Sr2GeO4-SrMoO4 (2) binary systems, which bound the Sr2GeO4-LaVO4-SrMoO4 (3) ternary system, and the LaSr2(VO4)(GeO4)-Sr2GeO4+SrMoO4 section (4) of system 3 are studied at subsolidus temperatures. Systems 1 and 2 consist of a mixture of the initial compounds, and the La1 − x Sr2 + x (GeO4)(V1 − x Mo x O4) (where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.4) region of substitutional solid solutions with a palmierite structure is formed in system 3. Ag1 − x Mg1 − x R1 + x (MoO4)3 NASICON-like solid solutions, where R = Al or Sc and 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5, were prepared; their crystal lattice parameters and thermal stabilities were determined. Silver-ion conductivity was measured, and conductivity activation energy values were calculated for various temperature ranges. Above 400°C, Ag1 − x Mg1 − x R1 + x (MoO4)3 phases have ionic conductivities comparable to the conductivities of sodium-ion and lithium-ion NASICON-like conductors. The conductivity increases as the tervalent cation radius increases or the amount of mobile silver ions increases.  相似文献

A series of Cs2Te0.2H0.6 + x PMo12 − x V x O n (x = 0–3) heteropoly compounds has been prepared and tested in the partial oxidation of isobutane. Catalytic tests show that at 350°C very high selectivity to methacrylic acid (60.1%) can be achieved at isobutane conversion of 12.2% over a Cs2.0Te0.2H1.6PMo11VO n catalyst with only one molybdenum atom per unit cell substituted by vanadium. The presence of Te4+ in the heteropoly compounds appears to interfere with the dehydrqgenation step and favor the formation of methacrolein and methacrylic acid.  相似文献

The silicate oxyapatites Ca2-3xLa8+2xx(SiO4)6O2(x=0, 0.17, 0.33, 0.50, 0.67) was synthesized via a sol-gel method at low temperature. The apatite phases have been characterised by X-ray diffraction (XRD), conducting properties was studied by electrical chemistry impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The conductivity of La9.330.67(SiO4)6O2 is 1.58×10-3 S·cm-1 at 700 ℃, it is higher about 4 270 times than that of Ca2La8(SiO4)6O2, the activation energy is decreasing from 1.37 eV to 0.84 eV. With cation vacancies increasing,the conducting mechanism is gradually translation from a direct linear pathway free oxygen ion conduction to a curve pathway interstitial oxygen ion conduction. The electrical conductivities is almost independent of the oxygen partial pressure, this suggests that the oxyapatites exhibited almost pure O2- ion conduction over a wide range of oxygen partial pressure.  相似文献

Oxygen gas can be electrochemically separated from ambient air with very high purity and compressed by using a solid-electrolyte ion-transport membrane. An electrolyte with high ionic conductivity such as gadolinium-doped ceria (CGO) and mixed conducting electrodes are used to construct the electrochemical cell. To achieve high oxygen flux, the electrodes must exhibit very fast electrode kinetics. Here, we report the performances of mixed conducting PrBaCo2O5 + x and NdBaCo2O5 + x electrodes in oxygen separation in a planar CGO electrolyte-supported cell. The properties of the electrode materials were evaluated using potentiostatic and potentiodynamic measurements and alternating current impedance spectroscopy. The oxygen flux was also measured using gas chromatography to confirm the absence of gas leaks. The electrodes demonstrated very low polarization resistances as a result of very high cathodic and anodic reaction rates at temperatures of 600–800 °C. High oxygen gas flow rates were observed on applying potentials up to 1 V with an almost linear relationship between the applied potential and the molar flow rate of oxygen gas.  相似文献

Li1 +x Ti2 − x Ga x (PO4)3(x= 0−0.2) NASICON double phosphates are prepared and studied by high-temperature X-ray diffraction, 7Li NMR spectroscopy, impedance spectroscopy, and calorimetry. Doping with Ga3+ cations increases cation mobility in LiTi2(PO4)3. Ion conductivity, NMR spectroscopy, and calorimetry data imply the occurrence of a phase transition in LiTi2(PO4)3 and in products of partial gallium-for-titanium substitution. Zr0.5Ti0.5O2(ZT) and Zr0.25Ti0.25Al0.5O2(ZTA) mixed oxides were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by low temperature adsorption-desorption, XRD and NH3-TPD. The activity of Pt/Zr0.5Ti0.5O2 and Pt/ Zr0.5Ti0.5Al0.5O2 catalysts was evaluated using the simulated gases. The results show that ZTA samples exhibit higher specific surface area, larger pore volume and proper surface acidic amount and acidity in comparison with ZT. The results of the catalytic test indicate that Pt/ZT and Pt/ZTA catalysts exhibit excellent low-temperature catalytic activity and lower light-off temperatures of hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides, especially better conversion for nitrogen oxides (NOx). The addition of Al2O3 into ZT enhanced the anti-aging property of Pt/ ZTA catalysts due to the excellent textural, structural, surface acidity and thermal stability.  相似文献

Cu0.7 x Co x Zn0.3Fe2O4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) nanoparticles are prepared by sol–gel auto combustion method, using copper nitrate, zinc nitrate, ferric nitrate, cobalt nitrate, and citric acid as the starting materials. The process takes only a few minutes to obtain as-received Co-substituted Cu–Zn ferrite powders. X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrational sample magnetometer and thermo gravimetric analysis are utilized in order to study the effect of variation in the Co substitution and its impact on particle size, lattice constant, density, cation distribution and magnetic properties like magnetization, coercivity, remanent magnetization, ferritization temperature and associated water content. Lattice parameter found to increase with increasing Co content, whereas X-ray density, bulk density, particle size showed decreasing trend with the Co content. Cation distribution indicates that the Co and Cu ion show preference towards octahedral [B] site, Zn occupy tetrahedral (A) site whereas Fe occupy both tetrahedral (A) and octahedral [B] site. Redistribution of cations takes place for x > 0.3. Saturation magnetization (Ms) increases from 52.99 to 79.62 emu/g (x ≤ 0.3), for x > 0.3 Ms decreases with increase in Co content x. However, coercivity, magnetocrystalline anisotropy and remanent magnetization increases with the Co2+ substitution.  相似文献

This paper presents the result of thermodynamic studies on Ge1−x Sn x Se2.5 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5) glasses using differential scanning calorimetry. The obtained experimental results on phase transformations have been employed to obtain thermodynamic parameters like entropy difference between metastable states in the glassy region, difference of Gibbs free energy, specific heat, entropy between the glassy and the crystalline phase and the enthalpy released during phase transformation (glassy to crystalline). The results yield that, Ge0.7Sn0.3Se2.5 sample is least stable among all the samples. The stability increases on addition of Sn beyond 0.3 at. mass% upto 0.5 at. mass%.  相似文献

NASICON materials of composition Li1 + x Zr2 − x In x (PO4)3(x = 0–1) were synthesized. The phase constitution, particle size, and conductivity of these materials were studied as s function of synthesis temperature. High-temperature X-ray powder diffraction was used to study phase transitions in the materials synthesized. Low levels (x ≤ 0.1) partial substitution of indium for zirconium considerably increase the lithium ion conductivity and reduce the activation energy for conduction compared to the parent compound.  相似文献
