This paper aims at solving a multidimensional backward stochastic differential equation (BSDE) whose generator g satisfies a weak monotonicity condition and a general growth condition in y. We first establish an existence and uniqueness result of solutions for this kind of BSDEs by using systematically the technique of the priori estimation, the convolution approach, the iteration, the truncation and the Bihari inequality. Then, we overview some assumptions related closely to the monotonieity condition in the literature and compare them in an effective way, which yields that our existence and uniqueness result really and truly unifies the Mao condition in y and the monotonieity condition with the general growth condition in y, and it generalizes some known results. Finally, we prove a stability theorem and a comparison theorem for this kind of BSDEs, which also improves some known results.  相似文献

The author introduces the w-function defined on the considered spacelike graph M.Under the growth conditions w = o(log z) and w = o(r),two Bernstein type theorems for M in Rmn+ mare got,where z and r are the pseudo-Euclidean distance and the distance function on M to some fixed point respectively.As the ambient space is a curved pseudoRiemannian product of two Riemannian manifolds(Σ1,g1) and(Σ2,g2) of dimensions n and m,a Bernstein type result for n = 2 under some curvature conditions on Σ1 and Σ2 and the growth condition w = o(r) is also got.As more general cases,under some curvature conditions on the ambient space and the growth condition w = o(r) or w = o(√r),the author concludes that if M has parallel mean curvature,then M is maximal.  相似文献

Stochastic diferential equations with the time average have received increasing attentions in recent years since they can ofer better explanations for some fnancial models.Since the time average is involved in this class of stochastic diferential equations,in this paper,the linear growth condition and the Lipschitz condition are diferent from the classical conditions.Under the special linear growth condition and the special Lipschitz condition,this paper establishes the existence and uniqueness of the solution.By using the Lyapunov function,this paper also establishes the existence and uniqueness under the local Lipschitz condition and gives the p-th moment estimate.Finally,a scalar example is given to illustrate the applications of our results.  相似文献

This paper gives an estimate of excess functions of rays on complete noncompact manifolds. By using this estimation, the authors can get the results in [3] as corollaries, which asserts that a complete manifold is diffeomorphic to R^n under some curvature and pinching conditions. In this paper, we investigate the growth of solutions of a class of higher order linear differential equations with coefficients being gap series. In this paper we study on gradient quasi-Einstein solitons with a fourth-order vanishing condition on the Weyl tensor.More precisely, we show that for n ≥ 4, the Cotton tensor of any ndimensional gradient quasi-Einstein soliton with fourth order f-divergence free Weyl tensor is flat, if the manifold is compact, or noncompact but the potential function satisfies some growth condition.As corollaries, some local characterization results for the quasi-Einstein metrics are derived.  相似文献

We derive the integral inequality of a Randers metric with isotropic S-curvature in terms of its navigation representation. Using the obtained inequality we give some rigidity results under the condition of Ricci curvature. In particular, we show the following result: Assume that an n-dimensional compact Randers manifold (M, F) has constant S-curvature c. Then (M, F) must be Riemannian if its Ricci curvature satisfies that Ric 〈 -(n - 1)c^2.  相似文献

We obtain the Omori-Yau maximum principle on complete properly immersed submanifolds with the mean curvature satisfying certain condition in complete Riemannian manifolds whose radial sectional curvature satisfies some decay condition, which generalizes our previous results in [17]. Using this generalized maximum principle, we give an estimate on the mean curvature of properly immersed submanifolds in H^n × R^e with the image under the projection on H^n contained in a horoball and the corresponding situation in hyperbolic space. In this paper, we are concerned with the partial regularity for the weak solutions of energy minimizing p-harmonic maps under the controllable growth condition. We get the interior partial regularity by the p-harmonic approximation method together with the technique used to get the decay estimation on some Degenerate elliptic equations and the obstacle problem by Tan and Yan. The aim of this paper is to develop some basic theories of stochastic functional differential equations (SFDEs) under the local Lipschitz condition in continuous functions space ?. Firstly, we establish a global existence-uniqueness lemma for the SFDEs under the global Lipschitz condition in ? without the linear growth condition. Then, under the local Lipschitz condition in ?, we show that the non-continuable solution of SFDEs still exists if the drift coefficient and diffusion coefficient are square-integrable with respect to t when the state variable equals zero. And the solution of the considered equation must either explode at the end of the maximum existing interval or exist globally. Furthermore, some more general sufficient conditions for the global existence-uniqueness are obtained. Our conditions obtained in this paper are much weaker than some existing results. For example, we need neither the linear growth condition nor the continuous condition on the time t. Two examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

We consider a class of fractional evolution equations with nonlocal integral conditions in Banach spaces. New existence of mild solutions to such a problem are established using Schauder fixed-point theorem, diagonal argument and approximation techniques under the hypotheses that the nonlinear term is Carathéodory continuous and satisfies some weak growth condition, the nonlocal term depends on all the value of independent variable on the whole interval and satisfies some weak growth condition. This work may be viewed as an attempt to develop a general existence theory for fractional evolution equations with general nonlocal integral conditions. Finally, as a sample of application, the results are applied to a fractional parabolic partial differential equation with nonlocal integral condition. The results obtained in this paper essentially extend some existing results in this area.  相似文献

We present a new sufficient assumption weaker than the classical Ambrosetti–Rabinowitz condition which guarantees the boundedness of (PS) sequences. Moreover, we relax the standard subcritical polynomial growth condition ensuring the compactness of a bounded (PS) sequences. We also revise the Costa–Magalhaes condition [8] to obtain Cerami condition. As a consequence, some existence results derived by minimax methods were proved. Finally, we establish the existence of positive solution under the subcritical polynomial growth condition, while the strong superlinear condition is only required along an unbounded sequence. The subgroup growth and the normal growth of a pronilpotent group is multiplicative. We show the converse for the normal growth and under the additional condition of prosolvability for subgroup growth. On the other hand, we show that the normal growth of any profinite group has some weak multiplicativity properties. These allow one to determine all groups with monotonic normal growth.  相似文献
