The complex [Rh(CN)(O2)(PPh3)2(XNC)](CH2Cl2) has been obtained under ambient conditions from solutions containing trans-[Rh(CN)(PPh3)2(XNC)] upon exposure to air. The compound is unusual in that analogues containing the more strongly electron-donating ligands Cl, N3 and NCO (among others) in place of CN are not formed.  相似文献

New mixed-ligand copper(I) complexes, [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)X], [Phca2en = N,N′-bis(β-phenylci-nnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and X=Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), NCS (4), N3 (5)] have been synthesized and characterized by various techniques. 1H and 13C-NMR and IR spectral data of these copper(I) complexes are compared with the free ligand to elucidate some structural features. The structures of [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)Br] (2) and [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)I] (3) have been determined from single-crystal data showing that the coordination geometry around copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron. Furthermore, these Cu(I) complexes exhibit supramolecular motifs of the type multiple phenyl embraces resulting from attractive interactions between phenyl rings of PPh3 moieties. The presence of the C–H…Cu weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds, due to the trapping of C–H bonds in the vicinity of the metal atoms, is also reported.  相似文献

The 1H-NMR spectra of the complexes trans-[PtX2(C2H4)(Him)] (X = Cl or Br, Him = imidazole) are discussed. Variable temperature spectra are used to monitor the exchange processes which occur in acetone-d6 solution. It is found, contrary to previous work, that intermolecular exchange occurs for both the chloro- and bromo- complexes. In addition, it is also found that changing the solvent has a marked effect on the rate of exchange. Using an iterative simulation program and assuming intermolecular exchange, the rate constants for the exchange process are determined by band shape analysis, and the enthalpy and entropy of activation are calculated.  相似文献

X(2)(-)(H(2)O) [X = O, F] is utilized to explore water binding motifs to an excess electron via ab initio calculations at the MP4(SDQ)/aug-cc-pVDZ + diffs(2s2p,2s2p) level of theory. X(2)(-)(H(2)O) can be regarded as a water molecule that binds to an excess electron, the distribution of which is gauged by X(2). By varying the interatomic distance of X(2), r(X1-X2), the distribution of the excess electron is altered, and the water binding motifs to the excess electron is then examined. Depending on r(X1-X2), both binding motifs of C(s) and C(2v) forms are found with a critical distance of ~1.37 ? and ~1.71 ? for O(2)(-)(H(2)O) and F(2)(-)(H(2)O), respectively. The energetic and geometrical features of O(2)(-)(H(2)O) and F(2)(-)(H(2)O) are compared. In addition, various electronic properties of X(2)(-)(H(2)O) are examined. For both O(2)(-)(H(2)O) and F(2)(-)(H(2)O), the C(s) binding motif appears to prevail at a compact distribution of the excess electron. However, when the electron is diffuse, characterized by the radius of gyration in the direction of the X(2) bond axis with a threshold of ~0.84 ?, the C(2v) binding motif is formed.  相似文献

Voronoi–Dirichlet polyhedra (VDP) and the method of intersecting spheres were used to perform crystal-chemical analyses of compounds containing complexes [Rh a X n ] z (X = F, Cl, Br). It was found that, irrespective of oxidation number (+3, +4, or +5), rhodium atoms always exhibit the coordination number 6 with respect to the halogen atoms and have octahedral coordination. The influence of site symmetry and the valence state of Rh on the distortion of RhX6 octahedra are considered. The electronic configuration of the Rh atoms is shown to influence the symmetry of their valence-force field within the crystal structure.  相似文献

The Voronoi–Dirichlet polyhedra (VDP) and the method of intersecting spheres were used to perform crystal-chemical analysis of compounds containing complexes [Os a X b ] z(X = F, Cl, Br, I). Atoms of Os(V) at X = F and Cl, of Os(IV) at X = Cl, Br, and of Os(III) at X = Br were found to exhibit a coordination number of 6 with respect to the halogen atoms and to form OsX6octahedra. The coordination polyhedra of Os(III) for X = Cl, I are square pyramids OsX4. Each Os(III) atom forms one Os–Os bond; as a consequence, the OsBr6octahedra share a face in forming Os2Br3– 9complexes, while the OsX4pyramids (X = Cl, I) dimerize to produce [X4Os–OsX4]2–ions. The influence of the valence state of the Os atoms and of the nature of the halogen atoms on the composition and structure of the complexes formed and some characteristics of the coordination sphere of Os were considered.  相似文献

The coordination number of Ir atoms with respect to halogen atoms was found to be 6, irrespective of the oxidation state (III, IV, or V), and the coordination polyhedra formed by Ir were found to be always octahedra. The influence of the site symmetry and the valence state of the Ir atoms on the distortion of the IrX6 octahedra is considered. It is shown that characteristics of the VDP of Ir atoms can be used for quantitative estimation of the crystal-chemical role of Ir atoms in the halide structures.  相似文献

采用CCSD/6-311++G(d,p)//B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)方法研究了HCHO与卤素原子X(X=F、Cl、Br)的反应机理. 计算结果表明, 卤素原子X(X=F、Cl、Br)主要通过直接提取HCHO中的H原子生成HCO+HX(X=F、Cl、Br). 另外还可以生成稳定的中间体, 中间体再通过卤原子夺氢和氢原子直接解离两个反应通道分别生成HCO+HX(X=F、Cl、Br)和H+XCHO(X=F、Cl、Br). 其中卤原子夺氢通道为主反应通道, HCO和HX(X=F、Cl、Br)为主要的反应产物; 且三个反应的活化能均较低, 说明此类反应很容易进行, 计算结果与实验结果符合很好. 电子密度拓扑分析显示, 在HCHO+X反应通道(b)中出现了T型结构过渡态, 结构过渡态(STS)位于能量过渡态(ETS)之后. 并且按F、Cl、Br的顺序, 结构过渡态出现得越来越晚.  相似文献

The complex [uRh(oq)Br(P(o-Cu6F4)Ph2)(H2O)]2 is obtained by refluxing a solution of Rh(oq)(CO)(P(o-BrC6F4)Ph2) (oq = 8-oxyquinolinate) in toluene. The structure of this compound has been determined by X-ray diffraction and refined to R = 0.061 and Rw = 0.065 factors. The cell has monoclinic symmetry, space group P21/n; a 19.513(2), b 17.049(1), c 16.898(1) Å and β 99.69(1)°. The structure consists of two independent Rh(oq)Br(P(o-C6F4)Ph2)H2O) units linked by hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and oq ligands to form a distorted boat (six atom ring of junction between the two units). In each unit the metal atom has a distorted octahedral coordination, with a four-atom metallocyclic ring (uRhPCCu) with CRhP and RhPC angles 69.3(2) and 85.3(3)°, respectively, in one unit, and 70.0(2) and 81.1(2)° in the other. The water molecule is readily displaced by a variety of phosphorus donor ligands to form the complexes uRh(oq)Br(P(o-Cu6F4)Ph2)P′, P′ = PPh3, P(p-CH3C6H4)3 and P(OCH3)3, in which the P atoms are in trans-dispositions.  相似文献

Infrared and laser Raman spectra of [Ni(II)(diars)2X]X, (X=Cl, Br and I) have been used as probes to determine the structures of chelated diarsine molecules. It has been observed that the effects of metal chelation and coordination geometry give rise to frequency shifts in these complexes. The variation in vibrational spectroscopic features indicates reduction in the symmetry of the complexes in the crystalline environment. The effect of halogen on the Ni-halogen stretching frequency of these square pyramidal complexes is not as significant as observed in the case of octahedral complexes.  相似文献

An ionic form of diphenyltrichlorophosphorane, namely, diphenyldichlorophosphonium trichloride isolated as a dichlorine solvate (1), was obtained by treating PPh(2)Cl(3) with excess chlorine. The identity of this species was established by single-crystal X-ray analysis and (31)P, (1)H, and (35)Cl NMR and Raman spectra. Bis(diphenyldichlorophosphonium) pentachloroindate (2) was obtained by the reaction of diphenyltrichlorophosphorane with indium trichloride in dichloromethane for comparison purposes. Its identity was determined by (31)P NMR spectra and single-crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

A new method for producing electronically excited nitrogen monohalides NX(b) (X=F,Cl,Br) is reported. The strong emission spectra of NBr(b1Σ+→X3Σ–) are observed when alkyl bromides (CHBr3, CH2Br2, C2H5Br, and C4H9Br) are added to a stream of active nitrogen, generated by a hollow-cathode discharge of N2, in a flowing afterglow system. Some tentative experiments show that the electronically excited NBr(b) is formed by means of metastable N2(A3Σu+) Electronic-to-Electronic energy transfer to NBr(X), which is from the reaction of N(4S) with alkyl bromides. The emission spectra of NCl(b1Σ+→X3Σ–) are obtained when CCl4 or SOCl2 is admitted into a flow of active nitrogen, but neither CHCl3 nor CH2Cl2 addition results in such an emission. It has been proposed that the origin of the excited NCl(b) is an energy transfer from N2 (A) to NCl(X), generated by the reaction of N(4S) with CCl3 (or SOCl2). Similar experiments are also carried out with SF6 as reagent of active nitrogen, or as mixture with N2 in the discharge. By recording fluorescence it was found that excited NF(b) is produced only under discharge through N2/SF6 mixture. The NF(b) state presumably arises from the energy transfer from N2(A) to NF(X), and the latter is generated from the abstraction of fluorine by N(4S) from SF5.  相似文献

A series of new [NiX(S2P{O-c-Hex}2)(PPh3)](X = Cl, Br, I and NCS)(1)–(4) and [Ni(NCS)(S2P{OR}2)(PPh3)][R =n-Pr (5), i-Pr (6)] complexes has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, f.i.r., i.r., u.v.–vis., 1H-, 13C{1H}- and 31P{1H}-n.m.r. spectra, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. A single crystal X-ray analysis of [Ni(NCS)(S2P{O-n-Pr}2)(PPh3)](5) reveals the molecular structure of the complex and confirms a square-planar geometry around the central atom of nickel with the NCS anion coordinated via the nitrogen atom.  相似文献

Cocrystallization of the dithiadiazolyl (DTDA) radicals p-XC6F4CNSSN (X=F, Cl, Br, I, CN) with TEMPO afforded the 2 : 1 cocrystals [p-XC6F4CNSSN]2[TEMPO] ( 1 – 5 ) whose structures all reflect a common S4⋅⋅⋅O supramolecular motif. The nature of this interaction was probed by DFT calculations (M06/aug-cc-pVDZ) on 1 which revealed that the enthalpy of formation of the [C6F5CNSSN]2[TEMPO] supramolecular motif from [C6F5CNSSN]2 and TEMPO is substantial (−54.0 kJ mol−1). Electronic structure calculations revealed a TEMPO-based doublet S= configuration as the ground state with limited spin density on the DTDA rings (2.4 %). The corresponding spin quartet state is +78.9 kJ mol−1 higher in energy. An atoms-in-molecules analysis reveals four bond critical points (BCPs) between the TEMPO O and the DTDA S atoms as well as additional BCPs between selected DTDA S atoms and methyl H atoms of the TEMPO molecule. Herein, the structures of 2 – 5 are considered within the context of a hierarchical view of competing and complementary intermolecular interactions; in particular, the established supramolecular CN⋅⋅⋅S−S synthon is sacrificed in order to form the new S4⋅⋅⋅O interaction.  相似文献

[(n‐Bu)2Sn(O2PPh2)2] ( 1 ), and [Ph2Sn(O2PPh2)2] ( 2 ) have been synthesized by the reactions of R2SnCl2 (R=n‐Bu, Ph) with HO2PPh2 in Methanol. From the reaction of Ph2SnCl2 with diphenylphosphinic acid a third product [PhClSn(O2PPh2)OMe]2 ( 3 ) could be isolated. X‐ray diffraction studies show 1 to crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 1303.7(1) pm, b = 2286.9(2) pm, c = 1063.1(1) pm, β = 94.383(6)°, and Z = 4. 2 crystallizes triclinic in the space group , the cell parameters being a = 1293.2(2) pm, b = 1478.5(4) pm, c = 1507.2(3) pm, α = 98.86(3)°, β = 109.63(2)°, γ = 114.88(2)°, and Z = 2. Both compounds form arrays of eight‐membered rings (SnOPO)2 linked at the tin atoms to form chains of infinite length. The dimer 3 consists of a like ring, in which the tin atoms are bridged by methoxo groups. It crystallizes triclinic in space group with a = 946.4(1) pm, b = 963.7(1) pm, c = 1174.2(1) pm, α = 82.495(6)°, β = 66.451(6)°, γ = 74.922(6)°, and Z = 1 for the dimer. The Raman spectra of 2 and 3 are given and discussed.  相似文献

在Cs对称性和ANO-S基组下, 使用全活化空间自洽场方法(CASSCF), 研究了卤代氰基卡宾自由基及其阴离子的低能电子激发态性质. 为了进一步考虑电子的动态相关效应,采用多组态二级微扰理论(CASPT2)获得更加精确的能量值. 计算结果表明, XCCN的基态是三重态. 单重态和三重态的能隙差ΔES-T(kJ/mol): 7.4(FCCN)<13.4(ClCCN)<16.6(BrCCN). 计算得到, XCCN(X=F, Cl, Br)最低垂直激发能分别为408.3, 385.4和 345.2 kJ/mol, 这归因于π(a′) →nxy 的电子跃迁; XCCN的电子亲和势分别为235.7, 233.0和 237.2 kJ/mol, 与HCCN相比, 其电子亲和势变大.  相似文献

We have studied the dissociation phenomena of sodium halides by water molecules. The structures, binding energies, electronic properties, and IR spectroscopic features have been investigated by using the density-functional theory, second-order Moller-Plesset perturbation theory, and coupled clusters theory with single, double, and perturbative triplet excitations. In the case that the sodium halides are hydrated by three water molecules, the most stable structures show the partial (or half) dissociation feature. The dissociated structures are first found for NaX(H2O)(n=5) for X=BrI, though these structures are slightly higher in energy than the global minimum-energy structure. In the case of hexahydrated sodium halides the global minimum-energy structures (which are different from the structures reported in any previous work) are found to be dissociated (X=F/I) or partially/half dissociated (X=Cl/Br), while other nearly isoenergetic structures are undissociated, and the dissociated cubical structures are higher in energy than the corresponding global minimum-energy structure.  相似文献

Rhodium-103 chemical shifts are reported for 62 compounds, namely [Rh(X)(PPh3)3] [X = Cl, N3, NCO, NCS, N(CN)2, NCBPh3, CNBPh3, CN] and derivatives formed by replacement of a phosphine by CO, xylyl isocyanide (XNC) and pyridine and/or by oxidative addition of H2 or O2 to give trans-[Rh(X)(PPh3)2(CO)] (delta in the range -816 to -368 ppm) trans-[Rh(X)(PPh3)2(XNC)] (delta -817 to -250 ppm), cis-[Rh(X)(PPh3)2(py)] (the trans isomer is formed with X = CN, CNBPh3) (delta -233 to 170 ppm), [Rh(X)(H)2(PPh3)3] (delta -611 to 119), trans-[Rh(X)(H)2(PPh3)2(py)] (delta -30 to 566 ppm), [Rh(X)(O2)(PPh3)3] (delta 1393 to 3273 ppm) and cis-[Rh(X)(O2)(PPh3)2(py)] (delta 1949 to 3374 ppm). For the majority of these compounds data were obtained from solutions in chloroform and in toluene at temperatures of 247 and 300 K; for [Rh(X)(PPh3)3] (delta -562 to -4 ppm) data are reported at a number of temperatures in the range 195-300 K for solutions in chloroform, toluene and dichloromethane and at 300 K for solutions in DMSO. The expected trend to lower delta(103Rh) with decreasing temperature (vibrational shielding) is observed for the dichloromethane data, but data from solutions {of [Rh(X)(PPh3)3]} in chloroform and toluene show a number of features which diverge from this pattern, i.e. shifts to higher delta are found to accompany a decrease in temperature, most noticeably where X = CN and Cl [on changing the solvent from dichloromethane to chloroform changes in delta(103Rh) of up to 172 ppm are observed]. These results are interpreted in terms of a hydrogen-bonded interaction with the solvent that is enhanced by the presence of a polarizable ligand (CN, Cl). With a ligand (O2CCF3) that is only weakly polarizable the solvent dependence of delta(103Rh) is minimal.  相似文献
