采用原子吸收光谱法测定了益寿回春口服液中砷、铅、镉、铬和汞的含量,并参照食品中重金属的限量规定进行了比较。结果表明,益寿回春口服液中的砷、铅、镉、铬和汞均低于限量标准,为该产品的质量控制提供了依据。  相似文献

用Al-CAS -OP -1 0分光光度法测定了昂立 1号、盐水瓶、九鹿回、必原安神、脑白金口服液中铝含量。结果表明 ,这五种保健品口服液中铝含量差异较大 ,其由高到低的顺序为 :九鹿回口服液 >必原安神口服液 >昂立 1号口服液 >盐水瓶口服液 >脑白金口服液。各样品中铝含量比较 ,除必原安神口服液与九鹿回口服液无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )外 ,其余各样品均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。  相似文献

特尔康口服液由β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物和益补的中药精制而成,用它治疗气虚造型小鼠并作了药效观察。结果表明,特尔康口服液可提高气虚造型小鼠的耐寒能力和游泳的耐力;对细胞免疫功能有促进作用;并对气虚所致小鼠免疫器官胸腺,脾脏萎缩有一定的保护作用。  相似文献

观察了应用杞枣口服液治疗儿童铅中毒的疗效。选择128例年龄2~14岁,血铅100~199μg/L的儿童,随机分为治疗组68例,对照组60例,于治疗前后观察临床症状改善、有益元素变化及血铅变化情况。结果表明,治疗组明显优于对照组,P〈0.05。提示杞枣口服液不仅能降血铅,还能改善临床症状,补充有益元素,无不良反应。  相似文献

应用近红外光谱透射分析技术建立了小儿清热止咳口服液的快速定性和其活性成分快速定量的分析新方法。采用聚类分析模型鉴别口服液品牌,且9种品牌的小儿清热止咳口服液能准确地被鉴别;利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)可对小儿清热止咳口服液中的活性成分黄芩苷和甘草酸进行同时检测。以黄芩苷和甘草酸为指标成分建立的定量校正模型预测性能较好,校正模型的相关系数(R2)分别为94.96、91.86,内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.104、0.0930mg·mL-1,外部预测均方根误差(RM-SEP)分别为0.124、0.0699mg·mL-1。结果证明,近红外光谱快速分析法用于小儿清热止咳口服液的定性、定量分析,准确度较高,能够满足对小儿清热止咳口服液进行质量检测的需要。  相似文献

建立了液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法监测口服液中33种芬太尼类精神药物的定向自动筛查方法。样品在盐析的作用下,乙腈超声提取,固相基质分散净化,在电喷雾正离子模式下,一级四极杆质谱在m/z 2.0隔离窗口下过滤带电分子离子,高分辨静电场轨道阱质谱自动触发子离子全扫描分析,根据芬太尼的精确质量数、同位素丰度比、二级碎片离子建立标准物质数据库,采用Trace Finder 5.1软件自动检索匹配完成目标物的筛查。口服液中33种芬太尼类方法定量限为(LOQ) 10μg/kg,分析物在5~200μg/kg浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2≥0.999 3;方法回收率在72.6%~102.4%之间,相对标准偏差为3.8%~10.5%。结果表明,所建立的筛查方法可用于口服液中33种芬太尼类精神药物的自动筛查与测定,具有准确、快速、实用的特点。  相似文献

建立了适用于中兽药口服液中167种非法添加化学药物的超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱质谱高通量筛查方法。样品采用0.5%甲酸乙腈-水进行振荡超声提取,电喷雾电离源(ESI)、正负离子同时扫描方式进行数据采集。通过与自建的167种化合物的基本信息及色谱-质谱信息数据库进行比对,对色谱-质谱条件、提取溶剂的种类和净化条件进行优化。将经前处理后的口服液样品上机测试后,采用Trace Finder筛查软件对数据结果进行分析。结果显示,50 ng/mL非法添加药物(头孢类和内酰胺类药物为100~200 ng/mL)上机时可定性检出。不同药物配方因基质影响,其非法添加药物的检出率略有差异。该方法可基本实现中兽药口服液中非法添加化学药物的高通量快速筛查,具备操作简便、快速高效的特点,为其他兽药剂型中非法添加药物的筛查奠定了基础。  相似文献

The effective medium model [H.C. Brinkman, Appl. Sci. Res. A 1 (1947) 27] is used to calculate the electrophoretic mobility of spheres in a gel with uniform zeta potential on their surface. In the absence of a gel support medium or ion relaxation (the distortion of the ion atmosphere from equilibrium due to the presence of an external flow or electric field), our results reduce to those of Henry [D.C. Henry, Proc. R. Soc. London Ser. A 133 (1931) 106]. The relaxation effect can be ignored for weakly charged particles, or for particles with low absolute zeta potential. Using a procedure similar to that employed by O'Brien and White [R.W. O'Brien, L.R. White, J. Chem. Soc. Faraday Trans. 2 74 (1978) 1607], the relaxation effect is accounted for in the present work and results are presented over a wide range of particle sizes, gel concentrations, and zeta potentials in KCl salt solutions. In the limit of no gel, our results reduce to those of earlier investigations. The procedure is then applied to the mobility of Au nanoparticles in agarose gels and model results are compared to recent experiments [D. Zanchet, C.M. Micheel, W.J. Parak, D. Gerion, S.C. Williams, A.P. Alivisatos, J. Phys. Chem. B 106 (2002) 11758; T. Pons, H.T. Uyeda, I.L. Medintz, H. Mattoussi, J. Phys. Chem. B 110 (2006) 20308]. Anion-ZEKE-photoelectron spectra of ClO-, OClO-, ClOO- and the van der Waals cluster ArCl- have been measured. Refined or new values for the electron affinity of ClO, OClO and ClOO have been found. The peak positions in these spectra are in very good agreement with former ClO- and OClO- anion-photoelectron spectra (K. M. Gilles, M. L. Polak and W. C. Lineberger, J. Chem. Phys., 1992, 96, 8012) and a recent ArCl- anion-ZEKE spectrum (T. Lenzer, I. Yourshaw, M. Furlanetto, G. Reiser and D. Neumark, J. Chem. Phys., 1992, 110, 9578). The higher resolution of our anion-ZEKE-photoelectron spectrum of OClO- led to a refined assignment of the corresponding anion-photoelectron spectrum. In addition, a strong difference in the relative intensities of the vibrational peaks has been found in the anion-ZEKE-spectrum of OClO- in comparison with the anion-photoelectron spectrum. For the first time, mass selective spectroscopic information has been obtained for ClOO. The strong similarity to the ArCl- spectrum indicates a weakly bound van der Waals cluster Cl.O2. Binding energies of the anion, neutral ground and neutral excited state could be deduced. These are in good agreement with the electron affinities of Cl and ClOO, but differ from theoretical values (K. A. Peterson and H. J. Werner, J. Chem. Phys., 1992, 96, 8948) by a factor of 4.5 and from thermochemically determined values (J. M. Nicovich, K. D. Kreutter, C. J. Shackelford and P. H. Wine, Chem. Phys. Lett., 1991, 179, 367 and S. Baer, H. Hippler, R. Rahn, M. Siefke, N. Seitzinger and J. Troe, J. Chem. Phys., 1991, 95, 6463) by a factor of 9.  相似文献
