Fe3O4@SiO2-CeCl3 catalyzed chemoselective synthesis of functionalized 3-substituted-1,5-benzodiazepines via one-pot multicomponent and domino reactions has been developed. During the one-pot synthesis process, one new cycle and four new bonds (one C–C, two C–N and one C=C) were constructed by the nucleophilic addition and eliminate reaction (dehydration etc.) process, intramolecular proton transfer and cyclization process. The major advantages of the present method are good to excellent yields, shorter reaction time, simple experimental procedure, easy work up, mild reaction conditions, recyclability of the catalyst and ability to tolerate a variety of functional groups which gives economical as well as ecological rewards.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

An efficient and green approach for synthesizing chromeno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives through one-pot three-component reactions of salicylaldehydes, thiols, and malononitrile has been developed by Fe3O4@SiO2–NH2 nanocatalyst in aqueous ethanol media under re?ux conditions. The present procedure provides several advantages such as environmentally benign, straightforward, excellent yields, short reaction times, cost-effective, good recyclability, little catalyst loading, and facile catalyst separation for the preparation of chromeno[2,3-b]pyridines as important privileged medicinal scaffold. In addition, aminopropyl-coated Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles were fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive analysis of X-ray, vibrating sample magnetometer, and FT-IR analysis.  相似文献

Fe3O4-supported copper (II) Schiff-Base complex has been synthesized through post-modification with 1,3-phenylenediamine followed by further post-modification with salicylaldehyde and coordination with Cu(II) ion. The resulted Fe3O4@SiO2-imine/phenoxy-Cu(II) magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were characterized by various techniques including SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS, EDX, VSM, FT-IR, and ICP. The catalytic activity as a magnetically recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for one-pot, three-component synthesis of 2-amino-4H-chromene derivatives was examined. The catalyst is efficient in the reaction and can be recovered by magnetic separation and recycled several times without significant loss in the catalytic activity.  相似文献

A core–shell Fe3O4@silica magnetic nanocomposite functionalized with 3-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (Fe3O4/SiO2/PTS/AMTA) was prepared using Fe3O4 with silica layer, and its surface was modified with 3-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole. The novel synthesized magnetite nanocomposite was characterized using various techniques. The catalytic activity of Fe3O4/SiO2/PTS/AMTA was demonstrated in the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methane derivatives under solvent-free conditions. Some of the bis(indolyl)methane derivatives were synthesized through one-pot, three-component reaction of 1 mol of various benzaldehydes or ketones with 2 mol of indole in the presence of Fe3O4/SiO2/PTS/AMTA in good to excellent isolated yields. In addition, the catalyst could be recovered and used for several reaction runs without loss of catalytic activity. The stability of recycled catalyst was investigated. This method has some advantages including experimental simplicity, good to excellent yields, solvent-free conditions and stability and reusability of the catalyst.  相似文献

4-(4′-diamino-di-phenyl)-sulfone supported on hollow magnetic mesoporous (HMMS) Fe3O4@SiO2 NPs has been used as a novel and efficient catalyst in the preparation of ethyl 2-amino-5,10-dihydro-5,10-dioxo-4-phenyl-4H benzo[g]chromene-3-carboxylates by a simple one-pot three-component reaction of aldehydes, ethyl cyanoacetate and 2-hydroxynaphthalene-1,4-dione under reflux conditions in ethanol. Wide range of products, excellent yields in short times, reusability of the catalyst, low catalyst loading and environmental benignity are some of the important features of this protocol.  相似文献

Nickel Schiff-base complex immobilized on silica-coated Fe3O4 as a heterogeneous catalyst was designed and characterized by different techniques, such as Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET). The synthesized nanocatalyst has been explored as a new and efficient recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for the one-pot three-component synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran derivatives. The reaction proceeds smoothly to supply the respective products in excellent yields and low reaction times. The catalyst can be easily recovered by a magnetic field and reused for eight consecutive reaction cycles without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

Fe2(SO4)3·xH2O can be used as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of pyrano- and furanotetrahydroquinolines via one-pot three-component Povarov reaction involving aromatic aldehydes, aromatic amines, and cyclic enol ethers. The catalyst is recyclable, economically viable, and environmentally benign. Titanium dioxide nanowires were employed as novel, recyclable and safe catalysts in a one-pot three-component condensation of aldehydes, malononitrile, and 4-hydroxycoumarin to produce new and known pyrano[2,3-c]chromenes as potent biologically active compounds. A possible catalytic mechanism was also proposed based on the interaction of reactants with TiO2 nanowires. This expedient new route has advantages, such as the use of a safe and reusable catalyst, simple operation, short reaction times and good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Fe3O4@SiO2@D-NHCS-Tr was used as an efficient catalyst in the three-component reaction between indole derivatives, salicylaldehyde, and active methylene compounds under solvent-free conditions to the synthesis of indol-3-yl-4H-chromene derivatives. Superparamagnetic Fe3O4 is shown to act as a very efficient catalyst for the one-pot, three-component synthesis of α-aminonitriles from aldehydes, amines, and TMSCN. The catalyst is easily recovered by the use of an external magnet and reused in several reactions without any noticeable loss of activity. The products are obtained rapidly at room temperature in good purity upon separation of the catalyst and evaporation of the volatiles of the reaction mixture.  相似文献

PTC reaction of coumarin derivative 1 with alkyl halides afforded C4 oxygen alkylation products 2a-d in appreciative yield, whereas with phenyl isothiocyanate gives the C3 addition product 4 ; also, one-pot three-component PTC reaction was investigated. Treatment of coumarin 1 with aromatic aldehydes in different molar ratios gives 3-arylidene derivatives 7a,b and the dicoumarol derivatives 8a,b . Pyrano chromene 9 and pyrano pyridine 10 were obtained by reaction of arylidene 7a with ethyl acetoacetate through Michael cycloaddition reaction. The stability of pyrone ring in 3-arylidene 7 and dicoumarol 8 towards different nucleophilic reagents under reflux and/or fusion conditions has been studied by the action of hydrazine hydrate, ammonium acetate, methyl amine, and p-toluidine afforded compounds 11 and 13a-c . The antimicrobial activity of some synthesized compounds has been investigated.  相似文献

An efficient and environment friendly process for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonates has been devised. Through a one-pot three-component condensation of various aldehydes, amines, and triethyl phosphite in the presence of Fe3O4@SiO2-imid-PMAn nanoparticles as magnetic catalysts under solvent-free conditions and ultrasonic irradiation, α-aminophosphonates were obtained with excellent yields. The reactions under solvent-free conditions at room temperature are compared with the ultrasonic-assisted reactions. This new procedure has notable advantages such as short reaction time, excellent yields, easy purification, and the absence of any tedious workup or purification. The aforementioned catalyst could be easily recovered by an external magnetic field and can be reused for six consecutive reaction cycles without significant loss of activity. In addition, SEM and DLS of the catalyst after the reaction cycle were investigated.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and eco-friendly procedure has been developed using acidic ionic liquid [Et3NH]HSO4 as catalyst for the synthesis of novel [1,3]oxazino[5,6-c]quinolin-5-one derivatives via one-pot three-component condensation reaction of 4-hydroxyquinolin-2(1H)-one, amine and formaldehyde in aqueous ethanol at room temperature. Mild and environmentally benign reaction conditions, short reaction time, good to excellent yields, nontoxic, cheap and easily available catalyst, reusability of catalyst and reaction media, and easy work-up are the key features of this method.  相似文献

An efficient, inexpensive, and heterogeneous catalyst, [Al(H2PO4)3], was applied in a three-component, one-pot cyclocondensation reaction of isatoic anhydride with primary amines (or ammonium salts) and aldehydes to afford the corresponding quinazolinone derivatives in excellent yields. Reactions occurred under thermal solvent-free conditions. It was found that this solid acidic catalyst could be easily recovered and reused for at least three cycles without any loss of activity.  相似文献

In this work, titanomagnetite nanoparticles (Fe3-xTixO4) have been used as a novel suppport for the synthesis of a magnetic acidic catalyst. These nanoparticles were functionalized with sulfonic acid groups to prepare the Fe3-xTixO4@SO3H nanoparticles. The synthesized acidic nanoparticles have been explored as new and efficient recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for a one-pot, three-component synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyrans known as 4H-chromenes and 1,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The structure of the catalyst was established by infrared, energy dispersive x-ray (EDX), and scanning electron microscopy analyses. The reactions proceed smoothly to furnish the respective products in excellent yields and short reaction times. The facile reaction conditions, easy isolation of the products, versatility, and easy magnetic separation and reusability of the catalyst with no significant loss of activity are the main merits of the present method.  相似文献

A simple, economical, three-component, and one-pot synthesis of novels spiro[indoline-3,5′-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine] derivatives by condensation of dimethyl acetylene dicarboxylate, isatin derivatives, and 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil in presence of Fe3O4@Propylsilane@Histidine[HSO4] as an impressive catalyst via reflux and ultrasound procedure is described. The results show that ultrasound method has several advantages such as milder condition, shorter reaction time, and higher reaction yield.  相似文献

Chromene substructure is an important structural motif present in a variety of medicines, natural products, and materials showing biological activities. Here, a simple and convenient procedure for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrano[3,2-c]chromene derivatives is described. For this purpose, Fe3O4 nanoparticles supported on β-cyclodextrin-guanidine were successfully prepared and used as catalyst. The structure of this catalyst was assigned by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometer techniques. The prepared nanocomposites were used as a highly active, heterogeneous, and reusable nanocatalyst for the one-pot, three-component reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin, aromatic aldehydes, and ethyl cyanoacetate. This method has advantages such as mild conditions, high yields, easy workup and simple purification of products, little catalyst loading, cost efficiency, and reusability of the catalyst.  相似文献

Abstract

An expeditious synthesis of 4H-chromenes has been achieved by three-component one-pot condensation of 1,3-diketone, aldehyde, and malononitrile using Ba(OTf)2 as catalyst in PEG-water at room temperature. Results from various reaction media and different metal triflates as catalysts show that choice of proper catalyst and the solvent system play a key role in the synthesis of 4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile derivatives. The catalyst can be recovered and reused at least five times without loss of activity. The application of an eco-friendly, noncorrosive, and reusable catalytic system with high isolated yield of the products makes this method advantageous.  相似文献
