本文通过铜模吸铸法和单辊甩带法分别制备出一系列楔形试样和非晶条带试样, 系统研究了稀土金属Y对Fe78Si9B13合金非晶形成能力及其软磁性能的影响. 结果表明, 少量Y取代 Fe-Si-B 非晶合金中的Fe 可大大提高该合金的非晶形成能力并促进过冷液相区的产生. 当Y含量为3 at.%时, 合金具有最大的非晶形成能力, 其临界厚度为313 μm, 相应的非晶过冷液相区宽度达到65 K. 该系列非晶合金具有优良的软磁性能, 其矫顽力(Hc)均低于200 A/m, Y含量为1 at.%时, 饱和磁感应强度(Bs) 达到最大值1.67 T.  相似文献

Glass formation, mechanical and magnetic properties of the Fe76-xC7.0Si3.3B5.0P8.7Mox (x=0, 1 at.%, 3 at.% and 5 at.%) alloys prepared using an industrial Fe-P master alloy have been studied. With the substitution of Mo for Fe, glass-forming ability (GFA) was significantly enhanced and fully amorphous rods with a diameter of up to 5 mm were produced in the alloy with 3% Mo. The Mo-containing amorphous alloys also exhibited high fracture strength of 3635–3881 MPa and excellent magnetic properties including a high saturation magnetization of 1.10–1.41 T, a high Curie temperature and a low coercive force. The unique combination of high GFA, high fracture strength and excellent magnetic properties make the newly developed bulk metallic glasses viable for practical engineering applications.  相似文献

铀基非晶合金是非晶家族中的特殊成员,受限于铀元素的高活性与放射性特点,目前这类非晶材料的研究极不充分.本文结合非晶合金的最新发展动态简要介绍了铀基非晶发展历史,较系统地总结了本团队的最新铀基非晶研究工作:首先较详细地介绍了新型铀基非晶的制备技术、成分体系、形成规律与晶化行为,澄清了其形成机制与热稳定性;结合高分辨电镜分析展示了其微观结构特点;采用纳米压痕技术揭示了这类非晶的微纳力学性能;利用电化学测试方法评估了其耐腐蚀性能.这些结果丰富了非晶材料的内涵,有助于深化对非晶物理基础科学问题的理解,并推动新型铀合金材料的发展,为这种材料的潜在工程应用奠定了基础.  相似文献

Fe74Ni3Si13Cr6W4 amorphous alloy powders were annealed at different temperature (T) for 1.5 h to fabricate the corresponding amorphous and nanocrystalline powders. The influences of T on the crystalline structure, morphology, magnetic and microwave electromagnetic properties of the resultant samples were investigated via X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer and vector network analyzer. The results show that the powder samples obtained at T of 650 °C or more are composed of lots of ultra-fine α-Fe(Si) grains embedded in an amorphous matrix. When T increases from 350 to 750 °C, the saturated magnetization and coercivity of the as-annealed powder samples both increase monotonously whereas the relative real permittivity shows a minimal value and the relative real permeability shows a maximal value at T of 650 °C. Thus the powder samples annealed at 650 °C show optimal reflection loss under −10 dB in the whole C-band. These results here suggest that the annealing heat treatment of Fe-based amorphous alloy is an effective approach to fabricate high performance microwave absorber with reasonable permittivity and large permeability simultaneously via adjusting T.  相似文献

运用实空间递归方法研究了添加元素Nb,Ta,Y,La对Zr基非晶合金的非晶形成能力和耐腐蚀性能的影响.用计算机编程构造了Zr基非晶中初始晶化相Zr2Ni的原子结构模型,用Zr2Ni中的二十面体原子团簇模拟非晶中的二十面体团簇.计算了替代二十面体中心或顶角位置原子前后Ni,Zr及合金元素的局域态密度、团簇中心Ni与近邻Zr原子及Ni与替代元素Nb,Ta,Y,La间的键级积分,还计算了合金元素替代前后团簇的费米能级.局域态密度计算结果表明:合金元素Cu占据二十面体团 关键词: 电子结构 Zr基大块非晶 非晶形成能力 耐蚀性  相似文献

Thermal, mechanical and thermomagnetic properties associated with the magnetic and structural transition of an amorphous Fe80Cr5B15 alloy are described. The investigation was carried out in a simultaneous dilatometric and thermomagnetic experiment. An anomaly of the thermal expansion coefficient at the Curie point and a change in mechanical properties just before the onset of crystallization are observed. The results are compared with the thermal behavior obtained by differential scanning calorimetry.  相似文献

We have examined the effect of Nb addition on the thermal stability of the supercooled liquid before crystallization, the glass-forming ability and magnetic properties for the amorphous alloy series Fe73NbxAl5-xGe2P10C6B4 and Fe63Co7NbxZr10-xB20. The supercooled liquid regions (ΔTx=Tx-Tg) have maximum values of 66 and 79K, respectively, for Fe73Nb1Al4Ge2P10C6B4 and Fe63Co7Nb4Zr6B20 alloys. The saturation magnetization σs of the Fe73NbxAl5-xGe2P10C6B4 alloy system is much higher than that of the Fe63Co7NbxZr10-xB20 alloy system, and is almost unchanged with an increasing Nb content from 0 to 3 at%. But the σs of the Fe63Co7NbxZr10-xB20 alloys decreases linearly with increasing Nb content. The coercive force Hc of the two alloy series can have a minimum value of 31A/m for Fe73Nb1Al4Ge2P10C6B4 and 37A/m for Fe63Co7Nb4Zr6B20. All these values are for the ribbons annealed at 773 and 873K for 15min in vacuum.  相似文献

Formation of Fe-C-Si-B-P-(Cr-Al-Co) bulk metallic glasses with enhanced glass-forming ability (GFA) and magnetic properties fabricated using industrial pig-iron and Fe-P alloys as raw materials has been studied. It was found that GFA of the pig-iron (Fe79.5C18.0Si2.3P0.2, at%) could be improved by proper additions of only metalloids C, Si, P and B, and fully glassy structure was obtained in the Fe75.5C7.0Si3.3B5.5P8.7 alloy with a critical diameter of 1 mm. With suitable additions of metallic elements Cr, Co and Al, the GFA is further increased and fully amorphous rods in 4 mm diameter can be prepared for the Fe68.2C7.0Si3.3B5.5P8.7Cr2.3Al2.0Co3.0 alloy that shows a unique combination of good soft-magnetic properties (Ms=1.03 T, Hc=9.39 A/m), high GFA and high fracture strength. These low-cost Fe-based bulk metallic glasses fabricated using industrial raw materials have a potential to be utilized as engineering materials.  相似文献

为模拟Nb含量对FeSiBCuNb系铁基纳米晶合金结构和磁学性能的影响,采用Amorphous模块构建了Fe88-xSi9B2CuNbx(x=1,3,5,7)的硬球密剁模型,通过分子动力学方法进行弛豫,淬火以及退火处理,得到了Fe88-xSi9B2CuNbx(x=1,3,5,7)铁基纳米晶合金结构.基于第一性原理的计算方法,分析了不同Nb含量的铁基纳米晶合金的晶体结构和磁学性能.结果表明:随着Nb含量的增加,体系的晶格常数和体积都有所增大,导电性减小,磁矩不断减小,并且Fe的3d轨道是体系磁矩的主要贡献者,Nb元素对体系非晶化的形成有一定的作用.  相似文献

The magnetic and mechanical properties of amorphous Fe100−xYx alloys (20 ≤ x ≤ 60) fabricated by rapid quenching have been measured. The dependence of the density, Young's modulus and magnetic moment per Fe atom on x shows a break point between x = 30 and 40, accompanied by a drastic change in the X-ray diffraction pattern. The spontaneous volume magnetostriction as well as the forced volume magnetostriction are a maximum at x = 20 and decrease rapidly with increasing x. The variation of the magnetic and mechanical properties with x is explained by a change of the local atomic arrangement in the amorphous state, reflecting the structure of corresponding crystalline compounds.  相似文献

对非晶合金Fe78 Si9 B13进行了低频脉冲磁场处理,用穆斯堡尔谱学、透射电 镜等方法观察处理试样的微观结构变化.研究发现,当脉冲频率20—25Hz,磁场16—32kA/m,作用时间≤2min,合金发生了纳米晶化,纳米相岐睩e(Si)晶粒尺寸为10nm. 而且,在低频脉冲磁场处理过程中,非晶试样的温升≤20℃. 关键词: 非晶态合金 脉冲磁场处理 纳米晶化  相似文献

Characteristics of the excess free volume in amorphous alloys quenched from a melt are investigated and analyzed. It is established by small-angle x-ray scattering that the application of intense hydrostatic pressure causes this volume to decrease. The saturation magnetization and the hyperfine magnetic field of different f.c.c. Fe–Ni based alloys containing nearby 29 at .% Ni were studied as a function of temperature and for different Carbon and Manganese contents. The viscous thermal flow behavior and mechanical property of [Fe0.6Co0.15B0.2Si0.05] (100−x)Tax (x = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5) soft magnetic amorphous ribbons were studied. The characteristics of melt-spun amorphous ribbons were measured by using vibration sample magnetometer (VSM), nanoindentation, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA) to study the effects of Ta content variation on the thermal stability, mechanical, and soft magnetic properties. We observed that the nanoindentation hardness, Young's modulus, and glass transition and crystallization temperatures were improved by the addition of Ta. Using dilatometry measurement, TMA, by heating at a constant rate under tension mode, we examined not only the glass transition and crystallization behaviors but also the possibility of coexistence of multiple amorphous phases.  相似文献

This paper investigates the effect of warm compaction on the magnetic and electrical properties of Fe-based soft magnetic composites at operating frequencies between 0.1 and 10 kHz. The magnetic and electrical properties of samples were measured by an LCR meter and morphology of the samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. It was shown that the compacted sample prepared at 800 MPa and 550 °C had the lowest magnetic loss and electrical resistivity, and highest magnetic induction and effective permeability in comparison with other samples compacted at 800 MPa and room temperature, 150, 250, 350 and 450 °C.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of several amorphous rare-earth nickel alloys close to 30 at% Ni have been studied in the temperature range 4.2–300 K. The Curie temperatures range from 2 K in Pr69Ni31. Alloys in which the rare-earth component has an orbital moment show large intrinsic coercive forces below Tc. These coercive forces vary considerably with temperature, the temperature dependence of the alloys Dy69Ni31 and Tb69Ni31 is satisfactorily described by means of an exponential law of the form Hc(T) = Hc(0) exp(-αT).  相似文献

The magnetostriction coefficients λs of (Co1−xNix)75Si15B10 amorphous alloys have been determined in the range 0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.41. The dependence of the magnetostriction on temperature T has been related to that of the magnetic polarization Js in a phenomenological way as λs(T) = α[Js(T)]3 + β[Js(T)]2. The compositional dependence of the coefficients α and β has been obtained.From the studies of the magnetostriction in the region close to the Curie temperature it has been possible to evaluate the magnetostriction critical exponent K.  相似文献

Abstract

The paper presents the results of measurements of of magnetic properties of some Fe based amorphous alloys. The magnetization curves B(H) have been investigated within the range of pressure up to 2.5 GPa showing considerable changes with pressure. The reduction of spontaneous magnetization has been observed due to the pressure shift of Curie temperature. In some cases the total disappearence of ferromagnetism with increase of pressure has been observed at isothermal conditions.  相似文献

Fe-based amorphous powders of Fe56Nb6Zr38 and Fe60Nb6Ti34 based on binary eutectic were prepared by mechanical alloying starting from mixtures of pure metal powders. The amorphization behavior and thermal stability were examined by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. Results show that Fe56Nb6Zr38 alloy has a better glass forming ability and a relatively lower thermal stability comparing with Fe60Nb6Ti34 alloy. The prepared amorphous powders have homogeneous element distribution and no obvious contaminants coming from mechanical alloying. The synthesized amorphous powders offer the potential for consolidation to full density with desirable mechanical properties through the powder metallurgy methods.  相似文献

Results are reported of an investigation of several amorphous alloys of Eu and Ag made by melt spinning. The crystallization temperatures were determined by differential scanning calorimetry. By means of magnetic measurements it was established that the Eu ions are divalent in all amorphous Eu-Ag alloys. In order to compare the magnetic coupling in the amorphous alloys with that in crystalline compounds, an investigation was also made of the magnetic properties of the compounds Eu3Si2 (tetragonal, U3Si2-type) and EuAg (orthohombic, FeB-type). Their magnetic properties and lattice constants are given together with those of the compounds EuAg2 and EuAg5.  相似文献
