采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取废次烟叶中的有效成分茄尼醇,以乙醇为夹带剂,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2的流量、萃取时间、夹带剂的使用、分离温度和原料粒度等方面对萃取效果的影响,并对其中影响较为显著的因素进行了正交试验,通过极差和方差分析确定了萃取体系适宜的工艺条件。萃取压力为20 MPa,萃取温度为45℃,CO2的流量为15 L/h,萃取时间为2 h,夹带剂为95%的乙醇,分离温度为40℃,原料粒度为40~60目。  相似文献

本文研究了超临界流体萃取柿叶总黄酮苷类化合物的影响因素,并对生产工艺进行了优化设计。试验结果表明:萃取时压力、温度、时间、CO2流量对萃取率的影响程度依次递减。最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa、萃取温度50℃、萃取时间3h、CO2流量30kg·h-1。用超临界流体萃取法得到的柿叶总黄酮苷类化合物萃取物纯度高,无异味,色泽金黄。  相似文献

薤白挥发油成分的超临界CO2萃取及GC-MS分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采取超临界CO2萃取和水蒸气蒸馏两种方法提取薤白中的挥发油,比较了两种提取方法得到的挥发油的理化性质,并利用GC-MS对它们进行了定性、定量分析。两种方法的主要提取物均为含硫化合物,但超临界CO2萃取法得到的含硫化合物的数量和质量都高于水蒸气蒸馏法得到的提取物。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取8 h得到的萃取率为1.72%。通过设计的超临界CO2萃取的正交实验,得到了最佳萃取工艺条件为:压力25 MPa,温度40℃,CO2流量为25L/h。最佳萃取时间为120 min,萃取率为4.41%,是水蒸气蒸馏法萃取率的2.8倍。实验结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法简单易行,可以较快速、有效地提取薤白中的挥发油。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取法提取川芎中的阿魏酸,通过试验确定了最佳超临界萃取条件,萃取罐的温度为60℃、萃取压力为35 MPa、萃取时间为2 h。以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(体积比为30∶70∶0.2)为流动相,用HPLC法测定川芎中的阿魏酸,回收率为92.3%~103.4%,相对标准偏差为2.45%(n=6)。  相似文献

在系统考察压力、温度和时间对萃取率影响的基础上,利用超临界流体萃取技术提取了灵芝子实体中的三萜类化合物。其最佳萃取条件为:压力15 MPa,温度35℃,动态萃取时间120 m in,CO2流量1 mL/m in,背压阀温度50℃。此外,还建立了高效液相色谱梯度洗脱分离三萜类化合物的方法。通过比较超临界流体提取物和甲醇提取物的色谱图,发现两者具有相似的峰形,说明超临界流体能够达到与甲醇相近的萃取效果,可以取代甲醇作为新一代的绿色萃取溶剂。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取柚子叶的挥发性成分,以挥发油得率为衡量工艺参数的指标,通过正交试验法考察超临界CO2萃取过程中萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2的流量及萃取时间4个因素对柚子叶挥发油得率的影响。结果表明20MPa、萃取温度45℃、CO2流量7kg·h-1、萃取时间120min为最佳工艺。通过GC-MS对挥发油进行分析,从柚子叶挥发油中分离出144个组分,鉴定了61种成分,占化合物检出总量的90.4%。  相似文献

采用正交试验与单因素试验相结合方法对异甘草素的超临界CO2提取工艺进行了研究,并与常规索氏提取法的实验结果进行了对比。得到的最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度45℃、夹带剂85%乙醇、液固比为5:1、CO2流量10 kg/h、分离压力5.5 MPa、分离温度35℃。实验结果表明,在优化的条件下,超临界CO2萃取异甘草素的提取率为0.035%,异甘草素在提取物中的质量分数为0.84%,分别是索氏提取法提取率的3.5倍,质量分数的3.0倍。超临界CO2萃取异甘草素所用时间短、溶剂用量少、提取效率高、环境友好,是一种高效、快速提取异甘草素的方法。  相似文献

建立了利用离线超临界CO2萃取气相色谱(SFE-GC)测定鱼肌肉中毒死蜱残留量的分析方法。超临界CO2萃取鱼肌肉中毒死蜱的适宜条件为:温度100℃,压力41.370MPa,CO2流量为1mL/min,动态萃取30min,静态萃取时间15min,调节剂甲醇(添加量0.5mL),收集液丙酮。最小检出量为0.01ng;添加回收率为77.3%~105.1%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~15.4%,符合残留分析要求。全程分析时间小于2h。  相似文献

采用超临界流体萃取白术挥发油成分,对萃取条件进行优化,并用气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱分析鉴定出超临界流体萃了的挥发油中22个化合物。最佳的超临界流体萃取条件为压力22.0MPa,温度60℃,0.5mL乙醇作改性,先静态萃取10min(CO2用量2.0mL),再动态萃取40min(CO2流速为0.3mL/min)。将超临界流体萃取与水蒸气蒸馏进行对比,水蒸气蒸馏5h的油收率仅为超临界流体萃取1h油收率的10.32%,证明超临界流体萃取替代传统萃取的必要性。  相似文献

本文采用超临界CO2络合萃取法萃取绿茶中的Cu、Pb和Cd。分别考察了不同改性剂和络合剂、萃取压力、萃取温度以及静态和动态萃取时间对三种重金属的萃取率影响。研究结果表明:以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)/HNO3为络合剂,乙醇为改性剂,在20MPa、333K、静态和动态萃取时间分别为30min的最佳条件下,Cu、Pb和Cd的萃取率分别为78.3%、73.2%和69.5%。  相似文献

Cloransulam-methyl was extracted from soil samples with supercritical CO2, subcritical water and conventional organic solvents. Supercritical CO2 was less efficient than conventional organic solvents; polarity modifiers had no impact on extraction efficiency. Extraction with supercritical CO2 exhibited a strong temperature dependence. Water was as effective as strong organic solvents for the extraction of cloransulam-methyl; however cloransulam-methyl hydrolyzed when extracted at 150 degrees C. Extraction temperature was the most important variable in increasing the efficiency and rate of extraction, while extraction pressure was not a significant variable.  相似文献

利用甲苯、苯和乙醇三种溶剂在反应釜中对神华煤直接液化残渣进行了超临界溶剂萃取,考察了压力、温度、萃取时间、溶剂/残渣比等对萃取产物收率和重质液体萃取组成的影响。结果表明,以甲苯为溶剂进行萃取时,萃取时间对重质液体产率及HS和A收率的影响不大,而温度、压力以及溶剂/残渣质量比都会影响萃取产物的产率及组成。溶剂超临界萃取过程中,有其他组分向HS组分转化,提高了HS的收率。三种溶剂中,苯显示了和甲苯相似的萃取性能,而乙醇的萃取性能相比苯和甲苯则较差,但乙醇萃取得到的重质液体中轻质组分含量高于苯和甲苯。萃取过程中,残渣中的灰分和硫分主要富集至萃取残渣中。  相似文献

 研究了用超临界流体萃取法直接从脂肪基质的固体样品(大豆粉)中选择性地萃取有机锡化合物的方法。模拟试样萃取结果表明:用较低压力和较高温度的超临界态CO2作流动相时,有机锡达到最大萃取率,而脂肪类物质仅被少量萃取,从而消除了脂肪类物质对超临界流体色谱法测定有机锡的干扰。  相似文献

The solid fraction of olive mill waste water (OMWW) was separated from OMWW and then the solutes in the solid fraction of OMWW were extracted with ethanol. The detection of polyphenols in the ethanol extract showed the presence of polyphenols in the solid fraction of OMWW. Effects of solvent-to-solid ratio, extraction and agitation time on the extraction of polyphenols from the solid fraction of OMWW were examined and the maximum amount of polyphenol was extracted from the solid fraction of OMWW with a solvent-to-solid ratio of 15 at 70?min of extraction and 10?min of agitation time. Percent yields and purities of the polyphenols extracted from solid fraction of OMWW were higher than those of the polyphenols extracted from olive pomace with ethanol at 70?min of extraction and 10?min of agitation time with solvent-to-solid ratio of 15.  相似文献

Ginseng(Panax ginseng C. A. Mey.) is a traditional medicinal herb in Asia. Studies have shown that ginsenosides significantly affect immunoregulation and rare ginsenosides have anti-allergic effects. In this research, a high temperature and high pressure method was utilized to increase the contents of rare ginsenosides in the ginseng extract(GE). The anti-allergic effects of this extract were investigated in vivo. Water was used as the extraction solvent in extracting the rare ginsenosides via the high temperature and high pressure method. Extraction time and temperature were investigated in order to increase the contents of rare ginsenosides. Rare ginsenosides were qualitatively analyzed by HPLC-ESI-MS and quantitatively analyzed by HPLC-UV. Anti-allergic effects of the extracts were assessed using the ovalbumin(OVA)-induced allergic asthma model in vivo. An extraction temperature of 145℃ and extraction time of 2.0 h were chosen as the optimal conditions. Compared with traditional method, the contents of total rare ginsenosides extracted were considerably higher using the new method, that is, 14.74 times that extracted by the traditional method. In our in vivo experiments, treatment with high concentration GE may have anti-allergic effects in decreasing the total amount of IgE in serum and IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF), and in improving the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ T cells. The high temperature and high pressure method was an effective method to obtain GE containing more rare ginsenosides, which maybe become anti-allergic agents.  相似文献

High pressure extraction of vegetable fatty oils by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide was investigated. Pressures from 9 to 20 MPa at 40°C were used. The extracts were monitored by high temperature capillary gas chromatography for sterol and tri-glyceride composition. The quality of the extracted oils was evaluated by numerical taxonomy methods. The extraction products compared well with the characteristics of commercial fatty oils of the same vegetable origin. No significant qualitative variation was detected in the pressure range studied.  相似文献

用超临界溶剂在半连续装置上对中温煤焦油沥青(MCTP)进行了抽提和分离,考察了抽提段的实验条件对灰分和吡啶不溶物(PI组分)脱除率的影响;在分离段使用升温和/或降压法、精馏法调节MCTP族组成分布,并用分步抽提法调节MCTP的族组成。实验表明:用甲苯为超临界溶剂抽提可脱除全部灰分,PI组分也可在较低的压力下选择性地脱除;采用升温和/或降压法对抽出物可进行一定程度的分离,但对庚烷可溶物(HS组分)分离的选择性不高;采用精馏法可选择性地脱除HS组分,但尚需改进设备进一步提高分离效率;采用分步抽提法用石油醚作一次抽提溶剂可高选择性地脱除HS组分,其选择性在95%以上。  相似文献

A study of the extraction of non-volatile compounds from oak wood using superheated water-ethanol mixtures ranging from 10 to 60% ethanol is reported. Identification and characterization of the extracted compounds have been made by high performance liquid chromatography. The extraction has been performed using the static mode by single or repetitive cycles. The variables affecting the extraction process have been studied and their optimum values established (extraction time: 50 min; pressure: 40 atm; extraction temperature: 180 degrees C). The study allows comparing the non-volatile polyphenol fractions obtained in this way with those present in commercial samples with fully agreement between them. In addition, the method makes possible manipulation of the extract composition by changing the working pressure, temperature and water-ethanol ratio.  相似文献

Essential oil of Diplotaenia cachrydifolia cultivated in Iran was obtained by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method. The oils were analysed by capillary gas chromatography using flame ionisation and mass spectrometric detections. The compounds were identified according to their retention indices and mass spectra (EI, 70?eV). The effects of different parameters, such as pressure, temperature, modifier volume and extraction times (dynamic and static), on the SFE were inspected by a fractional factorial design (2(5-2)) to identify the significant parameters and their interaction. It showed that static and dynamic times had no effect on the extraction. Finally, a Box-Behnken design was applied to obtain the optimum condition of the significant parameters. The optimal condition was obtained as 30.2?MPa for pressure, 65.6°C for temperature and 258.4?μL for modifier volume. The main components that were extracted with SFE were dillapiole (35.1%), limonene (33.5%) and α-calacorene (25.5%).  相似文献
