The title compound 3,5-di(2-propenyl)-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione has been synthesized by the reaction of 6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione with allyl bromide. Its structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca with the following crystallographic parameters: a = 16.282(4) Å, b = 8.888(2) Å, c = 19.281(5) Å, = 90°, = 90°, = 90°, = 0.088 mm–1, V = 2790.1(13) Å3, z = 8, Dx = 1.282 mg/m3, F(000) = 1136, T = 293(2) K, 2.11° 25.02°, the final R factor: R 1 = 0.0430, wR2 = 0.0981. The X-ray results demonstrate that the reaction of 6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione with allyl bromide in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide and potassium carbonate yields the N-alkylated product. The title compound 2-dimethylamino-4-ethoxycarbonylmethoxy-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine has been synthesized by a new reaction, in which the solvent N,N-dimethylformamide involves. Its structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P-1 with the following crystallographic parameters: a = 7.977(2) Å, b = 10.394(3) Å, c = 10.837(3) Å, = 111.774(5)°, = 104.050(5)°, = 99.446(5)°, = 0.093 mm–1, V = 776.6(4) Å3, z = 2, Dx = 1.293 mg/m3, F(000) = 320, T = 293(2) K, 2.14° 25.03°, the final R factor: R 1 = 0.0582, wR 2 = 0.1399. The distance of N(4) C(2) (1.339 Å) is much shorter than the length of normal C N (1.47 Å) and very close to that of C-N (1.33 Å), which is indicative of the significant double bond character.  相似文献

This communication presents a preliminary report on the crystal structure of this important nucleotide, involved in lecithin synthesis in animal tissues. The crystallographic data were recorded using a four-circle diffractometer with Cu-K x-radiation. Crystal data: orthorhombic, space groupP212121 (No. 19),Z = 4,a = 6.98 pm,b = 123.6 pm,c = 292.3 pm,U = 2.522 nm3. The structure was solved by means of a Patterson and electron-density maps and refined by several cycles of least-squares using isotropic temperature factors toR = 0.14.The torsion angles associated with the furanosyl ring are, in general, at the very extreme of the range commonly observed for C(2) endopuckering (Altona and Sundaralingam, 1972); their values are 1 = 319 °, 2 = 47 °, 3 = 326 °, 4 = 13 °, 5 = 18 °. The phase angle of pseudorotation, calculated from these values using the formula given by Altona and Sundaralingam (1972) is 139 °. This shows the ribose ring to be slightly nearer to the C(1) exopuckering than the C(2) endopuckering conformation, but remote from being a C(3) endo-conformer. The sugar ring, in fact, is very close to being an idealized twist conformer. This is supported by a four-atom least-squares planes study, and is consistent with the high value of 237 ° (Sundaralingam, 1973).Backbone torsion angles associated with the structure are = 57 °, = 133 °, = 174 °, and = 291 °. is some 7 ° less than the preferred minimum value for C(2) endopuckering.  相似文献

Crystal data for 1: Triclinic, P (No. 2), a = 7.528(2) Å, b = 9.404(2) Å, c = 11.414(2) Å, = 75.363(3)°, = 86.668(4)°, = 89.683(4)°, and Z = 2. Crystal data for 2: Monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 8.242(2) Å, b = 14.870(2) Å, c = 13.060(2) Å, = 101.458(3)°, and Z = 4. Both compounds are highly unsaturated leading to extended aromatic conjugation. They show different intermolecular O–HO hydrogen bonds, via which 1 forms dimers, and 2 zig-zag polymeric chains.  相似文献

Reaction of the Zn, Cd, or Co nitrate salts with the deprotonated ligand (2-hydroxy-3-t-butyl-methylphenyl)bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane (L1O) in methanol produced the following complexes: [(L1OH)Zn(NO3)2] in two isomorphs, a = 40.983(8) Å, b = 9.571(2) Å, c = 15.667(8) Å, = 90, = 106.38(1), = 90, C2/c, and a = 13.027(3) Å, b = 14.781(4) Å, c = 16.107(3) Å, = 90, = 105.30(1), = 90, P21/n; [(L1OH)Cd(pz)(NO3)2] a = 14.7476(2) Å, b = 13.5411(2) Å, c = 16.7223(2) Å, = 90, = 110.3840(10), = 90, P21/c; and [(L1O)Co(pz)(NO3)] a = 11.4240(2) Å, b = 13.4498(2) Å, c = 13.8056(2) Å, = 105.2080(10), = 105.8130(10), = 112.7470(10), P . The Zn adopts a pseudotetrahedral four-coordinate geometry where the potentially tridentate ligand is actually bidentate with a protonated and uncoordinated phenoxy arm. The Co complex is pseudooctahedral six-coordinate where the phenoxy arm is deprotonated and coordinated. Finally the Cd complex is seven-coordinate but the metal is not coordinated through the phenoxy group that is again protonated.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the new enediyne 3 was determined by X-ray diffraction. 3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca (No. 61) with a = 12.7148(9) Å, b = 7.4872(8) Å, c = 38.890(4) Å, = = = 90 and Z = 8. The three-dimensional structure is characterized by an 8-membered cyclic array linking four molecules of 3 by hydrogen bonding between phenolic and methoxy groups. Furthermore, stabilization by –-stacking and CH s interactions is present. The important cd distance (between the two terminal acetylene carbons of the enediyne) which is relevant for the Bergman cyclization, was determined to 401 pm, being in good agreement with the high cyclization barrier ( G = 147.9 kJ mol–1 at 220C) that was determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

A triphenyl analog of taddol, 4-R,5-R-[5-(hydroxy-diphenyl-methyl)-2,2-dimethyl-[1,3]dioxolan-4-yl]-phenyl-methanone, has been synthesized and structurally characterized. This molecule could act as a chiral ligand building block in the creation of tuned taddol analogs. Structural analysis of the title compound reveals that the hydroxyl group is involved in an intramolecular hydrogen bond and does not take part in any intermolecular interaction. Crystal packing is influenced by C–H O hydrogen bonding and phenyl phenyl interactions. Crystal data: Triclinic, P1 (No. 1), a = 5.9343(4) Å, b = 8.2367(17) Å, c = 10.987(2) Å, = 88.290(6), = 75.442(4), = 80.655(6), V = 512.86(15) Å3, Z = 1, D calc = 1.258 mg/m3. Final residual values were R 1 = 0.0407 for 3022 observed data (I > 2s(I) ) and wR 2 = 0.0941 for all 3524 unique data.  相似文献

Crystals of 5-ethyl,5-(1,3-dimethylbut-2-enyl) barbituric acid (13M2B), mp 139°C, are triclinic, space groupP¯1,Z=2, witha=8.134(2),b=9.210(2),c=9.265(2),=91.91(1),=105.66(2), and =96.83(2)°. The structure was solved by direct methods, and refined by least-squares procedures to giveR=0.065 for 2056 observed diffraction data. The 5-ethyl and the 1,3-dimethylbut-2-enyl groups are both directed over the plane of the barbiturate ring. It is suggested that the conformation of the latter is stabilized by interactions between the isobutenyl group and the delocalized system of the ring.  相似文献

The hydrogen-bond networks in the mono- and diprotonated cyclic diamine, 1-thia-4,7-diazacyclononane, [9]aneN2S, have been examined. Crystals of the monoprotonated, form [9]aneN2S HCl, contain a ribbon-like network of alternating strong and weak intermolecular N H Cl hydrogen bonds and weak intramolecular N H N hydrogen bonds. Crystal data for [9]aneN2S HCl: monoclinic, a = 6.6640(6) Å, b = 10.3493(9) Å, c = 6.9807(6) Å, = 108.847(1)°, V = 455.63(7) Å3, space group P21, Z = 2. In the di-protonated form, [9]aneN2S 2HBr, the ribbon-like network comprises strong intermolecular and weak intramolecular N H Br hydrogen bonds. Crystal data for [9]aneN2S 2HBr: orthorhombic, a = 12.5918(13) Å, b = 8.0753(9) Å, c = 10.6856(11) Å, V = 1086.5(2) Å3, space group Pnma, Z = 4. The chloride anions of [9]aneN2S HCl align in interlocking columns in the a- and c-direction whereas the bromide anions in [9]aneN2S 2HBr occupy channels in the b-direction.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a unidecahydrated co-complex between two Inosine 5-monophosphate (IMP) and one L-glutamine has been determined at atomic resolution by X-ray crystallographic methods. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group P21 with cell dimensions a = 8.690(2), b = 21.900(3), c = 12.370(1) Å, and = 110.59(3)°. This structure reveals the recognition mechanism of glutamine to the nucleotide through direct and water-mediated hydrogen bonds. The phosphate oxygen (O23) seems to prefer the nonspecific interaction with the functional sites of glutamine (NA···O23 = 2.672, OH···O23 = 3.063, OE···O23 = 3.104 Å), whereas the bases prefer specific (N23···O = 2.874 Å) bindings. But here no specific interaction has been observed at N17 and N27, which were observed in serine—IMP complex. However, the solvent mediated N17···OW3···N27 hydrogen bonds for stabilization of the stacked purine bases have been observed as in other aminoacid-nucleotide cocrystals. The striking habit of glutamine to occupy the nearly same region of the nucleotide cocrystal as was found in the serine—IMP complex through substantial replacement of free and bound water molecules, shows certainly the cooperative hydrogen bonding economy of water molecules.  相似文献
