The condensation of methyl benzothiazole-2-iminicarboxylate with α-amino-acetic esters gives rise to amidines possessing only one (I) of the two possible tautomeric structures. Both syn and anti isomers have been characterized of the single tautomer. This is the first demonstration of geometrical isomerism around the imine group in amidines. The carboxylic esters and the free acids of the syn fro exist exclusively as the enol, whereas the anti derivatives prefer the carboxyl structure. The existence of these isomers has been confirmed by their IR., UV., and NMR. spectra as well as by the inversion of their configuration and the formation of cyclic derivatives.  相似文献

Carbohydrate Derivatives Bearing a gem-Dihalogenoethenyl Group Treated with the appropriate Wittig reagent, aldehydosugar derivatives ( 1–13 ) led in good to excellent yields to the expected gem-difluoro, gem-chlorofluoro-and/or gem-dichloroenoses ( 14–29 ). Examples of their dibromo analogues had been previously described (see e.g. [1]) but the diiodo derivatives could not be isolated, The influence of the conditions on the yields is reported as well as spectroscopic properties (particularly the long-range 13C, 19F- and 1H, 19F-coupling constants) of these new enoses.  相似文献

A non-linear regression method for the resolution of EPR spectra is described. The theoretical model is fitted with the experimental spectrum and the error on each parameter is calculated. The method is applied to the radical anions of 2-nitro-4-methyl thiazole, 4-p-nitro-phenyl-thiazole and 5-p-nitro-phenyl-thiazole.  相似文献

Up to now, little is known about naphtho[1,8-bc]pyran (oxaphenalene) derivatives, although some of them have been detected in the vegetable kingdom. However, very recently [6], 2-nitronaphtho[1,8-bc]pyran and 6-methoxy-2-nitronaphtho[1,8-bc]pyran proved to be powerful mutagenic agents (the most efficient on mammal cells in culture hitherto known). This fact prompted us to investigate further this class of products by studying compounds bearing an electron-withdrawing group in the 2-position. We report in the present paper that, in certain cases, this synthesis can be achieved by the yet unattempted péri-heterocyclization of 8-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehydes with an halogenated active methylene compound in acetone in the presence of potassium carbonate. Thus, among others, 2-acetyl, 2-benzoyl and (4-methoxybenzoyl)naphtho[1,8-bc]pyrans, as well as the corresponding derivatives bearing a methoxy group in the 6-position have been prepared. Nevertheless, such a condensation according to Rap [1] cannot be carried out in certain cases, particularly with acetonitrile.  相似文献

Methylene bending mode analysis of some cyclobutane-d2 molecules reveals that in the dissolved state (solvent CCl4), bromocyclobutane occurs exclusively in a pseudo-equatorial form, whereas, under the same conditions, cyclobutanol and 1-bromocyclobutane carbonitrile exist both in pseudo-axial and pseudo-equatorial conformations. NMR spectroscopy confirms the results obtained for bromocyclobutane and leads to the conclusion that the pseudo-equatorial conformer is predominant in the case of cyclobutanol as well as in that of cyclobutane carbonitrile. A theoretical study of cyclobutanol in the gaseous state by the P.C.I.L.O. method gives results which are consistent with a pseudo-equatorial conformer.  相似文献

The reduction of the carbonyl group of bithienyls carrying on each thiophene ring a formyl group bonded to the carbon atom next to the intercyclic bond leads to the expected primary di-alcohols. These dialcohols can give the corresponding bis-halogeno-methylated bithienyls. The dehydration of the alcohols and the action of sodium sulfide or amines upon the obtained halides leads respectively to the dihydrodithieno[c,e] oxepines, thiepines and azepines. The tetramethyl derivatives of the previous oxepines have been obtained from diacetylbithienyls.  相似文献

Addition-elimination reactions from germanium heterocycles I. Germadioxolanes (X?Y?O) The reactivity of 2-germa-1,3-dioxolanes is studied with unsaturated compounds such as carbonyl compounds (aldehydes and ketones) or heterocumulenes (PhNCO, PhNCS). The formation of mono- and di-insertion derivatives is observed. The structure of these adducts is established and their decomposition process, at atmospheric pressure or at high pressure, is precised. The mechanism of these addition-elimination reactions is established from 4,5-disubstitued germadioxolanes. The reaction takes place under steric control. The consecutive elimination reaction proceeds by a mechanism of intramolecular nucleophilic substitution.  相似文献

The cleavage of a single SO2? O bond occurs during the polarographic reduction of a tosyloxy group (p? CH3C6H4SO2O = TsO) in aprotic medium and intramolecular cyclisation may ensue when a second TsO group is present on the same molecule. The polarographic behaviour of aliphatic ditosyloxy derivatives is discussed on the assumption that oriented vicinal derivatives at the interface assume a conformation which resembles the geometry of the transition state for an intramolecular elimination with anchimeric assistance of one of the tosyloxy groups. This situation favours the electron transfer, whereas the same geometric requirements hinder the intramolecular interaction of the TsO groups of the oriented non-vicinal derivatives. This interpretation agrees well with the fact that the large scale electrolysis of vicinal ditosyloxy derivatives give much higher yield of cyclic ethers than the higher homologues. It is also shown that intramolecular interaction between TsO groups can occur through an intervening double bond in a non-vicinal derivative.  相似文献

The reaction of Sb(NMe2)3 with aldehydes and ketones leads to enamines or diamines according to the degree of substitution of the carbonyl compound. With acids Sb(NMe2)3 gives amides, and with β-diketones and β-keto esters it gives enamines. CNDO/S calculations are performed for the [(CN)2-C-N-C-(CN)2] anion. The observed and theoretical ultraviolet spectra are in perfect agreement. A theoretical analysis of the electronic structure and solvation energy of ground and excited singlet states confirms the almost total lack of sensitivity of the electronic spectrum to solvent effects.  相似文献

Reactivity-structure correlations for anisole and eleven of its substituted derivatives established from bromination rate constants in liquid SO2, unlike observations in water, show the reaction to be highly sensitive to substituent effects, (ρ = ?7.1; ρ = ?10.51). This result is ascribed to the solvation of the methoxy group which decreases the conjugation of para-substituted (ρ = ?9.70) compared to that of ortho-substituted derivatives (ρ = ?8.86). The highly solvated transition state lies far from reactants on the reaction coordinate and the positive charge developed in this state is nearly unity.  相似文献

Aziridinium ions were prepared from aziridines bearing a functionality on a ring carbon and as isolated crystalline fluorosulfate salts either by protonation in fluorosulfuric acid solution or by alkylation with methyl fluorosulfate. The structural assignement of these ions is based on nmr spectra and on quenching experiments with sodium carbonate. The configurations of the epimeric ions have been assigned by the nuclear Qverhauser effect and the stereoselectivity in protonation is disucussed.  相似文献

Anionic polymerizations of methylmethacrylate, initiated by fluorenyl-alkali metals in ether media or in hexamethyl phosphotriamide, give syndiotactic polymers. Calculated differential entropies and enthalpies of activation between the iso- and syndiotactic placements reveal that in dioxane, tetrahydropyrane and tetrahydrofurane the syndiotacticity increases from K+ to Li+. With solvents having higher dielectric constant (such as hexamethyl phosphotriamide) or higher donating power (such as glyme 4), the tacticity of the polymers is not affected by the nature of the counter-ions.

It has been suggested that, with dioxane, tetrahydropyrane and tetrahydrofurane, the donating power is not strong enough to destroy the coordination bonds between the C=O groups of the living polymer chains and the counter-ions.  相似文献

Metallaaromatics are metallacycles that are derived from the formal replacement of a carbon atom in the framework of organic aromatics with a metal fragment. As an important subclass of metallaaromatics, metallaaromatics that contain main‐group heteroatoms have attracted considerable attention. In the past ten years, we have developed several new methods to construct metallaaromatics as well as those containing main‐group heteroatoms, such as metallapyridine, metallapyridinium, metallapyridyne, metallafuran, metallabenzothiazole, metallabenzoxazole, metallabenzthiophene, aza‐metallapentalene and some novel tricyclic/tetracyclic metallaaromatics. In addition, interesting reactions such as the first hetero‐Diels Alder reaction between 1‐metalla‐1,3‐dienes and nitriles, the first intramolecular nucleophilic aromatic substitution (SNAr) reaction of metallabenzene, and the first iodine‐mediated electrophilic cyclizations of a metallabenzene complex were demonstrated. In this account, recent and novel approaches for their synthesis and property analyses are summarized. The structural diversity and unique properties of metallaaromatics containing main‐group heteroatoms will strongly inspire further investigation of these species and provide a wide range of potential applications.  相似文献

When heated with one equivalent of H2O, the 1,2: 5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D-ribo- and -xylo-hexofuranos-3-uloses loose one molecule of acetone and yield the 3, 6-anhydro-1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-ribo- and -xylo-hexofuranos-3-ulose ketohydrols. The carbonyl group of the starting material seems to provide some kind of intramolecular electrophilic assistance to the hydrolysis of the 5, 6-O-isopropylidene group. When the oxygen of the carbonyl group is replaced by cyanomethylene, an analogous cyclisation takes place under base catalysis, provided that C6 bears a free hydroxyl group.  相似文献

The synthesis of unsaturated polyesters cross-linked by means of styrene have been carried out from high isomolecular weight diols containing thio-ether bonds. The 1H-NMR peaks have been attributed. Synthesis of Novel Types of C-Glycosyl-derivatives from Acetylenic Sugars or Partial Synthetic Equivalents thereof The concept of synthetic equivalent is not unequivocal and, for example, α-fluoroenamines may behave in some cases as synthetic equivalents of ynamines and, in other situations, quite differently. Some uses of these α-fluoroenamines, ‘partial synthetic equivalents’ of ynamines, for the synthesis of C-glycosyl derivatives of coumarins, chromones, quinolines, quinolones, thietenes and isoxazoles are described. We also report the preparation of a series of mono- and diglycosylthiophenes by reacting HS? with mono- and diglycosylbutadiynes. Acetylenic sugar derivatives have also been used for the synthesis of a diglycosylazaphosphorine and a spirooxolenone.  相似文献

The reactions of several thioketones containing a conjugated C?C bond with diazo compounds were investigated. All of the selected compounds reacted via a 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition with the C?S group and subsequent N2 elimination to yield thiocarbonyl ylides as intermediates, which underwent a 1,3‐dipolar electrocyclization to give the corresponding thiirane 25 , or, by a subsequent desulfurization, to give the olefins 33a and 33b . None of the intermediate thiocarbonyl ylides reacted via 1,5‐dipolar electrocyclization. If the α,β‐unsaturated thiocarbonyl compound bears an amino group in the β‐position, the reactions with diazo compounds led to the 2,5‐dihydrothiophenes 40a – 40d . In these cases, the proposed mechanism of the reactions led once more to the thiocarbonyl ylides 36 and thiiranes 38 , respectively. The thiiranes reacted via an SNi′‐like mechanism to give the corresponding thiolate/ammonium zwitterion 39 , which underwent a ring closure to yield the 2,5‐dihydrothiophenes 40 . Also in these cases, no 1,5‐dipolar electrocyclization could be observed. The structures of several key products were established by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献
