High-spin levels in125Ba have been produced in the116Sn(12 C, 3n) reaction and studied by in-beam spectroscopic methods. Two strongly populated band structures are observed. The odd-parity one is based on a 7/2? state and can be explained as the result of the coupling between anh 11/2 neutron-hole and a prolate type triaxial core. The even-parity band, built on a 7/2+ state, corresponds to collective excitations associated with a neutron-hole in theg 7/2 shell. Comparisons with heavier odd-A Ba isotopes and discussions are made in the frame work of the triaxial core model. Nuclear Reactions116Sn(12C, 3nγ), E=45–55 MeV; measuredσ(E;E γ,θ),γγ-coinc,γ-γ delay. By a systematic on-line cesium mass separation fromA=122 toA=132 and subsequent gamma and electron decay spectroscopy at very low energy, new isomers have been precisely identified:122m Cs (T 1/2=0.36±0.02 s),124m Cs (T 1/2=6.3±0.2 s) and130m Cs (T 1/2=3.46±0.06 min). Detailed level schemes are given for both124m Cs and130m Cs. Comparison of excited levels known in the odd-odd nuclei of the same region shows that more experimental informations are needed to propose a clear and realistic picture of the nuclear states structure. The decay of171 Lu(t1/2=8.2 day) to the levels of171Yb has been studied using large volume high resolution Ge(Li), x-ray Ge(Li) and NaI(Tl) detectors.γ-γ coincidence and directional correlation experiments have been performed. Spin-parity of 5/2?, 7/2+, 5/2?, 9/2+, 7/2?, 7/2?, 11/2+, 9/2?, 9/2? and 5/2? have been assigned to the 75.87, 95.26, 122.37, 167.62, 208.00, 230.61, 259.02, 835.21, 948.37 and 1024.87 keV levels respectively. Several new coincidence relations have been observed in the present work. Two newγ-transitions at 141.45 and 821.30 keV observed and two levels at 766 and 944 keV been proposed. Multipolarity assignments have been made for most of theγ-transitions from theK-shell internal conversion coefficients obtained using the presentγ-ray intensities and the published conversion electron intensities. A revised level scheme for171Yb has been proposed and compared with published data. Radioactivity171Lu; measuredT 1/2,E γ ,I γ ,γγ coin,γγ (θ), I.C.C.,171Yb deduced levels,J, γ-mixing,π. The level scheme of154Eu has been investigated by means of thermal neutron captureγ-rays and conversion electrons. The high energyγ-ray spectrum from thermal neutron capture in enriched153Eu has been studied in the energy range of 5700 to 6500 keV. Low energyγ radiation has been observed with Ge(Li) and Si(Li) detectors from 5 to 300 keV and conversion electrons have been measured from 15 to 300 keV. Low energy (n, γγ) coincidences and half lives of transitions have been measured. The data, combined with three very recent studies of the 8? isomer decay in154Eu has led to the construction of a level scheme with 12 excited levels. The de-excitation of levels in119–125Sn populated in the decay of In isotopes has been studied using on-line isotope separators. Level half-lives have been measured in119–123Sn. a near cancellation of the matrix element for B(E2; g7/2→ d3/2) is observed to occur in121Sn and is probably due to pairing effects. Very low lying 9/2? levels have been observed in121–125Sn and are suggested in127, 129Sn. These levels have been interpreted as three quasi-particle states based on the unique parity h11/2 level. A possible mixing of theg 7/2 level with a close lying 7/2+ three quasi-particle state in123Sn is discussed. Decay of90m,g Rb
The decay of mass separated90Rb has been studied usingβ,γ and conversion electron spectrometers in single and coincidence modes. The half-lives of the ground state and the isomeric level have been confirmed to be 162± 3 and 258±4 s, respectively. Theγ-rays from the decays of ground state and metastable state have been identified by measuring the decay of individual photopeaks using Ge(Li) detectors. The multipolarity of the 106.6 keV isomeric transition has been determined to beM3. Separate decay schemes of the ground and metastable states are presented. The levels of90Sr are discussed in terms of the available experimental and theoretical information. Excited states of73Se have been investigated up to spin, 21/2 using techniques of in-beamγ-ray spectroscopy in connection with the70Ge(α, n) reaction. Mean lifetimes of 12 levels have been determined applying Doppler-shift andγ-RF-methods. Five different bands have been identified that reflect a variety of different excitation modes. The decoupled 9/2+ band is likely to correspond to an oblate deformation while the 5/2+ band is interpreted as a strongly coupled prolate band built on the Nilsson configuration [422] 5/2+. The 3/2? band is a strongly coupled band built on the [301] 3/2} configuration.Nuclear reactions:70Ge(α,n),E=14, 16, 18, 19, 20MeV; measuredE γ,I γ,σ(E γ,θ),γγ-coin, linear polarization, DSA,γ(t).75Se deduced levels,I, π, τ, δ(E2/M1), B(σλ). Resonance energies and strengths are reported for forty-five 33S(p, γ)34Cl resonances in the range Ep = 1.0–2.0 MeV. Analysis of the γ-ray spectra by means of two Ge(Li) detectors leads to precise excitation energies of bound states and branching ratios of resonant levels and bound states. New bound levels are found. The reaction Q-value is 5140.3 ± 1.5 keV. Mean lives (or limits) of twelve bound states of 34Cl have been obtained from DSA measurements at seven of the studied 33S(p, γ)34Cl resonances.  相似文献

The transitional nucleus152Eu has been studied using the (n, e), (n, γ), (n res,γ), (n, γγ), (d, p), (d, t) and (p, d) reactions. The experiments have been performed at nine different laboratories. A model independent level scheme was established including 95 levels below 510 keV and nearly 900 transitions by combination of low energy transitions and reaction data. More than 20 additional levels result from gamma rays and/or charged particle reactions. The level scheme is interpreted in terms of the Nilsson model indicating that152Eu is a deformed nucleus. Seven rotational bands and Nilsson configurations are established. An additional 27 rotational bands are tentatively or speculatively assugned. Gallagher-Moszkowski splittings are discussed. The neutron binding energy was determined as 6305.2±0.5 keV. The energy of the 9.3 h 0? isomer is 45.599 keV. The lifetimes of four levels were measured. Low-energy γ-ray and conversion electron spectra from the 133Cs(n,γ)134Cs reaction have been investigated with a bent cyrstal spectrometer, β-speetrometer, Ge(Li) and Si(Li) detectors. Gamma-gamma coincidence measurements were made with the Ge(Li)-Ge(Li) arrangement. Gamma-gamma delayed coincidences have been studied with the use of the Ge(Li)-NaI(Tl) coincidence set-up. The decay of 2.9 h 134mCs has been investigated with the prism β-spectrometer and Ge(Li) detector. The half-lives of the 176.403 and 257.112 keV levels have been measured to be 49.7 ± 0.8ns and 12.3 ± 1.1 ns respectively. The neutron binding energy Bn have been calculated to be 6891.4 ± 1.3 keV. Spin and parity assignments have been made for almost all the levels. The possible structure of the levels deduced is discussed.  相似文献
