Treatment of 4-amino-3-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles/2-amino-5-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1,2,3-triazole-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles with benzaldehyde,acetone and ω-bromoacetophenone was tested and compared.The title compounds Schiff bases,amides,imidazolo [2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and 7H-s-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines have been confirmed by elemental analyses,^1H NMR,IR and MS spectra.All the compounds have also been screened for their antibacterial activities against B.subtilis,S.aureus and E.coli. 相似文献

The condensation reaction between 5-amino-4,6-dichloro-2-methylprimidine and 1-acetyl-2-imidazolin-2-one using POCl3 as solvent gave 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-(1-acetyl-tetra-hydro-imidazo-2-ylidene)-aminopyrimidine predominantly and 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-{1-1-(2-oxo-tetrahydro-imidazolyl)]-acetene}-aminopyrimidine as by-product. No 4,6-dichloro-2-methyl-5-(1-acetyl-2-imidazolin-2-yl)-aminopyrimidine was found. The result indicated an esterifi-cation-addition-elimination mechanism. 相似文献

The elution by characteristic points (ECP) method is a very rapid and precise method for determination of the phase system equilibrium of phase systems in broad solute concentration ranges. Thus, the method is especially suitable for rapid characterization of high efficient separation systems. One important source of error, the effects by the post-loop dispersion, was eliminated in a recent investigation. In this study, the systematic error caused by the selection of the integration starting point at concentration equal to 0 is eliminated. This is done by developing and validating a new procedure for isotherm data generation; the ECP-slope method. The method generates raw slope data of the adsorption isotherm instead of raw adsorption data by integrations as the classical ECP does. Both numerical and experimental data were used for the comparison of the classical ECP approach with the slope-ECP method. 相似文献

A novel fluorescence method for the determination of the critical micelle concentration (cmc) is reported. The cmc values of nonionic and anionic surfactants were evaluated utilizing a photosensitive monoazacryptand-Ba2+ complex, whose fluorescence intensity is sensitively changed by environmental conditions based on the photoinduced electron transfer (PET) mechanism as a fluorescent probe (PET method). Based on a comparison of the cmc values obtained by the PET method versus those obtained by conventional fluorescence-based methods as well as the values reported in the literature, one can conclude that the PET method is useful for the cmc determination. In particular, the PET method was more effective for the cmc determination of nonionic surfactants with very low cmc values (< 10(-5) M) than any other fluorescence-based method. In the cases of anionic surfactants, the PET method revealed the formation of the premicellar aggregates comprised of surfactant molecules and fluorescent probes below the cmc. Moreover, the hydrophobicity around the monoazacryptand-Ba2+ complex incorporated into various nonionic surfactant micelles was evaluated by this PET method. 相似文献

A least-squares approach is proposed to remedy some of the weaknesses of the method of moments. It is shown by an application to the hydrogen molecule that the least-squares procedure yields reliable results in cases where the method of moments fails. The paper will present a method based on the accumulation chamber technique for measuring of radon exhalation from the medium surface. A radon monitor traces the change of radon concentration in the accumulation chamber, and then the radon exhalation can be obtained accurately through linear fit. Based on our recent experiments, the radon exhalation rate from the medium surface obtained from this method is in good agreement with the actual exhalation rate of our simulation facility. This method is superior to the competition method which obtains the radon exhalation through the exponential fit by an external PC-system. The calculation for the exponential fit is very easy by computer and related software. However, for portable instruments, the single chip microcomputer can’t calculate the exponential fit rapidly. The hydration energy difference between the alanine and glycine zwitter ions was calculated by both the free energy perturbation method and the acceptance ratio method. The calculations were carried out by using different increments of the mutation parameter λ, δλ = ? 0.05, ?0.10, and ?0.20. The free energy difference calculated by the acceptance ratio method was found to be approximately the same as an average of the two free energy differences in the forward and the backward directions calculated by the perturbation method. The results by the perturbation method were significantly affected by large δλ as compared with that by the acceptance ratio method. The statistical error caused by decreasing the simulation time for sampling equilibrium configurations is discussed. 相似文献

Fast ultrasound-assisted method for the determination of the oxidative stability of virgin olive oil
A method for accelerating the determination of the oxidative stability of virgin olive oil by use of ultrasound energy is proposed. The most influential variables on the acceleration of the process were those characteristic of the ultrasound probe, namely irradiation time, duty cycle and pulse amplitude, and they were exhaustively optimized. The ultrasound device, a cylindrical titanium alloy microprobe (3 mm diameter), was immersed into the olive oil sample contained in a 5 cm long test tube where the ultrasound waves were applied directly. The oxidation process was monitored at 270 nm. Twelve samples of virgin olive oil with known oxidative stability, ranging between 19 and 129 h, calculated by the Rancimat method, were analyzed and the results obtained showed an excellent correlation (r=0.9961) with those provided by the Rancimat method. The proposed method drastically decreased the time required for the determination of this parameter, e.g. a virgin olive oil with oxidative stability 129 h, as calculated by the Rancimat method, required only 50.5 min, thus decreasing the determination time 110 times. The method was applied to the determination of the stability of five extra virgin olive oils from different varieties of olive seeds. The values obtained were interpolated in the correlation plot for the calculation of the values corresponding to the Rancimat method. They coincided with those calculated previously with this method, thus demonstrating the validity of the proposed method. 相似文献
