川西獐牙菜与抱茎獐牙菜中GFDA2酮的高效液相色谱分析

采用反相高效液相色谱法同时分离和测定了龙胆科獐牙菜属的川西獐牙菜和抱茎獐牙菜中几种GFDA2酮的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C 18 （250 mm×4.60 mm i.d., 5 μ m）,流动相为甲醇 0.1%的磷酸水溶液（体积比为 73∶27 ）,流速1 mL/min ,检测波长260 nm,柱温20 ℃。实验结果表明,该方法具有很好的线性关系与精密度,方法简单、准确、实用性强。

Xanthones from the herb of Swertia elata and their anti-TMV activity

Two new xanthones (1–2), together with four known ones (3–6), were isolated from whole herb of Swertia elata. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques. Their anti-tobacco mosaic virus (anti-TMV) activity test revealed that 1–6 showed weak anti-TMV activities with inhibition rate in the range of 15.2–28.8% at the concentration of 20 μM.     

Two new xanthone glycosides from Swertia punicea Hemsl. and their anti-inflammatory activity

Abstract

Two new xanthone glycosides (1–2), together with seven known analogues (3–9), were isolated from whole herb of Swertia punicea. The structures of these metabolites were established on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and comparison with data reported in the literature. In an in vitro test, all isolates were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity. The results revealed that all of them showed significant anti-inflammatory activity with IC₅₀ values ranging from 1.237 to 3.319?mM. Compounds 3, 4, and 5 (IC₅₀ values in the range 1.237–1.987?mM) displayed more potent anti-inflammatory activity than the positive control, indomethacin (IC₅₀ value of 2.004?mM).

Isolation, Crystal Structure,and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Sakuranetin from Populus tomentosa

<正>The title compound of sakuranetin, a main active flavanone component, was first isolated from Populus tomentosa Carr. and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic lattice, space group P21/c with a = 12.8531(12), b = 5.7141(3), c = 18.0355(12) , β = 97.333(8)°, V = 1313.77(16) ~3, Z = 4, M_r = 286.27, C_(16)H_(14)O_5, μ(MoKα) = 0.108 mm~(-1), D_c= 1.447 g/cm~3, F(000) = 600, the final R = 0.0350 and wR = 0.0859 for 2571 independent reflections (R_(int)= 0.0246) which were used in all calculations. The molecular crystal structure of sakuranetin shows relative stereochemistry of 5,4?-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with the continuous π-π interactions construct the three-dimensional architecture of the title compound. The preliminary bioassay reveals that the title compound exhibits moderate anti-inflammatory activity in vitro against the nitric oxide release.

设计并合成了4个对称联苯双酯类液晶化合物,化合物结构通过红外和核磁表征,它们的介晶性通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热台偏光显微镜(POM)进行了研究.并测定了4,4'-3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯-二(4-甲基苯甲酸酯)(Ⅲa)的单晶结构,结果显示:晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=18.525(3)(A),b=12.196(2)(A),c=12.195(2)(A),β=97.142(2)°,V=2733.7(9)(A)3,Z=4,Dc=1.163 Mg/m3,R=0.0521,Rw=0.1161.化合物均为热致型互变液晶,并讨论了氧原子、不饱和端基和端基链长对介晶性的影响.

Secoiridoid Glycosides from Swertia mileensis

From the MeOH extract of the aerial parts of Swertia mileensis, four new secoiridoid glycosides were isolated, 4′‐O‐[(E)‐caffeoyl]swertiamarin ( 1 ), 4′‐O‐[(Z)‐coumaroyl]swertiamarin ( 7 ), 6′‐O‐[(E)‐coumaroyl]swertiamarin ( 8 ), and 6′‐O‐[(Z)‐coumaroyl]swertiamarin ( 9 ), together with five known compounds. Their structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and tandem mass spectrometry. Detailed HPLC/MS analyses and MS/MS fragmentation pathways are discussed for the identification of the swertiamarin‐derived (E)/(Z) isomers 6 / 7 and 8 / 9 .
