The resonance of the compounds buta-1,3-diyne (1), buta-1,3-diene (2), hexa-1,3,5-triyne (3), hexa-1,3,5-triene (4), hexa-3-en-1,5-diyne (5), and hexa-1,5-dien-3-yne (6) was analyzed. The molecular geometry, π molecular orbitals, and the electron density of these compounds were analyzed. The NBO, AIM, and NRT methods were used. By comparing the electronic structures of compounds 1 and 2 and by considering that the latter is a classic example of a π-conjugated compound (Org Lett 5:2373–2375, 2003; Org Lett 5:2373–2375, 2004), it was possible to conclude that the conjugation of compound 1 is larger than that of 2. Compounds 3 and 4 were also studied, in order to understand the effect of a longer conjugated chain, and it was found that the resonance also increases in the case of 3. In addition, the effect of changing the order of the central bond was investigated by comparison of compounds 5 and 6 with 3 and 4, respectively. The results indicated that changes produce small alterations in the properties of compounds 3 and 4.  相似文献

The reactions of the dithio substituted carbenium ions 2a-c with allylsilanes, allylstannanes (3), and silylated enol ethers (4) which yield dithioacetal protected β, ψ-unsaturated carbonyl compounds (7) and selectively protected 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds (8), have been studied kinetically. The second-order rate constants have been used to determine the electrophilicity parameters for the [1,3]dithiolan-2-ylium ion 2a (E=?6.25) and the [1,3]dithian-2-ylium ions 2b (E=?6.82) and 2c (E=?2.17). It is shown how these parameters can be used to predict the electrophilic potential of 2a-c.  相似文献

The ESR spectrum of the first representative of highly conjugated triplet ethynylvinylcarbenes, 5-methylhexa-1,2,4-triene-1,3-diyl (1), was recorded in solid argon matrix. The zero-field splitting (ZFS) parameters of carbene 1 (D = 0.5054±0.0006 cm?1 and E = 0.0045±0.0002 cm?1) determined from the experimental ESR spectrum are in between the corresponding parameters of ethynylcarbene C3H2 (2) and vinylcarbene C3H4 (3): D(3) < D(1) < D(2) and E(2) < E(1) < E(3). Quantum chemical calculations of the ZFS parameters of 1, 2, and 3 have been carried out for the first time using two DFT-based approaches, RODFT and UDFT. An analysis of the experimental and theoretical ZFS parameters shows that carbene 1 is characterized by a greater extent of delocalization of the spin density of unpaired electrons than carbenes 2 and 3. The characteristic structural fragments of carbene 1 possess the principal features of the electronic structure of both ethynylcarbene (2) and vinylcarbene (3), respectively. Magnetic spin-spin interactions are identical in carbenes 1 and 2. The dominant contribution to D in 1 and 2 results from the one-center spin-spin interactions on carbon atoms in the propynylidene group, which are subjected to strong spin polarization.  相似文献

The present work included condensation reactions of o-tolidine with different aromatic aldehydes in absolute ethanol to give Schiff bases (w 9 w 12 ) in high yield which, on reaction with maleic and phthalic anhydride by [2+5] cycloaddition reactions in the presence of suitable solvents, give the corresponding [1,3]oxazepine-4,7-dione (w 9 mw 12 m) and [1,3]oxazepine-1,5-dione (w 9 phw 12 ph), respectively. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds were monitored by TLC and established on the basis of elemental analysis, FT-IR, and 1H NMR.  相似文献

1,3-Dithiolane-containing nitromethylene derivatives, as candidates for screening as neonicotinoid insecticides, were synthesized by reaction of compound (4) with 1,2-ethanedithiol. Compounds 7ag were obtained via Mannich reaction of (E)-1-((1,3-dithiolan-2-yl)methyl)-2-(nitromethylene)imidazolidine (6), primary amines and formaldehyde. The synthesized compounds were identified by 1H NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays indicated that most of the compounds had moderate insecticidal activity against Aphis craccivora. The relationship between molecular structure and biological activity is discussed.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) calculations have been carried out in order to compare the molecular structures, atomic charges, molecular orbitals, electronic absorption spectra, and infrared (IR) spectra of the metal-free 5,15 -di[4-(5-acetylsulfanylpentyloxy) phenyl]porphyrin H2[DPP(OC5H10SCOCH3)2] (1) (DPP = 5,15-diphenylporphyrin) and its zinc complex Zn[DPP(OC5H10SCOCH3)2] (2), which exhibit novel structures with two 5-acetylsulfanylpentyloxy side chains at the para-positions of opposite meso-attached phenyl groups. The calculated molecular structure and electronic absorption and IR spectra of 1 and 2 are consistent with the experimental results. The influences of meso-substitution, polar solvents, and central metal substitution on the structure and properties of porphyrin derivatives have been investigated by comparing the corresponding data for 1 and 2 with the help of data for the unsubstituted porphyrin derivatives, namely the metal-free porphyrin H2Por (3) and the porphyrinato-zinc compound (4). The identities of the main transitions in the electronic absorption spectra of 1 and 2 are assigned and the vibrational modes in their IR spectra are identified with the assistance of animated pictures produced based on normal coordinates. The theoretical work presented here will be helpful in increasing our understanding of the structure and spectroscopic properties, as well as substituent and solvent effects, for these novel porphyrin compounds.  相似文献

A series of new compounds bearing a 1,3-benzothiazol-2-one nucleus have been synthesized using 5,6-dimethyl-3-(2-oxo-propyl)-1,3-benzothiazol-2-one (1) as a key starting compound. The reaction of 1 with some nucleophilic compounds led to the formation of compounds 2, 3, 4, 5a, b, 6 and 7a, b. The thiosemicarbazone derivatives 7a, b were treated with a number of halo ketones to produce the new heterocyclic compounds 913, while their reaction with acid anhydrides led to the formation of the derivatives 14 and 15. Also, compound 1 was condensed with different aromatic aldehydes to afford the corresponding chalcones 1822. The structures of all the novel compounds have been determined by analytical and spectral data. Some of the compounds were selected to be evaluated as anti-inflammatory and analgesic agents.  相似文献

Cationic complexes [(diene)Co(??-C6Me6)]+ (diene is buta-1,3-diene (2a), 5-isopropyl-2-methylcyclohexa-1,3-diene (2b), cycloocta-1,3-diene (2c), and cyclohexa-1,5-diene (2d)) were synthesized by the reaction of [Co(??-C6Me6)2]+ (1) with dienes in a CH2Cl2-Me2CO mixture. In the absence of dienes, cation 1 undergoes hydrogenation to form [(1,2,3,4,5,6-HMCD-1,3)-Co(??-C6Me6)]+ (HMCD is hexamethylcyclohexadiene, 2e). Structures [2c?Ce]PF6 were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. According to the DFT calculations, the Co-C6H6 bond in the complexes with conjugated dienes is stronger than that in the complexes with nonconjugated dienes.  相似文献

Mono and dispiro-1,3-dioxanes (1–3) were synthesized by the condensation of 1,2-, 1,3- and 1,4-cyclohexanedione, respectively (4–6) with bis-(hydroxymethyl)-malonic ester (7). The1H-NMR spectra prove for the mono- (2) and dispiro-1,3-dioxane (3) the existence of conformational equilibria and for the monospiro-1,3-dioxane (1) a “fixed” structure. C6D6 causes a remarkable solvent shift effect in the NMR spectra separating a superposed complex coupling pattern (in CDCl3) in two well resolved AB doublets and two AX quartets. TheE-oxime of the monospiro-1,3-dioxanone (1) represents also a “fixed” structure. Bis-(hydroxymethyl)-malonic ester (7) is a formaldehyde generating agent in the condensation reaction of dimedone with the diol7.  相似文献

A new family of dialphosphacyclohexane is introduced which has three nucleophilic centers. The conformational stabilities and structural properties of 2-lithio-1,3-diphosphinane and 2-lithio-1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphosphinane were investigated computationally by DFT calculations and NBO analyses at B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p). Relative energy trend in 1,3-diphosphinane and 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphosphinane conformations explored from steric and hyperconjugative point of view. The stability trend of 2-lithio derivatives based on calculated relative energies in 1,3-diphosphinane is 1d > 1f > 1b > 1a > 1c > 1e and for 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphosphinane derivatives is 2f > 2d > 2b > 2a > 2c > 2e. Calculated NBO atomic charges indicate that high positive charge at lithium and small C–Li Wiberg bond indexes in these derivatives are demonstrators of ionic nature of the C–Li bonds. Stereoelectronic interactions, polarizability of phosphorus, and chelate formation between each of phosphorous and lithium are determining factors in stability trend observed in these derivatives. Ease of lithiation in bis(dimethylphosphino)methane, 1,3-diphosphinane, and 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphosphinane derivatives was estimated and compared by isodesmic reaction.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis is reported for 4,5-dibromo-[1,3]dithiole-2-thione (1) and 4-bromo-1,3-dithiole-2-thione (7) by bromination of lithiated vinylene trithiocarbonate. Compound 1 acts as a convenient precursor to a number of asymmetric electron donors. This is exemplified by the formation of 4,5-dibromo-4′,5′-bis(2′-cyanoethylsulfanyl)TTF (3) by cross-coupling methodology and subsequent conversion into 4,5-dibromo-4′,5′-ethylenedithioTTF (4) by reaction with caesium hydroxide and 1,2-dibromoethane. The new donor 4,5-dibromo-4′,5′-ethylenedithiodiselenadithiafulvalene (5) was prepared by cross-coupling of 1 and 4,5-ethylenedithio-1,3-diselenol-2-one (6). The X-ray structures of 3 and 5 are reported.  相似文献

Guest inclusion properties of two cyclic imides which have carboxylic acids connected through flexible tether, namely, 4-(1,3-dioxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-ylmethyl)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (1) and 4-(1,3-dioxo-1H,3H-benzo[de]isoquinolin-2-ylmethyl)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid (2) are studied. The crystals of host 1 containing one molecule of 1, the crystals of 4,4′-bipyridine (bpy) cocrystal of 1 containing one molecule of 1 and half molecule of bpy (1a), the crystals of 1,4-dioxane solvate of 1 containing two molecule of 1 and one and half molecule of 1,4-dioxane (1b) and the crystals of quinoline solvate of 1 containing one molecule of 1 and one molecule of quinoline (1c) in their crystallographic asymmetric units are investigated. Intermolecular hydrogen bonded two dimensional (2D) sheet structure of 1 and 3D channel network of 1b are comprised of cyclic R 2 2 (8) hydrogen bond motifs; whereas cleavage of dimeric carboxylic acid R 2 2 (8) motifs occurs in the structures of 1a and 1c in which 3D host–guest networks are comprised of discrete O–H···N and cyclic R 2 2 (7) interactions, respectively. Various types of weak interactions between the two symmetry nonequivalent host molecule are found to be responsible for the formation of channels (14 × 11 Å) filled by guest 1,4-dioxane molecules in the crystal lattice of 1b. Two different solvates of 2 containing one molecule of 2 with a water molecule (2a) and one molecule of 2 with a quinoline molecule (2b) in their crystallographic asymmetric units, respectively, are also crystallized in different space groups. The quinoline molecules are held with host molecules by discrete O–H···N and C–H···O interactions and reside inside the voids formed by 3D repeated hexameric assemblies of host molecules in the crystal lattice of 2b.  相似文献

A set of compounds of general formula [{S(C6H3S)2O}SbHal] [Hal = Cl (1), Br (2), I (3)] has been synthesized and studied by Raman and NMR spectroscopy as well as quantum chemical DFT calculations. X-ray diffraction studies of compound 2 revealed that the oxygen atom participates as donor and the antimony atom plays the role of acceptor, adopting a Ψ-distorted trigonal bi-pyramidal geometry, where the eight-membered central ring displays a boat–boat conformation. Furthermore, a series of DFT calculations was performed on compounds 1–3 as well as calculations on the non-synthesized heterotetracyclic systems [{S(C6H3S)2O}SbF] (4a) and the cation [{S(C6H3S)2O}Sb]+ (5a). The theoretic study at DFT level indicates as the electronegativity increases at exocyclic substituent along the set of compounds, the interaction is stronger. Moreover, the topological analysis of electronic density showed the existence of critical points along the O → Sb direction which prompted us to suggest the existence of a dative bond.  相似文献

Action of guanidine or urea on cyclohexanone-, cyclopentanone-, cycloheptanone-and acetonecyanohydrine3 a?3 d generates very different products: 3 a reacts with guanidine inDMF to yield 1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-2,4-diimine (5 a). Heating the components without solvent affords 7,14-diazadispiro[5.1.5.2]pentadecan-15-one(7)15–17, the guanidine not participating in the reaction; similarly3 b is transformed by guanidine to a pentacyclic dispirocompound (possible formulae19 and20), whereas3 d reacts to give 3,3,5,5-tetramethylpiperazine-2,6-dione(21)19. In 3-pentanone guanidine-cyanide condensates itself to give 2,4-diamino-triazine (22)21, 22. Action of urea on3 a?3 d yields the 4-imino-1,3-diazaspiroalkan-2-ones6 a?6 c and the 4-imino-5,5-dimethylimidazolidin-2-one6 d 6–8 resp. If the reaction of urea and3 d is carried out inDMF, however, 5,5-dimethyl-4-ureido-3-imidazolin-2-one (28) (or the tautomeric carbamoyliminoimidazolidinone27) is produced. The structures of the compounds prepared are proved by NMR-, IR- and mass spectra.  相似文献

New salicylic (2-hydroxybenzoic) acid derivatives 16 were prepared by conventional heating or microwave irradiation of a mixture consisting of methyl salicylate and the corresponding amino alcohol (2,2′-dihydroxydiethylamine, 2,2′,2″-trihydroxytriethylamine or N-phenyl-2,2′-dihydroxydiethylamine) and metallic sodium as catalyst. For compounds 1, 3, and 5 X-ray structure analysis was performed, as well as molecular mechanics calculations (MMC), to define their conformation in terms of their energy minima. Comparison of crystal and MMC structures for these three compounds (1, 3, and 5) revealed that the intramolecular hydrogen bonds play an important role, stabilizing conformation of the most part of the molecule. The antioxidant activity and cytotoxicity of the synthesized derivatives were evaluated in a series of in vitro tests. The newly synthesized compounds exhibited strong activity against hydroxyl radical, as well as promising lipid peroxidation inhibition. The study showed that the electronic effects of the groups at the N atom are responsible for neutralization of the OH radical, i.e., antioxidant activity. Compounds 13 exhibited sub-micromolar cytotoxicity against HeLa S3, whereas compounds 1, 3 and 5 efficiently inhibited the growth of PC3 cells.  相似文献

2H-Imidazole-4(3H)-thiones (a), available from methyl alkyl and methyl aryl ketones with sulfur and ammonia, react via their corresponding N-sodium compounds or in presence of tert. amines with alkyl and aryl carboxylic acid chlorides to give the corresponding intensely coloured (orange to violett) cryst. 3-acyl-2H-imidazole-4(3H)-thiones4 a-q and6–26. With dicarboxylic acid dichlorides the colourless cryst. N,N′-diacyl-bis-3-imidazoline-5-thiones5 a-d and27–32 are obtained. With carbamic acid chlorides and chloroformic acid esters the corresponding urea (33–35) and urethane derivatives36, 37 are formed. In an analogous way 2H-imidazol-4(3H)-ones react with acid chlorides to 3-acyl-2-imidazol-4(3H)-ones (44–50), which can also be obtained by treating the corresponding 3-acyl-2H-imidazole-4(3H)-thione with KMnO4.  相似文献

To study the possibility of photochromic transformations in the crystals of bifunctional compounds, quantum chemical B3LYP/6-31G(d) calculations of the Cspiro-O bond dissociation energies were carried out with the Gaussian-03 program for two dissimilar neutral spiropyrans (Sp) and three cations of their salts in the singlet ground state. For Cspiro-O bond dissociation in the cations Sp + and the neutral systems SpI consisting of Sp + and I?, the energy barriers do not exceed 10 kcal mol?1, increasing when moving from the cations Sp + to the neutral systems SpI. The changes in the HOMO and LUMO energies when going from the closed to open form of the cations Sp + correlate with the energy barriers to the corresponding Cspiro-O bond dissociations.  相似文献

Tetraphenylantimony salicylaldoximate (I) was synthesized by reactions of pentaphenylantimony with salicylaldoxime or triphenylantimony disalicylaldoximate in toluene. Triphenylantimony bis(salicylaldoximate) (II) was synthesized by the reaction between triphenylantimony, hydrogen peroxide, and salicyl- aldoxime. The structures of compounds I and II were determined by X-ray crystallography. The coordination of Sb atoms in I and II is a distorted trigonal bipyramid. For compounds I and II, Sb-C bond lengths are 2.1132(13)?C2.1760(14) ? and 2.1026(15)?C2.112(2) ?, the Sb-O distances are 2.1771(11) ? and 2.0768(11) ?, and the Sb??N intermolecular contacts are equal to 2.945(2) ? and 2.882(2) ?, respectively.  相似文献

Novel comparison of the structural, electronic and energy aspects of lanthanide complexes of model phosphoramides (PAs) with those of phosphine oxides (POs), phosphate esters (PEs) and phosphoryl trihalides (PHs) has been carried out by ab initio and DFT calculations. Atoms in Molecules (AIM) and Natural Bonding Orbital (NBO) analyses were performed to understand the electronic structure of ligands L and related complexes, L–Ln3+. NBO analysis indicates that the negative charge on phosphoryl oxygen (OP) and the p character of the phosphoryl lone pair, Lp(OP), increase in the order PH < PE < PO < PA. Positive charge of the lanthanide cation in PA complexes is less than those of PH, PE and PO complexes, due to the more intense ligand to metal charge transfer (LMCT). The metal–ligand distance decreases in the order PH > PE > PO > PA, which is confirmed by the results of AIM analysis. Charge density at the bond critical point of L–Ln3+ follows the sequence PH < PE < PO < PA. The results of the Energy Decomposition Analysis (EDA) indicate that the donative interaction and LMCT increases in order PH < PO < PE < PA. The effect of basis set superposition error (BSSE) on the L···Ln3+ interaction energies was also studied in detail at DFT, MP2 and CCSD(T) levels using the counterpoise (CP) method. Trends in the CP-corrected L–Ln3+ bond energies are in good accordance with the optimized OP···Ln3+ distances. The results show that the difference between CP-corrected and uncorrected interaction energies in PA complexes is larger than those in the others, because PAs are more deformable. It is depicted that PAs are comparable with POs in lanthanide complexation.  相似文献

Quantum mechanical and Rice-Ramsperger-Kassel-Marcus (RRKM) calculations are carried out to study the thermal unimolecular decomposition of oxetane (1), 2-methyloxetane (2), and 2,2-dimethyloxetane (3) at the MPW1PW91/6-311 + G** level of theory. The results of the calculations reveal that decomposition reaction of compounds 1?C3 yields formaldehyde and the corresponding substituted olefin. The predicted high-pressure-limit rate constants for the decomposition compounds 1?C3 are represented as 6.61 × 1013exp(?32472/T), 9.33 × 1013exp(?29873/T), and 4.79 × 1013exp(?27055/T) s?1, respectively. The fall-off pressures for the decomposition of compounds 1?C3 are found to be 9.42 × 10?2, 3.67 × 10?3, and 7.26 × 10?4 mm Hg, respectively. As the fall-off pressure of the decomposition process of compounds 1?C3 are in the following order: P 1/2(1) > P 1/2(2) > P 1/2(3); therefore the decomposition rates are as follow: rate(1) < rate(2) < (3).  相似文献
