The interaction of 5-phenyltetrazolate anion with chloroform in strongly alkaline medium leads to the formation of tris(5-phenyltetrazol-1-yl)methane
and 2-dichloromethyl-5-phenyltetrazole. The structures of tris(5-phenyltetrazol-1-yl)-methane and of its isomer tris(5-phenyltetrazol-2-yl)methane
have been investigated by X-ray structural analysis and theoretical calculations carried out on the B3LYP/6-31G** basis.

A unique ionic hybrid material [C6H12N5O]3[(PO4)W12O36]•5H2O has been synthesized from the reaction of ((1H-tetrazole-5-yl)methyl)morpholine and α-H3[(PO4)W12O36].21H2O. It has successfully been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The title compound is constructed from the three [C6H12N5O]+ cations and α-Keggin [(PO4)W12O36]3- polyoxoanion. The most remarkable structural feature of this hybrid can be described as two-dimensional inorganic infinite plane-like (2D/∞[(PO4)W12O36]3-) which forming via van der Waals interactions along the x axis. 相似文献

N-Aryl-N-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzenesulfonamides were synthesized via an eco-friendly protocol using ZnBr2-catalyzed [2 + 3] cycloaddition reaction of N-cyano-N-arylbenzenesulfonamides and sodium azide under reflux conditions in water. A cobalt(II) coordination polymer [Co(4-TZBA2?)(H2O)2] (1) was obtained by treatment of Co(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with 4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzoic acid [H2(4-TZBA)] under hydrothermal conditions. The X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in monoclinic P21/c, with a = 10.503(2) Å, b = 9.0860(18) Å, c = 10.179(2) Å, β = 96.75(3)° and Z = 4. In 1, adjacent cobalt(II) atoms are bridged by two 4-TZBA2? ligands to form a dimer, which is linked with six dimers to result in a 3-D structure. 1 exhibits strong luminescence at room temperature in the solid state. 相似文献

A coordination polymer, [Pb2(OH)(tzia)]·2H2O (1), has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of 5-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)isophthalic acid (H3tzia) and Pb(NO3)2. The polymer 1 is based on an unprecedented centrosymmetric tetranuclear [Pb4(OH)2(COO)4(ttaz)2] cluster linked by a multidentate tzia ligand, affording a 2-D 3,6-connected kgd layer. The adjacent layers are further jointed by Pb?O interactions to form a 3-D supramolecular framework with a rare (3,8)-connected tfz-d; UO3 topology. Photoluminescent properties of H3tzia, 1, and 1-desolvated have been further investigated, and it was interesting to find that 1-desolvated due to the removal of lattice water molecules reveals stronger photoluminescence than 1. 相似文献

The mass spectrometric behaviour of 1-aryl-5-(1-acyl-2-dialkylaminovinyl)-1H-tetrazoles was studied, especially using 1-phenyl-5-(1-benzoyl-2-dimethylaminovinyl)-1H-tetrazole 1 and its D-and 15N-labeled derivatives. All tetrazoles investigated showed a clearly observable molecular ion and underwent as the main fragmentation the elimination of nitrogen followed by a number of various subsequent processes. Six novel energetic furazans containing tetrazol-5-yl-NNO-azoxy moiety were synthesized using (cyano-NNO-azoxy)-furazans as starting compounds. The obtained compounds exhibit high enthalpies of formation (531–792 kcal kg–1), acceptable densities (1.70–1.76 g cm–3), good thermal stability (Tonset = 146–199 °C), and, as a result, excellent detonation performance (detonation velocities of 8.61–8.95 km s?1 and detonation pressures of 31.6–36.0 GPa). 相似文献

Two series of new adamantyl derivatives of polynitrogen heterocycles, 2-(adamantan-1-yl)-5-aryl- 1,3,4-oxadiazoles and 2-(adamantan-1-yl)-5-aryl-2H-tetrazoles, have been synthesized, and their structure has been determined by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and X-ray analysis. Biological studies in vitro have revealed high inhibitory activity of some of the synthesized 2-(adamantan-1-yl)-5-aryl-2H-tetrazoles against H1N1 influenza A viruses in combination with a relatively low selectivity. 相似文献

A number of new glycosyl donors, O-(1-phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl) glycosides, are prepared from the corresponding hemiacetals, commercially available 5-chloro-1-phenyl-1H-tetrazole ( 2 ), and tetrabutylammonium fluoride (Bu4NF) in either THF or DMF. The mild reaction conditions are compatible with a variety of protecting groups. The glycosyl donors are treated with hydrogen fluoride-pyridine complex (HF·py) to rapidly provide glycosyl fluorides in good-to-excellent yields, apparently by a (single or double) SN2 mechanism as studied by both 1H- and 19F-NMR spectroscopy. Under acidic conditions, glycosyl fluorides equilibrate partially or completely, equilibration requiring a large excess of HF · py. 相似文献

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3。用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)ⅲ,β=88.04(3)ⅲ,γ=89.47(3)ⅲ,V=3.2503nm^3,Z=2;R=0.0592。由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构。 相似文献
