为了更有效地控制舰船动力机械宽频和低频线谱振动的传递,提出了一种将磁悬浮作动器与气囊隔振器集成应用的磁悬浮-气囊主被动混合隔振装置。通过对磁悬浮作动器机电耦合特性和混合隔振系统动力学特性的分析研究,确定了满足线谱振动控制要求和满足混合隔振装置性能要求的参数设计方法。针对主动控制时,FxLMS (filtered-x least mean square)算法在小阻尼系统上需用高阶FIR滤波器建模,运算量大的问题,提出了分频段控制的改进FxLMS算法,并有效地解决了作动器的非线性效应问题。样机实验结果表明:理论分析是正确的,该项技术控制力需求小,装置稳定性好,具有优良的宽频隔振和低频线谱振动控制效果。 相似文献

有源无源混合隔振是控制船舶低频线谱噪声的重要技术,但工程应用的实例还非常少见。在磁悬浮-气囊混合隔振理论和原理样机研究的基础上,针对船用机械低频线谱的隔振需求,进一步突破了体积小、输出力大、功耗低、频响平直、波形失真度低等磁悬浮作动器工程化设计技术;解决了混合隔振器的稳定性和冲击、摇摆适应性等技术难题;研究了工程实用的控制算法,采用非线性逆模型补偿使控制系统线性化,并提出了窄带Fx-Newton时域算法,可在机械设备运行时的多线谱、多通道耦合、线谱振幅非稳态等情况下实现快速稳定控制;研制了船用200 kW柴发机组混合隔振装置,实验结果表明该技术具有优良的宽频隔振效果和低频线谱控制能力,性能可满足工程实用要求。 相似文献

系统研究了基础弹性对单层隔振系统、双层隔振系统及浮筏隔振系统隔振性能的影响。分析了不同隔振系统与不同弹性基础间的振动耦合特性,讨论了不同隔振系统的振级落差和力传递率特性,给出了振级落差和力传递率的简化计算方法。针对不同隔振系统的有源隔振问题,比较了不同作动器安装方式所需的控制力。研究表明,对于所有隔振系统,增加基础的刚度和阻尼有利于提高振级落差和力传递率;对于浮筏隔振系统,增加筏架的刚度和阻尼有利于提高隔振性能和减少有源隔振所需的控制力。 相似文献

高效共振混合机工作频率为60 Hz,且系统处于共振,产生较大低频噪声。针对振动机械产生的有害噪声,分析了高效共振混合机低频高加速度共振混合过程的特点,得到了60 Hz低频声波穿透力强的特点,相比传统的以吸声材料构建的50~100 mm厚度、隔声效果小于10 dB的隔声罩,分析了薄膜型声学超材料在低频减振降噪中的隔声特性。通过多物理场仿真分析,60 Hz时隔声量为31.4 dB,确定了硅橡胶弹性薄膜的预应力和质量块的面密度;采用3D打印机快速成型技术,构建了隔声实验装置,分析了独立隔声单元、面密度、薄膜尺寸等隔声特性规律。基于人耳在实际环境中感受到的噪声强度,提出了噪声衰减量和插入损失的分析方法,在距离声源380 mm和1000 mm的位置,60 Hz时隔声量分别为27 dB和38 dB。研究成果丰富了低频隔声特性理论,为薄膜型声学超材料的工程设计和优化提供了技术支撑。 相似文献

Marine propulsion unit (MPU) is one of the dominant vibration and noise sources onboard ship. Its vibration can be attenuated effectively by isolating MPU with low-frequency mounting system. But this is difficult to implement due to the stringent requirement of MPU alignment with the propulsion shafting. In this paper a novel air spring mounting system (ASMS) for propulsion system is proposed consisting of air spring subsystem, alignment control subsystem and safety protection subsystem. The load distribution optimization method and dynamic model of ASMS are presented. The factors that affect system stability and natural frequencies are analyzed, as well as the design measures to enhance system performance. A theoretical model is presented to estimate the isolation effect of ASMS. The monitoring model of alignment between MPU and propulsion shafting is established, followed by the alignment control algorithm and converge rule which assures the fast and uniform convergence of both air springs? load distribution and alignment control process. Safety protection mechanism is designed to ensure that the MPU can operate safely in case of ASMS failure or other extreme circumstances. A scaled ASMS prototype is manufactured and tested on a special experimental setup. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of theoretical models and show that the performance of ASMS satisfies the operation requirements of MPU. 相似文献

Passive structural health monitoring of a high-speed naval ship from ambient vibrations 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Previous studies have used the cross-correlation of ambient vibrations (CAV) technique to estimate the impulse response (or Green's function) between passive sensors for passive imaging purposes in various engineering applications. The technique (CAV) relies on extracting deterministic coherent time signatures from the noise cross-correlation function computed between passive sensors, without the use of controlled active sources. Provided that the ambient structure-borne noise field remains stable, these resulting coherent waveforms obtained from CAV can then be used for structural monitoring even if they differ from the actual impulse response between the passive sensors. This article presents experimental CAV results using low-frequency random vibration data (<50 Hz) collected on an all-aluminum naval vessel (the HSV-2 Swift) operating at high speed (up to 40 knots) during high sea states. The primary excitation sources were strong wave impact loadings and rotating machinery vibrations. The consistency of the CAV results is established by extracting similar coherent arrivals from ambient vibrations between the pairs of strain gages, symmetrically located across the ship's centerline. The influence of the ship's operating conditions on the stability of the peak coherent arrival time, during the 7 days trial, is also discussed. 相似文献

The primary aim of machinery isolation in marine vessels is to isolate structural vibration of the onboard machinery from the hull and to reduce far-field radiation of underwater noise. A substantial proportion of the total submarine mass is on flexible mounts that isolate supported masses from the hull at frequencies above the mounting system resonant frequency. This reduces the dynamically effective mass of the hull and affects the signature of the marine vessel due to propeller excitation. A fully coupled finite element/boundary element (FE/BE) model has been developed to investigate the effect of mass distribution and isolation in a submerged hull. The finite element model of the structure includes internal structures to represent the machinery and other flexibly mounted components. Changes in the radiated sound power demonstrate the effect of machinery isolation on the acoustic signature of the submerged hull due to the external propeller forces. Results are also presented to show how the arrangement of flexible mounts for a large internal structure can influence the radiation due to machinery forces. 相似文献

为了预报声呐远距离检测包络线谱的性能,本文分析在辐射噪声传播过程中包络线谱强度衰减的原因及提出在水声波导中包络线谱强度的数值预报方法。依据周期性局部平稳过程对舰船辐射噪声建模,推导出无噪声干扰及有噪声干扰下的包络线谱强度的数学表达式,获得了包络线谱强度传播衰减的规律,在水声波导中包络线谱声级传播规律与平稳谱一致,但包络线谱高出连续谱的强度的衰减取决于随信噪比变化的调幅深度修正因子。包络线谱强度数值预报方法如下:先利用传播衰减的数值方法例如用简正波方法波数积分方法PE方法等求出平稳辐射噪声的传播衰减,再求信噪比,最后依据调幅深度修正因子获得包络线谱强度降低的分贝数,预报出在水声波导中任意一点包络线谱信号高度。该理论和数值预报方法具有创新性,实用,简单,适合工程应用。 相似文献

This paper will discuss recent advances in optical fiber, fiber cabling, and light source technology. These advances will make it possible for widespread applications of fiber optical communications in the very near future. Developments in fiber waveguide have made possible the long distance transmission of high data rate information over a single fiber waveguide. Of the various fiber types, four are currently receiving the most attention because of their attenuation, dispersion, and cost characteristics. Semiconductor injection lasers have been developed that have lifetimes exceeding 10,000 hours with projected lifetimes extending beyond 100,000 hours. Receiver technology is well developed and avalanche photodiodes provide high sensitivity receiver performance for most data bandwidths of interest. 相似文献

In earlier papers in this series, the concepts of “acceleration” and “ringing” noise have been studied in relation to impact machines, and values of radiation efficiency have been obtained for the various types of structural components. In the work reported in this paper the predicted and measured noise radiation from a drop hammer, both in full-scale and in model form, were examined. It is found that overall noise levels (Leq per event) can be predicted from vibration measurements to within ± 1·5 dB, and to within ±2·5 dB in one-third octave bands. In turn this has permitted noise reduction techniques to be examined by studies of local component vibration levels rather than overall noise, a method which provides considerable enlightenment at the design stage. It is shown that on one particular drop hammer, the noise energy is shared surprisingly uniformly over four or five sources, and that when these have been reduced, the overall noise reduction is severely limited by the “acceleration” noise from the “tup” or “hammer” itself. As this is difficult to eliminate without a basic change in forging technology, it follows that “tup” enclosure or modification of the sharpness of the final “hard” impact are the only means available for any serious noise reduction. Also indicated is the reliability of using model techniques, suitably scaled in frequency and impulse magnitude, in developing machinery with impact characteristics. 相似文献

为降低双层圆柱壳辐射噪声线谱,从控制内壳振动响应和衰减壳间振动传递率进行结构声学设计。采用机械阻抗理论分析了环肋圆柱壳模态响应控制机理;由环肋振动方程推导分析了环肋径向机械阻抗特性;基于阻抗失配、波形转换原理提出一种阻抗加强环肋,分析了振动波阻抑特性;利用阻尼减振技术,综合考虑肋板的刚度、阻尼特性,设计了金属橡胶层叠肋板;结合数值计算实例,分析了设计双层壳模型的声辐射性能。结果表明:设计的双层加肋圆柱壳结构能有效降低辐射噪声线谱,在分析频段内辐射声压线谱平均降低约6.6 dB。研究结果对研制低噪声水下航行器具有良好的工程价值和应用前景。 相似文献

Background noise studies have been extended from air condenser microphones to piezoresistive, electret condenser, and ceramic microphones. Theoretical models of the respective noise sources within each microphone are developed and are used to derive analytical expressions for the noise power spectral density for each type. Several additional noise sources for the piezoresistive and electret microphones, beyond what had previously been considered, were applied to the models and were found to contribute significantly to the total noise power spectral density. Experimental background noise measurements were taken using an upgraded acoustic isolation vessel and data acquisition system, and the results were compared to the theoretically obtained expressions. The models were found to yield power spectral densities consistent with the experimental results. The measurements reveal that the 1/f noise coefficient is strongly correlated with the diaphragm damping resistance, irrespective of the detection technology, i.e., air condenser, piezoresistive, etc. This conclusion has profound implications upon the expected 1/f noise component of micromachined (MEMS) microphones. 相似文献
