Molecular and crystal structure of a series of derivatives of N,N-dimethyl-4-nitroaniline has been studied by both X-ray diffraction method and high-level ab initio calculations. According to these data, the dimethylamino groups were found to have a trigonal-pyramidal configuration and are considerably turned with respect to the ring plane in all molecules having a substituent in the ortho-position; on the contrary, this group is planar in the meta-substituted molecules. Topological analysis of the electron density function for all molecules studied within the framework of Bader's ‘atoms in molecules’ (AIM) theory revealed that introduction of a substituent into the ortho- or meta-position of the ring results in increasing of the contribution of the resonance forms different from the quinoid one. Contribution of the latter form is predominant for the structure of N,N-dimethyl-4-nitroaniline (1). Topological analysis of the electron density distribution was used to explain a decreasing of the molecular hyperpolarisabilites of the ortho- and meta-substituted compounds as compared with those for 1.  相似文献

Indolines bearing different N-protecting groups (N-Tbf and N-Boc) were deprotonated regioselectively at C-2 (sp3 hybridized ortho-H) and C-7 (sp2 hybridized para-H) of the indoline ring, respectively. The generated organolithium intermediates reacted with aldimines to give the desired products in good yields with excellent anti-diastereoselectivities (>99:1). The produced N-Ts-(1-Tbf-indolin-2-yl)methanamine was facilely transformed to a fused heterocyclic compound.  相似文献

Chemoselective synthesis of thioaurones or 3-hydroxy benzo[b]thiophen-2-aryl ketones, 1-hydroxy naphtho[2,1-b]thiophen-2-aryl ketones and chalcones from N,N-diethyl-ortho-methyl sulfanyl aryl amides were described. (Benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl) alkylates and (naphtho[2,1-b]thiophen-2-yl) alkylates undergo a novel anionic ortho-Fries rearrangement leading to (3-hydroxy benzo[b]thiophen-2-yl) and (1-hydroxy naphtho[2,1-b]thiophen-2-yl) alkyl ketones. The hydroxy ketones were used as intermediates in the synthesis of wide range of benzothienopyranones and thiafluorenones.  相似文献

Novel derivatives of meso-tetraphenylporphyrin with appended quinazoline moieties were synthesized, via the Diels-Alder reaction, between a 4-(porphyrinyl)pyrimidine ortho-quinodimethane and 1,4-benzoquinone, 1,4-naphthoquinone and N-(p-nitrophenyl)maleimide. The structure of one bis adduct was established by X-ray crystallography and mass spectrometry. We have unequivocally confirmed that the 2:1 adducts obtained from the reaction of pyrimidine-fused 3-sulfolenes with N-arylmaleimides have an open-chain structure and not a cyclooctapyrimidine structure, as previously published.  相似文献

Copper-catalyzed tandem reaction of ortho-bromobenzamides and isothiocyanates is described, which provides an efficient and practical route for the synthesis of 2-thioxo-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones. The optimal condition involved the following parameters: CuI as precatalyst, Cs2CO3 as base, N,N′-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine as ligand, and toluene as solvent, with reaction temperature at 120 °C.  相似文献

A new and efficient method for the preparation of ortho-N-Boc-arylmethyl ketone derivatives is reported. The reaction involves the intermediacy of a 4-methylene-3,1-benzoaxin-2-one moiety which smoothly converts to the target compounds under acidic conditions. The ortho-N-Boc-arylmethyl ketone derivatives can be formed in a one-pot reaction or alternatively the 4-methylene-3,1-benzoaxin-2-ones can be isolated and subsequently transformed into the desired products.  相似文献

A library of 15 1,6,7,9-tetrasubstituted 6,7,9,9a-tetrahydro-5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazole-1,3,5(2H,3aH)-triones was prepared by combinatorial stereoselective cycloadditions of (1Z,4R,5R)-1-arylmethylidene-4-benzoylamino-5-phenylpyrazolidin-3-on-1-azomethine imines to N-substituted maleimides. Stereochemistry was controlled by the stereodirecting phenyl group at position-3 and by the ortho-substituents at the aromatic ring at position-1′ in azomethine imines. Consequently, two sets of diastereomeric cycloadducts were obtained, one set from the ortho-unsubstituted dipoles and the other set from the ortho-disubstituted dipoles.  相似文献

1-Chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides were synthesized from ketones and chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in high yields. Treatment of the sulfoxides with isopropylmagnesium chloride at −78 °C in toluene gave magnesium alkylidene carbenoids (α-chloro alkenylmagnesium chlorides), which were treated with N-lithio arylamines to afford ortho-alkenylated arylamines in moderate yields. The reaction, in some cases, proceeded in a highly stereospecific manner at the carbon bearing the chlorine and the sulfinyl group. The structures of the α-chloro alkenylmagnesium chlorides and the reactivity of the N-lithio meta-substituted anilines were studied at the B3LYP and MP2 levels of theory with the 6-31(+)G* basis set. This reaction offers a quite novel and direct alkenylation of arylamines at the ortho-position of the aromatic ring.  相似文献

A highly regioselective ortho-acetoxylation of N-(2-benzoylphenyl)benzamides has been achieved using a catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)2 (10 mol %) and a stoichiometric amount of PhI(OAc)2 in a mixture of acetic anhydride and acetic acid via C-H activation to produce the corresponding 2-acetoxybenzamides in good yields. ortho-Methoxylation has been accomplished using methanol under similar conditions.  相似文献

An efficient and one-pot synthetic method for the regioselective ortho-nitration of the N-phenyl carboxamides and primary anilines has been developed by using bismuth nitrate and acetic anhydride as the nitrating reagents. Reaction proceeds at room temperature and results in corresponding ortho-nitrated products in moderate to excellent yields. This method provides an operationally simple, regioselective, and efficient access to synthesize o-nitro anilines under the mild conditions.  相似文献

The new well-defined and air-stable ortho-xylyl-linked N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) Pd complexes (2a-d) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The palladium atom in the complex 2a lies on a crystallographic mirror plane and can be described as having a square-planar coordination environment with the carbene atoms of the benzimidazole rings of the ligand occupying two coordination sites in cis positions. Two further coordination sites are occupied by chloride ligands. The benzimidazole rings are connected to each other by an ortho-xylyl bridge. The catalytic activity of these palladium complexes has been tested in the coupling reactions of various N-containing substrates with bromobenzene. A preliminary catalytic study shows that the bis(NHC)-Pd complexes are highly active in the Buchwald-Hartwig amination reaction.  相似文献

Ortholithiation of 4-cyanopyridine using 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidide (LiTMP) and trapping the lithio intermediate with electrophiles represents an efficient and straightforward access to ortho-substituted-4-cyanopyridines. The cyano group can be used as an ortho-directing group and allows the preparation of 3-halogeno-4-cyanopyridines. Reactivity of 2- and 3-cyanopyridines is also investigated and seems to give similar results.  相似文献

An efficient, mild and transition-metal-free method for the N-arylation of acetanilides, leading to a range of unsymmetrical diarylamine products is reported. Reactions of ortho-silylaryl triflates with acetanilides in the presence of tetrabutylammonium triphenyldifluorosilicate (TBAT) in toluene afforded the desired products in good to excellent yields. A CF3-containing diamine, 2,2′-thiobis-[4-methyl(2-trifluoromethyl)4-aminophenoxy) phenyl ether] (DA), was successfully synthesized from 2-2′-sulfide-bis-(4-methyl phenol) and 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzotrifluoride. The sulfur containing diimide-diacid (DIDA) was prepared by condensation reaction of diamine DA and trimellitic anhydride. A series of novel organic-soluble polyamide-imides (PAIs) bearing flexible ether and sulfide links, electron-withdrawing trifluoromethyl groups and ortho-phenylene units were synthesized from DIDA, by direct polycondensation with various aromatic diamines in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as a condensing agent in the presence of dehydrating agent (LiCl). The polyamide-imides were obtained in high yields and possessed inherent viscosities in the range of 0.42-0.95 dL g−1. All of the polymers were amorphous in nature, showed outstanding solubility and could be easily dissolved in amide-type polar aprotic solvents (e.g., N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylacetamide, and N,N-dimethylformamide) and even dissolved in less polar solvents (e.g., pyridine and tetrahydrofuran). They showed good thermal stability with glass transition temperatures between 195-245 °C, 10% weight loss temperatures in excess of 485 °C, and char yields more than 50% at 700 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. Moreover, these PAIs possessed low refractive indexes (n = 1.57-1.59) and low birefringence (Δ ≈ 0.02) due to the trifluoromethyl pendent groups and thioether bridged ortho-catenated aromatic rings that interrupt chain packing and increase free volume.  相似文献
