Chromenes are part of an important class of heterocyclic compounds, natural or synthetic, and have many biological and chemical applications. Among them, chromenopyridines has arisen as a promising material for pharmacological applications. In this work is described a simple and cost-effective method to synthesize chromeno[4,3-b]pyridine derivatives from multicomponent reaction between 4-aminocoumarin, benzaldehyde derivatives, and ethyl benzoylacetates catalyzed by niobium pentachloride. The new method provides good yields with reasonable reaction times, under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

A mild, efficient, and environmentally benign one-pot synthesis of functionalized chromeno[4,3-b]pyrrol-4(1H)-ones by a three-component domino reaction of 4-aminocoumarins, arylglyoxal monohydrates, and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in refluxing ethanol without the use of catalyst is reported. The present protocol features operational simplicity, short reaction time, good yields, and the absence of aqueous workup procedure and chromatographic separation.  相似文献

1,2,3-Triazolo[4,5-b]pyridines and pyrazolo[4,3-b]pyridines can be readily prepared via cyanoacetylation reactions of 5-amino-1,2,3-triazoles 1a,b and 4-amino- pyrazole 2 followed by subsequent cyclization of the formed cyanoacetamides. Reactions of amines 1a,b with a mixture of p-nitrophenylacetic acid and acetic anhydride under microwave irradiation conditions afforded the corresponding amides 15a,b that underwent cyclization to form 1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-b]pyridines 16a,b upon heating in DMF solutions containing sodium acetate. Reactions of 1a,b with active methylene compounds, including 17a-c, in the presence of zeolites as catalyst also afforded 1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-b]pyridine derivatives 20a-f via the intermediacy of triazole derivatives 19 and not 18.  相似文献

10-Methyl-7-aryl-7,12-dihydro-6H,8H-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrano[3,4-e]pyridine-6,8-dione derivatives are significant class of compounds and this is critical to develop methods in water using commercially available and non-toxic catalysts. In this paper, an efficient method is introduced for the synthesis of 10-methyl-7-aryl-7,12-dihydro-6H,8H-chromeno[4,3-b]pyrano[3,4-e]pyridine-6,8-dione derivatives. For the synthesis of the desired products, a multicomponent reaction was designed and performed between 4-hydroxycoumarin, an aldehyde, 6-methyl-2H-pyran-2,4(3H)-dione, and ammonium acetate. The products are obtained under green conditions in water in the presence of a catalytic amount of L-proline (10 mol%). The advantage of this method is no need to any toxic solvent, which is critical from the environmental viewpoint. A possible mechanism was suggested, which confirms the role of L-proline in the reaction as the catalyst.

A new environmentally friendly methodology for the efficient synthesis of biologically significant triazole thiazolidinone hybrids in aqueous medium, using acetic acid as an organocatalyst in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) surfactant has been developed for the first time. The effect of several surfactants on the yield and completion time of the reaction was investigated and it was found that the use of CTAB at 60 °C gave the best results (79–96% in 20 min–35 min) for the synthesis of the target compounds.  相似文献

A novel series of functionalized 13H-benzo[f]chromeno[4,3-b][1,7]naphthyridines and 1,3-diphenylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridines have been synthesized by an efficient regioselective one-pot multicomponent synthesis through intra and intermolecular imino Diels-Alder reaction. In this method, we have achieved complete regioselectivity and atom economy with polysubstituted core motifs in moderate to good yields. The new multicomponent reaction comprises the triethylamine catalyzed assembling of salicylaldehydes, 2-aminoprop- 1-ene-1,1,3-tricarbonitrile and 3-methyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one in small amount of propanol, which affords substituted 2,4-diamino-5-(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5Hchromeno[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonitriles in 63–98% yields. This process is in agreement with PASE principles and opens the way to new chromeno[2,3-b]pyridine scaffold containing 3-methyl-2-pyrazolin-5-one fragment, which is promising for various biomedical applications.  相似文献

An efficient and clean two step procedure for the synthesis of imidazo[2,1-b]oxazoles has been developed from 2-aminooxazoles using titanium(IV) chloride assisted cyclization, and a variety of imidazo[2,1-b]oxazoles have been synthesized in good yields. An efficient and green synthesis of hitherto unreported 5-aryl-3,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-5aH-chromeno[2,3-b]quinoline-1,11(4H,5H)dione has been accomplished by a three-component reaction involving chromone-3-carbaldehyde, an aromatic amine, and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (dimedone) in 1.8 M aqueous TBAB solution. A new and improved synthesis of 6-aryl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazines is described. This methodology provides the title compounds under mild conditions and in high yields. The first step comprises the condensation of an aryl methyl ketone with a 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole in toluene heated at reflux. The second step involves the condensation of that imine and t-butoxybis(dimethylamino)methane in tetrahydrofuran at ambient temperature. The third step constitutes the pyridazine ring closure to the title compounds in acetic acid heated at reflux.  相似文献

A green and operationally simple approach for the synthesis of novel isoxazolyl amino furo[3,2-c]quinolinone derivatives by a one-pot three-component reaction of 4-amino-3-methyl-5 styrylisoxazoles, aryl glyoxal monohydrates and 4-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-quinolinone using p-TSA as the catalyst in aqueous medium was developed. Recently reported [1] syntheses of 6-methyl-1,2,4,5-tetrahydro-1,4-dioxo-3H[1,2]diazepino[5,6-b]indole ( 5 ) and 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-3H[1,2]diazepino[5,6-b]indole ( 12 ) were reinvestigated and shown to be in error. The correct assignments for these respective structures are 3-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-methyl-2H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-2,4(3H)-dione ( 6 ) and 3-amino-3,9-dihydro-9-methyl-2H-pyrido[4,3-b]indol-2-one ( 13 ). Condensation of 6 and 13 with p-nitrobenzaldehyde produced benzylidene derivatives, which confirmed the presence of the amino groups.  相似文献
