A first example of silver(I) N-heterocyclic carbene (Ag(I)-NHC) catalyzed on-water synthesis of primary amides by hydration of nitriles under mild reaction conditions is described. This organometallic catalytic system has excellent tolerance for various homo-aromatic, hetero-aromatic and aliphatic nitriles to afford primary amides in good yields in neat water.  相似文献

Primary amides and aldoximes are easily converted to their corresponding nitriles using a mixture of triphenylphosphine and N-chlorosuccinimide in dichloromethane at room temperature. The reaction of aldoximes occurs almost immediately and primary amides in 0.5?h by this method. By this procedure secondary amides are produced by Beckmann rearrangement of ketoximes.  相似文献

The utility of Brønsted-acidic imidazolium ionic liquid [BMIM(SO3H)][OTf] as catalyst for the high yield synthesis of a wide variety of amides under mild conditions via the Ritter reaction of alcohols with nitriles has been demonstrated. As alternative methods for the carbocation generation step, NOPF6 immobilized in [BMIM][PF6] ionic liquid was used in the Ritter reaction of bromides with nitriles and for the synthesis of adamantyl amides from adamantane and nitriles.  相似文献

A polymer‐anchored ruthenium(II) catalyst was synthesized and characterized. Its catalytic activity was evaluated for the preparation of primary amides from aqueous hydration of nitriles in neutral condition. A range of nitriles were successfully converted to their corresponding amides in good to excellent yields. The catalyst was also effective in the preparation of secondary amides from the coupling of alcohols and amines. An operationally simple and high yielding procedure has been developed for the preparation of nitriles from aldoximes and primary amides using bromodimethylsulfonium bromide (BDMS) as a novel and efficient reagent in the absence of any added base or catalyst. The optimal protocol is applicable to access a wide range of cyano compounds including aromatic, heterocyclic, and aliphatic species. The conversion of aldoximes to nitriles takes place at room temperature in acetonitrile, whereas acetonitrile at reflux temperature is required for rapid conversion in the case of primary amides.  相似文献

Acid catalyzed multicomponent reaction (MCR) for the synthesis of N-benzhydryl amide derivatives from aldehydes, N,N-disubstituted arylamines and nitriles is reported. The reaction is compatible with electronically differentiating aryl/heteroaryl aldehydes/acetals, different nucleophiles (cyclic and acyclic N,N-disubstituted arylamines,β-naphthols, 1,3 dicarbonyl, 1,3,5-trimethoxy benzene), alkyl nitriles, aryl/heteroaryl nitriles in catalytic TFA/TfOH through tandem Ritter reaction. Novel and convenient methodology for the construction of N-substituted amide derivatives have been developed from nitriles and alcohols using propylphosphonic anhydride (T3P®). This methodology is an alternate approach to the synthesis of amides via Ritter reaction, which is one of the classical methods for the synthesis of N-substituted amides from nitriles and alcohols. In this approach, first T3P® activates the alcohol which is then attacked by nitrile to form N-substituted amides. This methodology can also apply for the synthesis of benzhydryl ether. 以秸秆为原料,在两段式固定床反应器上模拟层燃工况进行热解实验,研究了氧气对热解过程中燃料氮迁移与转化的影响。通过对焦油中含氮化合物种类与含量的GC-MS分析,提出了热解过程中燃料氮转化的反应路径,并分析了氧气的影响。与惰性气氛下相比,氧气的引入降低了焦油与焦炭的产率,从而降低了焦油与焦炭中氮的分配比,增加了气体组分中氮的分配比。以蛋白质和氨基酸作为燃料氮的禀赋形态,其在热解过程中发生一系列一次反应,生成酰胺、胺类等初级焦油产物。初级焦油发生二次反应,进一步生成腈类及含氮杂环化合物等二级焦油产物。有氧条件下,焦油中酰胺、胺类等初级焦油成分的含量显著降低,腈类及含氮杂环化合物等二级焦油成分的含量升高。  相似文献

Dehydration of oximes and amides to nitriles was carried out using the AlCl(3) x 6H(2)O/KI/H(2)O/CH(3)CN system. It produced isoquinoline derivatives 8a-c (Bischler Naperialski reaction) when reacted with amides 7a-c in hydrated media. Also, the keto oximes produced anilides (Beckmann rearrangement) with the system under the same reaction conditions.  相似文献
