Tetragonal phase KTa0.6Nb0.4O3 (KTN) nanoparticles have been prepared by hydrothermal method. The obtained particles were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and UV-vis absorption spectrum techniques. A systematic change in crystal structure from cubic to tetragonal is observed with the increase of reaction temperature and KOH concentration. Room temperature UV-vis absorption spectrums of KTN particles show that the band gap changes from 3.24 to 3.34 eV with grain size diminished, which reveals the existence of blue-shift phenomenon of absorption bands.  相似文献

Gd-doped SnO2 nanoparticles were chemically prepared doping 0-12.5% Gd into SnO2 and calcined at 600 °C. X-ray diffraction and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy measurements show the formation of single phase of Sn1−xGdxO2 up to x=0.0625 while at x=0.125, an additional secondary phase of tetragonal GdO2 (not cubic Gd2O3) is detected. The transmission electron microscopy studies show that the individual particles are single crystalline with an average size in the range of 10-12 nm. Magnetization measurements show the absence of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic ordering in all samples; however surface spin effects and enhanced Gd-O-Gd interactions are proposed to account for the observed magnetic properties of the samples.  相似文献

Nanopowders of Zr0.95Ce0.05O2 composition have been prepared by a standard Pechini-type sol-gel process and by means of a colloidal crystal template approach. In the latter method, inverse opal Zr0.95Ce0.05O2 powders were fabricated employing poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) colloidal crystals as a template. The effects of the two different synthesis routes on the structure and microstructural characteristics of the prepared nanopowders were evaluated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. For both preparation routes, the X-ray diffraction analysis has shown that a tetragonal fluorite structure is formed with a crystallite size of ∼35-40 nm. The scanning electron microscopy measurements indicate that the powder obtained by the sol-gel Pechini-type process is comprised of nanoparticles that are arranged in agglomerates with shape and size relatively uniform whereas the inverse opal Zr0.95Ce0.05O2 nanopowders exhibit the formation of macropores with a mean size of ∼100 nm. The cathodoluminescence spectra of the prepared Zr0.95Ce0.05O2 nanomaterials have been measured in the 300-800 nm wavelength range. The powder prepared by sol-gel method yields a broad emission band centered at 482 nm whereas the emission from the inverse opal preparation is considerably less intense.  相似文献

Cobalt-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method. The associated structural, optical, compositional and magnetic properties of the nanoparticles as a function of cobalt concentration have been systematically studied. The X-ray powder diffraction reveals that all samples have pure anatase phase tetragonal system and the lattice parameter analysis indicated that Co ions may substitute into the lattice of TiO2. The average particle size is 15 nm, when found through transmission electron microscope. Optical spectroscopy measurement showed that the bandgap value decreases upon increasing Co concentration. The magnetic measurements revealed that the enhanced room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) strongly depends on the doping content.  相似文献

Polycrystalline CuIn1−xGaxTe2 bulk films were synthesized by reacting, in stoichiometric proportions, high purity Cu, In, Ga and Te in a vacuum sealed quartz ampoule. The phase structure and composition of the bulk films were analysed by X-ray diffraction and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, respectively. The bulk samples, of p-type conductivity, are found to be near-stoichiometric, polycrystalline, with tetragonal chalcopyrite structure, predominantly oriented along a direction perpendicular to the (1 1 2) plane. Photoluminescence spectra were recorded at 7 K and 700 mW to characterize the defects and the structural quality. The main peak as a function of composition has been studied.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备1.0%mol Mn,Cr,Co掺杂 BaTiO3(BTO)粉体,在1350℃下烧结成多晶陶瓷样品.X射线衍射和差示扫描量热分析表明,室温下掺杂BaTiO3具有四方钙钛矿结构;居里点和相变潜热随Cr,Mn,Co掺杂逐渐降低.将掺杂BaTiO3与Tb1-xDyxFe2-y(TDF)胶合制成双层磁电复合材料,并研究了Cr:BTO-TDF,Mn∶BTO-TDF,Co:BTO-TDF层状复合材料中的磁电效应.实验表明,在340×80 A·m-1偏置磁场下, Cr:BTO-TDF的横向磁电电压系数达到最大值586 mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1.在400×80 A·m-1偏置磁场下,Mn∶BTO-TDF和Co:BTO-TDF的横向磁电电压系数的最大值分别为480 mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1和445mV·cm-1·(80 A·m-1)-1.研究表明掺杂BaTiO3-TDF层状复合材料中具有较强的磁电耦合.作为无铅压电材料,掺杂BaTiO3制备的磁电效应器件颇具应用前景. 关键词: 磁电效应 双层复合材料 3')" href="#">掺杂BaTiO3 1-xDyxFe2-y')" href="#">Tb1-xDyxFe2-y  相似文献

Fe-doped (Ba1−xSrx)TiO3 ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction, and ferromagnetism was realized at room temperature. The microstructure and magnetism were modified by the Sr concentration control (0≤x≤75 at%) at a fixed Fe concentration, and the relevant magnetic exchange mechanism was discussed. All the samples are shown to have a single perovskite structure. When increasing the Sr concentration, the phase structure is transformed from a hexagonal perovskite into a cubic perovskite, with a monotonic decrease in lattice parameters induced by ionic size effect. The room-temperature ferromagnetism is expected to originate from the super-exchange interactions between Fe3+ on pentahedral and octahedral Ti sites mediated by the O2− ions. The increase in Sr addition modifies two main influencing factors in magnetic properties: the ratio of pentahedral to octahedral Fe3+ and the concentration of oxygen vacancies, leading to a gradually enhanced saturation magnetization. The highest value, obtained for Fe-doped (Ba0.25Sr0.75)TiO3, is an order of magnitude higher than that of the Fe-doped BaTiO3 system with similar Fe concentration and preparation conditions, which may indicate (Ba1−xSrx)TiO3 as a more suitable matrix material for multiferroic research.  相似文献

Sphere-like CuGaS2 nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by a simple biomolecule-assisted solvothermal route using a mixed solution compose of ethylenediamine and distilled water (1:1, v/v), in which l-cystine was used as the sulfide source and complexing molecule. Phase analysis was carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the results confirmed the as-prepared CuGaS2 as a single-phase tetragonal structure. Field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) showed that the morphologies of CuGaS2 were sphere-like nanoparticles in shape, and the average diameters was about 600 nm. X-ray photoelectron spectrum (XPS) was used to analyze the composition of CuGaS2 and the ratio of Cu/Ga/S is 1:0.97:1.98. Raman spectrum of the obtained CuGaS2 exhibit a high-intensity peak of the A1 mode at 305 cm−1. The influence of reaction temperature, time and solvent was initially investigated. The possible formation mechanism was also discussed.  相似文献

Ba(Ti1−x,Nix)O3 thin films were prepared on fused quartz substrates by a sol–gel process. X-ray diffraction and Raman scattering measurements showed that the films are of pseudo-cubic perovskite structure with random orientation and the change of lattice constant caused by Ni-doping with different concentrations is very small. Optical transmittance spectra indicated that Ni-doping has an obvious effect on the energy band structure. The energy gap of Ba(Ti1−x,Nix)O3 decreased linearly with the increase of Ni concentration. It indicates that the adjusting of band gap can be achieved by controlling the Ni-doping content accurately in Ba(Ti1−x,Nix)O3 thin films. This has potential application in devices based on ferroelectric thin films.  相似文献

Polycrystalline double perovskites Sr2Fe1?x Cr x Mo1?x W x O6 with x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, and 0.30 have been prepared by sold state reactions. A continuous decrease of the tetragonal unit cell parameters α and c with increasing x values is observed. The highest Curie temperature T C = 426 K is recorded for the x = 0.10 compound. 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy measurements indicate a non-integral electronic configuration of ~3d5.3 for the Fe ions at the ordered double perovskite structure for x ≤ 0.20, which reaches ~3d5.4 for x = 0.30. Fe–Mo/W anti-site and anti-phase boundary defects are observed in all samples in equal concentrations of around 3% of the total number of Fe ions in their structure.  相似文献

采用熔体旋甩结合放电等离子烧结(MS-SPS)技术制备了单相n型四元(Bi0.85Sb0.15)2(Te1-xSex)3(x=0.15,0.17,0.19,0.21)化合物,并对所得样品的微结构和热电传输性能进行了系统研究.样品自由断裂面的场发射扫描电子显微镜及抛光面的背散射电子成分分析表明:块体材料晶粒细小,晶粒排列紧密,成分分布均匀且相结构单一,样品中存在大量10—100nm的层状结构.随着Se含量x的增加,样品的电导率和热导率逐渐增加,而Seebeck系数逐渐降低.相比商业应用的区熔材料,MS-SPS方法合成的高Se组成的样品均在425K后表现出更高的ZT值,其中(Bi0.85Sb0.15)2(Te0.83Se0.17)3样品具有最高的ZT值,在360K可达到0.96,并在320—500K均保持较高的ZT值,500K时其ZT值相比区熔材料提高了48%.此外,通过调节Se的含量,可以有效地调控材料的ZT峰值出现的温度段,这对多级或梯度热电器件的制备具有重要意义.  相似文献

The nanocrystalline LaMnO3+δ perovskite was synthesized by the microwave-assisted glycothermal method and calcined at several temperatures up to 1500°C. The prepared samples were examined by the X-ray powder diffraction with the aim to show that LaMnO3+δ exhibits the size-induced structural phase transitions. The as-received nanocrystals of LaMnO3+δ are of tetragonal, pseudo-cubic symmetry not known for bulk material. The samples calcined at temperatures 750–1100°C have trigonal symmetry known from the high-temperature phase of LaMnO3 single crystal. The samples calcined from 1200°C to 1500°C have two phases: trigonal and orthorhombic. Thus, the observed phase sequence is inverted with respect to that of the bulk material, which is the characteristic of the size-induced mechanism of phase transitions in the nanocrystals. The critical crystallite sizes for both structural transitions were evaluated as 20 and 100?nm.  相似文献

Zn1−xGdxS (x = 0.00, 0.02 and 0.04) nanoparticles were synthesized by facile chemical co-precipitation method using PVP as a surfactant. ZnS nanoparticles could be doped with Gd ions during synthesis without altering the XRD patterns of ZnS. Also, the pattern of the powders showed cubic zincblende structure. The particle size obtained from the XRD studies lies in the range 3-5 nm, whereas from TEM analysis it is 4 nm for x = 0.02 sample. The UV-Vis absorption spectra revealed that Zn1−xGdxS nanoparticles exhibit strong confinement effect as the blue shift in the absorption spectra with that of the undoped ZnS. The photoluminescence spectra showed enhanced luminescence intensity and the entry of Gd into host lattice.  相似文献

A new stable acid water-based CoFe2O4 ferrofluid is prepared by coprecipitation and acid treatment. The properties of the nanoparticles forming the ferrofluid are examined by means of X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, scanning tunneling microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and annihilation technique. The results show that the particles are cubic CoFe2O4 nanoparticles, which have an average diameter of 12.2nm and are coated with a low density porous amorphous layer. The CoFe2O4 particles in an acid aqueous medium exist in two kinds of forms, one is a single spherical particle and another is an aggregation of several spherical particles.  相似文献

We have used density functional theory calculations to investigate the atomic and electronic structure of barium titanate (BaTiO3) nanoparticles. We studied the local atomic structure of different-sized stoichiometric and nonstoichiometric nanoparticle models in detail. Our results showed that all the stoichiometric BaTiO3 clusters exhibit dielectric properties and form rhombohedral and monoclinic structures. However, oxygen deficient nonstoichiometric clusters show metallic behaviour and form cubic and tetragonal structures.  相似文献
