The reaction of the tetranuclear trimethylacetate complex Co4(3-OH)2(-OOCCMe3)4(2-OOCCMe3)2(EtOH)6 with pyridine in acetonitrile was studied. Two new compounds, viz., the hexanuclear cobalt(ii) complex Co6py4(3-OH)2(-OOCCMe3)10 (25% yield) and the unusual ionic compound [Co3py3(3-O)(-OOCCMe3)6]+[Co4py(4-O)(-OOCCMe3)7] (5% yield), were prepared. The structures of the new compounds were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Summary Spots of citrinin, ochratoxin A, aflatoxin M1 and penicillic acid on thin-layer chromatograms can be semi-quantitatively estimated by using a grey scale, commonly used in photo laboratories. The detection limits are 0.01 g for citrinin, 0.006 g for ochratoxin A, 0.002 g for aflatoxin M1 and 0.01 g for penicillic acid. Standard curves for these mycotoxins are given.

Zusammenfassung Mit Hilfe eines in Photolabors gebräuchlichen Graukeils können dünnschicht-chromatographische Flecke der obengenannten Mycotoxine halbquantitativ bestimmt werden. Die Nachweisgrenzen betragen 0,01 g für Citrinin, 0,006 g für Ochratoxin A, 0,002 g für Aflatoxin M1 und 0,01 g für Penicillinsäure. Eichkurven werden angegeben.

Monoclonal antibodies to different triazines have been generated. Zusammenfassung Die Arbeit beschreibt die photometrische Bestimmung von Vanadium(V) mit-Naphthylamin. Die Bestimmung gelingt in reinen Lösungen zwischen 6 und 640 g V/ml, in Gegenwart gewisser Fremdmetalle (von denen nur Eisen und Molybdän stören) von 30–640 g V/ml. Die verwendeten Reagentien sind billig.
Summary A procedure for the photometric determination of vanadium(V) using -naphthylamine is presented. It can be employed within a concentration range of 6 to 640 g V/ml for pure solutions and of 30 to 640 g V/ml for solutions containing certain foreign ions. Iron and molybdenum interfere and must not be present. All reagents used are quite inexpensive.

Zusammenfassung Pentachlorphenol (PCP) wurde im Plasma und Harn mittels Capillar-Gas-Chromatographie und ECD-Detektion erfaßt. Die parallele Analyse mit einem massenselektiven Detektor erbrachte nahezu identische Werte (r=0,9978). Die Nachweisgrenzen lagen bei ca. 5 g PCP/l Harn bzw. ca. 10 g PCP/l Plasma. Die Untersuchung von 27 Personen ohne beruflichen bzw. besonderen usuellen Kontakt mit Pentachlorphenol ergab mediane PCP-Konzentrationen im Plasma von 28 g/l (95.0 Perzentil 149 g/l) bzw. im Harn von 10 g/l (95.0 Perzentil 55 g/l).
Determination of pentachlorophenol in human plasma and urine samples by capillary gas chromatography with ECD- and MS-detection
Summary Pentachlorophenol (PCP) levels in plasma and urine samples were determined by capillary gaschromatography and EC-detection. The results of the parallel analysis of samples with a selective mass detector correlated well (r=0.9978). The detection limits were around 5 g PCP/l urine and around 10 g PCP/l plasma respectively. A study on 27 persons occupationally not exposed to PCP or without a known special ecological intake of PCP showed median PCP levels of 28 g/l plasma (95.0 percentile: 149 g/l plasma) and 10 g/l urine (95.0 percentile: 55 g/l).

Zusammenfassung Gemische aus Ascorbinsäure, Hydrazin oder Zinn(II)-chlorid mit sauren, Chlorat und Chlorid enthaltenden Lösungen reagieren nach Art der bekannten Landolt-Reaktion unter Chlorausscheidung, die sich mit o-Tolidin indizieren läßt. Die Reaktion wird von Vanadin(V), Eisen(III) oder Osmium(VIII) katalysiert. Auf dieser Grundlage lassen sich diese Elemente sowohl chronometrisch wie auch mit Hilfe der Simultan-komparationsmethode bestimmen. Die Nachweisgrenzen liegen bei 0,1g V, 0,3g Fe bzw. 0,1g Os. Die Arbeitsvorschrift für die Analyse im Konzentrationsbereich 1 bis 10g/5 ml wird angegeben. Der relative Fehler bei der Simultankomparationsmethode liegt innerhalb 2%. Der Einfluß fremder Ionen wurde untersucht.
Summary Mixtures of ascorbic acid, hydrazine or tin(II) chloride react with solutions containing acids, chlorate and chloride in accord with the familiar Landolt reaction, with liberation of chlorine. The latter can be detected witho-tolidine. The reaction is catalyzed by vanadium(V), iron(III) or osmium(VIII). On the basis of this behavior, it is possible to determine these elements chronometrically and also with the aid of the simultaneous comparation method. The detection limits are 0.1g V, 0.3g Fe, or 0.1g Os. The working directions are given for the analysis in the concentration range from 1 to 10g/5 ml. The relative error in the simultaneous comparation method is within 2%. The influence of foreign ions was studied.

Résumé Les mélanges d'acide ascorbique, d'hydrazine ou de chlorure d'étain-II avec des solutions acides contenant chlorate et chlorure réagissent suivant la réaction bien connue de Landolt avec libération de chlore mis en évidence par l'o-tolidine. La réaction est catalysée par le vanadium-V, le fer-III ou l'osmium-VIII. Sur ce principe, on peut doser ces éléments aussi bien par chronométrie que par la méthode de comparaison simultanée. Les limites de dilution se situent à 0,1g V, 0,3g Fe ou 0,1g Os. On indique le mode opératoire de l'analyse dans le domaine de concentration de 1 à 10g/5 ml. L'erreur relative pour la méthode de comparaison simultanée est inférieure à 2%. On a étudié l'influence des ions étrangers.

The absolute concentrations of iodine, bromine and chlorine in milk, have been determined by epithermal neutron activation followed by high resolution gamma-ray spectrometry. Two kinds of milk commonly consumed in Israel have been investigated. The concentration of iodine, bromine and chlorine were found to be 0.18–0.30 g/ml, 2.02–2.85 g/ml and 0.65 mg/ml, respectively. The method is fast, selective, accurate and highly sensitive.  相似文献

The characteristics of knitted open tube (KOT) figure eight reactors and coil reactors at l/min flow rates were compared using plate height (H) calculations and peak height measurements. Peak broadening independent of flow rate was seen for the figure eight KOT but not the coil at flow rates of 150–300 l/min. Below 150 /min, the plate height values of both reactors were inversely proportional to flow rate. It was concluded that a 0.5-m KOT figure eight reactor is the most effective way to introduce delay time for a 1 1 injection size and tubing of 0.3 mm I.D. Enhancement of peak height response was particularly pronounced at flow rates less than 100 l/min.  相似文献

We describe a radioimmunoassay procedure for human somatotropin using second antibody — polyethylene glycol (PEG) combination for the separation of antibody bound and free antigen. The assay is done by a single incubation of 18 hours or with one hour pre-incubation and 3 hours post-incubation at room temperature (25 °C) and uses 0.1 m of serum sample. The assay covers a range of 0–40 g/ and has a sensitivity of 0.6 g/ of somatotropin. The assay is validated by inter-assay and intra-assay variations, recovery and parallelism tests.  相似文献

Résumé On propose une méthode de dosage de microquantités de cuivre-II par précipitation sous forme de picrate de cupritétrammine. Cette méthode est fondée sur la précipitation du cuivre-II en présence d'un excès de picrate de sodium en milieu ammoniacal et sur le dosage colorimétrique de l'acide picrique résiduel après extraction sous forme de picrate de bleu de méthylène.Cette méthode permet le dosage de 1 à 10 g de cuivre-II, avec une erreur maximale de ± 5%.La présence des cations zinc (jusqu'à 200g), argent (jusqu'à 500g), cobalt (jusqu'à 50g), cadmium (jusqu'à 100g), nickel (jusqu'à 20,g) et chrome (jusqu'à 50 g) ne gêne pas le dosage.Cette méthode peut servir à doser le cuivre dans les cendres végétales.
Summary A method is suggested for the determination of micro amounts of copper(II) by precipitation as the picrate of cupritetrammine. This method is based on the precipitation of the copper(II) in the presence of an excess of sodium pierate in an ammoniacal milieu and on the colorimetric determination of the residual picric acid, after extraction in the form of the picrate of methylene blue. This procedure permits the determination of from 1 to 10g of Cu(II) with a maximum error of ± 5%.The determination is not impaired by the presence of the cations: zinc up to 200 g), silver (up to 500g), cobalt (up to 50g), cadmium (up to 100g), nickel (up to 20g), and chromium (up to 50g).This method may be employed for determining copper in vegetable ashes.

Zusammenfassung Bin Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Mikromengen Kupfer(II) durch Fällung als Kupfertetrammin-Pikrat wird vorgeschlagen. Es beruht auf der Fällung von Kupfer in Gegenwart überschüssigen Natriumpikrats in ammoniakhaltiger Lösung und der kolorimetrischen Bestimmung der restlichen Pikrinsäure nach Extraktion als Methylenblaupikrat. 1 bis 10g Cu(II) lassen sich mit einem maximalen Fehler von ± 5% bestimmen. Die Anwesenheit von < 200g Zn, < 500 g Ag, < 50g Co, < 100g Cd, < 2°g Ni und < 50g Cr stört die Bestimmung nicht. Das Verfahren eignet sich zur Bestimmung von Kupfer in Pflanzenasehen.

Zusammenfassung 2-Thiobarbitursäure wird zum Nachweis und zur Bestimmung von Fe(III) verwendet. Im Reagensglas kann noch 1 g Fe(III)/ml nachgewiesen werden. Eine größere Empfindlichkeit (0,2 g/ml) wird bei Anwendung eines mit Thiobarbitursäurelösung getränkten Papiers erreicht. Die photometrische Bestimmung ist im Konzentrationsbereich 4–40 g/ml mit einem Fehler von höchstens ±0,5 g möglich.
Summary 2-Thiobarbituric acid is recommended for the detection and determination of trivalent iron. In the test tube 1 g of Fe(III)/ml can be detected, whereas this limit can be reduced to 0.2 g of Fe(III)/ml by use of paper impregnated with the reagent. The photometric determination is possible within the range of 4–40 g of Fe(III)/ml with an error of not more than ±0.5 g.

A first-order derivative spectrophotometric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of copper, mercury and lead at g/L levels using dithizone as reagent. The procedure involves the simultaneous extraction of these elements by dithizone in chloroform from weakly alkaline solutions. Linear calibration curves were obtained in the ranges 0.5–10 (Cu), 1–10 (Hg) and 1–10 (Pb) g present in 40 ml of aqueous phase with detection limits of 5 g/L (Cu) and 20 g/L (Hg and Pb). The R.S.D.s for 100 g/L of copper, mercury and lead were 2.5, 2.6 and 3.1% respectively, for 5 determinations. The method is applicable for the determination of copper and lead in marine sediment samples with good precision and accuracy.  相似文献

The guest-release process was investigated in terms of the activation energy evaluated by thermogravimetry for the en-Td-type clathratescatena--[catena--(ethylenediamine)cadmium(II) tetra--cyanocadmate(II) or -mercurate(II)]-benzene(1/2), -benzene-d 6(1/2), and -pyrrole(1/2), the Hofmannen-type clathratescatena-[catena--(ethylenediamine)cadmium(II) tetra--cyanonickelate(Il)]-benzene (1/2) and -pyrrole(1/2), the Hofmann-pn-type clathratecatena-[catena--(dl- orl-propylenediamine (cadmium(II) tetra--cyanonickelate(II)]-pyrrole(2/3), and the pn-Td-type clathratescatena-[catena--(dl-propylenediamine) or -(l-propylenediamine)cadmium(II) tetra--cyanocadmate(II)]-benzene(2/3). Values of the activation energy are correlated with the structural change in the metal complex host accompanied by the release of the guest molecules. The crystal structure ofcatena-[ethylenediaminecadmium tetra--cyanonickelate(II)], the residual host of the Hofmann-en-type, has been analyzed to elucidate the correlation.  相似文献

It is a well known fact that when supported on different supports, a transition metal may show different catalytic behavior. In some cases it is claimed that the differences in the acidity of supports are due to this phenomenon. In this work, by adding increasing amounts of MgO to Al2O3, the number of acid sites and hence the acidity of Al2O3 were monotonically decreased. The behavior of Ru supported on these mixed supports was investigated with IR, and it is concluded that the interaction between metal and acid sites on the surface is the most important factor for the changing properties.

Reduction kinetics of NiO–MoO3 catalysts in H2 at 573–723 K has been studied. Reduction activation energies Ea have been determined. The degree of NiO–MoO3 reduction is shown to increase with increasing NiO content.

The chlorine and bromine contents in tobacco and tobacco smoke in both the particulate and gaseous phases were studied by neutronactivation analysis. Methyl chloride and methyl bromide concentrations were measured in the gaseous phase by gas-liquid chromatography — mass spectrometry. The chlorine and bromine contents in nine brands of cigarettes were on the average as follows: Tobacco—6600 ppm chlorine and 110 ppm bromine. Cigarette smoke, particulate phase—68 g chlorine and 1 g bromine per cigarette. Cigarette smoke, gaseous phase—90 g chlorine and 5 g bromine per cigarette. In the gaseous phase methyl chloride accounted for 60% of the total chlorine and methyl bromine for 80% of the total bromine.  相似文献
