3‐Iodothyronamine (T1AM) is a novel metabolite of thyroid hormone. In HEK‐293 cells expressing an orphan G‐protein coupled receptor, the trace amine receptor, T1AM, potently increased cAMP accumulation. In mice, T1AM rapidly induced hypothermia and bradycardia within minutes of administration. These results suggest the existence of a new signaling pathway, the stimulation of which leads to rapid physiological and behavioral consequences. Isotope‐labeled T1AM derivatives would be useful to study the biology and pharmacology of T1AM. Herein we describe efficient syntheses of [125I]‐, [2H]‐, and [3H]‐T1AM.  相似文献

Cs3[UO2(CH3COO)3]2[UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)] (I) and Cs5[UO2(CH3COO)3]3[UO2 (NCS)4(H2O)] · 2H2O (II) have been synthesized via the reaction between uranyl acetate and cesium thiocyanate in aqueous solution. According to single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, both compounds crystallize in monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 18.7036(5) Å, b = 16.7787(3) Å, c = 12.9636(3) Å, β = 92.532(1)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0434 (I); and a = 21.7843(3) Å, b = 24.6436(5) Å, c = 13.1942(2) Å, β = 126.482(1)°, space group Cc, Z = 4, R = 0.0273 (II). Uranium-containing structural units of compound (I) are mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)]? moieties, which correspond to the AB 3 01 and AB01M 3 1 crystallochemical groups (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?, M1 = NCS? and H2O). The structure of compound II is built of [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(NCS)4(H2O)]2? complexes, which belong to the AB 3 01 and AM 5 1 crystallochemical groups, respectively. Uranium-containing complexes in both structures are linked into a framework by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions with cesium cations. The IR spectra of compounds I and II agree well with X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

The synthesis of the [Cu(H2L)](NO3)2 complex (I) and of a mixed-valent complex [Cu(H2L)Cl]2[CuCl2]Cl·0.5H2O (II), where L is chiral bis(menthane) propylenediaminodioxime. According to the data of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, compounds I and II have ionic structures. In complex cations, the Cu2+ ion coordinates four N atoms of tetradentate chelate ligand, namely, the H2L molecule. The coordination surrounding of the Cu atom in I is a distorted square CuN4, while in II, it is a distorted square pyramid CuN4Cl. The complex anion [CuCl2]? in II has linear structure. The mutual arrangement of oxime groups in H2L corresponds to amphi-configuration of a ligand and therefore, intramolecular hydrogen bond O...H-O are formed in H2L. The complex cations in compound II are joined in dimers through hydrogen bonds Cl...H-O. The values μeff for I and II are equal to 1.82 and 2.82 μB, respectively.  相似文献

Compounds[Sm(m-CIBA)3phen]2·2H2O and[Sm(p-ClBA)3phen]2·2H2O(m-ClBA=m-chlorobenzoate,PClBA=p-chlorobenzoate,phen=1,10-phenanthroline)were prepared.The dehydration processes and kinetics of these compounds were studied from the analysis of the DSC curves using a method of processing the data of thermal analysis kinetics.The Arrhenius equation for the dehydration process can be expressed as lnk=38.65-243.90x103|RT for and△S≠ of dehydration reaction for the title compounds are determined,respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel peroxopolyoxomolybdate compound, [N(CH3)4]3 [H(SO4)2 (MoO2(O2))3] · 3H2O, has been obtained from a strongly acidic aqueous solution of a molybdate-sulfate system as the monoclinic crystal of P2/n, a = 13.497(3), b = 15.231(4), c = 32.603(2) Å, β = 103.113(9)°, and V = 6577(2) Å3. The final R-value was 0.0986 for 395 parameters using 7162 reflections. Each of the two crystallographically independent polyanions contains three molybdenum atoms with five O2?, one O2 2?, and two sulfate groups, one of which is a tripod ligand apical to the molybdenum plane, and the other is a bipod ligand equatorial to the Mo plane.  相似文献

Two ion pair complexes, [Ru(bpy)3]2[Fe(CN)6]I [sdot] 7H3O (1) and [Ru(bpy)3][Fe(CN)5NO](CH3OH) [sdot] H2O (2) (bpy = 2,2-bipyridine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. X-Ray crystallographic structures of 1 and 2 both show Fe(III) and Ru(II) in distorted octahedral environments. In both complexes, H-bonding interactions between an uncoordinated water molecule and the nitrogen atom of a cyano group exist.  相似文献

The complexes of [Sm(o-MOBA)3bipy]2·H2O and [Sm(m-MOBA)3bipy]2·H2O (o(m)-MOBA = o(m)-methoxybenzoic acid, bipy-2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, XRD and molar conductance, respectively. The thermal decomposition processes of the two complexes were studied by means of TG–DTG and IR techniques. The thermal decomposition kinetics of them were investigated from analysis of the TG and DTG curves by jointly using advanced double equal-double steps method and Starink method. The kinetic parameters (activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A) and thermodynamic parameters (ΔH , ΔG and ΔS ) of the second-step decomposition process for the two complexes were obtained, respectively.  相似文献

Binary complex salts, [Co(En)3][Fe(CN)6] · 2H2O and [Co(En)3]4[Fe(CN)6]3 · 15H2O, are synthesized. The properties of the salts and their thermolysis in air, dihydrogen, and argon are studied. Oxides of the central ions of the binary complex salts are found to be the thermolysis products in an oxidative atmosphere. Solid solutions (intermetallic compounds) CoFe are the thermolysis products in the reductive atmosphere, whereas intermetallides containing considerable amounts of C and N and an impurity of Co and Fe oxides are the thermolysis products in an inert atmosphere. Gaseous thermolysis products in dihydrogen and argon are NH3, hydrocarbons, and ethylenediamine.  相似文献

A three-dimensional CO(3)(2-)-bridged Mn(II)-Ru(2)(II,III) complex, Mn(4)(H(2)O)(16)H[Ru(2)(CO(3))(4)](2)[Ru(2)(CO(3))(4)(H(2)O)(2)]·11H(2)O (1), was synthesized by self-assembling Ru(2)(CO(3))(4)(3-) paddle-wheel precursors and Mn(2+) cations. It contains an unprecedented layer [Ru(2)(CO(3))(4)](n)(3n-) with (4,4) network. The ferromagnetic coupling between spin centers results in ordering below 3.0 K.  相似文献

The novel coordination polymer [Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)2]·[Pr(BYBA)3(H2O)] (BYBAH = 2-benzoylbenzoic acid) was yielded by hydrothermal synthesis, determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and characterized by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra. The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P with a = 9.112(3), b = 14.644(5), c = 27.076(11) (A), α = 84.223(3), β = 87.816(4), γ = 88.902(4)o, V = 3592(2) (A)3, C84H60O21Pr2, Mr = 1687.14, Z = 2, F(000) = 1700, Dc = 1.560 g/cm3, μ = 1.419 mm-1, the final R = 0.0485 and wR = 0.1258 for 13035 observed reflections with I>2((I). The compound contains two different building units, [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] and [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2]. It is noticeable that [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)4] is an isolated binuclear building block, in which the Pr3 ion centers are both located in an eight-coordinated environment. However, in [Pr2(BYBA)6(H2O)2] the Pr3 ion centers are located in a nine-coordinated environment and connected by BYBA ligands to form 1D chains.  相似文献

[Tris(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolato)stannate]2−, [Q]2[Sn(C3S5)3], [tris(1,3-dithiole-2-one-4,5-dithiolato)stannate]2−, [Q]2[Sn(C3S4O)3], and [tris(1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-diselenolato)stannate]2− [Q]2[Sn(C3S3Se2)3], complexes, have been synthesised and characterised. Crystal structure determinations of [Q]2[Sn(C3S5)3] (Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium, monoclinic and orthorhombic forms; NMe4, NEt4, and PPh4) and [NEt4]2[Sn(C3S4O)3] revealed variations in the overall dianion structures. The geometry about tin in each case is essentially octahedral with the chelate bite angles in the range 80.7(5)–87.45(4)°: the range of Sn–S distances is 2.5207(18)–2.571(17) Å. A statistical analysis, carried out on the crystal structure data for the six complexes, indicated that the most critical factors in controlling the overall shape of the dianion were the distances of the Sn atom from the dithiolate ligand planes [Sn–OOP]. Interanionic S⋯S interactions, within the sum of the van der Waals’ radii for two S atoms, are affected by the size of the cation, Q; the secondary connectivity is 3-dimensional for the smallest cations, Q=1,4-dimethylpyridinium and NMe4, in chains for the somewhat larger cation, NEt4 and is absent for the still larger, PPh4 cation.  相似文献

Crystal data: C12H43O103.5K4Cr6P2W18(1), hexagonal P6(3)/m, a=1.5895(2)nm, b=1.5895(2) nm, c=2.1620(4) nm, α=90°, β=90°, γ =120°, V=4.7305(13) nm3, Z=2,R1 =0. 0726, wR2=0. 1542; C6H57O98K4Cr3CoP2W17(2), hexagonal P6(3)/mmc, a=1. 61328 (3) nm, b=1.61328(3) nm, c=2. 06613 (9) nm, α=90°,β=90°, γ=120°, V=4. 6570(2) nm3, Z=2, R1=0. 0377,wR2 =0.1070. These crystals were characterized using elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA, and XRD. It was found that the polyoxometalate anions maintained Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 1 and lacunary Wells-Dawson structure for crystal 2. Thermal analysis showed that crystal 1 lost the water of crystallization at 132 ℃, whereas crystal 2 lost the water of crystallization at 100 ℃. Crystal 1 could reversibly desorb and adsorb water molecules and its crystal structure could be restored after re-adsorbing the water molecules. It was also found from the XRD patterns that the void size of crystal 2 is smaller compared with that of crystal 1, which is attributed to the higher anion charges.  相似文献

The heteronuclear-oxoacetate with the composition [Fe2NiO(CH2COO)6(H2O)3]·2H2O decomposed on heating, forming nickel ferrite NiFe2O4 and (depending on the decomposition conditions) in part other solid phases. H2O, CH3COOH, acetone and CO2 were also formed in the decomposition. A reaction scheme is given for the decomposition. The products were porous powders with grain diameters between 3 and 10m. On increase of the temperature of decomposition from 300 to 800 C, the BET surface area and the surface area of the pores decreased, but only a small alteration in grain size was observed. As a result of thermal treatment in the temperature region abone 800C, larger aggregates of grains were formed in sintering processes.
Zusammenfassung Heteronukleare-Oxoazetate der Zusammensetzung [Fe2NiO(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]·2H2O werden durch Erhitzen zersetzt, wobei Nickelferrite NiFe2O4 und — in AbhÄngigkeit von den Bedingungen der Zersetzung — mit einem Teil anderer fester Phasen gebildet wird. In der Zersetzungsreaktion werden auch H2O, CH3COOH, Azeton und CO2 gebildet. Es wird ein Reaktionsschema für die Zersetzung angegeben. Die Produkte sind poröse Pulver mit einem Korndurchmesser zwischen 3 und 10 m. Wird die Zersetzungstemperatur von 300 auf 800C erhöht, nimmt die BET-OberflÄche und die PorenoberflÄche ab, wobei sich die Korngrö\e aber nur wenig verÄndert. Im Ergebnis der WÄrmebehandlung im Temperaturbereich oberhalb 800C werden durch Sinterprozesse grö\ere Partikelaggregate gebildet.

Transition metal complexes of 2-(1-(carboxymethyl)-2-methyl-1H-benzimidazol-3-ium-3-yl)acetate (HL), namely [Co(L)2(H2O)4] · 6H2O (I) and [Cu(L)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (II), have been synthesized by a hydrothermal procedure and characterized by X-ray crystallography, CIF files CCDC nos. 1007524 (I), 1007525 (II). Both I and II are mononuclear molecules. In I, the Co2+ ion is in octahedral coordiantion environment and surrounded by four O atoms from water molecules and two carboxylate O atoms of two deprotonated ligand (L?) occupied six culmination. While in II, the Cu2+ ion is located in a square-planar geometry, bounded to two aqua O atoms and two carboxylate O atoms from L?.  相似文献
