飞秒紫外激光脉冲振荡的实验研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文讨论了采用空间光脉冲光谱的啁啾特性和选择聚焦透镜焦距相结合的技术大大提高二次谐波转换效率和产生紫外飞秒光脉冲的实验研究.采用一类相位匹配的BBO晶体,当飞秒钛宝石光脉冲平均功率为560mW时,二次谐波输出功率为352mW,二次谐波转换效率高达63%;采用一类相位匹配的LBO晶体时,获得高光束质量的倍频蓝光输出,输出平均功率为170mW,转换效率大于30%.运用LBO倍频产生的蓝光脉冲和剩余的基频光脉冲进行了三次谐波的振荡研究.三倍频晶体采用BBO,通过优化设计倍频光与基频光之间的空间模匹配及精确时间延迟,得到飞秒紫外光输出,输出功率为2mW,中心波长约为280nm,重复率为100MHz. 相似文献

A continuous-wave laser oscillation was demonstrated with a Yb-doped fluorapatite (FAP) crystal pumped with a 905 nm Ti:sapphire laser. The output characteristics for different output couplers were investigated. A maximum power of 67mW at a 1043nm wavelength was obtained with 10% output coupler, pumped by a Ti:sapphire laser with 910mW power. This corresponds to a slope efficiency of 26.5%. 相似文献

用半导体激光器抽运的调Q YLF倍频激光器抽运掺钛蓝宝石激光器,用LBO晶体在腔内产生二次谐波,再聚焦到BBO晶体上产生四次谐波深紫外激光。为了提高谐波转换效率,在腔内分别插入了单片、组合双折射滤光片和聚焦透镜,在平均功率为3.6W,波长为527nm的抽运光下得到410mW,417nm的蓝光。用长焦距的透镜聚焦二次谐波,得到34mW,208nm的紫外脉冲激光。从实验上详细研究了基频光的线宽对二次谐波效率的影响,二次谐波的线宽对四次谐波效率的影响、基频光的波长对四次谐波产生效率的影响。全面地分析了单片和组合大拆射滤光片及抽运功率对钛蓝宝石激光器基频光的脉宽、线宽等参量的影响。 相似文献

We observed and measured the relative carrier-envelope phase difference per round trip between synchronized femtosecond Ti:sapphire and Cr:forsterite mode-locked lasers. The relative carrier-envelope phase slip was directly recorded by heterodyning of the Cr:forsterite laser with the supercontinuum from the Ti:sapphire laser. We also obtained another phase relation by superimposing the third harmonic of the Cr:forsterite laser with the second harmonic of the Ti:sapphire laser. In the latter case we obtained a stable beat signal with a signal-to-noise ratio larger than 30 dB and found a dependence of the beat frequency on the cavity length. 相似文献

A compact femtosecond Ti:sapphire laser resonator consisting of three chirped mirrors and one output coupler was designed. By accurately balancing the intra- cavity dispersions between Ti:sapphire crystal, air and chirped mirrors, we directly generated the laser pulse shorter than 7 fs at the average power of 340 mW with 3.1 W pump. The repetition rate of the laser oscillator is 173 MHz at the centre wavelength of 791 nm, and the ultrabroaden spectrum covers from 600 nm to 1000 nm. To the best of our knowledge, this is the simplest laser resonator capable of generating sub-10 fs laser pulse. 相似文献

One-dimensional deposition of collimated Cr atomic beam focused by a near-resonant Gaussian standing-laser field with wavelength
of 425.55 nm is examined from particle-optics approach by using an adaptive step size, fourth-order Runge-Kutta type algorithm.
The influence of laser power on deposition of atoms in laser standing wave is discussed and the simulative result shows that
the FWHM of nanometer stripe is 102 nm and contrast is 2:1 with laser power equal to 3 mW, the FWHM is 1.2 nm and contrast
is 32:1 with laser power equal to 16 mW, but with laser power increase, equal to 50 mW, the nonmeter structure forms the multi-crests
and exacerbates.

We report a novel technique for the synchronization of two different femtosecond solid-state lasers by crossing of both laser pulses in a Kerr medium. Stable dual-wavelength femtosecond pulses at central wavelengths of 820 and 1250 nm have been obtained. The tolerance of cavity-length mismatch is ~0.6mum , where the pulse widths of the Ti:sapphire and the Cr:forsterite lasers are 18 and 40 fs, respectively, at average powers of 600 and 110 mW. The typical timing jitter derived from the cross correlation is less than 3 fs. 相似文献

Three-dimensional reversible laser micromachining of polymer materials based on two-photon photochromism is demonstrated.
Unamplified 60-fs, 0.5-nJ pulses of 790-nm Ti:sapphire laser radiation are used to induce a refractive-index change in a polymethyl
methacrylate (PMMA) sample doped with spiropyran molecules through a two-photon absorption process. Waveguides are written
in the bulk of spiropyran-doped PMMA samples by scanning these samples with respect to a tightly focused Ti:sapphire laser
beam. Laser-induced fluorescence is used for on-line monitoring of the laser-micromachining process. The structures written
in photochromic samples can be erased and reconfigured due to the reversibility of the photochromic effect.

We have developed a gain-switched room-temperature Cr:forsterite laser operating at repetition rates of between 1 and 34 kHz,
and pumped by a continuous wave, Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. With optimised output coupling, an output pulse energy of 52 μJ
was measured at 1.5 kHz repetition rate, corresponding to 11% efficiency and 13% slope efficiency. Threshold pulse energy
was 53 μJ. Output power of 370 mW was obtained at 10 kHz repetition rate and 4.4 W pump power. Water cooling was not required
for repetition rates up to 10 kHz. In a tunable, folded resonator, the Cr:forsterite wavelength tuned between 1173 and 1338 nm.
This laser operated with maximum pulse energy of 34 μJ, efficiency of 13%, and power of 307 mW. The laser output was close
to diffraction-limited with M2 of 1.2.

We report significant enhancement (+24 dB) of the optical beat note between a 657 nm cw laser and the second-harmonic generation of the tailored continuum at 1314 nm generated with a femtosecond Cr:forsterite laser and a nonlinear fiber Bragg grating. The same continuum is used to stabilize the carrier-envelope offset frequency of the Cr:forsterite femtosecond laser and permits improved optical stabilization of the frequency comb from 1.0 to 2.2 microm. Using a common optical reference at 657 nm, a relative fractional frequency instability of 2.0 x 10(-15) is achieved between the repetition rates of Cr:forsterite and Ti:sapphire laser systems in 10 s averaging time. The fractional frequency offset between the optically stabilized frequency combs of the Cr:forsterite and Ti:sapphire lasers is +/-(0.024 +/- 6.1) x 10(-17). 相似文献
