采用时域有限差分法研究了多因素对光学介质薄膜表面冗余节瘤粒子微分散射截面随散射角的变化规律.对光学介质薄膜表面冗余节瘤粒子复合散射进行建模,并针对典型半空间问题,对总散射场进行分解并对相应的场相位进行求解,给出网格剖分规则.将数值结果退化为冗余球体粒子,与MOM (Method of Moments)矩量法进行详细比较,验证程序的有效性.分析P偏振光入射下,入射角、长短轴轴比和镶嵌高度h对Cu和SiO_2镶嵌粒子微分散射截面随散射角的影响规律.结果表明:微分散射截面的最大峰值出现在入射角的镜面值角度;在镜向散射区域附近,对于扁平回转椭球体粒子微分散射截面随冗余节瘤粒子轴比的增大而减小,扁长回转椭球粒子的规律相反;在[-90°,-60°]散射角区域,微分散射截面与冗余节瘤粒子镶嵌高度成正比,镶嵌高度对介质粒子散射特性影响更大.  相似文献

结合光学表面无损检测工艺实际情况,给出基片与镶嵌及掩埋的球体/回转椭球体缺陷粒子的散射特性分析。针对基片与缺陷粒子的半空间问题,结合时域有限差分方法使用广义完全匹配吸收层(GPML),结合三波技术引入激励源,给出了相应的连接边界条件,并将互易性定理应用到近远场外推中,使过程简化。数值计算给出了镶嵌及掩埋的球体/回转椭球体缺陷粒子的散射场的角分布。结果显示:镶嵌比掩埋的缺陷粒子受粒子尺寸的影响更明显。在大散射角下,缺陷粒子的位置因素带来的贡献较大。粒子分别掩埋或镶嵌于基片时,在-10°、30°、70°附近的球体粒子和回转椭球体粒子的微分散射截面(DSCS)差别较大。在基片无损检测工程中可以通过对特定角度散射场的测量定标诊断出缺陷的方位和形态。  相似文献

利用Cluster-cluster aggregation (CCA)模型,模拟了由相同数目球形原始微粒凝聚而成的四种随机取向气溶胶凝聚粒子.根据物质的电结构,将气溶胶凝聚粒子离散为一系列偶极子,结合离散偶极子近似方法,在获得每一个偶极子的电偶极矩之后,数值计算了气溶胶凝聚粒子散射强度的角分布,并分析了散射强度随入射光入射角度和气溶胶凝聚粒子尺寸参数变化的规律.结果显示:当散射角较小时,气溶胶凝聚粒子取向和入射光的入射角度对散射强度影响不大,当散射角增大时,散射强度则明显依赖于气溶胶凝聚粒子取向和入射光的入射角度;对于不同尺寸参数的气溶胶凝聚粒子,在同一角度入射情况下,随尺寸参数的增加,气溶胶凝聚粒子的散射主要集中于前向散射.  相似文献

基于小波距量法(MOM)研究了微粗糙光学基片表面与上方冗余粒子的差值光散射特性。从基本电场积分方程出发,推导出冗余粒子目标与光学基片微粗糙面的积分方程,得到阻抗矩阵,进而推导出散射耦合场及差值场,给出复合散射模型双站散射截面的计算公式,数值计算并分析了不同入射角度,不同材质的单个及双个冗余缺陷粒子与微粗糙光学基片表面的双站散射截面及差值双站散射截面的散射角分布,给出冗余粒子及微粗糙面的散射贡献及差值场散射角分布。  相似文献

研究大气中变形球状的气象粒子对电磁波以及激光的散射特性,采用广义米氏(Mie)理论,精确地求解在任意波束中大气粒子的散射强度,数值计算激光束腰位置对散射强度分布的影响,分析彩虹强度和散射角与变形球状粒子偏心率的关系,研究随着长短轴比例增加,彩虹强度峰值的偏移。计算结果表明雨滴在下降过程中,它在各个方向的光散射强度逐步减弱,即随着雨滴偏心率的增大,散射强度减少,彩虹角变大。对于激光入射,当粒子距离波束中心位置越远,粒子的散射就越弱,并且随尺寸参量增加,后向散射振荡的频率要大于前向散射,当束腰位置矢径的大小增加时,后向散射和前向散射强度均变小。  相似文献

基于面积分方程的矩量法及其快速算法研究了复杂含核粒子对任意入射贝塞尔波束的散射特性.将零阶贝塞尔束的矢量解和坐标系旋转理论相结合,推导出任意入射贝塞尔波束电磁场分量的数学表达式.根据等效原理,建立了求解具有任意形状和复杂内部结构含核粒子散射问题的面积分方程.对贝塞尔波束任意入射下一些复杂含核粒子的散射进行了数值模拟,结果表明:贝塞尔波束入射时的微分散射截面要小于平面波入射时的微分散射截面,且随着半锥角的减小而增大;当波束中心的位置远离粒子中心时,微分散射截面会减小;微分散射截面对波束的入射角非常敏感.这为激光对微粒的探测、诊断以及操纵技术提供有益帮助.  相似文献

基于广义Mie理论, 研究了椭球粒子对在轴入射的拉盖尔-高斯光束的散射特性. 通过局域近似法求解椭球坐标系中的波束因子, 计算得到了波束因子之间满足的普遍关系. 对散射强度随椭球粒子不同尺寸参数和扁圆程度的变化特性进行了数值计算, 并针对不同拓扑荷时的散射强度进行了对比分析. 结果表明: 当椭球粒子尺寸在与入射光波长可比拟的范围内变化时, 散射强度随尺寸参数的增大而增大, 随椭球长短轴之比和拓扑荷的增大而减小. 本文的理论研究能够为拉盖尔-高斯光束在粒径测量、大气激光通信、 大气遥感等领域的应用提供更准确的粒子模型和参考价值. 关键词: 椭球粒子 拉盖尔-高斯光束 波束因子 散射强度  相似文献

基于广义洛伦兹-米理论,研究两个聚焦的高斯光束沿着任意方向入射单轴各向异性涂层球的散射特性。基于球矢量波函数的正交特性,推导得到双高斯光束的球矢量波函数展开表达式。通过引入傅里叶变换,求解得到各向异性涂层区域内的电磁场展开式,将涂层球各区域的电磁场用球矢量波函数展开,再结合边界条件,得到沿任意方向传播的双高斯光束入射到涂层球的散射系数和雷达散射截面。数值模拟了雷达散射截面随散射角变化的分布,将单轴各向异性涂层球退化为单轴各向异性球时的散射结果与文献进行对比,结果十分吻合。分析双光束的入射角、粒子内半径、涂层厚度与内半径的比值、电和磁各向异性对散射强度及其散射角分布的影响。该理论和数值分析能够为激光对涂层颗粒的探测、散射以及光学操作提供有益帮助。  相似文献

Small particle light scattering can produce light with polarization characteristics different from those of the incident beam. An analytical solution to the scattering by a spheroid with inclusion for an on-axis polarized Gaussian beam incidence is provided within the generalized Lorenz-Mie theory framework. The shapes of the inclusion can be spherical, confocal spheroid, or non-confocal spheroid. The Muller scattering matrix elements are computed for plane wave incidence or Gaussian light beam incidence. A theoretical investigation of scattering characteristics of millimeter waves from acid rain is conducted using the method of vector spherical function expansion. The particles of acid rain are considered as the double-layered spheroid. The method is used to derive an analytical solution to the problem of scattering of millimeter waves by a coated dielectric spheroid. The normalized bistatic cross section versus scattering angle for the acid raindrop is calculated at frequencies of 35 GHz and 94 GHz. This is the first part of our study scattering characteristics of millimeter waves from acid rain.  相似文献

The problem of scattering of a high-frequency plane wave incident at a small angle to the axis of a strongly elongated spheroid is studied. The asymptotic formula for the scattering cross section is obtained in the case of ideal boundary conditions. The problem of light scattering properties of spheroid particles is studied, and a general approach is presented for calculating the single particle light scattering of spheroids. In this approach, the extinction efficiency of spheroid particles can be calculated by combining the spline interpolation of T matrix method and ADA (anomalous diffraction approximation) theory. Furthermore, the retrieval of spheroid particle size distribution is performed in the dependent mode and a selection method about the optical extinction data is proposed based on PCA (principle component analysis) of first derivative corresponding to the raw optical extinction. By calculating the contribution rate of first derivative corresponding to the raw optical extinction, the optical extinction with more significant features can be selected as the inversion optical extinction data. In this way, the selected optical extinction has less information redundancy and higher capacity of resisting noise disturbance. Simulation experiments indicate that the spheroid particle size distributions obtained with the proposed method coincide fairly well with the given distributions, which provides a simple, reliable and efficient method to retrieve the spheroid particle size distribution using the optical extinction data.  相似文献

A generalized Lorenz-Mie theory framework (GLMT) is applied to the study of Gaussian beam scattering by a spherical particle with an embedded spheroid at the center. By virtue of a transformation between the spherical and spheroidal vector wave functions, a theoretical procedure is developed to deal with the boundary conditions. Particle shape contributes to understanding the physical and chemical processes of the atmosphere and better ascertaining the origins and chemical compositions of the particles. The particle shape can be classified by the aspect ratio,which can be estimated through the asymmetry factor measured with angularly resolved light scattering. An experimental method of obtaining the asymmetry factor based on simultaneous small forward angle light scattering and aerodynamic size measurements is described briefly. The near forward scattering intensity signals of three detectors in the azimuthal angles at 120?offset are calculated using the methods of T-matrix and discrete dipole approximation. Prolate spheroid particles with different aspect ratios are used as the shape models with the assumption that the symmetry axis is parallel to the flow axis and perpendicular to the incident light. The relations between the asymmetry factor and the optical size and aerodynamic size at various equivalent sizes, refractive indices, and mass densities are discussed in this paper. The numerically calculated results indicate that an elongated particle may be classified at diameter larger than 1.0 μm, and may not be distinguished from a sphere at diameter less than 0.5 μm. It is estimated that the lowest detected aspect ratio is around 1.5:1 in consideration of the experimental errors.  相似文献

近前向光学散射图样可以用来表征颗粒物的形状.基于球形芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、类鼻疽伯克氏菌的回转长椭球模型, 采用离散偶极子近似方法, 通过模拟3个不同方位探测器接收的散射光强响应信号, 讨论了非球形生物气溶胶颗粒的形状对前向角分辨光强的影响.结合球形指数反演算法, 在一定取向条件下, 前向5°–20° 内角分辨散射光强具有识别长形颗粒物和非长形颗粒物的能力.该研究可以为颗粒物形态测量仪器设计以及快速检测有害生物气溶胶提供依据.  相似文献
