The interaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with secondary amines has been studied. The synthetic procedure was developed in order to synthesize a series of new N,N-disubstituted o-aminophenols. The interaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with dimethylamine leads to 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)-4,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol, which is oxidized in the reaction medium by the parent 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone forming spirocompound 4,5′,6,7′-tetra-tert-butyl-3′-methyl-3′H-spiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,2′-[1,3]benzoxazole].  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes and di(indolyl)indolin-2-ones has been developed by a sequential approach involving gold(I)-catalyzed cycloisomerization/bis-addition of o-ethynylanilines with various aldehydes and isatins, respectively. This methodology opens clean and synthetically competitive alternative to the already established procedures of the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes and di(indolyl)indolin-2-ones.  相似文献

Bis[o-(hydrosilyl)phenyl]cuprates and bis[o-(fluorosilyl)phenyl]cuprates were prepared by reacting [o-(hydrosilyl)phenyl]lithiums and [o-(fluorosilyl)phenyl]lithiums, respectively, with copper salts, such as CuCN and Cu(OPiv)2. The phenylcuprates underwent oxidative coupling to afford 2,2′-bis(hydrosilyl)biphenyls and 2,2′-bis(fluorosilyl)biphenyls.  相似文献

2-Arylhydrazono-3-fluoroaklyl-3-oxo esters react with o-phenylenediamine under neutral conditions to form mainly o-aminoanilides, from which can be obtained 1,5-benzodiazepin-2-ones. Ethyl-2-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-2-(4-methylphenyl)hydrazonoethanoate was isolated also from the reaction of di(tri)fluoromethyl-containing 2-arylhydrazono-3-oxo esters. The reactions of o-phenylenediamine with 1,2,3-triketone 2-arylhydrazones containing alkyl substituents result in the formation of 1-(benzimidazol-2-yl)-1,2-dioxoalkane arylhydrazones, whereas phenylsubstituted analogues afford 2-phenylbenzimidazole. Nickel(II) chelates of N,N′-phenylene-bis(2-arylazo-1,3-aminovinylketones) were obtained from 1,2,3-triketone 2-arylhydrazones and o-phenylenediamine using a template method.  相似文献

Three structural isomers of fluorobenzaldehyde (p-, m- and o-forms) have been investigated in detail with matrix-isolation infrared spectroscopy, in the 700-3000 cm−1 region, combined with the UV photoexcitation and the density functional calculations. Two rotamers (syn and anti) were identified for m- and o-fluorobenzaldehyde upon the photoexcitation and most of the bands of each rotamer were assigned. It is shown that the formation of the intramolecular C-H?F hydrogen bond for the anti rotamer of o-FB results in the shortening of the aldehyde C-H bond length and that the C-F and/or CO bond lengths are shortened for the syn rotamer of o-FB presumably due to the repulsion between the aldehyde O and F atoms.  相似文献

A series of chiral organotin halides containing 2-(4-R)-oxazolinyl-o-carboranes (R = i-propyl 1, t-butyl 2; CabOxa) was prepared from o-carborane with a chiral oxazoline auxiliary. X-ray structural analysis of the representative chiral organotin halide, [2-(4-i-propyl)-oxazolinyl-o-carboranyl]SnMe2Br (4), revealed the formation of a stable penta-coordinated tin center due to a N → Sn interaction. Similar O → Sn assisted intramolecular penta-coordinated tin complexes (9 and 10) were prepared from methoxy-o-carborane ligands, MeOCH(Z)-o-carborane (Z = H 7, Ph 8; CabOMe), respectively, and a rigid o-carboranyl backbone provided the basic skeleton for the facile formation of organotin complexes.  相似文献

The novel compounds o-(chloromethyl)benzyldi-t-butylphosphine-borane and o-(methoxymethyl)benzyldi-t-butylphosphine-borane have been synthesised in 54% and 51% yields, respectively, and have been fully characterised. The structures of eleven 1-substituted benzocyclobutenes and corresponding (E)-o-xylylenes and (Z)-o-xylylenes have been calculated at the Becke3LYP/6-311G(d,p) level. Some o-xylylenes are plane and even some (Z)-isomers. In three cases (substituent: methoxy, amino and formamido groups), the (Z)-isomer is more stable than the (E)-isomer. The regioselectivity of the Diels-Alder reaction between (o)-xylylenes and propene or ethylvinylether is discussed according to the frontier OM coefficients.  相似文献

It was found that lanthanum metal caused the dehalogenation of o-dihalogen substituted arenes and α,α′-dihalogen substituted o-xylenes to generate the corresponding benzynes and o-quinodimethanes. When o-dihalogen substituted arenes were allowed to react with lanthanum metal in the presence of dienes, the Diels-Alder products between benzyne and dienes were formed in moderate to good yields. Similarly, the Diels-Alder adducts of o-quinodimethane with dienophiles were obtained, in the reaction of α,α′-dibromo-o-xylenes with lanthanum metal in the presence of dienophiles.  相似文献

1-Benzyl-3-(bromomethyl)-2(1H)-pyrazinone was converted to [3,4-c] sulfolene pyridinone 8a and further (1- or 3-) substituted derivatives having a dienophilic side chain on the sulfolene ring. Thermolytic extrusion of sulfur dioxide from o-QDM precursor 8 led to generation of 3,4-dimethylene-2(1H)-pyrazinone 9, which was reacted in situ with various dienophiles. Radical cyclizations of enantiomerically enriched N-allyl-o-iodoanilides provide N-acyl-3-alkyl-2,3-dihydroindoles in good yields and with good to excellent levels of chirality transfer from the N-Ar axis to the new stereocenter. In competitive cyclizations of N-acryloyl-N-allyl-o-iodoanilides, the addition of an o-methyl group reverses the regioselectivity of the radical cyclization from the acryloyl group to the allyl group. Approximate rate constants for representative radical cyclizations have been measured to provide insight into the origin of these observations.  相似文献

Polyaniline and poly(o-toluidine) doped with p-toluene sulphonic acid (p-TSA) were synthesized by in situ chemical polymerization method using ammonium per sulphate as an oxidizing agent. This is a novel polymerization process for the direct synthesis of emeraldine salt phase of the polymer. The polymers were characterized by using UV-Vis and FT-IR spectroscopy, SEM, elemental analyzer, TGA/DSC and conductivity measurements. Thermal analysis shows that poly(o-toluidine) is less thermally stable compared to polyaniline. The less conductivity in poly(o-toluidine) is due to the cumulative steric as well as electronic effect of the bulky methyl substituent present on the benzene ring. High temperature conductivity measurements show ‘thermal activated behavior’.  相似文献

It was established that photodecarbonylation of o-benzoquinones occurs by irradiation not only by UV-light, but visible light (λ>520 nm) too. Study of the series of 4,5-di-substituted 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinones detected that the only product of photoreaction is the corresponding 3,4-di-substituted 2,5-di-tert-butyl-cyclopentadienone, which is formed in a yield close to quantitative. NMR monitoring of reaction of photodecarbonylation of o-benzoquinones detected that this is a two-stage process. In the first stage the photoexcited molecule of quinone rearranges into bicyclo compound (bicyclo[1.3.0]hexa-3-en-2,6-dione) containing five- and three- membered cycles, which spontaneously decomposes during the following dark stage into cyclopentadienone and a molecule of CO.  相似文献

Simple and efficient photoacid generators (PAGs) for carboxylic and sulfonic acids based on N-acyl-N-phenylhydroxylamines have been demonstrated. Irradiation of o-carboxylates and thermally rearranged o-arenesulfonates of N-acyl-N-phenylhydroxylamines using UV light (≥254 nm) in aqueous methanolic solution resulted in efficient generation of carboxylic and sulfonic acids, respectively. The carboxylic acid generation ability of N-acyl-N-phenylhydroxylamines was found to be dependent on their N-acyl substituents. Further, polymer bearing o-arenesulfonates of N-acyl-N-phenylhydroxylamine was synthesized and demonstrated as PAG for sulfonic acids.  相似文献

2,4-Bis(trimethylsilyloxy)pyrimidines 1/2 on reaction with o-chlorobenzyl chlorides in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of I2 undergo single step 1,3-dibenzylation to provide 1,3-bis(o-chlorobenzyl)pyrimidine-2,4-diones. The reactions of 1 with allyl/alkyl bromide followed by subsequent addition of o-chlorobenzyl chloride provide a simple one-pot synthesis of 1,3-unsymmetrical pyrimidine-2,4-diones. A series of poly(o-hydroxy amide)s having both ether and ortho-catenated phenylene unit in the main chain were synthesized via the low-temperature solution polycondensation of 4,4-(1,2-phenylenedioxy)dibenzoyl chloride and 4,4-(4-tert-butyl-1,2-phenylenedioxy)dibenzoyl chloride with three bis(o-aminophenol)s including 4,4-diamino-3,3-dihydroxybiphenyl, 3,3-diamino-4,4-dihydroxybiphenyl, and 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane. The poly(o-hydroxy amide)s exhibited inherent viscosities in the range of 0.23-0.96 dl/g. Most of the poly(o-hydroxy amide)s were soluble in polar organic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and could afford flexible and tough films by solution casting. Subsequent thermal cyclodehydration of the poly(o-hydroxy amide)s afforded polybenzoxazoles. However, the polybenzoxazoles were organic-insoluble except for those with the hexafluoroisopropylidene group. The polybenzoxazoles exhibited glass-transition temperatures (Tg) in the range of 200-232 °C by DSC and softening temperatures (Ts) of 250-256 °C by thermomechanical analysis. Thermogravimetric analyses indicated that most polybenzoxazoles were stable up to 500 °C in air or nitrogen. The 10% weight loss temperatures were recorded in the ranges of 546-606 °C in air and 574-631 °C in nitrogen.  相似文献

Several o-dibenzylic diols were prepared reacting organometallics with o-phthalaldehyde at room temperature in ether. The identity of the meso and C2-symmetrical (d,l) isomers as well as their ratio were determined by chiral gas chromatography. The meso and C2 (racemic) stereoisomeric diols were easily separated by flash chromatography on silica gel. A set of 18 α,β-unsaturated acetals were then prepared reacting those, as well as commercially available 1,2, 1,3 and 1,4 diols, with the corresponding methylacetals in acidic medium. A trans-acetalisation procedure adapted to the cases of fragile allylic alcohols or unfavorable 1,6 diols-derived dioxonanes based on a Dean-Stark trapping of methanol was also employed.  相似文献
