Clusters XY2Z species are theoretically investigated with density functional theory (DFT) method. The results show that for LiP2C, LiAs2Ge and KAs2C species, the C2v isomer is the most stable planar structure, while for other species the Cs isomer is the most stable planar structure at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level. Wiberg Bond Index (WBI) and Nucleus-Independent Chemical Shift (NICS) values indicate the existence of delocalization in stable planar structures. A detailed Molecular Orbital (MO) analysis further reveals that planar isomers of these species have strong aromatic character, which strengthens the structural stability and makes them closely connect with the concept of aromaticity.  相似文献

45 isomers of TinNm (n + m = 5, 6) clusters, including linear, some planar and some stero configurations, have been predicted by density functional theory method. For five-atom clusters Ti3N2 and Ti2N3, the most stable structures are trigonal bipyramid in D3h symmetry, and for TiaN cluster, the isomer with one nitrogen atom occupying the center of quasi-tetrahedron is the most stable. In the isomers of Ti4N2 and Ti3N3, the planar networks are more stable, but for Ti2N4, the six-membered ring configuration is the most favorable. Most linear structures can form weak-strong bonds alternately with higher energy. As regards to planar structures, the more Ti-N bonds are formed, the more stable they will be; for stero closed polyhedral isomers, their energies are lower.  相似文献

Structures and stabilities of HPS_2 isomers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The potential energy surface of HPS2 system containing nine isomers and fifteen transition states is obtained at MP2/6-311++G(d, p) and QCISD(t)/6-311++G(3df, 2p)(single-point) levels. On the potential energy surface, the lowest-lying frans-HSPS(EI) is found to be thermodynami-cally the most stable isomer followed by cis-HSPS(E2) and HP(S)S(C2v, E3) at 3.43 and 14.17 kJ/mol higher, respectively. The computed results show that species E1, E2, E3, stereo HP(S)S(Cs, E4) with PSS three-membered ring, isomers trans-HPSS(E5) and cis-HPSS(E6) which coexist with E4 are kinetically stable isomers. The products E6 and E5 in the reaction of HP with S2 can be isomerized into higher kinetic stable isomer E4 with 65.75 and 71.73 kJ/mol reaction barrier height, respectively. The predicated results may correct the possible inaccurate conclusion in that the product was experimentally assigned as isomer cis-HPSS(E6).  相似文献

The equilibrium geometries,energies,harmonic vibrational frequencies,and nucleus independent chemical shifts(NICS) of the new type sandwich structures [As4MAs4]n-(M = Fe,Co,Ni,Ru,Rh,Pd,Os,Ir and Pt;n = 0,1 or 2) are investigated at the B3LYP level.All the [As4MAs4]n-species adopt staggered(D4d) conformations as their stable structures and eclipsed(D4h) conformations as their transition states,and once the sandwich complexes are formed,the As42- square properties remain unchanged.The NICS calculation confirms that the complexes of Fe,Co,and Ni are aromatic with negative NICS values,and those of Ru,Rh,and Ir exhibit slight aromaticity,while those of Pd,Os,and Pt show slight antiaromaticity.  相似文献

Two oxygen adducts of different geometric isomers of the tetrakis(μ-2-anilinopyridinato) dirhodium unit, Rh_2(ap)_4~+, have been synthesized and characterized. Rh_2(ap)_4O_2(4,0) is the oxygen adduct 1 of 4, 0 isomer; and Rh_2(ap)_4O_2(2, 2) is the oxygen adduct 2 of 2, 2 isomer. The ESR spectra of both oxygen adducts show that there is a characteristic signal of a superoxide ion, g=2.03. The potential energy surface of HPO2 system including eight isomers and twelve transition states is predicated at MP2/6-311++G(d, p) and QCISD(t)/6-311++G(3df,2p)(single-point) levels of theory. On the potential energy surface, cis-HOPO(E1) is found to be thermodynamically and kinetically most stable isomer followed by trans-HOPO(E2) and HPO(O)(C2v, E3) at 10.99 and 48.36 kJ/mol higher, respectively. Based on the potential energy surface, only E1 and E3 are thermodynamically stable isomers, and should be experimentally observable. The products cis-HPOO(E5) and frans-HPOO(E6) in the first-step reaction of HP with O2 can isomerize into isomer E1 that has higher stability. The reaction of OH with PO will directly lead to the formation of isomer E1. The computed results are well consistent with the previous experimental studies.  相似文献

Two new isomers of HPS3 system, FIP(S)S2 and HSSPS, are predicted by means of B3LYP method with 6-311 G(3df,3pd) basis set. The two isomers can isomerize into thermodynamically the most stable species HSPS2, which have been experimentally identified,with relatively higher reaction barriers. In view of their higher thermodynamical and kinetic stability and the experimental observation for I-IP(O)O2 and HOOPO in previous study, we can reasonably believe that the two species can be spectrosymmetrically characterized in future experiments.  相似文献

B3LYP/6-31G* density functional theory calculations have been carried out on the structure and stability of ten B20N20 clusters. It was found that two new proposed isomers with two octagons, twelve hexagons, eight squares in Cab and C2 symmetry were more stable than the isomer with sixteen hexagons and six squares in C2 symmetry which was previously deemed to the most stable by 79.5 and 13.8 kJ/mol respectively. The isomer with two decagons in S10 symmetry is much higher in energy than the most stable structure in C4h symmetry by 637.2 kJ/mol.  相似文献

The synthesis of two isomers of Aprepitant (APT) and three isomers of Fosaprepitant (FPT), crucial components for quality control in manufacturing, is described. Herein, three chiral centers in the isomers of Aprepitant are established in high yield by induced crystallization and chiral reduction. Additionally, the isomers of Aprepitant are utilized to synthesize the isomers of Fosaprepitant with the same stereochemistry. All the target compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses, 1R, NMR and MS data analysis.  相似文献

Eighteen possible isomers of C78(CH2)2 weTe investigated by the INDO method. It was indicated that the most stable isomer was 42,43,62,63-C78(CH2)2, where the -CH2 groups were added to the 6/6 bonds located at the same hexagon passed by the longest axis of C78 (C2v), to form cyclopropane structures. Based on the most stable four geometries of C78(CH2)2 optimized at B3LYP/3-21G level, the first absorptions in the electronic spectra calculated with the INDO/CIS method and the IR frequencies of the C-C bonds on the carbon cage computed using the AM1 method were blue-shifted compared with those of C78 (C2v) because of the bigger LUMO-HOMO energy gap and the less conjugated carbon cage after the addition. The chemical shifts of ^13C NMR for the carbon atoms on the added bonds calculated at B3LYP/3-21G level were moved upfield thanks to the conversion from sp^2-C to sp^3-C.  相似文献

A homodinuclear complex (NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3)2 {Na2[(C6H4O2)2] (C6H4O2H)2} (1) has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[(C6H4O2)2](C6H4OOH)2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.  相似文献

Mixed-metal carbonyl clusters of W2Ir2(CO)10(η^5-C5H4Me)2 1 and W2Ir2(μ-L)(CO)8(η^5-C5H4Me)2 (L = dppe 2, dppf 3) have been studied by TDDFT method focusing on their electronic and nonlinear optical properties. These three clusters exhibit the first static hyperpolarizabilities of medium magnitude (βtot-10×10^-30 esu). The origin of β is discussed by the new proposed orbital-pair decomposition scheme by Barandes et al. The result suggests that the β values of the two clusters are mainly originated from d-d electron transition within the metal skeleton, and d-p (π*) electron transition from metals to carbonyls and phenyl. The additional coordination by the electron donor group, ferrocene, makes cluster 3 own much larger β values, and the relatively longer range charge transfer from d orbitals of ferrocene to d orbirals of Ir and W is responsible for the enhanced β values.  相似文献

Potential energy surface of HNOS system is investigated by means of MP2 method with 6-311 G(d,p) basis set.The energy for each minimum and saddle point on the potential energy surface is corrected at the QCISD(T)/6-311 G(3df,2p) level of theory with zero-point vibrational energy included.As a result ,eighteen isomers are theoretically predicted and cis-HNSO is found to be global minimum on the potential energy surface,Wherein,fourteen isomers are considered as kinetically stable species,and should be experimentally observed.Comparisons are made for HNOS system with its analogues,HNO2 and NHS2.The nature of bonding and isomers‘ stability of HNOS system are similar to HNS2.The obvious similarities and discrepancies among HNOS,HNO2 and HNS2 are attributed to the hypervalent capacity of sulfur,oxygen and nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

The title compound 2-(2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl)-4-(4-chlorophenyl)-3a,4- diethoxy- 2,3,3a, 4-tetrahydrochromeno[3,4-d][1,2,3]diazaphosphole 2 (C29H30Cl2N3O7P, Mr = 633.44) was synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR, MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, ^31p NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1^-, a = 9.1549(3), b = 10.7168(4), c = 17.6272(6)A, α = 102.9363(12), β = 90.2713(9), γ = 117.4265(10)°, V= 1484.41(9)A^3, Z= 2,μ(MoKa) = 0.323, F(000) = 658, Z= 2, De= 1.417 g/cm^3, the final R = 0.0687 and wR = 0.2066 for 4943 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the diazaphospholine ring is almost planar and the two ethoxy groups bonded on the 3a- and 4-positions are in trans configurations. Its antiproliferative activity was also tested in vitro against four human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

The title compound, 4β,6α,9α-trimethy-2-carboxyltricyclo[6.3.0.0^(4,5)]undec-2-ene, is a sesquiterpene which was first isolated from Ligularia caloxantha and characterized by MS and NMR. In addition, the structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It crystallizes in orthorhombie, space group P212121 with a = 8.197(2), b = 14.876(3), c = 22.281(6) A, α = β = γ = 90°, V = 2716.9(11) ]A^3, Z = 8, C15H22O2, Mr = 234.34, Dc = 1.146 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 0.074 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, the final R = 0.0384 and wR = 0.0856 for 6200 independent reflections (Rint = 0.066) and 2538 observed ones (I 〉 2σ(I)). In the molecule, there are three fused five-membered rings; while in this crystal form, the asymmetric unit contains two molecules of the same hand and they are linked together by two intermolecular O-H...O hydrogen bonds to form a dimer.  相似文献

Structures, relative stability and dissociation of [Si,N,C,O]2+isomers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Fifteen isomers of [Si,N,C,O]2+ system are obtained at UB3LYP/6-311G(d) and UCCSD(T)/6-311+G(2df) (single-point) levels. The analyses are made for predicting the structures of optimized isomers, while ionic fragments with lower energies are suggested. The calculatedresults indicate that linear isomer SiNCO2+(2П) is thermodynamically the most stable species in [Si,N,C,O]2+ system, followed by linear SiOCN2+ (2П), SiCNO2+ (2П), and SiC(NO) (2A") with NCO three-membered ring. The order of stability of several kinetically stable isomers is SiNCO2 >SiCNO2+ (2П)>SiOCN2+ >SiC(NO)2+>OSiNC2+ (2П). The obtained results by analyzing the isomerizations and ionic fragment patterns show that the signal peaks of [Si,N,C,O]2+ are attributed to the contribution of linear SiNCO2+ species, which is metastable and can dissociate to the ionic fragments in the mass spectrometry experiments.  相似文献

Density functional theory B3LYP with 6-31G* basis set has been used to investigate the geometries, rotational constants, dipole moments, energy gaps and vibrational frequencies of nine series of isomers of C20H3 radical. The result shows that the bowl-like structure with C1 symmetry is the most stable structure, in which the three hydrogen atoms locate on the edge carbon atoms, and the two hydrogen atoms are neighbouring and the other one has a two- carbon atom interval to the neighbouring hydrogen. In addition, the relationship between the energy and the position of one hydrogen atom from end to middle on the linear structures of C20H3 radical with two hydrogens atoms located on two ends was obtained, which shows the energy increase monotonously. Furthermore, hydrogenation can relax the strain and make the isomer of C20 more stable.  相似文献

The Mannich-type reaction of phenylurea with phenyl dichlorophosphine and aldehydes (or ketones) is studied in this paper. It is found that straight chain and cyclic products are obtained respectively, when different solvents are used.The ways of cyclization are affected by the substituents of ketones.There exist two geometrical isomers for each of the title compounds which are proved by their ~1H NMR and ~(31)P NMR spectra, and the configuration of each isomer is confirmed by means of X-ray diffraction and ~1H NMR spectra. Besides, it is found that the five-membered phosphorus heterocycle is of a plane conformation with a dπ-pπ bond between P and N.  相似文献

Three new isomers of FCH2CP system, F(H)CCPH (1), F-cCPC-H(H) (2) and F-cCC(H)P-H (3), are predicted by means of B3LYP and CCSD(T) (single-point) methods with 6-311 G(d,p) and 6-311 G(2df,2p) basis sets, respectively. The three calculated isomers can isomerize into thermodynamically the most stable species F-cPC(H)C-H, which has been suggested in previous theoretical studies, with relatively higher reaction barriers. In view of their higher thermodynamic and kinetic stability, we believe that the three species can be detected in future experiments.  相似文献

Molecular adsorption of formate and carboxyl on stoichiometric CeO2(111) and CeO2(110) surfaces was studied using periodic density functional theory(DFT+U) calculations.Two distinguishable adsorption modes(strong and weak) of formate are identified.The bidentate configuration is more stable than the monodentate adsorption configuration.Both formate and carboxyl bind at the more open CeO2(110) surface are stronger.The calculated vibrational frequencies of two adsorbed species are consistent with the experimental measurements.Finally, the effects of U parameters on the adsorption of formate and carboxyl over both CeO2 surfaces were investigated.We found that the geometrical configurations of two adsorbed species are not affected by different U parameters(U=0,5,and 7).However,the calculated adsorption energy of carboxyl pronouncedly increases with the U value while the adsorption energy of formate only slightly changes(<0.2 eV). The Bader charge analysis shows the opposite charge transfer occurs for formate and carboxyl adsorption where the adsorbed formate is negatively charge while the adsorbed carboxyl is positively charged.Interestingly,with the increasing U parameter,the amount of charge is also increased.  相似文献
