Three novel Schiff base cadmium(II) complexes, derived from the end‐on (μ‐1,1‐N3) azide or end‐to‐end (μ‐1,3‐NCS) thio cyanate bridges and similar tridentate Schiff base ligands, have been synthesized under similar synthetic procedures and their crystal structures determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. They are the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Cd2(L1)2(N3)2(μ‐1,1‐N3)2] ( 1 ), the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Cd2(L2)2(N3)2(μ‐1,1‐N3)2] ( 2 ), and the dinuclear double end‐to‐end thiocyanate‐bridged [Cd2(L3)2(NCS)2(μ1,3‐NCS)2] ( 3 ), where L1, L2 and L3 are three similar tridentate Schiff bases obtained by condensation of 2‐pyridylaldehyde with N,N‐diethylethane‐1,2‐diamine, of 2‐pyridylaldehyde with N‐isopropylethane‐1,2‐diamine, and of 2‐pyridylaldehyde with N,N‐dimethylpropane‐1,3‐diamine, respectively. Each cadmium(II) centre in the complexes is in a distorted octahedral coordination. There is a crystallographic inversion centre in each of the complexes. The similar small ligands used as the secondary ligands in the preparation of the cadmium(II) complexes with similar Schiff bases can result in similar structures.  相似文献

采用不同的方法合成了3种酰腙的锌配合物[Zn(Lss)(phen)(DMF)](1)、{[Zn(HLdis)]_2·2CH_3OH}_n(2)和[Zn(Baf)_2]·CH_3OH (3),通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和热重分析进行了表征,并经X射线单晶衍射分析它们晶体结构。1和3的晶体属于三斜晶系P1空间群,Zn(Ⅱ)的配位数为6;2属于单斜晶系P2_1/n空间群,Zn(Ⅱ)的配位数为5。3的前驱体是一种吡唑啉类化合物(C_(15)H_(14)N_2O_3,Pzl),它的晶体属于单斜晶系P2_1/c空间群;Pzl与锌离子配位时发生分子重排,开环产物HBaf以酰腙结构与Zn(Ⅱ)配位形成3。  相似文献

The reduction of 4-nitrophenol to 4-aminophenol by sodium borohydride was used as a model to test the catalytic activity of copper(II) complexes containing N,O-chelating Schiff base ligands. In this study, a series of copper(II) complexes containing respective Schiff base ligands, N′-salicylidene-2-aminophenol (1), N′-salicylidene-2-aminothiazole (2), and N,N′-bis(salicylidene)-o-phenylenediamine (3), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-Visible (UV-Vis) and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopies. The results from the 4-nitrophenol reduction showed that 3 has the highest catalytic activities with 97.5% conversion, followed by 2 and 1 with 95.2% and 90.8% conversions, respectively. The optimization of the catalyst amount revealed that 1.0 mol% of the catalyst was the most optimized amount with the highest conversion compared to the other doses, 0.5 mol% and 1.5 mol%. Recyclability and reproducibility tests confirmed that all three complexes were active, efficient, and possess excellent reproducibility with consistent catalytic performances and could be used again without a major decrease in the catalytic activity.  相似文献

New dinuclear pentacoordinate molybdenum(V) complexes, [Mo2VO3L2] [L = thiosemicarbazonato ligand: C6H4(O)CH:NN:C(S)NHR′ and C10H6(O)CH:NN:C(S)NHR′; R′ = H, CH3, C6H5) were obtained either by oxygen atom abstraction from MoVIO2L with triphenylphosphine or by using [Mo2O3(acac)4] in the reaction with the corresponding ligands H2L. Crystal and molecular structure of [Mo2O3{C6H4(O)CH:NN:C(S)NHC6H5}2] · CH3CN has been determined by the single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method.  相似文献

Dizinc(II) complexes of two acyclic Schiff‐base ligands L1 and L2 were synthesized by Schiff base condensation of 2‐[3‐(2‐formylphenoxy)‐2‐hydroxypropoxy]benzaldehyde ( PL ) with 1,2‐diaminopropane and 1,2‐diaminoethane, respectively, in the presence of zinc(II) salts. The isolation of a selection of 2:1 (metal:ligand) complexes of zinc(II) was carried out and conductance measurements, IR, UV/Vis absorption, and fluorescence emission spectroscopy, as well as X‐ray diffraction were employed to probe the nature of the respective complexes in both solid and solution states. The molecular structure of [Zn2 L1 (NO3)3] ( 1 ) complex consists of two six‐coordinate atoms, which are bridged by the deprotonated hydroxy group and one 1,3‐bridging nitrate anion. The structure of [Zn2 L2 (NO3)(H2O)2](NO3)2 · CH3OH ( 3 ) consists of a dizinc cation and two nitrate anions as counterions. In compound 3 , each zinc atom is bound to water instead of a terminal nitrate anion in a distorted octahedral arrangement. The intermetallic separation distance of Zn ··· Zn in 3 (3.376 Å) is slightly smaller than 1 (3.403 Å) and is similar to that found in zinc phosphotriesterase (3.5 Å). The π–π interactions between the benzene rings of adjacent molecules in 3 are stronger than in 1 .  相似文献

They are the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Ni2(L1)2(MeCN)2(μ1,1‐N3)2]·MeOH ( 1 ), the dinuclear double end‐on azide‐bridged [Ni2(L2)2(MeOH)2(μ1,1‐N3)2][Ni2(L2)2(OH2)2(μ1,1‐N3)2]·MeOH ( 2 ), the dinuclear double end‐to‐end thiocyanate‐bridged [Cu2(L3)2(μ1,3‐NCS)2] ( 3 ), and the dinuclear double phenolate O‐bridged [Cu2(L4)2(NCS)2] ( 4 ), where HL1, HL2, HL3 and HL4 are four tridentate Schiff bases obtained by the condensation of 3,5‐dibromosalicylaldehyde with N‐ethylethane‐1,2‐diamine, of 3,5‐dichlorosalicylaldehyde with N‐methylpropane‐1,3‐diamine, of 3‐bromo‐5‐chlorosalicylaldehyde with 2‐aminomethylpyridine, and of 5‐nitrosalicylaldehyde with 2‐aminomethylpyridine, respectively. Each nickel(II) atom in 1 and 2 is in an octahedral coordination, while each copper(II) atom in 3 and 4 is in a square pyramidal coordination. A dinuclear Schiff base RuII complex derived from 5‐chlorosalicylaldehyde and 2‐aminopyridine was synthesized. The structure of the compound was analyzed by mass spectrometry as well as IR, UV/Vis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy, along with chemical analysis,as well as magnetic, cyclovoltammetric and conductivity measurements. Two RuII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by azomethine and pyridine nitrogen atoms from two tridentate monobasic Schiff bases and bridging phenol oxygen atoms. The formula of the complex is [Ru2L2Cl2(Et2NH)(H2O)] [L = N‐(2‐pyridyl)‐5‐chlorosalicylideneimine and Et2NH = isodiethylamine]. The RuII atoms in the dinuclear neutral complex species have different coordination environments, RuN3O2Cl and RuN2O3Cl. Interaction with CT DNA showed moderate hydrophobic binding. The compound demonstrates strong activity against methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin‐sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, and especially Enterococcus faecalis. Microbiological tests showed significant inhibition of growth and ability to kill pathogens, similar or even improved compared to reference antibiotics vancomycin.  相似文献

Two novel linear trinuclear Schiff base complexes, [Ni{Ni(C17H14Br2N2O2)(NO3)(H2O)}2] · 2MeOH · 2H2O ( 1 ), and [Cd{Ni(C25H20N2O2)(CH3COO)}2] ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, and X‐ray single crystal determinations. There are three bridges across the Ni‐M atom pairs (M is Ni for 1 , and Cd for 2 ) in each complex, involving two phenolate O atoms of a Schiff base ligand (N,N′‐bis(5‐bromosalicylidene)‐1,3‐propanediaminate (BSPD) for 1 and N,N′‐bis(2‐hydroxynaphthylmethenylimino)‐1,3‐propanediaminate (HNPD) for 2 ), and an O‐N‐O moiety of a μ‐nitrato group for 1 or an O‐C‐O moiety of a μ‐acetato group for 2 . In each of the complexes, the central M2+ is located on an inversion center and has an octahedral coordination involving four bridging O atoms from two Schiff base ligands in the equatorial plane and one O atom from each bridging nitrate or acetate group in the axial positions. The coordination around the terminal Ni2+ ions is also octahedral for 1 , but square pyramidal for 2 . The nitrate or acetate bridges linking the central and terminal metal ions are mutually trans. The Ni···M distances are 3.006(2) Å in 1 , and 3.175(2) Å in 2 .  相似文献

合成了4个含双水杨醛Schiff碱配体的双核过渡金属配合物,并通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱,热重分析以及X-射线单晶衍射等手段对所得配合物进行了表征。结果表明,配合物1、3和4都属于三斜晶系,空间群为P1,而配合物2属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c。在配合物1中,2个Cu髤离子具有不同的配位构型,其中一个Cu髤形成了五配位的四角锥构型,而另一个Cu髤形成了平面正方形构型。配合物4中,通过酚氧原子的桥联作用,双核单元相互连接形成了一维链状结构。  相似文献

A series of heteroleptic copper(II) complexes [Cu( R QYMP )(Py]] ( 1a ‐ 4d ) supported on NNO‐tridentate Schiff base ( R QYMP ‐H) and bipyridine (Py=bpy, a ; phen, b ; dpq, c ; dppz, d ) co‐ligands have been synthesized and characterized. X‐ray crystal structural studies of complexes 1b , 2c , 3d and 4a displays that these complexes are mononuclear with a distorted square pyramidal geometry around the copper center. Cytotoxicity results indicate that all of these complexes have much higher activity against HeLa, SCC15, BCC and Ca9‐22 cancer cell lines as compared to cisplatin. Further, copper complex bearing suitable bulky group Schiff base ligands with dppz co‐ligand could be considered in designing efficient metalbased anticancer agents.  相似文献

Based on a new biscarboxyl-functionalized Schiff base ligand 1,2-cyclohexanediamino-N,N'-bis[3-methoxyl-5-(p-carboxyl-phenylazo)] salicylidene(H4L), four polymers,[(CH3)2NH2]2·[Mn3(L)2(H2O)4]·2DMF(CP1),[Fe2(L)(H2O)(DMF)](CP2),[(CH3)2NH2]·[Cu(HL)]·H2O(CP3) and[Ni2(L)(teta)]·2DMF·H2O(CP4), have been synthesized(teta=5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane). In CP1, both of the internal[N2O2] pocket and the external carboxylate groups of L4- anion are ligated by Mn2+ ions, and the structure displays a layer. In CP2, the Fe2+ cations are linked by L4- anions to form a binuclear double chain. CP3 displays a[Cu2(HL)2] dimer. In CP4, the Ni2+ ions are connected by L4- anions to form a chain. The structures are further linked by hydrogen bonds to form 2D or 3D supramolecular architectures, respectively. CP1 exhibits adsorption ability to three organic dyes.  相似文献

Tin(IV) complexes of the series of dianionic terdentate Schiff bases N‐[(2‐pyrroyl)methylidene]‐N′‐tosylbenzene‐1,2‐diamine, (H2L1), N‐[(2‐hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]‐N′‐tosylbenzene‐1,2‐diamine (H2L2) and some R substituted 2‐{[(2‐hydroxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenols [R = H (H2L3), 4,6‐(OCH3)2 (H2L4), 3‐(OC2H5) (H2L5) and 3,5‐Br2 (H2L6)] have been synthesized. The compounds were obtained by the electrochemical oxidation of a tin anode in a cell containing an acetonitrile solution of the corresponding ligand. The complex [SnL12] was also obtained by reaction of SnCl2·2H2O and H2L1 in methanol in the presence of triethylamine. The crystal structure of the ligand [H2L6] and the complexes [SnL12] (1) , [SnL22] (2) , [SnL32] (3) and [SnL62] (6) were determined by X‐ray diffraction. In the complexes, the tin atom is in an octahedral environment coordinated by two dianionic terdentate ligands. Spectroscopic data for the complexes (IR, 1H and 119Sn NMR and mass spectra) are discussed and related to structural information.  相似文献

A 2D HgII coordination polymer containing ligands 1,2,4‐triazole (Htrz) and thiocyanate, [Hg(μ3‐trz)(SCN)]n ( 1 ) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The single‐crystal X‐ray data show the coordination number of Hg atoms is four and the ligand trz? acts as a three‐fold donor. The thermal stability of compound 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. The composition and formation of the complex in methanol solution were found to be in support of its solid state structure.  相似文献

Mercury(II) complexes with 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligand were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, and IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy. The structures of the complexes [Hg3(4,4′‐bipy)2(CH3COO)2(SCN)4]n ( 1 ), [Hg5(4,4′‐bipy)5(SCN)10]n ( 2 ), [Hg2(4,4′‐bipy)2(CH3COO)2]n(ClO4)2n ( 3 ), and [Hg(4,4′‐bipy)I2]n ( 4 ) were determined by X‐ray crystallography. The single‐crystal X‐ray data show that 2 and 4 are one‐dimensional zigzag polymers with four‐coordinate Hg‐atoms, whereas 1 is a one‐dimensional helical chain with two four‐coordinate and one six‐coordinate Hg‐atom. Complex 3 is a two‐dimensional polymer with a five‐coordinate Hg‐atom. These results show the capacity of the Hg‐ion to act as a soft acid that is capable to form compounds with coordination numbers four, five, and six and consequently to produce different forms of coordination polymers, containing one‐ and two‐dimensional networks.  相似文献

M(HL)(H2O)n complexes have been obtained by the electrochemical reaction of Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn and Cd anodes with the potentially pentadentate and trianionic asymmetrical Schiff base 3‐aza‐N‐{2‐[1‐aza‐2‐(5‐nitro‐2‐hydroxylphenyl)‐vinyl]phenyl}‐4‐(5‐nitro‐2‐hydroxyphenyl)but‐3‐enamide (H3L), containing a hard amido donor atom. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies, magnetic measurements and molar conductivities. Co(HL)(H2O) ( 2 ) has been found to rearrange in DMF solution into a crystallographically solved octahedral complex, CoL1(H2O)2 ( 7 ) [where H2L1 is the symmetrical Schiff base ligand N,N′‐(1,2‐phenylene)‐bis(5‐nitro‐3‐hydroxysalicylidenimine)]. A hydrolysis mechanism is discussed to explain this rearrangement.  相似文献

A new bi‐nucleating Schiff base ligand, 2‐(((3‐(dimethylamino)propyl)imino)methyl)‐6‐methoxyphenol (HL1) was prepared by a one‐pot condensation reaction, which was further used in the construction of three trinuclear Schiff base transition metal(II) complexes [Cu3(L1)2(OH)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 ( 1 ), [Co3(L1)2(OH)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 ( 2 ), and [Cu3(L1)2(N3)4] ( 3 ). Furthermore, a green hand grinding technique was implemented to reduce the particle size of the coordination complexes to generate the nanoscale compounds. The SEM studies reveal the formation of square and spherical particles for nano 1 and 2 , and nanorod for nano 3 . In addition, the anti‐proliferation activity of nano 1 – 3 was detected on the human cervical cancer Hela cells with CCK‐8 assay. The cell viability curves and IC50 values indicated that only nano 1 has anti‐proliferation activity on Hela cells. To further investigate the mechanism of nano 1 induced Hela cell death, the Annexin V‐FITC/PI double staining assay, western blot assay, and ROS level detection was conducted.  相似文献
