Aiming at improving the durability of anodic electrochromic nickel oxide thin films, Ni-M-O (M = Co, Ta) thin films were grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), using optimized conditions, namely room temperature and 10−1 mbar oxygen pressure. For low Co and Ta contents (<5%), both additions lead to a loss of the [1 1 1] preferred orientation of the NiO rock-salt structure followed by a film amorphization with increasing Ta amount. Among the two series of metal additions (M ≤ 20%), the Ni-Co-O (5% Co) and Ni-Ta-O (10% Ta) thin films show the highest electrochemical performances especially in respect of improved durability. If the enhanced properties are associated with a limited dissolution of the oxidized phase for the Ni-Ta-O system, the opposite trend is observed for the Ni-Co-O system as compared to pure NiO.  相似文献

针对紫外固化技术领域中新型大功率365 nm UV-LED光源进行了拓展性应用研究.提出了空间阵列排布实现能量累加的技术方案,给出了其优化设计原理与软件实例仿真结果.结果证明:该二维空间阵列光学设计方案的正确性和可行性,完全可以实现应用现场的实际光学技术指标(辐照度、光斑尺寸、后工作距离、光斑等);其中指标要求在辐照面实现50 mm×10 mm线状辐照光斑,后工作距离≥50 mm,辐照度≥1 W/cm2,辐照面光斑分布均匀,设计出的空间阵列光学系统在结构上实现了最高优化设计.  相似文献

The tungsten oxide (WO3) film was grown by dip coating-pyrolysis method with the PEG-400 as the structure-directing agent. Microstructure of the WO3 film was characterized by TG-DSC, XRD and SEM techniques. It was found that the film annealed at 350 °C for 2 h comprised cubic WO3 and orthorhombic WO3. The measurements of the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and UV-vis spectrum suggested that the WO3 film had a good electrochromic reversibility performance. The film possessed excellent modulation to the visible light and the maximal average transmittance modulation reached 70.06%.  相似文献

采用二官能度环氧树脂对己二胺进行改性,得到了含多段长亚甲基链段的柔性固化剂。利用红外光谱表征其基本结构。采用环氧树脂E-44与之进行固化,通过不同温度下固化时间对力学强度影响的分析,初步确定其最佳固化条件为80 ℃,6 h。通过热重分析检测不同固化比例下固化产物的热稳定性,并采用差示扫描量热法研究该固化剂的固化动力学参数、反应活性、最佳固化温度及时间。对其固化物拉伸剪切强度进行测试,测试结果表明:在固化比例为1:0.5时,在-196 ℃、室温、60 ℃下的拉伸剪切强度分别为16.84,14.73和13.52 MPa,基本满足实际应用的需求。  相似文献

以天然产物腰果酚为原料,利用其酚羟基与环氧基的反应活性,通过开环醚化反应制备了两种腰果酚基不饱和树脂单体。通过傅里叶红外光谱研究了合成过程中主要活性基团的变化,结合核磁共振氢谱及凝胶渗透色谱分析进一步确定了合成树脂单体的分子结构,并利用红外光谱法对树脂单体的紫外光固化行为进行了研究,且对其光固化物进行了热重分析。研究表明:分子结构分析确认了目标产物的成功合成,树脂单体的分子结构以及不饱和双键含量对树脂的固化速度和固化物的热稳定性有着重要影响,两种单体在30 s内均已基本达到最高固化水平,光固化物的主分解初始温度均可达到350 ℃以上。  相似文献

Pure anatase-TiO2 and/or titanate nanotubes, photochromic Ag loaded titanium dioxide nanotubes (TNTs) and AgCl loaded titanate nanotubes were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The pH value during the neutralization process plays a crucial role in controlling the morphology and composition of the nanotubes. All these nanotubes were confirmed by XRD, TEM, EDS and XPS analysis. Most of them have open ends with inner/outer diameters of 7/10 nm and several hundred nanometers in length. For photochromic behavior in the case of AgCl-titanate nanotubes, the red color can be clearly observed after irradiation by red light, while the yellow, green, blue ones displayed pale black after the corresponding irradiation. On the other hand, Ag loaded TNT sample exhibited multicolor photochromism corresponding to that of incident light. The photoreduction of silver halide to Ag particle in the case of loaded AgCl particles and a particle-plasmon-assisted electron transfer from Ag nanoparticles to TiO2 in the case of loaded Ag particles are considered to be responsible for this different behavior.  相似文献

The ultrafast ring-opening reaction of the molecular switch 1,2-Dimethyl-3-indolylfulgide dissolved in acetonitrile is investigated by temperature dependent quantum efficiency measurements and time-resolved transient absorption spectroscopy in the ultraviolet and visible spectral range. The photoreaction is found to be thermally activated with an activation energy of about 1640 cm− 1. The transient absorption signal is bi-exponential with the time constants τ1 = 0.7 ps and τ2 = 12 ps. The fast time constant is due to solvation dynamics, while the main component τ2 is attributed to the excited state lifetime and product formation. A long-lived intermediate state in the photoreaction can be excluded.  相似文献

We herein report a novel method of employing 254 nm of UV radiation (UV) for the modification of a polyethyleneimine (PEI) layer on silicone oxide film. In this study, a PEI layer composed of a 50 mM sodium carbonate solution (pH 8.2) was formed on the surface of a silicone oxide film with spontaneous adsorption. Then, thin film of PEI was patterned by UV radiation. To determine the effect of the UV radiation, fluorescence microscopy, X-ray electron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analyses were performed. These results indicated that UV radiation could cause changes in the surface characteristics of the PEI layer. Subsequently, FT-IR analysis showed changes in the chemical composition of the PEI exposed to UV radiation, such as the disappearance of the amine. Based on these results, we can conclude that UV radiation could be used to eliminate the amine group selectively and that this technique could be applied to create a pattern on the surface of a PEI layer.  相似文献

Nylon11 film immersed in BiI3–ethanol solution was used for in situ generation of transparent BiOI/nylon11 X-ray photochromic composite materials via integration of the hydrolyzate (BiOI) of BiI3 into nylon11. The obtained BiOI/nylon11 composite film shows a reversible photochromic effect, changing the color from orange-red to brownish black under soft X-ray irradiation and back to orange-red after air exposure. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results show that the oxidation state of Bi atoms in BiOI/nylon11 composite film does not change before and after changing the color. Angle-resolved XPS analysis reveals that BiOI in nylon11 film is well distributed within an infiltration depth of about 10 nm. The source of the X-ray photochromic effect for transparent BiOI/nylon11 composite film may be related to oxygen as well as the interaction between BiOI and the amide groups. The oxygen AT% in the composite film decreases with increasing X-ray irradiation time. The present method for preparing transparent BiOI/nylon11 X-ray photochromic composite materials is facile and low cost. The X-ray photochromic effect has potential applications in some technology fields. For example, it can be used to create temporary patterning in a colored composite material surface.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米CeO2粉体,并采用XRD、TOF-SIMS对其进行了表征。结果表明平均晶粒度在13.3nm,粒度分布均匀。进而研究了纳米CeO2在玻璃基片抛光中的抛光性能。ZYGO形貌仪表明,抛光后其表面平均粗糙度值(Ra)可降低到0.6nm左右。原子力显微镜(AFM)在5μm×5μm范围内测得基片表面粗糙度Ra值为0.281nm,表面光滑,划痕等表面微观缺陷明显改善。  相似文献

采用一种无需催化剂和载气的简便碳热还原法制得长度约为100 μm、直径约为500 nm、长径比达到200的超长ZnO纳米线,讨论了Si基底位置、沉积时间以及反应物原料的量对ZnO纳米线形貌的影响。对ZnO纳米线的气敏性能进行研究,结果表明:在工作温度为350 ℃时,ZnO纳米线传感器能够很好地检测酒精气体,具有选择性好、响应恢复快的优点,且最低检测体积分数为5×10-6。另外,通过一种简单、实用的介电泳法制得基于ZnO纳米线的紫外传感器。在365 nm紫外灯照射下,光电流增加了13%;而在254 nm紫外灯照射时,光电流则没发生变化,说明该传感器对不同波长的紫外光有一定的选择性。  相似文献

This paper presents an improvement of the acoustoelectric effect by sensitivity and response of ultraviolet (UV) sensors by changing the argon/oxygen ratio. The acoustoelectric sensor is a delay-line type with a center frequency of 240.2625 MHz and fabricated on a piezoelectric substrate. Aluminum thin films were deposited as interdigitated transducers and patterned, and the ZnO thin film was deposited as a UV sensing layer by controlling the ratio of argon and oxygen with an RF magnetron sputtering. By increasing the oxygen partial pressure during ZnO deposition, the photoconductivity increased by 6.5 times, thereby increasing the frequency change related to the sensitivity of the sensor. The sensitivity to UV light was 110.4 Hz cm2/μW under an argon/oxygen ratio of 6:4, which is an increase of 5.1 times from 21.76 Hz cm2/μW obtained under a ratio of 10:2. In addition, the response and recovery times were improved by 2.85 times and 3.02 times, respectively.  相似文献

In the present work, molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) powder with novel morphology and good photochromic properties was successfully synthesized via a facile chemical method. The capping agent 1,3-diaminopropane (DAP) was found to be vital in the formation of the morphology, as well as the good photochromism of MoO3. The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), N2 adsorption-desorption analysis (BET) and ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy (UV-vis).  相似文献

检测了阿司匹林对照品与肠溶片的常规拉曼光谱和表面增强拉曼光谱,归属了各个振动峰位和增强峰位;研究了阿司匹林溶液与DNA相互作用的表面增强拉曼光谱与紫外光谱。结果表明:阿司匹林对照品与肠溶片的NRS及SERS图谱基本一致,药品的辅料对阿司匹林的检测几乎没有影响;在SERS中,阿司匹林分子是通过羧基和苯环垂直吸附在纳米银表面;阿司匹林分子与DNA相互作用的主要键合模式是插入作用,阿司匹林中的苯环和CO插入到DNA双螺旋结构的碱基对之间,为深入了解此类药物的作用机理提供了十分重要的信息和有益的参考。  相似文献

The curing kinetics of films produced from compositions based on UV-curable oligourethaneacrylates is investigated using, as a source of radiation, an individual spectral line separated by a monochromator from the radiation of a DRT-400 mercury tubular lamp. It has been established that in the region of spectral sensitivity of the composition, the curing time of the film is inversely proportional to the intensity of volumetric absorption of the radiation-source photons by the initiator at the lower surface of the film under study. Individual contributions of some of the lines to the process of composition curing by using the integral spectrum of the radiation source have been evaluated.
