The influence of labyrinth seal on the stability of unbalanced rotor system was presented . Under the periodic excitation of rotor unbalance , the whirling vibration of rotor is synchronous if the rotation speed is below stability threshold, whereas the vibration becomes severe and asynchronous which is defined as unstable if the rotation speed exceeds threshold . The. Muszynska model of seal force and shooting method were used to investigate synchronous solution of the dynamic equation of rotor system. Then , based on Floquet theory the stability of synchronous solution and unstable dynamic characteristic of system were analyzed. 相似文献

以双盘悬臂立式转子-轴承系统为研究对象,建立了系统运动微分方程,并用数值方法分析了在非线性密封力和非线性油膜力作用下的裂纹转子的动力学特性。分析表明,在一定深度裂纹下,转子系统响应随不同角频率比表现出复杂的非线性现象,出现了周期k运动、拟周期运动和混沌运动等多种运动形式。在一定角速度时,工作在远离临界角速度区的转子系统对裂纹非常敏感,而工作在近临界角速度区的转子系统对裂纹不是特别敏感,但是裂纹对它的运动状态影响较大。该研究结果为该类转子-轴承系统的安全运行与故障诊断提供了一定的理论参考。 相似文献

封严蓖齿的气弹力对转子系统的稳定性起重要作用,本文建立了具有封严蓖齿的转子系统动力稳定性的分析方法,该方法利用传递矩阵法建立系统的主导方程,将封严蓖齿的气弹力以等效刚度及等效阻尼系数的方式引入转子系统的主导方程,用数值积分法解主导方程,求得系统的动力特性,根据扰动解判断系统的稳定性。本文所建立的分析软件,也可计算转子系统的不平衡响应、临界转速、突加不平衡响应等。文中对一模型转子进行了算例分析。 相似文献

研究迷宫密封对某一工程涡轮泵转子系统动力特性的影响,迷宫密封力采用Muszynska非线性力模型,应用有限元法建立转子系统的动力学方程,采取系统动力学方程中包含的高阶线性自由度和低阶的非线性自由度进行分块处理的方法,有效地缩短了求解时间。根据Floquet理论,判别系统的临界失稳转速,并由Floquet乘子来确定系统失稳后分岔方式。采用分块-Newmark法数值模拟了转子二涡轮盘的轴心轨迹。最后分析了涡轮泵转子二涡轮盘的质量偏心同相位和存在90度相位差时对转子系统运动特性的影响。 相似文献

本文研究中心带有刚体质量外部固定铰支或活动铰支的环形薄板的非线性强迫振动。考虑板的弯曲变形、面内位移和几何非线性,用哈米尔顿原理建立板的运动方程,用Kantorovich平均法消去时间变量,然后用数值积分求得非线性振动的振幅随激振力的大小及激振力的频率而变化的关系。求解过程中用打靶法逐步改进未知参量,以保证边界条件的满足。最后讨论薄膜力、激振力的分布、板的内外半径比等因素对响应的影响 相似文献

The far-field noise radiated from mixing layers is determined by the near-field flow dynamics which is sensitive to the initial perturbation of instability introduced physically or numerically. This study focuses on the effects of the phase delay in two initial perturbations, one at the fundamental wave number and the other at its subharmonic both calculated from linear instability analysis, on the sound generation in mixing layers. When different phase delays φ1 changing from zero to 2π is applied on the fundamental mode, we observe different vortex merging processes (e.g. vortex pairing or tearing). The strong nonlinear interaction in the merging process generates most of the noise from mixing layers. There shows a pattern in a period of 2π for the response of far-field sound to the change of φ1. Similar effects on the dynamics and acoustics can be achieved by adding different phase delays φ2 to the subharmonic mode instead, however, the response repeats in a period of only π for φ2. The effects of the combination of different phase delays to other parameters, including the amplitude and wave number for each perturbations, are also investigated. All the results indicate a critical role of nonlinearity in the sound generation mechanism of mixing layers. 相似文献

以具有刚性支承的水平Jefcott裂纹转子为研究对象,考虑涡动的影响,建立了裂纹转轴在固定坐标系中的刚度矩阵,推导了裂纹转子振动的运动方程,并通过数值方法分析了其动态特性。数值分析表明:裂纹转子振动响应中出现1X、2X、3X……分量,且当Ω=1/2,1/3…时,2X,3X…分量分别达到最大值;转子的中心轨迹形状随Ω变化而变化,当β=0-π逐渐增大时,响应中1X分量显著减小。考虑弯扭耦合振动时,振动响应中出现一些新的频率成分。同步激励的情况下,当ω=ωN/n(n=2,3,4,…)时,扭转振动响应中nX分量也达到最大值。 相似文献

针对实际工程中的大型机组,在线性理论分析基础上,引入转子系统的非线性油膜力项,采用子结构模态综合法,形成一个比较接近实际大型汽轮发电机组的包括陀螺转子-非稳态非线性油膜转承-弹性基础-地基系统的非线性系统计算模型。通过对系统方程进行分块直接积分求解,得到了不同位置的轴承在不同转速和不同转子偏心量下引起的系统非线性动力学现象,为大机组的非线性分析和改进提供较完善的理论分析和计算的基础。 相似文献

Based on the assumption of finite deformation, the Hamilton variational principle is extended to a nonlinear elastic Euler-type beam-column structure located on a nonlinear elastic foundation. The corresponding three-dimensional (3D) mathematical model for anaiyzing the nonlinear mechanical behaviors of structures is established, in which the effects of the rotation inertia and the nonlinearity of material and geometry are considered. As an application, the nonlinear stability and the post-buckling for a linear elastic beam with the equal cross-section located on an elastic foundation are analyzed.One end of the beam is fully fixed, and the other end is partially fixed and subjected to an axial force. A new numerical technique is proposed to calculate the trivial solution,bifurcation points, and bifurcation solutions by the shooting method and the Newton-Raphson iterative method. The first and second bifurcation points and the corresponding bifurcation solutions are calculated successfully. The effects of the foundation resistances and the inertia moments on the bifurcation points are considered. 相似文献

The reduced space harmonic balance method is demonstrated to find the maximum vibration responses of rotor systems. Within the reduced space SQP method, transition from the high dimensional optimization space to the desired reduced space is accomplished by resorting to the null space decomposition technique, resulting in the elimination of the harmonic balance constraints.
