Synthesis of 1,3-disubstituted benzo[c]thiophene analogs incorporating heterocycles such as benzo[b]thiophene/1-hexylindole/benzo[b]furan and thiophene units is described. Optical and electrochemical studies of the benzo[c]thiophene analogs are also reported.  相似文献

In the presence of sodium iodate and pyridine, several 5,6-dihydroxylated benzo[b]furan derivatives were synthesized via oxidation-Michael addition of β-dicarbonyl compounds with catechols in a one-pot procedure. The final products were confirmed by ESMS, NMR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The mechanism different from that of electrochemical methods was proposed based on DFT calculation.  相似文献

A straightforward approach to the synthesis of 2,5,7-trisubstituted benzo[b]furans from 2-bromo- and 2-chloro-6-iodo-4-substituted phenols through a consecutive copper- and/or palladium-catalyzed assembly and functionalization process is described. Reaction of 11-aminoacronycine, 10-aminobenzo[a]acronycine, and 10-aminobenzo[b]acronycine with paraformaldehyde gave the corresponding Tröger’s bases 11, 14, and 16, respectively. The cytotoxic activity of those three new compounds was determined against L-1210 leukemia and KB-3-1 solid tumor cell lines, in comparison with their parent compounds, acronycine, benzo[a]acronycine, and benzo[b]acronycine.  相似文献

A variety of mono- and disubstituted phenols are alkylated with propargyl bromide to give phenyl 2-propynyl ethers, which were further coupled with aryl iodides under Sonogashira reaction conditions to give 3-phenoxy-1-aryl-1-propyne derivatives. The latter compounds underwent an initial Claisen rearrangement followed by ring closure to give functionalized benzo[b]furans in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

The synthesis of a number of naphtho[2,3-b]furan derivatives, containing a furyl substituent in position 9 by intramolecular cyclization of 2-carboxy and 2-formylbis(5-alkylfur-2-yl)methanes is described. The reactivity of the title compounds in formylation, acetylation, nitration, and oxidation reactions has been investigated. It was shown that nitration of 2-methyl-9-(5-methyl-2-furyl)naphtho[2,3-b]furan-4-yl acetate leads to oxidative furan ring opening rather than to electrophilic substitution.  相似文献

A facile one-pot synthesis of 3-aminoquinolines from ortho-aminobenzaldehydes was developed. Ethyl 6,7-dimethoxy-3-aminoquinoline-2-carboxylate, a key intermediate for the preparation of a 4-anilino-benzo[b][1,5]-naphthyridine-3-carbonitrile, was efficiently prepared by this method. Oxadisilole-fused acridines, dioxatrisilole-fused acridines and benzo[b]acridines were synthesized through nucleophilic additions and aromatization reactions of arynes with 2-aminoaryl ketones or 2-aminoaryl aldehydes in good yields at room temperature. The photophysical, redox and thermal properties of these compounds were characterized. 2,4,6-Trinitrotoluene readily reacts with 1-nitroso-2-naphthol to afford 9,11-dinitrobenzo[f]naphtho[2,1-b][1,4]oxazepine. The nitro groups of the latter undergo displacement by O- and S-nucleophiles with preferential substitution of the 11-NO2 (peri-nitro group). An efficient synthesis of 2-alkyl/aryl substituted benzo[b]furans/nitrobenzo[b]furans in water has been accomplished via Pd/C catalyzed reaction of o-iodophenols with terminal alkynes in the presence of PPh3, CuI and prolinol. This method can tolerate a variety of functional groups present in the alkynes as well as base labile nitro group in the o-iodophenols. The protocol does not require the use of a phase transfer catalyst or water-soluble phosphine ligands and is free from the use of any organic co-solvent.  相似文献

3,6,8,11-Tetramethoxybenzo[j]fluoranthene can be made from 1,6-dimethoxynaphthalene in a one-pot ferric chloride oxidation/methanol reduction procedure. The reaction is tolerant of the presence of substituents in the 7-position of the naphthalene nucleus and provides a quick and easy route to these particular benzo[j]fluoranthenes. The reactions presumably proceed through initial formation of a bond between the 4-positions of two naphthalene molecules followed by closure of the five-membered ring. Indeed in one case some 4,4′-binaphthyl was isolated from the reaction mixture and it was generally found that better yields of the benzo[j]fluoranthrenes were obtained starting from the 4,4′-binaphthyl rather than by using the naphthalene as the starting material. In an analogous manner to the ring-closure of the 4,4′-binaphthyls, starting from a hexakisalkoxyphenylnaphthalene, a hexakisalkoxyfluoranthene could be obtained.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed one-pot synthesis of 1,3-disubstituted benzo[b][1,6]naphthyridines and [1,6]naphthyridines has been described from easily accessible precursors, 2-chloroquinoline-3-carbonitriles and 2-chloropyrido-3-carbonitrile via sequential additions of palladium-catalyst for Sonogashira-coupling and the following annulations in good to excellent yields.
