Microwave-assisted Palladium-micelle-catalyzed Suzuki Cross-coupling Reaction in Water

A microwave-accelerated Suzuki coupling procedure was developed via guanidinium ionic liquids(GILs) stabilized Pd-micelle.The Pd micelle/GILs play a key role in enhancing the activity,due to the highly dispersed Pd active sites and the phase transfer function of GILs,which ensures the adsorption of reactants and facilitates the translation of the intermediates to the surface of the micelle.     

Stereoselective Synthesis of Novel C-Disaccharides via Suzuki Cross-Coupling Reaction

Novel β-C-disaccharides containing a three carbon linkage using exo-glycal as the precursor were prepared stereoselectively. The synthesis was achieved by the tandem reactions of the stereoselective hydroboration of exo-glycal and Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with an iodovinyl sugar, and followed by hydrogenated deprotection under the catalysis of Pd（OH）2/C.

对Wang树脂进行改性,制备了高分子负载纳米钯催化剂,并将其应用于水介质中卤代芳烃与芳硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应。 以溴苯和苯硼酸的偶联反应为模型,考察了溶剂、温度、碱种类、催化剂用量对反应的影响,确定较佳的反应条件为：n(C₆H₅Br)∶n(C₆H₅B(OH)₂)∶n(WRP-Pd)∶n(K₂CO₃)∶n(TBAB)=1.0∶1.5∶0.005∶2.0∶0.5,反应温度100℃, 反应时间4 h。 用氯代芳烃代替溴代芳烃反应时,延长反应时间,也能得到较高产率。 催化剂经过简单的过滤洗涤后,重复使用4次活性无明显降低。

Simultaneous Reduction of Aldehyde Group to Hydroxymethyl Group in Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki Cross-coupling Reaction

The authors presented an efficient method for the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction with the simultaneous reduction of the aldehyde to a hydroxymethyl group.This method allows halide substituted aryl aldehydes to readily react with arylboronic acids,producing polycyclic aromatic alcohols in moderate to good yields.The reaction was catalyzed by Pd（OAc）2（3％,molar fraction） at 150 ℃ in the presence of 6％（molar fraction）1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane（DABCO） and 3 times the molecular weight of K2CO3 in the mixture solvent of N,N-dimethylformamide（DMF）/H2O [V（DMF）∶ V（H2O）=5∶1].     

First Synthesis of 1,3-Alternate 25,27-Dialkyloxy-5,17-diarylcalix[4]arenes-crown-6 as New Cesium Selective Extractants by Suzuki Cross-coupling Reaction

The synthesis of new 25,27-dialkyloxy-5,17-diarylcalix[4]arenes-crown-6 1a–f in 1,3-alternate conformation by Suzuki cross-coupling reaction is reported. Their conformation was determined using ¹H, ¹³C, 2D NMR and ROESY analysis, and X-ray crystallography. Extraction experiments using a two-phase solvent method involving sodium, potassium or cesium picrate showed good extraction of the cesium cation. The X-ray crystal structures of 1,3-alternate 25,27-dipropoxy-5,17-diphenylcalix[4]arene-crown-6 ether 1a and its cesium picrate complex were established. Solid-state data were used to determine the complexation behavior of these new ligands. The efficiency of calixarenes 1a–f for cesium ion extraction could be ascribed to the rigidity and flatness linkages caused by the aryl groups at the lower rim of the aromatic moieties in the calixarene skeleton. In addition, the introduction of these aromatic moieties in positions 5 and 17 enhanced the solubility of the metal complexes in organic media.

构建C-N键,在有机合成中占有非常重要的地位.本文介绍了一种简单、方便的合成芳香胺的方法.在100℃和二甲亚砜溶剂体系中,卤代芳烃分别和伯、仲两类胺在叔丁醇钾催化下经过1h反应,以45%～90%的收率,生成一系列芳香胺.方法进一步拓宽了叔丁醇钾催化的C-N交叉偶联反应的底物,并显示出独特的底物选择性,即对富电子卤代芳烃有很好的活性.据推测,本偶联反应是通过先形成苯炔中间体,再与胺发生交叉偶联的历程进行的.
