A new ligand, 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5,6-dichlorobenzimidazole, H2pbmCl2(1), and a novel MnIII complex, [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2](2),(DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal of compound 1(C13H8Cl2N2O, Mr = 279.12) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 3.770(5), b = 25.20(3), c = 5.865(7) , = 92.727(17)o, V = 556.6(12) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.665 g/cm3, S = 1.137, μ= 0.568 mm-1, F(000) = 284, the final R = 0.0876 and wR = 0.2334 for 1848 independent reflections. The molecule is planar due to the presence of a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between O–H group of phenol and N atom of imidazole. H2pbmCl2(1) molecules are arranged into a one-dimensional linear chain through intermolecular hydrogen bonds(N–H···O and C–H···Cl). The crystal of complex 2(C32H27Cl4MnN6O4, Mr = 756.34) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.043(10), b = 10.808(5), c = 18.704(11), = 115.540(6)o, V = 3473(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.446 g/cm3, S = 1.3, μ = 0.733 mm-1, F(000) = 1544, the final R = 0.1219 and wR = 0.2681 for 7811 independent reflections. The Mn ion adopts a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by two deprotonated H2pbmCl2 ligands and two DMF molecules. The [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2] molecules are arranged into a three-dimensional structure through hydrogen bonds(N–H···N, C–H···N and C–H···Cl) and weak π···πinteractions. The activity measurements suggest that complex 2 is able to serve as a catalyst for H2O2 disproportionation reaction to form O2 in neutral water solution.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, 4-(4,5-dicarboxy-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine 1-oxide (H3DCImPyO) reacted with ZnCl2 to give the 1D chain complex {[Zn(DCImPyO)·(H2O)2·]·H3O}n (1). Single-crystal X-ray determination shows that complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1 /c with a=9.488(2), b=13.247(3), c=12.959(4) , β=126.716(19)°, Z=4, V=1305.6(6) 3 , C10H11N3O8Zn, D c=1.865 g/cm3 , M r=366.61, λ(MoKa)=0.71073 , μ=1.930 mm -1 , F(000)=744, R=0.0472 and wR=0.1487. Fluorescent analysis showed an intense emission band at 422 nm when the exciting radiation was set at 378 nm. Dielectric constant of complex 1 was measured at different frequencies with temperature variation.  相似文献

A new dinuclear centrosymmetric complex [LaL(HL)(H2O)3]2·2H2O (H2L = 3-nitro- phthalic acid, NPA) was synthesized in water/ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectrum and TGA-DTA. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.1549(16), b = 8.8856(18), c = 15.277(3) , α = 100.93(3), β = 90.81(3), γ = 104.56(3)°, V = 1049.8(4) 3, Z = 1, μ = 2.125 mm-1, Dc = 1.994 g/cm3, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0679. Two 3-nitrophthalates(2-) coordinate with the La3+ ions in a bridging mode, and two monohydrogen- 3-nitrophthates(1-) and three waters in terminal ways, respectively. Each La3+ ion is nine- coordinated to exhibit a distorted tricapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Both the coordinated and crystal waters are involved in the inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonds. The dinuclear units are linked into a 2D network structure in the ab plane via intermolecular hydrogen bonds along the axes a and b. Two crystal waters fill each rhombic pore of the network. The networks are further packed along the c axis forming a layered supramolecular structure through the C–H…O weak forces between the adjacent sheets. TGA analysis shows the complex undergoes the loss of waters of crystallization and coordination and the decomposition of ligands sequentially.  相似文献

Complex 1 is a one-dimensional linear chain coordination polymer and the repeat unit is comprised of doubly charged cadmium complex cation, uncoordinated 4-aminobenzene sulfonate anions and water molecules. The cadmium(II) ion adopts a six-coordinate distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 1 is stabilized and linked into a three-dimensional layered structure through intermolecular O–H···O and N–H···O hydrogen bonds together with electrostatic force. The cyclic voltammograms and fluorescence spectrum of 1 were also measured. It shows one irreversible redox process and emits a very strong and sharp fluorescent band at about 341 nm.  相似文献

A new La(Ⅲ) complex, {[La(L)(NO3)(H2O)3]·H2O}n (L = 1,10-phenanthroline- 2,9-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.7358(17), b = 8.1664(18), c = 28.271(6) , β = 95.184(4)°, V = 1778.6(7)3, Z = 4, C14H14LaN3O11, Mr = 539.19, Dc = 2.014 g/cm3, μ = 2.471 mm–1, F(000) = 1056, the final R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0659. In this complex, each metal center adopts a ten-coordination geometry formed by two N atoms from a ligand L and eight O atoms from three H2O molecules, a nitrate ion and carboxylates of two ligands. Each ligand adopts a N2,O3-pentdentate coordination mode using two N and two O atoms chelating a La(III), and using another O atom of carboxylate to bridge another La(III) center resulting in a 1D helical chain molecule. Intermolecular strong O–H···O and weak C–H···O hydrogen bonds extend the 1D chain structure into a 3D supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

The chemical preparation, crystal structure and infrared spectroscopic characterization of the triaqua(4-amino-6-methoxypyrimidine) cuprate(II) sulfate, [Cu(C_5H_7N_3)(H_2O)_3]SO_4, is reported. The compound crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric orthorhombic space group P2_12_12_1 with lattice parameters a = 7.9025(3), b = 11.1189(4), c = 12.9720(4) , V = 1139.81(7) ~3 and Z = 4. The Cu(II) cation is fivecoordinated, in an early half-way between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal fashion, by two nitrogen atoms of the 4-amino-6-methoxypyrimidine ligand and three water oxygen atoms. In the atomic arrangement, the organic ligands and the 5-connected Cu centers are linked with each other to give a 1-D corrugated hybrid chain running along the b-axis direction. The chains are interconnected by the SO_4~(2-) anions via O–H...O, O–H...S, C–H...O and N–H...O hydrogen bonds to form layers spreading parallel to the(011) plane. The vibrational absorption bands were identified by infrared spectroscopy. Quantitative measurements of the second harmonic generation(SHG) of a powdered sample at 1064 nm were performed and a relative efficiency of 5.2 times the KDP standard was observed. Magnetic properties were also defined to characterize the complex. Magnetic measurements revealed that this material had a onedimensional antiferromagnetic character. The magnetic parameters were g = 2.11 and 2J/k B = -36 K.  相似文献

The reactions of Co(ClO4)2·6H2O and Co(NO3)2·6H2O with the di-Schiff base ligand N,N'-bis-(1-benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine (LA) in ethanol have been investigated. The reactions of LA with excess amount of cobalt salts yield the six-coordinate complexes [CoL2](ClO4)2·H2O 1 and [CoL2](NO3)2·H2O 2 as isolatable products (L = N-(1-benzimidazo-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine), where L is a tri-dentate mono-Schiff base ligand, resulting from the hydrolysis of the precursor di-Schiff base LA. Both complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for complex 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 11.9214(10), b = 23.5828(17), c = 14.0387(12) , β = 135.219(4)o, C22H30Cl2CoN8O9, Mr = 680.37, V = 2780.1(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.625 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.876 mm-1, F(000) = 1404, the final R = 0.0725 and wR = 0.1530 for 5726 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Crystal data for complex 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.2162(16), b = 10.0610(6), c = 18.593(2) , β = 130.099(3)o, C22H30CoN10O7, Mr = 605.49, V = 2606.5(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.543 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.722 mm-1, F(000) = 1260, the final R = 0.0619 and wR = 0.1429 for 5194 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that each cobalt atom in the two complexes is chelated by six nitrogen atoms from two tridentate ligands L, exhibiting a slightly distorted octahedral coordination sphere. In both complexes, the strong hydrogen-bonding interactions between the lattice waters and N-H groups of the ligands result in 1D chains which are further connected by ClO4-(or NO3-) groups to form a 3D framework. In complex 2, the strong π-π interactions increase the stability of the structure.  相似文献

The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n, C104H114Co6N8O37, Mr = 2421.61, a = 10.625(3), b = 16.335(4), c = 15.265(4) , β = 102.990(4)o, V = 2581.6(11) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.558 g/cm3, μ = 1.034 mm-1, F(000) = 1252, R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1167 for 5889 reflections. The Co(III) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra-molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献
