An expeditious synthesis of several 2-amino-isophthalonitriles and their biaryl compounds is described and illustrated by carbanion-induced ring transformation of functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones with malononitrile in excellent yields. The strength of the reaction lies in the creation of an aromatic ring at room temperature from six-membered lactones under mild reaction conditions. This approach is an alternative to Diels-Alder reactions of 2H-pyran-2-ones with dienophiles, which require forcing thermal conditions to obtain benzene derivatives. 相似文献

An efficient method for synthesis of 2H-pyran-3,4-dicarboxylates using the three-component reaction of dithiocarbamates, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and isocyanides in solvent-free conditions is described. In these reactions, synthesis of dithiocarbamates is possibly based on the one-pot reaction of secondary amines, CS2, and alkyl halides in solvent-free conditions without using a catalyst. The mild reaction conditions and high yields of the reaction exhibit the good synthetic advantage of these methods. 相似文献

The reaction of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds such as acetoacetate, acetylacetone, dibenzoylmethane, and benzoylacetate with electron-deficient internal alkynes in the presence of catalytic amount of ReBr(CO)5 in toluene under neutral conditions resulted in the formation of 4,5,6-trisubstituted 2H-pyran-2-ones in moderate to high yield. A new synthesis of substituted 4-dialkylaminopyridines was developed, starting from 3-nitropyran-2-one N-functionalized amidines. Secondary amines were reacted with the amidines in a sealed tube and in ethanol as the solvent yielding exclusively 4-dialkylaminopyridine derivatives or a mixture with 4-methylpyridine derivative, depending on the C-α-linked substituents of the starting amidine. This reaction was further explored for the synthesis of methyl 4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a,9-triaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracene-6-carboxylate, 4-aryl-11-oxo-1,2,3,11-tetrahydro-1,3a,9-triaza-cyclopenta[a]anthracene-6-carbonitriles, 5-aryl-12-oxo-1,3,4,12-tetrahydro-2H-1,4a,10-triazabenzo[a]anthracene-7-carbonitriles, 4-aryl-10-oxo-1,2,3,10-tetrahydro-9-thia-1,3a-diazadicyclopenta[a,g]naphthalene-6-carbonitriles and 5-aryl-11-oxo-1,3,4,11-tetrahydro-2H-10-thia-1,4a-diazacyclopenta[b]phenanthrene-7-carbonitriles from the similar reactions. 相似文献

An investigation of the one-carbon homologation of some 1-tribromomethyl-isoquinoline and 2-tribromomethyl-quinoline derivatives was conducted. Under the influence of an aqueous solution of silver nitrate in the presence of a nucleophilic species (MeOH, H2O, EtNH2), these derivatives led to the respective expanded heterocycles, 2H-1- and 2H-3-benzazepin-2-one derivatives. A mechanism for this novel ring enlargement involving initial formation of an aziridinium, and its subsequent opening to form a stabilized benzylic carbocation, is proposed to explain the results. 相似文献

An innovative synthesis of aryl tethered 1,2-dihydro-2-oxopyridine-3-carboxylic acids has been developed through nucleophile induced ring transformation of methyl 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carboxylates using either cyanamide or arylamidine in excellent yields. Further, the reaction of methyl 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-2H-pyran-2-one-3-carboxylates with formamidine acetate under analogous reaction conditions did not follow the same course of reaction and produced methyl nicotinate, regioselectively, in good yield. Decarboxylation of a 6-aryl-4-methylsulfanyl-1,2-dihydro-2-oxopyridine-3-carboxylic acid has been achieved by heating in PPA. Lewis acid promoted anomeric substitution reactions of a stereoselectively prepared hexahydro-2H,5H-pyrano[2,3-b]pyran-2-one derivative was studied as a model for diarylheptanoid synthesis. Aromatic nucleophiles consistently provided the expected thermodynamic C-aryl pyranoside product. 相似文献
