The kinetics of disorientation of B 80 4 centers is studied. The reorientation energy of the centers is determined to be ~1.5 eV. Based on the fact that this value is close to the energy of hexavacancy transition from the ground state to the first metastable state, it is concluded that the B 80 4 center is a ring hexavacancy. The reorientation mechanism is explained by the hexavacancy transition to the metastable state and, then, to a state with a new orientation.  相似文献

本文对比研究了超导材料磁测量中的SQUID法和Campbell法; 并用高压PIT法制备的超导材料MgB2作为测量样品,用两种方法,测量了超导样品的临界电流密度, 分别得到了样品的Jc-B关系曲线; SQUID法测量样品的外磁场可以达到6 T, 此时材料已经处于失超状态,此方法测得的结果是样品各个小区域结果的平均值, SQUID还可以用来进一步标度材料的钉扎力行为,研究材料磁特性. Campbell法测量只能测量到外磁场强度为0.4 T,外磁场的交流部分的频率可以达到800 Hz, 用这种测量方法得到的是整块样品的电流,由于测量计及材料内部微观结构缺陷等影响电流传输因素, 所测结果小于直流磁化法,但更切近材料实际电流,能用来深入研究材料内部结构差别对材料电性能的影响.  相似文献

We investigate the inverse problem for bound states in the D = 3 dimensional space. The potential is assumed to be local and spherically symmetric. The present method is based on relationships connecting the moments of the ground state density to the lowest energy of each state of angular momentum ?. The reconstruction of the density ρ(r) from its moments is achieved by means of the series expansion of its Fourier transform F(q). The large q-behavior is described by Padé approximants. The accuracy of the solution depends on the number of known moments. The uniqueness is achieved if this number is infinite. In practice, however, an accuracy better than 1% is obtained with a set of about 15 levels.The method is tested on a simple example, and applied to three different spectra.  相似文献

The schematic model of Goswami and Pal is applied to heavy nuclei and the dipole strength is shown to reside in just four non-degenerate levels. The collection of all the strength into a single level is discussed. The distribution of strength due to non-constancy of radial integrals and non-degeneracy of unperturbed particle-hole orbits is demonstrated in “realistic” calculations for 208Pb, 132Sn, 90Zr and 56Ni. The collection of low energy dipole strength into “mini-resonances” is shown to be sensitive to the mean energy difference between neutron and proton particle-hole states.  相似文献

The “clumpiness” matrix of a network is used to develop a method to identify its community structure. A “projection space” is constructed from the eigenvectors of the clumpiness matrix and a border line is defined using some kind of angular distance in this space. The community structure of the network is identified using this borderline and/or hierarchical clustering methods. The performance of our algorithm is tested on some computer-generated and real-world networks. The accuracy of the results is checked using normalized mutual information. The effect of community size heterogeneity on the accuracy of the method is also discussed.  相似文献

Cu-In-O composite thin films were deposited by reactive DC magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV/vis spectrophotometer, four-probe measurement and Seebeck effect measurement, etc. The samples contain Cu, In and O. The ratios of Cu to In and O to In increase with increase in O2 flow rates. The ratio of Cu to In is over 1 and this suggests that Cu is in excess. The obtained Cu-In-O thin films are very possibly made of rhombohedral In2O3 and monoclinic CuO. Transmittance of the films decreases with increase in O2 flow rate. The decrease in transmittance results from increase in Cu content in the films. The optical band gap of all the samples is estimated to be 4.1-4.4 eV, which is larger than those of In2O3 and CuO. The sheet resistance of the films decreases with increase in O2 flow rate. Conductivity of the films is a little low, due to the addition of Cu and the poor crystalline quality of the film. The conduction behavior of the films is similar to that of In2O3 and the conduction mechanism of Cu-In-O thin films is through O vacancy.  相似文献

The work function and photovoltage of Ar bombarded and thermally annealed surfaces of GaAs have been examined with the retarding potential electron beam technique. The IV curve obtained by this method is found to fit the theoretically prodicted dependence. The shift of the IV curve under illumination is related to the photovoltage of the sample. The shift of the IV curve during the adsorption of oxygen can be explained by a first-order-kinetics dependence of the adsorption on oxygen. The dependence of the photovoltage on light intensity is found to deviate from that measured with the Kelvin technique. The photovoltage is observed to fall off at photon energies below the bandgap energy. At energies above the bandgap, there is structure which is possibly due to excitons. Below the bandgap the photovoltage is sensitive to surface conditions and is much lower for an uncleaned sample.  相似文献

Optical properties of an ultraviolet-absorbing substance (UVAS) extracted from the marine red alga, Porphyra yezoensis, have been investigated. The substance is excited by UV light, and the emitted fluorescence is detected using an intelligent fluorescence detector. The fluorescence of UVAS is weaker by four orders of magnitude than the fluorescence intensity emitted by anthracene in the same optical system. The absorbed energy is apparently not transferred to the photosynthesis process and is believed to be consumed as heat. Using photothermal spectroscopy, a signal is observed indicating that the absorbed photon energy has transferred to the heat. The waveform of the photothermal signal of UVAS is similar to that of quinoxaline, whose fluorescence quantum yield is known to be zero. It is determined that the fluorescence quantum yield and the energy of the triplet state of UVAS are 1.7 ± 0.7 ± 10−4 and 21000 ± 1000 cm −1, respectively. The conclusion is that the excited molecules of UVAS decay by passing through the triplet state and dissipate all absorbed energy as heat.  相似文献

The growth of nonlinear optical single crystal of manganese mercury thiocyanate glycol monomethyl ether (MMTG), a Lewis base adduct of manganese mercury thiocyanate (MMTC), is reported. MMTG crystallizes in orthorhombic structure with Pca21 space group. The optical band gap energy of the sample is found to be 3.5 eV. The sample is thermally stable up to 145 °C. The grown crystal is characterized by photoluminescence, dielectric, dc conductivity, photoconductivity and SEM studies. From the photoluminescence study, the suitability of the material for blue and green light generation is confirmed. The electric and dielectric response of the grown crystal is studied as a function of temperature and the results are discussed. The dc activation energy of the sample is found to be 0.048 eV.  相似文献

A multi-stream Flamelet Progress Variable (FPV) model, specifically developed for coal combustion, is proposed. The model accounts for the different fuel streams associated with the volatile and char burnout products. The applicability of the new FPV model is investigated in a laminar stagnation pulverized coal flame. The flame considered is a premixed mixture of CH4, O2 and N2, carrying pulverized coal particles, stabilized in an impinging wall. Spontaneous emissions of OH*, CH* and C2* are measured to identify the flame. The 1D numerical simulations of the experimental conditions are able to reproduce the main features of the flame. The applicability of the multi-stream FPV model to coal combustion is further evaluated with the a posteriori analysis of the FPV results, comparing the results with a reference model, where the species are fully transported and the chemistry directly evaluated. Then, with the budget analysis, the influence of the control variables used to build the look-up table is assessed by examining the conditional contributions to the overall transport terms of scalar quantities (e.g. species, temperature). The results of both analyses show that the proposed multi-stream FPV model can accurately predict the main features of coal combustion, with only minor issues related to the manifold used to build the look-up table.  相似文献

The indirect g shift in the electron spin resonance of local moments in metals is examined using the Bloch-Hasegawa equations. The g shift is found to have three components. First the usual Hasegawa term that decreases as the bottleneck increases, and second, a temperature dependent indirect shift that is unaffected by the bottleneck. The third term becomes unobservable in the unbottlenecked limit; it is proportional to the ratio of the non S-state local moment susceptibility to the S-state local moment susceptibility. The width of the resonance is found to be proportional to T — θ, where θ is the ordering temperature, and not to temperature T, thereby providing an explanation for the “negative” residual linewidth frequently observed in magnetically concentrated systems.  相似文献

The paper proposes a readout circuit architecture with adjustable integration time for dual-band infrared detectors. The readout circuit uses direct injection to be combined with a capacitive trans-impedance amplifier. The amplifier is sharing between two pixels to reduce the complexity of the readout circuit. The proposed device reduces power consumption and area overhead compared to traditional structures. An experimental chip was fabricated using the TSMC 0.35 μm 2P4 M 5 V process. The resulting unit pixel layout area is 40 μm × 40 μm with input photocurrent ranging from 0.11 pA to 50 nA. CTIA mode is applicable from 0.11 pA to 10 nA, while DI mode is applicable from 3.3 pA to 50 nA. The maximum operating frequency of the chip are 4 MHz. The CTIA output swing is 1.2 V, the DI output swing is 2 V. The signal to noise ratio of the readout circuit is 65 dB and power consumption is less than 9.6 mW.  相似文献

The Gowdy T3 Cosmology is an exact solution to the vacuum Einstein equations interpreted to be a single polarization of gravitational waves propagating in an anisotropic, spatially inhomogeneous background. The classical behavior is reviewed and related to standard cosmological parameters. Canonical quantization of the dynamical degrees of freedom is reviewed. An adiabatic vacuum state is constructed. Adiabatic regularization is used to obtain non-divergent stress-energy tensor vacuum expectation values. Casimir energy terms due to T3 imposed discrete modes are evaluated. The vacuum expectation values are analyzed in early and late time limits and evaluated numerically. The regularized expectation value is used as a source for the classical background spacetime in the spirit of semi-classical gravity. An entirely vacuum expectation value source term produces essentially the time reverse of the classical evolution. Classical stress-energy added to the source restores the classical behavior at late times only. The combined system collapses from infinite to small but non-zero volume and reexpands. The classical singularity is replaced by a symmetric bounce.  相似文献

Motivated by the escape process at low reduced barrier heights (measured in units of kBT) is still a stationary one, the Kramers theoretical method in spatial diffusion regime should be applicable to this process. The Kramers theory is generalized to finite barrier height in a simple manner. The integration constant is redetermined by introducing metastable equilibrium state concept and continuous condition of the probability at the joint point of the potential barrier and potential well. The parabolic barrier with local frequency is replaced by a parabolic barrier with nonlocal frequency. The modified Kramers theory is confirmed by a cubic potential case. The maximal relative error in the spatial diffusion regime is less than 3% for the applied parameters.  相似文献

The magnetic inhomogeneity of the single crystals of La1−xDxMnO3, where D=Ca, Sr, Ba, is studied. The Curie temperature distribution function is found. The form of this function is shown to depend on whether the mean value of the divalent element concentration is close to the “optimal” concentration (≈1/3) or not. The standard deviation for Curie temperature is evaluated. The correlation between the distribution coefficient for divalent elements and the standard deviation is established.  相似文献

用来制作光电子器件的(Al0.1Ga0.9)0.5 In0.5P为直接带隙的四元合金材料,对应的发光波长为630 nm,在其LP-MOCVD (low press-metalorganic chemical vapor deposition)外延生长过程中温度的高低成为影响其质量的关键,找到合适的生长温度窗口很有必要.实验中分别在700℃,680℃,670℃和660℃的条件下生长出作为发光二极管有源区的(Al0.1Ga0.9)0.5 In0.5P多量子阱结构,通过PL谱的测试对比分析,找出最佳生长温度在670℃附近.之后对比各外延片的PL谱、表面形貌,并对反应室的气流场进行了模拟,对各温度下生长状况的原因作出了深入分析.分析得到,高温下In组分的再蒸发会引起晶格失配并导致位错;低温下O杂质的并入会形成大量非辐射复合中心影响晶体质量,因此导致了(Al0.1Ga0.9)0.5In0.5P生长温度窗口较窄,文章最后提出In源有效浓度的提高是解决高温生长的一条有效途径.  相似文献

The LEP2 data set on the Bhabha process is analyzed with the aim to detect the signals of the heavy virtual Z′ gauge boson. The state interacting with the left-handed Standard Model doublets and called the chiral Z′ is investigated. This particle was introduced already as the low-energy state allowed by the renormalizability. The contribution of the chiral-Z′ state to the Bhabha process is described by two parameters: the coupling to electrons and the ZZ′ mixing angle. The sign-definite one-parameter observable is proposed to measure the Z′ coupling to the electron current. The one-parameter fit of the data shows no signals of the particle. The alternative two-parameter fit of the differential cross sections is also performed. It also shows no chiral-Z′ signals. The comparisons with other fits are discussed. The doublet nd scattering phase shift behaviour is shown to be anomalous near the three-particle threshold (the possibility of the anomaly was pointed out by Efimov). The parameter describing this anomaly is shown to be strongly correlated with the scattering length a2. The stimulated emission spectrum of uniaxially strained p-Ge is presented. The energy spectrum of the states of a shallow acceptor in Ge under uniaxial compression is calculated. The threshold pressure at which the acceptor state split off from the ground state becomes resonant is found. The pressure dependence of the width of this resonant level is calculated. The stimulated emission lines are identified. In particular, it is shown that the principal emission peak corresponds to the transition of holes from the resonant 1s (1s r) state to the local p ±1 state. The probabilities of optical transitions are calculated. A mechanism of population inversion due to the intense resonant scattering of hot holes with an energy corresponding to the position of the 1s r level is proposed. Zh. éksp. Teor.
