By alternating‐current electrochemical technique crystals of copper(I) π‐complex with 1‐allylpyridinium chloride of [C5H5N(C3H5)][Cu2Cl3] ( 1 ) composition have been obtained and structurally investigated. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c a = 24.035(1) Å, b = 11.4870(9) Å, c = 7.8170(5) Å, β = 95.010(5)°, V = 2150.0(2) Å3 (at 100 K), Z = 8, R = 0.028, for 4836 independent reflections. In the structure 1 trigonal‐pyramidal environment of π‐coordinated copper(I) atom is formed by a lengthened to 1.376(2) Å C=C bond of allyl group and by three chlorine atoms. Other two copper atoms are tetrahedrally surrounded by chlorine atoms only. The coordination polyhedra are combined into an original infinite (Cu4Cl62—)n fragment. Structural comparison of 1 and the recently studied copper(I) chloride π‐complexes with 3‐amino‐, 2‐amino‐, 4‐amino‐1‐allylpyridinium chlorides of respective [LCu2Cl3] ( 2 ), [L2Cu2Cl4] ( 3 ), and [LCuCl2] ( 4 ) compositions allowed us to reveal the trend of the inorganic fragment complication which depends on pKa (base) value of the corresponding initial heterocycle.  相似文献

Crystals of the title π‐complex, [Cu4Cl6(C8H11N2)2]n, were obtained by means of alternating‐current electrochemical synthesis. The structure consists of infinite copper–chlorine chains to which 1‐allyl‐3‐aminopyridinium moieties are attached via a η2 Cu—(C=C) interaction. The two independent Cu atoms have distinct coordination environments. One is three‐coordinate, surrounded by two chloro ligands and the olefinic bond, whereas the second copper center is surrounded by a tetrahedral arrangement of four Cl atoms. The lower basicity of 3‐aminopyridine as compared with 2‐ and 4‐aminopyridine lowers the capacity of the organic ligand for donating to N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and results in the formation of a large inorganic fragment.  相似文献

1‐tert‐Butyl‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (tbtr) was found to react with copper(II) chloride or bromide to give the complexes [Cu(tbtr)2X2]n and [Cu(tbtr)4X2] (X = Cl, Br). 1‐tert‐Butyl‐1H‐tetrazole (tbtt) reacts with copper(II) bromide resulting in the formation of the complex [Cu3(tbtt)6Br6]. The obtained crystalline complexes as well as free ligand tbtr were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal and X‐ray analyses. For free ligand tbtr, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra were also recorded. In all the complexes, tbtr and tbtt act as monodentate ligands coordinated by CuII cations via the heteroring N4 atoms. The triazole complexes [Cu(tbtr)2Cl2]n and [Cu(tbtr)2Br2]n are isotypic, being 1D coordination polymers, formed at the expense of single halide bridges between neighboring copper(II) cations. The isotypic complexes [Cu(tbtr)4Cl2] and [Cu(tbtr)4Br2] reveal mononuclear centrosymmetric structure, with octahedral coordination of CuII cations. The tetrazole compound [Cu3(tbtt)6Br6] is a linear trinuclear complex, in which neighboring copper(II) cations are linked by single bromide bridges.  相似文献

The characterization of the complexes [Cu2(2‐Clnic)4(H2O)2] ( 1 ), [Cu(2,6‐Cl2nic)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) and [Cu(5‐Brnic)2(H2O)2]n ( 3 ) (where 2‐Clnic = 2‐chloronicotinate, 2,6‐Cl2nic = 2,6‐dichloronicotinate or 5‐Brnic = 5‐bromonicotinate) was based on elemental analysis, IR, electronic and EPR spectra, and magnetic susceptibility. Complex 1 was also studied by X‐ray analysis at 298 1a and 80 K 1b . The complex 1 contains a dinuclear Cu‐acetate molecular structure in which the carboxyl groups of the 2‐chloronicotinate ligands act as bridges and water molecules are at apical positions. The stereochemistry about Cu atom at both temperatures is typical for square pyramidal geometry with CuO4O chromophore. The Cu‐Cu distance is 2.6513(8) and 2.6382(6) Å for 1a and 1b , respectively. The Cu atoms are displaced by 0.2069(9) and 0.1973(7) Å, respectively, from the plane containing four oxygen atoms bonded to the Cu atom toward the apical water molecules. Strong and weak hydrogen bonds as well as C–Cl···π interactions in the crystal structure are discussed as well. Both complexes, monomeric [Cu(2,6‐Cl2nic)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) and polymeric [Cu(5‐Brnic)2(H2O)2]n ( 3 ), possess octahedral copper(II) stereochemistry with differing tetragonal distortions.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure elucidation of a novel dinuclear heteroleptic copper(II) complex has led to an alternative mechanism in the formation of covalent hydrates. During further studies on the synthesis and properties of [Cu2(ophen)2] ( 1 ), a dinuclear complex of copper(I) with 1 H‐[1,10]‐phenanthrolin‐2‐one (Hophen), two intermediates/alternative products 2 and 3 were isolated. The dinuclear, antiferromagnetic complex [Cu2(ophen)2(phen)2] ? (NO3)2 ? 9H2O ( 3 , phen=1,10‐phenanthroline) contains two five‐coordinate copper(II) ions, both with trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination, which are bridged together through deprotonated hydroxyl groups with a Cu? Cu non‐bonding distance of 3.100 Å. Complex [Cu(phen)2(H2O)] ? (NO3)2 ( 2 ) is a polymorph of a previously reported material. The occurrence of 2 and 3 has led us to propose a variation to the Gillard mechanism for the formation of covalent hydrates in bidentate N‐heterocycles in which the attacking nucleophile may be the deprotonated form of 2 , [Cu(phen)2(OH)]?, rather than free OH?.  相似文献

Three new dinuclear Cu(II) complexes with the formulas [Cu2(pxdmbtacn)Cl4] ( 1 ), [Cu2(pxdmbtacn)Cl0.7(NO3)1.3(OH)2(H2O)1.3]?6H2O ( 2 ) and [Cu2(pxdiprbtacn)Cl4] ( 3 ) together with one previously reported complex, [Cu2(pxbtacn)Cl4] ( 4 ), were obtained from Cu(II) salts with three p‐xylylene‐bridged bis‐tacn ligands bearing pendant alkyl substituents or without pendant group. Complex 2 was structurally characterized as a centrosymmetric dinuclear molecule with each metal center being coordinated to some labile ligands in addition to one tacn ring. Based on the results of mass spectrometry and UV–visible spectroscopy, complexes 1 and 3 are capable of existing in aqueous solution as dinuclear species but 4 can partially form a dimer of the original dinuclear motif. Complexes 1 , 3 and 4 can all effectively cleave supercoiled DNA oxidatively in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities of 1 and 3 measured under physiological conditions are comparable to that of the native CuZnSOD enzyme but the enzymatic activity of 4 is about three‐ to fourfold lower. Furthermore, complexes 1 , 3 and 4 demonstrate moderate scavenging effect on hydrogen peroxide and their catalase activities are in the decreasing order of 3 > 1 > 4 .  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(OH)2(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2][Cu(C10H9NO5S)2]·6H2O, is comprised of a copper‐centred complex cation and a copper‐centred complex anion; the cation lies about an inversion centre and in the anion the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre. In the doubly charged bridged dicopper cation, each Cu centre has distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. In the square‐planar dianion, two sulfonate ligands are trans coordinated to the Cu atom via a deprotonated hydroxyl O atom and an imine N atom, forming two six‐membered chelate rings. The structure is stabilized by an extensive hydrogen‐bond system and aromatic‐ring stacking interactions.  相似文献

The compound [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2Cl2(bipy)4]Cl2 · 6H2O ( 1 ) was obtained by recrystallization of [Cu(HB)2(2, 2′‐bipy)] · H2O (H2B = diphenylglycolic acid) from EtOH/CH2Cl2 and their structure has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The cationic complex may be described as based on a Cu4(OH)4 core with a “stepped cubane” structure. The coordination polyhedron around each copper is a distorted square pyramid. The tetranuclear units are linked in the crystal by C‐H…Cl hydrogen bonds and by π‐π interactions between bipyridine rings. IR data are also presented.  相似文献

1‐(2‐Hydroxyethyl)‐3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole (hnt), prepared by alkylation of 3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole with 2‐chloroethanol, was found to react with copper(II) chloride and copper(II) perchlorate in acetonitrile/ethanol solutions giving complexes [Cu2(hnt)2Cl4(H2O)2] and[Cu(hnt)2(H2O)3](ClO4)2, respectively. They are the first examples of coordination compounds with a neutral N‐substituted 3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole ligand. 1‐(2‐Hydroxyethyl)‐3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole and the obtained complexes were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy, X‐ray, and thermal analyses. [Cu2(hnt)2Cl4(H2O)2] presents a dinuclear chlorido‐bridged complex in which hnt acts as a chelating bidentate ligand, coordinated to the metal by a nitrogen atom of the triazole ring and an oxygen atom of the nitro group, and the copper atoms are inconsiderably distorted octahedral coordination. [Cu(hnt)2(H2O)3](ClO4)2comprises a mononuclear complex cation, in which two nitrogen atoms of two hnt ligands in trans configuration and three water oxygen atoms form a square pyramidal environment around the copper atom, which is completed to an distorted octahedron with a bifurcated vertex due to two additional elongated Cu–O bonds with two nitro groups. In both complexes, Cu–O bonds with the nitro groups may be considered as semi‐coordinated.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis.  相似文献

Dicopper(I) complexes {Cu2(bpnp)(CH3CN)4}(PF6)2] ( 2 ), [{Cu2(bpnp)(CH3CN)4}(BAr4F)2] ( 3 ) and [Cu2(bpnp)Cl2] ( 4 ) were prepared from the complexation of [Cu(CH3CN)4](PF6) with 2,7‐bis(2‐pyridyl)‐1,8‐naphthyridine (bpnp) followed by anion metathesis and treatment of chloride sequentially. The X‐ray structural analysis of 4 indicates the molecule to have a twofold axis passing through the Cu2Cl2 core, which has the shape of a butterfly, and that the Cu atom is tetrahedrally coordinated with in a Cl2N2 donor set. In preliminary experiments 2 was found to be an effective catalyst in the coupling/cyclization of 2‐bromobenzoic acids with amidines, providing the corresponding quinazolinones in good yields. The visible‐light‐accelerated oxo‐azidation of vinyl arenes with trimethylsilylazide and molecular oxygen as stoichiometric oxidant was achieved. In contrast to photocatalysts based on iridium, ruthenium, or organic dyes, [Cu(dap)2]Cl or [Cu(dap)Cl2] were found to be unique for this transformation, which is attributed to their ability to interact with the substrates through ligand exchange and rebound mechanisms. CuII is proposed as the catalytically active species, which upon coordinating azide will undergo light‐accelerated homolysis to form CuI and azide radicals. This activation principle (CuII‐X→CuI+X.) opens up new avenues for copper‐based photocatalysis.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenylpyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

During alternating‐current electrochemical synthesis of copper(I) π‐complex of [CuCl{C6H4N3(C3H5)}] composition, starting from ethanol solution, containing CuCl2·2H2O and 1‐allylbenzotriazole, green crystals of intermediate [CuII3Cl6{C6H4N3(C3H5)}4] ( I ) compound has been obtained upon 24 h. After some days these crystals transform into red ones of [CuII2Cl4{C6H4N3(C3H5)}3] ( II ). Both compounds were X‐Ray structurally investigated. Crystals of I are triclinic, sp.gr. a = 9.1329(9), b = 10.0352(4), c = 12.239(3) Å, α = 76.443(13), β = 84.470(14), γ = 76.808(7)°, V = 1060.5(3) Å3, R = 0.0414 for 3311 reflections. II : monoclinic, C2/c, a = 13.828(1), b = 15.044(2), c = 10.702(1) Å, β = 91.36(1)°, V = 2225.7(4) Å3, R = 0.050 for 1495 reflections. In both compounds each benzotriazole core coordinates two copper atoms using two nitrogen atoms in 2 and 3 positions. Isolated Cu3Cl6 fragments in I are condensed along [001] direction into infinite chains [CuCl2]n in II. Finally, red crystals of II transform into colorless ones of the earlier studied copper(I) π‐complex of CuCl·C6H4N3(C3H5) composition.  相似文献

Organometallic Compounds of Copper. XX On the Reaction of the Alkyne Copper(I) Complexes [CuCl(S‐Alkyne)] and [Cu2Br2(S‐Alkyne)(dms)] (S‐Alkyne = 3,3,6,6‐Tetramethyl‐1‐thiacyclohept‐4‐yne; dms = Dimethylsulfide) with the Lithiumorganyls Phenyllithium und Fluorenyllithium The alkyne copper(I) bromide complex [Cu2Br2(S‐Alkyne)(dms)] ( 3 b ) (S‐Alkyne = 3,3,6,6‐tetramethyl‐1‐thiacyclohept‐4‐yne; dms = dimethylsulfide) reacts with phenyllithium to form a tetranuclear copper(I) complex of the composition [Cu4(C6H5)2(S‐Alkenyl)2] ( 7 ) in low yield (4%). The reaction of the alkyne copper(I) chloride complex [CuCl(S‐Alkyne)] ( 2 a ) with fluorenyllithium in tetrahydrofuran (thf) affords a lithium cuprate of the composition [Li(thf)4]+ [Cu2(fluorenyl)3(S‐Alkyne)2] ( 8 ) (yield 32%). The structures of both new complexes 7 and 8 were determined by X–ray diffraction.  相似文献

Compounds containing copper(I) are of interest for their role in biological processes. The nature of short (< ∼3.2 Å) Cu...Cu contacts within these compounds has been debated, being either described as weakly attractive (bonding) `cuprophilic' interactions, or simply as short metal–metal distances constrained by ligand geometry or largely ionic in nature. The title three‐dimensional Cu+‐containing coordination polymer, [Cu3(C7H7N2O2)Cl2]n, was formed from the in situ reduction of CuCl2 in the presence of 3,5‐diaminobenzoic acid and KOH under hydrothermal conditions. Its complex crystal structure contains ten distinct CuI atoms, two of which lie on crystallographic inversion centres. The copper coordination geometries include near‐linear CuOCl and CuN2, T‐shaped CuOCl2 and distorted tetrahedral CuOCl3 groups. Each CuI atom is also associated with two adjacent metal atoms, with Cu...Cu distances varying from 2.7350 (14) to 3.2142 (13) Å; if all these are regarded as `cuprophilic' interactions, then infinite [01] zigzag chains of CuI atoms occur in the crystal. The structure is consolidated by N—H...Cl hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The two title dinuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu2Cl4(C17H20Cl2N2)2], (I), and [Cu2Cl4(C19H22N2O4)2], (II), have similar coordination environments. In each complex, the asymmetric unit consists of one half‐molecule and the two copper centres are bridged by a pair of Cl atoms, resulting in complexes with centrosymmetric structures containing Cu(μ‐Cl)2Cu parallelogram cores; the Cu...Cu separations and Cu—Cl—Cu angles are 3.4285 (8) Å and 83.36 (3)°, respectively, for (I), and 3.565 (2) Å and 84.39 (7)° for (II). Each Cu atom is five‐coordinated and the coordination geometry around the Cu atom is best described as a distorted square‐pyramid with a τ value of 0.155 (3) for (I) and 0.092 (7) for (II). The apical Cu—Cl bond length is 2.852 (1) Å for (I) and 2.971 (2) Å for (II). The basal Cu—Cl and Cu—N average bonds lengths are 2.2673 (9) and 2.030 (2) Å, respectively, for (I), and 2.280 (2) and 2.038 (6) Å for (II). The molecules of (I) are linked by one C—H...Cl hydrogen bond into a complex [10] sheet. The molecules of (II) are linked by one C—H...Cl and one N—H...O hydrogen bond into a complex [100] sheet.  相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers [Cu(mbtz)2(NCS)2]n ( 1 ), [Cu(mbtz)2Cl2]n ( 2 ) and [Cu(mbtz)(btec)0.5]n ( 3 ) (mbtz=1,3‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, btec=1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylate) were synthesized. In 1 and 2 , two mbtz ligands are wrapped around each other and are held together by Cu(II) atoms to form one‐dimensional double chain. In 3 , each btec ligand connects four Cu(II) atoms through its four carboxylate groups, resulting in a planar two‐dimensional [Cu(btec)0.5]n network. The Cu(II) atoms are further coordinated mbtz ligands to fulfil their coordination geometry and construct new [Cu(btec)0.5(mbtz)]n network. 2 and 3 further form the three‐dimensional network through the π···π stacking interactions between the mbtz ligands. The thermal stabilities of 1 , 2 and 3 were measured.  相似文献

The structure consists of two crystallographically independent and differently solvated binuclear complexes, {[Cu2Cl2(C11H14NO2)2]·CH4O}·{[Cu2Cl2(C11H14NO2)2]·H2O}. The water and methanol solvate molecules are similarly connected with the complex molecules by two hydrogen bonds. The asymmetrical system of hydrogen bonds breaks up the potential centrosymmetricity of both chelate molecules. All copper(II) centres are in a square‐pyramidal environment, with four short bonds in the basal plane formed by two trans O atoms and one N atom of the tridentate ligand, and a bridge chloride ion. The fifth axial long bond is formed by a chloride ligand which lies in the basal plane of the neighbouring copper(II) ion.  相似文献

A novel copper–niobium oxyfluoride, {[Cu2(C10H7N2O)2][NbOF4]}n, has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, EDS, IR, XPS and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structural unit consists of one C2‐symmetric [NbOF4] anion and one centrosymmetric coordinated [Cu2(obpy)2]+ cation (obpy is 2,2′‐bipyridin‐6‐olate). In the [NbOF4] anion, each NbV metal centre is five‐coordinated by four F atoms and one O atom in the first coordination shell, forming a square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. These square pyramids are then further connected to each other via trans O atoms [Nb—O = 2.187 (3) Å], forming an infinite linear {[NbOF4]}n polyanion. In the coordinated [Cu2(obpy)2]+ cation, the oxidation state of each Cu site is disordered, which is confirmed by the XPS results. The disordered Cu sites are coordinated by two N atoms and one O atom from two different obpy ligands. The [NbOF4] and [Cu2(obpy)2]+ units are assembled via weak C—H...F hydrogen bonds, resulting in the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure. π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings [centroid–centroid distance = 3.610 (2) Å] may further stabilize the crystal structure.  相似文献
