A simple and straightforward stereoselective synthesis of α,β-unsaturated δ-lactone, (?)-cleistenolide has been accomplished in 10 steps in an overall yield of 19%, starting from inexpensive and commercially available starting materials, respectively. This linear synthesis utilizes Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation, sulfur ylide mediated epoxide opening followed by ring-closing metathesis (RCM) for the formation of six-membered lactone ring as the key step sequence.  相似文献

Abstract  

A tetrazole-supported polymeric ligand has been synthesized. The palladium complex derived from the polymeric material has been evaluated as a catalyst for the Heck reaction of aryl iodides and bromides with styrene to provide the corresponding products in high yields. The reaction proceeded smoothly in the presence of 1 mol% with respect to Pd of catalyst in DMF at 125 or 140 °C within 1–3 h. Recycling studies showed that the catalyst can be readily recovered and reused for several times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A simple and efficient catalytic system based on Pd complex of tetradentate Schiff base ligands is found to be highly active (up to 99% isolated yield) for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction of aryl bromides with arylboronic acids in water at room temperature. Further the scope of this protocol has been extended to the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of aryl chlorides with arylbronic acids in isopropanol.  相似文献

A high-throughput and selective method for the determination of ?-dopa (levodopa) in complex formulations was developed. The method is based on the oxidation of ?-dopa to yield dopachrome using tyrosinase-labeled magnetic nanoparticles (TYR-MNPs) as the oxidation catalyst. TYR-MNP activity was retained at 75% after 20 reuse cycles, which is superior to previously reported systems that employ other substrates or cross-linkers for the immobilization of tyrosinase. In addition, the precision (< 3%), accuracy (recovery?=?95–102%), and selectivity of the newly developed quantitative-analysis method for ?-dopa in complex polypill formulations meets the pharmaceutical industry’s quality-control requirements; consequently this method can be applied to the routine analysis of complex formulations. The quality-control assay uses 96-well microplates, which reduces the required volume of reagents, and the tyrosinase can easily be recycled and reused using an in-house-prepared magnetic microplate, thereby rendering the proposed method economical and less wasteful than existing methods.  相似文献

Xylan-type hemicelluloses supported terpyridine–palladium(II) as a novel biomass-supported catalyst was synthesized and characterized in terms of morphology, composition, and thermal stability. The nano-Pd catalyst was further explored for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction between arylboronic acid and aryl halide under aerobic condition, with a yield up to 98 %. In particular, the catalyst exhibited both high catalytic activity and stability for Suzuki–Miyaura reaction. Furthermore, the catalyst could be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused at least six times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. This work provides a novel and effective supported catalyst, and broadens the applications of polysaccharides in green catalysis.  相似文献

An in situ generated complex of copper(I) and a biguanide, namely metformin, was found to be a highly efficient homogeneous catalyst in N/O-arylation reactions. The O-arylation of substituted phenols with various aryl iodides and bromides was also achieved using this copper catalyst to afford diaryl ethers in good to excellent yields in DMF. This heterogeneous copper catalyst also promotes the N-arylation of imidazole with a variety of aryl halides (Cl, Br, I) in acetonitrile.  相似文献

Both aryl and alkyl imines, which formed in situ from aldehydes and amines undergo smooth nucleophilic addition with trimethylsilyl cyanide in the presence of a catalytic amount of a silica-based scandium (III) interphase catalyst under mild reaction condition to furnish the corresponding α-aminonitriles in good to excellent yields.
