A series of novel imidazo[4,5‐b]pyridine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were identified by spectroscopic data NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. Bioassay showed that the compounds exhibited potent fungicidal activities against Erysiphe graminis, Puccinia polysora, and so forth. Particularly, 2‐chloro‐5‐((5‐methoxy‐2‐(2‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)‐3H‐imidazo[4,5‐b]pyridin‐3‐yl)methyl)thiazole ( 9b ) displayed fungicidal potency against Ppolysora. Its EC50 value: 4.00 mg/L is comparable with that of tebuconazole. The structure–activity relationship for the target compounds is discussed.  相似文献

In searching for novel insecticidal leads, a series of N-pyridylpyrazolo-5-methyl amines and their derivatives were designed and synthesized. Among the 22 target compounds obtained, bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella (P. xylostella) and Spodoptera frugiperda (S. frugiperda). In particular, compound 9j revealed the best insecticidal activity against P. xylostella, with a LC50 value of 22.11 mg/L, and compound 9q had the best insecticidal activity against S. frugiperda which with 73.99% of mortality rate at 100 mg/L. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis showed that 4-CF3 at the position of R1 linked with N-pyridylpyrazole via amide bond could enhance the insecticidal activity of the target compounds. This study provides valuable clues for the further design and optimization of N-pyridylpyrazole derivatives.  相似文献

采用生物活性基团拼接的分子设计方法, 将活性基团2-氧吡咯烷引入到2H-[1,4]苯并噁嗪-3(4H)-酮分子结构的苯环上, 设计并合成了16个未见文献报道的N-取代-6-(3-氯-4-氯甲基-2-氧吡咯烷-1-基)-7-氟-3,4-二氢-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪-3-酮衍生物6a6p, 其结构经IR, 1H NMR, LC/MS和元素分析确证. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有较高的除草和杀虫活性, 如6c6f等化合物在用量为150 g/hm2时对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)、刺苋(Amaranthus spinosus)和藜(Chenopodium album L)等阔叶杂草具有90%以上的抑制率, 6l6o在500 mg/L浓度下对蚕豆蚜(Aphis fabae)具有90%以上的致死率, 个别化合物还兼具除草及杀虫活性.  相似文献

In this study, a series of novel pyrethrin derivatives containing an 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether moiety were designed and synthesized. Bioassay results revealed that some of the target compounds possessed excellent insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella (P. xylostella), Vegetable aphids (V. aphids), and Empoasca vitis (E. vitis), respectively. In particular, compound 4l revealed the best insecticidal activities against P. xylostella and V. aphids, with the 50% lethal concentration (LC50) values of 1.78 and 1.61 mg/L, respectively, meanwhile, compound 4k revealed the best insecticidal activity against E. vitis, with the LC50 value of 1.06 mg/L, which were superior to those of the commercial insecticidal agents of chlorpyrifos, beta cypermethrin, spinosad, and azadirachtin. These results indicated that novel pyrethrin derivatives containing an 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether moiety could effectively inhibit P. xylostella, V. aphids, and E. vitis.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel pyrethrin derivatives containing hydrazone and 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether moieties were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for their insecticidal activity. Bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella (P. xylostella), Vegetable aphids (V. aphids), and Empoasca vitis (E. vitis). In particular, compound (E)-2-((5-(2,2-dimethyl-3-(2-methylprop-1-en-1-yl)cyclopropyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)thio)-N'-(4-(trifluoromethyl)benzylidene)acetohydrazide (6s) revealed excellent insecticidal activities against P. xylostella, V. aphids, and E. vitis with the 50% lethal concentration (LC50) values of 5.23, 7.07, and 1.61?mg/L, respectively, which were similar to or even better than those of chlorpyrifos, beta cypermethrin, spinosad, and azadirachtin. These results indicated that novel pyrethrin derivatives containing hydrazone and 1,3,4-oxadiazole thioether moieties could be developed as novel and promising insecticides.  相似文献

A series of original pyrimidinamine derivatives containing a biphenyl ether moiety were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, and elemental analyses. Their insecticidal activities against lepidopteran and hemiptera insects and acaricidal activities were tested. The results of bioassay demonstrated that 9k showed the best activity (LC50 = 2.08 mg/L) against Tetranychus urticae, which is comparable with the positive control, spirotetramat (LC50 = 2.27 mg/L), and 9g showed better activity (LC50 = 0.52 mg/L) against Aphis fabae than the positive control, imidacloprid (LC50 = 1.02 mg/L), and relatively good activity (LC50 = 2.49 mg/L) against T urticae. Their structure‐activity relationships indicated that both an ethyl group on the 4‐position of the pyrimidine ring and alkyl chain as a para‐substituent group of the benzene ring showed good biological activity.  相似文献

Cu (II) complexes with the sterically hindered diphenol derivatives 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-1,2-benzenediol (I), 4,6-di(tert-butyl)-1,2,3-benzenetriol (II) and the sulfur-containing 4,6-di(tert-butyl)-3-(2-hydroxyethylsulfanyl)-1,2-benzenediol (III) and 2-[4,6-di(tert-butyl)-2,3-dihydroxyphenylsulfanyl]acetic acid (IV) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, TG/DTA, FT-IR, ESR, XPS, XPD and conductivity measurements. Compounds I–III can coordinate in their singly deprotonated forms and act as bidentate ligands. These compounds yield Cu (II) complexes of the stoichiometry Cu(L)2, which have square planar geometry (g| > g > ge). Unlike them, compound IV behaves as a terdentate ligand, and its complex Cu(LIV)2 has distorted octahedral geometry. According to ESR data, only the Cu(LII)2 complex contains a very small amount of phenoxyl radicals. Antimicrobial activities of these ligands and their respective Cu (II) complexes have been determined with respect to Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as on yeasts. Their phytotoxic properties against Chlorella vulgaris 157 were also examined.  相似文献

A series of novel phthalic diamide derivatives containing 1,2,3‐triazole moiety were synthesized using one‐pot click chemistry approach and characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. The insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata), Tetranychu scinnabarinus and cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora) was evaluated. Compounds 4II‐a and 4II‐i showed 50% insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata) at the concentration of 4 mg/L and one‐third of the compounds had moderate activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 500 mg/L.  相似文献

A series of N-substituted 5-chloro-6-phenylpyridazin-3(2H)-one derivatives were synthesized based on our previous work; all compounds were characterized by spectral data and tested for in vitro insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella. The results showed that the synthesized pyridazin-3(2H)-one compounds possessed good insecticidal activities, especially the compounds 4b, 4d, and 4h which showed > 90% activity at 100 mg/L. The structure-activity relationships (SAR) for these compounds were also discussed.  相似文献

We have synthesized the corresponding aldimines by condensation of 5-tert-butylfurfural and its trimethyl- and triethylsilyl analogs with 2-, 3-, and 4-trifluoromethylanilines in the presence of 4 molecular sieves. We have studied their neurotropic and antitumor activity. The phenamine motor activity test showed that tert-butyl derivatives exhibit high efficacy and also shorten the ethanol narcosis time. Some silyl derivatives exhibit significant anti-corazole activity. The tert-butyl derivatives have high cytotoxicity toward human lung fibrosarcoma cells (the 3-trifluoromethyl-substituted derivative) and mouse hepatoma cells (the 2-trifluoromethyl-substituted derivative).  相似文献

Anthranilic diamides have been proven to be a class of efficacious and safe insecticides targeting ryanodine receptors (RyRs) during the last decade. In order to develop innovative scaffolds with high insecticidal activity, two series of N‐pyridylpyrazole derivatives containing N‐(tert‐butyl)benzohydrazide substructures were designed and synthesized. Their insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata) and diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) were evaluated. Preliminary bioassay results revealed that some of the new compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against the oriental armyworm and diamondback moth. The mode of action of these compounds were verified using calcium‐imaging technique and the results showed that some new compounds could effectively modulate the insect cytosolic Ca2+ level, and break the cellular calcium homeostasis, indicating some of these compounds were potent activators of the RyRs.  相似文献

A convenient and practicable method for the synthesis of the novel 2‐(trifluoromethyl)‐6‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]‐thiadiazole (bis‐)Mannich base derivatives containing various substitutedpiperazine motif has been developed based on the fused‐heterocycle intermediate. The new structures were identified through melting points, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, elemental analysis (or HRMS) and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction. The pesticidal bioassays showed that some of compounds exhibited good fungicidal activities against Cercospora arachidicola, Physalospora piricola and Rhizoctonia cereali at 50 mg/L; some of them displayed favourable insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata Walker) at 200 mg/L, particularly, Vk and Vm with mortality rate of 75% and 80% respectively, could be considered as new insecticidal lead compounds for further structural optimization.  相似文献

In this study, a total of 31 novel isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety were synthesized and evaluated for their insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella (Pxylostella). Bioassays indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited good insecticidal activity against Pxylostella. In particular, compound E26 revealed excellent insecticidal activity against Pxylostella, with a 50% lethal concentration (LC50) value of 4.6 μg/mL, which was even better than those of chlorpyrifos (7.7 μg/mL), beta‐cypermethrin (12.8 μg/mL), and azadirachtin (10.2 μg/mL). These results indicated that isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety could be developed as novel and promising insecticides. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first report on the insecticidal activity of this series of novel isoxazole derivatives containing bisamide moiety.  相似文献

A new route to completely protected α-methylated α-amino acids starting from alanine is described (see Scheme). These derivatives, which are obtained via base-catalyzed opening of the oxazolidinones (2S,4R)- and (2R,4S)- 2 , can be directly employed in peptide synthesis. The synthesis of both enantiomers of Z-protected α-methylaspartic acid β-(tert-butyl)ester (O4-(tert-butyl) hydrogen 2-methylaspartates (R) or (S)- 4a ), α-methyl-glutamic acid γ-(tert-butyl) ester (O5-(tert-butyl) hydrogen 2-methylglutamate (R)- or (S)- 4b ), and of Nε-bis-Boc-protected α-methyllysine (N6,N6-bis[(tert-butyloxy)carbonyl]-2-methyllysine (R)- or (S)- 4c ) is described in full detail.  相似文献

In a continuing effort to develop novel β-carbolines endowed with better insecticidal activity, a simple high-yielding method for the synthesis of harmine compounds starting from L-tryptophan has been developed and a series of 1,3-substituted β-carboline derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxicity against insect cultured Sf9 cell line in vitro and insecticidal activities against 4th instar larvae of mosquitos, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and mustard aphid, Lipaphis erysimi. The results demonstrated that 1-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid (compound 2) and methyl 1-phenyl-β-carboline-3-carboxylate (compound 13) represented the best potential compounds, with Sf9 cells inhibition rates of 71.55% and 60.21% after 24 h treatment at concentrations of 50-200 mg/L, respectively. Both compounds 2 and 13 also showed strong insecticidal activity towards 4th instar larvae of mosquitos with LC(50) values of 20.82 mg/L and 23.98 mg/L, and their LC(90) values were 88.29 mg/L and 295.13 mg/L, respectively. Furthermore, the LC(50) values of compounds 2 and 13 against mustard aphids were 53.16 mg/L and 68.05 mg/L, and their LC(90) values were 240.10 mg/L and 418.63 mg/L after 48 h treatment. The in vitro cytotoxicity of these compounds was consistent with the insecticidal activity in vivo. The results indicated that the 1- and 3-positions of the β-carboline ring deserve further investigation to develop biorational insecticides based on the natural compound harmine as a lead compound.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel pyridazinone derivatives containing the 1,3,4-thiadiazole moiety were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, spectroscopies HRMS and IR. Among them, the structure of compound 5c (2-(Tert-butyl)?4-chloro-5-((5-((2-ethylphenyl)amino)?1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)pyridazin-3(2H)-One) was unambiguously confirmed via single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The inhibitory activity of all the target compounds against MGC-803 and Bcap-37 was determined by MTT assay, with doxorubicin (the inhibition rates were 95.5?±?0.4% and 95.7?±?1.0% respectively) as a control. The preliminary results showed that the inhibitory activity of compound 5n (2-(Tert-butyl)?4-chloro-5-((5-((3-fluorophenyl)amino)?1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)pyridazin-3(2H)-One) was superior to the others. The inhibition rates of MGC-803 and Bcap-37 cells were 86.3?±?2.2% and 92.3?±?0.6% at a concentration of 10?μmol/L, respectively. The preliminary structure-activity relationship showed that when the 2-position of the benzene ring was substituted by a methyl group, such as compound 5j (2-(Tert-butyl)?4-chloro-5-((5-((2,3-dimethylphenyl)amino)?1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)pyridazin-3(2H)-One), it exhibited good anticancer activity on MGC-803 cells. Besides, introducing fluorine, chlorine, or trifluoromethyl group onto the benzene ring, such as compound 5?m (2-(Tert-butyl)?4-chloro-5-((5-((4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)amino)?1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)thio)pyridazin-3(2H)-One), displayed good anticancer activity on MGC-803 and Bcap-37 cells.  相似文献

A new method was developed for the synthesis of functionalized β-tropolones based on acid-catalyzed condensation of 2-methylquinoline derivatives with 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-1,2-benzoquinone and 4,6-di(tert-butyl)-3-nitro-1,2-benzoquinone (14). The mechanism of the multistep reaction giving rise to β-tropolones and their tautomerism were studied by quantum chemical methods (DFT B3LYP/6-31G**). The reaction of 2-methylquinoline derivatives containing the tertiary amino group at position 4 with quinone 14 is accompanied by the formation of derivatives of a new heterocyclic system, viz., 4,6-dioxo-2-azabicyclo[3.3.0]octa-2,7-diene N-oxide. The molecular and crystal structures of two 5,7-di(tert-butyl)-3-hydroxy-2-(quinolin-2-yl)tropolones and two dioxoazabicyclooctadiene N-oxides, as well as of the preparatively isolated intermediate of the first condensation step and of the by-product of the reaction were established by X-ray diffraction. A series of new (2-chlorothiazol-5-yl)methyl 2-phenyliminothiazolidines were designed and synthesized. All new compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR and, in some cases, by 13 C NMR, IR, and HRMS. They are soluble in most organic solvents, which makes them easier to use. A preliminary bioassay showed that some of the new compounds display insecticidal activity against third-instar larvae of Cx. pipiens pallens at 50 mg/L and moderate insecticidal activity against A. craccivora at 1000 mg/L.  相似文献

The sulfoximine group has been evaluated as a pharmacophore. Introducing the sulfoximine structure into medicinal compounds as exciting motifs has brought opportunities in drug discovery. In order to develop new ryanodine receptor (RyR) modulators, a series of phthalamides containing sulfoximine derivatives were designed, synthesized, and evaluated against oriental armyworm and diamondback moth for their insecticidal activities. These studies helped to elucidate the electronic and structural requirements around the sulfoximine motif for insecticidal activity. All new structures were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS and bioassay and a preliminary structure − activity relationship (SAR) was discussed. The biological assessment indicated that most title compounds showed good to excellent larvicidal activities. Compounds Ia , Ie , and If gave excellent insecticidal activity against oriental armyworm, which showed 100% larvicidal activity at 0.5 mg/L. All compounds showed 100% larvicidal activity at 0.1 mg/L against diamondback moth. In particular, the larvicidal activities of Ie , If , and Ih at 0.0001 mg/L were 50%, 20%, and 40%, respectively, reaching an activity as high as that of the commercial flubendiamide (40%, 0.0001 mg/L). Therefore, Ia , Ie , If and Ih could be considered as new lead structures for the development of new ryanodine receptor (RyR) modulators.  相似文献
