Summary A series of hydroxamic acid ethoxycarbonylhydrazides was obtained by reactions of ester ethoxycarbonylhydrazones with hydroxylamine. The corresponding 3-substituted 4-hydroxy-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized by cyclization of these hydroxamic acid derivatives in basic medium.

A practical protocol for the preparation of a parallel solution-phase library of 5-arylidene imidazolone is reported. Target compounds were obtained in good yield, stereoselectively, and purity by one-pot domino reaction from various thiohydantoines, arylaldimines, and halogenoalkanes. Purification of the final products by recrystallization with a mixture of pentane/ethanol allowed simple isolation of the 17 components of the array. 相似文献

The anions of 1,4-diaryl-3-buten-2-ones 1 reacts with arylisothiocyanates, yielding intermediates 4 which can ring close to 5,6-dihydro-4H-thiopyran-4-ones 5 . A new route to 5-(imidazolidin-2-ylidene)-2-methylsulfanyl-3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-ones 4a-c using ketene dithioacetal intermediates 3a-c is described. The reactivity of thiohydantoin derivatives 2a-c towards N,N-dimethylformamide diethylacetal (DMF-DEA) was also explored using solvent-free technique under microwave irradiation (mu omega). 用烯基膦亚胺与4-甲苯基异氰酸酯、对甲硫苯酚的串联aza-Wittig反应合成了2-(4-甲硫基苯氧基)-3-(4-甲苯基)-4H-咪唑啉-4-酮衍生物.探讨了反应进行的条件和产物的波谱性质,提出了可能的环化反应机理.生成的环化产物均为新的化合物,其结构经元素分析、IR、1H NMR和MS确证.并探讨了所合成的新型杂环化合物的生物活性,结果表明部分化合物表现出良好的抑菌活性,其中3f的活性最好,在质量分数为5×10-5浓度时,对稻瘟菌和苹果轮纹菌的抑制率均达到100%. 相似文献

The synthesis of 1,4-dihydro-4-methyl-1-phenyl-5H-1,3,4-benzotriazepin-5-one ( 4a ) and its 8-chloro analog ( 4b ) is described. Attempted synthesis of the 2-methyl analog of 4a from 2-(phenylamino)benzoic acid 1-methylhydrazide ( 10 ) and triethyl orthoaeetate led only to the Schiff base intermediate, 2-(phenylamino)benzoic acid 2-(1-ethoxyethylidene)-1-methylhydrazide ( 11 ). Cyclization of 11 was attempted unsuccessfully with a variety of reagents. The intere?ting reaction products from the treatment of 11 with trifluoroacetic acid are described. 相似文献
