The electrophilic addition of bromine to dimethyl 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hepta-2,5-diene-2,3-dicarboxylate 10 at 0 and –60°C led in high yield to the formation of dibromide 11. However, high-temperature bromination of 10 in carbon tetrachloride at 77°C gave four products 12–15, three of them with nonrearranged skeleton. Similarly, bromination of the dibromides 14 and 15 at 77°C yielded the nonrearranged tetrabromides 13 and 16, respectively. The structure of the tetrabromide 13 was solved by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The formation mechanism is discussed and supported by calculations.  相似文献

A new monomer, 2-methylene-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane ( IV ) was synthesized via four steps. Its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR spectra as well as elementary analysis. Free radical polymerization and copolymerization of IV were investigated. No homopolymer was obtained due to the effect of allyl inhibition. When IV copolymerized with electron-donor monomers, such as vinyl acetate and stvrene, IV acted as inhibitor for the polymerization of vinyl acetate, but could not inhibit the polymerization of styrene. However, the copolymers of IV with electron-accepting monomers, such as methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, or maleic anhydride (MA) were obtained. The contents of IV in the copolymers increased as e values of electron-accepting monomers increased. Strictly alternating copolymer was obtained only in the case of MA and IV . Methyl (1S,2R,4S,5R)-7-aza-5-bromo-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2-carboxylate was synthesized in high yield in short time from methyl (1R,2S,4R,5R)-2-amino-4,5-dibromocyclohexanecarboxylate through intramolecular cycloamination under microwave-assisted conditions. The following substitution reaction by trifluoro-acetate anion also took place in microwave-assisted conditions to afford methyl (1S,2R,4S,5S)-7-aza-5-hydroxy-bicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2-carboxylate. In the acyloxylation reaction, unusual endo-selectivity was observed owing to 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane skeleton.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[2.2.1]heptane-2,3-dione with hexaethyltriamido-phosphite in the presence of diethylammonium chloride afforded a stable quasiphosphonium salt, viz., (1,7,7-trimethyl-2-oxobicyclo[2.2.1]hept-3-yloxy)tris(diethylamino)phosphonium chloride, as one diastereomer (racemate, 1R*,3S*,4S*). The stereochemistry of syn and anti-forms of bridged bicyclo[3.n.1]-2-ene, tricyclo[7.n.1.0]-2-ene (n=1-3) and bicyclo[4.3.1]dec-7-ene derivatives can be assigned from the 13C chemical shift difference of the double bond. Both syn-9-R-bicyclo[3.3.1]non-2-enes and syn-13-R-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2(7)-enes have a large shielding difference between sp2 carbons, while the corresponding anti-forms have a smaller one. In contrast, 8-R-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-enes and 12-R-tricyclo[7.2.1.02,7]dodec-2(7)-enes have an inverse correlation. The reason of this specificity is the influence of the γ-gauche effect on the chemical shift of C(2) atom. The GIAO theory has been applied to investigate the 13C chemical shifts. The conformational equilibrium in the formamide group of 13-formylamino-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2(7)-enes has been studied.  相似文献

The in situ reaction of Cd(ClO4)2·6H2O with 7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]-5-heptene-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride in the presence of lithium hydroxide affords a 2-D CdII coordination polymer, [Cd(L)(H2O)] (1) (L?=?7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]-5-heptene-2,3-dicarboxylate), which exhibits an unusual (3,6)-connected (46.66.83)(43)2 CdI2-type topology. New 2-aza-norbornane-oxazoline compounds were synthesized and evaluated as ligands in the transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone. The best catalyst prepared in situ from [IrCl2(COD)]2 and a ligand afforded 1-(S)-phenylethanol in good yields and 79% ee.  相似文献

Capability of [ReIII(tu-S)6]Cl3, where tu = thiourea, as a precursor to other ReIII complexes by ligand substitution in aqueous medium is studied. For the decomposition of [Re(tu-S)6]Cl3, experiments suggest pseudo first order kinetics and observed rate constants vary from 1.3 × 10–2 to 9.6 × 10–2 min–1 in the pH range 2.80–5.04. Experiments in presence of incoming ligand (ethylendiaminetetraacetic acid or diethylentriaminepentaacetic acid) show that ligand substitution is significantly slower than decomposition of the precursor, even when pH and temperature are modified. Similar results were obtained working with [ReIII(Metu-S)6]Cl3, where Metu = N-methylthiourea. Molecular structure of [ReIII(Metu-S)6](PF6)3 · H2O was determined by single crystal X-ray diffractometry. The coordination polyhedron around the Re ion is a distorted octahedron. The six methylthiourea ligands are bonded to the metal through the sulfur atoms [bond lengths range from 2.409(2) to 2.451(2) Å].  相似文献
