In this work, we reported a sandwiched luminol electrochemiluminescence (ECL) immunosensor using ZnO nanoparticles (ZnONPs) and glucose oxidase (GOD) decorated graphene as labels and in situ generated hydrogen peroxide as coreactant. In order to construct the base of the immunosensor, a hybrid architecture of Au nanoparticles and graphene by reduction of HAuCl4 and graphene oxide (GO) with ascorbic acid was prepared. The resulted hybrid architecture modified electrode provided an excellent platform for immobilization of antibody with good bioactivity and stability. Then, ZnONPs and GOD functionalized graphene labeled secondary antibody was designed for fabricating a novel sandwiched ECL immunosensor. Enhanced sensitivity was obtained by in situ generating hydrogen peroxide with glucose oxidase and the catalysis of ZnONPs to the ECL reaction of luminol–H2O2 system. The as-prepared ECL immunosensor exhibited excellent analytical property for the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the range from 10 pg mL−1 to 80 ng mL−1 and with a detection limit of 3.3 pg mL−1 (S N−1 = 3). The amplification strategy performed good promise for clinical application of screening of cancer biomarkers. 相似文献

With an average diameter of 100-150 nm, composite nanotubes of polyaniline (PANI)/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) containing Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized by a two-step method. First, we synthesized monodispersed Fe3O4 NPs (d=17.6 nm, σ=1.92 nm) on the surface of MWNTs and then decorated the nanocomposites with a PANI layer via a self-assembly method. SEM and TEM images indicated that the obtained samples had the morphologies of nanotubes. The molecular structure and composition of MWNTs/Fe3O4 NPs/PANI nanotubes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra. UV-vis spectra confirmed the existence of PANI and its response to acid and alkali. As a multifunctional material, the conductivity and magnetic properties of MWNTs/Fe3O4 NPs/PANI composites nanotubes were also investigated. 相似文献

The GC monitoring of green house gases is a challenging task because the concentration of organic species such as methane are relatively low (ppm to ppb) and their analysis requires some level of preconcentration. Since methane is highly volatile, it is not easily retained on conventional sorbents. In this paper we present multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) as an effective sorbent for a microtrap designed for methane preconcentration. Its performance was compared to other commercially available carbon based sorbents, and it was found to be the most effective sorbent in terms of breakthrough volume and enthalpy of adsorption. 相似文献

In this work, a polypyrrole/multiwalled carbon nanotubes composite decorated with Fe3O4 nanoparticles was chemically synthesized and applied as a novel adsorbent for the extraction of methocarbamol from human plasma. Electrospray ionization ion mobility spectrometry was used for the determination of the analyte. The properties of the magnetic‐modified adsorbent were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform IR spectroscopy, and X‐ray diffraction. The effects of experimental parameters on the extraction efficiency of the sorbent were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, the linear dynamic range was found to be 2–150 ng/mL with the detection limit of 0.9 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation was 5.3% for three replicate measurements of methocarbamol in plasma sample. The extraction efficiency of the sorbent for the determination of different drugs with various polarities was also compared to that of Fe3O4‐polypyrrole and Fe3O4‐multiwalled carbon nanotubes sorbents. Finally, the method was used for the determination of methocarbamol in blood samples. 相似文献

Preconcentration of diazinon using multiwalled carbon nanotubes as solid-phase extraction adsorbents 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A sensitive and selective column adsorption method is proposed for the preconcentration and determination of diazinon. Diazinon was preconcentrated on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as an adsorbent and then determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Several parameters on the recovery of the analyte were investigated. The experimental results showed that it was possible to obtain quantitative analysis when the solution pH was 6 using 200 mL of validation solution containing 2 μg of diazinon and 5 mL of acetonitrile as an eluent. Recovery of diazinon was 95.2 ± 4.2% with a relative standard deviation for seven determinations of 4.9% under optimum conditions. The maximum preconcentration factor was 200 for diazinon when 1000 mL of sample solution volume was used. The linear range of calibration curve was 0.3 to 10,000 ng mL− 1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 and the detection limit (3S/N) was 0.06 ng mL− 1. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of diazinon in tap water with high precision and accuracy. 相似文献

An electrochemiluminescent glucose biosensor was proposed based on gold nanoparticle-catalyzed luminol electrochemiluminescence (ECL). Gold nanoparticles were self-assembled onto silica sol–gel network, and then glucose oxidase was adsorbed on the surface of gold nanoparticles. The surface assembly process and the electrochemistry and ECL behaviors of the biosensor were investigated. The assembled gold nanoparticles could efficiently electrocatalyze luminol ECL. ECL intensity of the biosensor depended on scan rate, luminol concentration, and size of gold nanoparticles. The response of the ECL biosensor was linear over the range 1 μM to 5 mM with a detection limit of 0.2 μM glucose and showed satisfying reproducibility, stability and selectivity. 相似文献

A novel amperometric biosensor for the analytical determination of hydrogen peroxide was developed. The fabrication of the biosensor was based on the coimmobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), methylene green (MG) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes within ormosils; 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMOS), 2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane (ETMOS) and phenyltrimethoxysilane (PHTMOS). APTMOS determined the hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity of the ormosils and PHTMOS and ETMOS increased the physical and mechanical strength of the ormosil matrix. The ormosil modified electrodes were characterized with SEM, UV-vis spectroscopy and electrochemical methods. Cyclic voltammetry and amperometric measurements demonstrated the MG coimmobilized with HRP in this way, displayed good stability and could efficiently shuttle electrons between immobilized enzyme and electrode, and MWCNTs facilitated the electrocatalytic reduction of H2O2 at reduced over potential. The Micheaelis constant of the immobilized HRP was 1.8 mM, indicating a high affinity of the HRP to H2O2 without loss of enzymatic activity in ormosil matrix. The prepared biosensor had a fast response of H2O2, less than 10 s, and excellent linear range of concentration from 5 × 10−7 to 2 × 10−5 M with the detection limit of 0.5 μM (S/N = 3) under the optimum conditions. At the same time, the influence of solution pH, effect of enzyme amount, steady-state applied potential and temperature on the biosensor were investigated. The enzyme electrode retained about 90% of its initial activity after 30 days of storage in a dry state at 4 °C. The preparation of the developed biosensor was convenient and showed high sensitivity with good stability. 相似文献

A simple CE–UV method was developed for the simultaneous determination of ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, and ofloxacin in milk samples. The optimum separation was obtained using a 20 mM ammonium dihydrogenphosphate solution with 2 mM cetyltrimethylammonium bromide at pH 3.0 as the BGE. Satisfactory resolution for structurally very similar analytes, like norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin, was achieved without including any organic solvent. Milk samples were prepared using a simple/extraction procedure based on acidic protein precipitation followed by an SPE step using only 5 mg of multiwalled carbon nanotubes as the sorbent material. The LODs for the three compounds were between 7.5 and 11.6 μg/L and the RSDs for the peak areas were between 2.6 and 4.9%. The complete method was applied to spiked real milk samples with satisfactory recoveries for all analytes (84–106%). 相似文献

The present research involves the report on electrochemical deportment of Carbendazim (MBC) at multiwalled carbon nanotubes and calcium‐doped zinc oxide nanoparticles altered nanocomposite based carbon paste electrode (MWCNTs/Ca‐ZnO‐CPE). The modified carbon paste evidenced manifest electrocatalytic behavior for MBC in 0.2 M phosphate buffer (PB) solutions. Cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), and square wave voltammetry (SWV) techniques were used for the analysis. The working electrode assembly exhibits faster electron transfer of MBC with increase in the peak current. At bare CPE, MBC showed maximum peak current of 1.098 μA at potential 0.7568 V whereas at MWCNT/Ca‐ZnO/CPE peak current of 5.203 μA was observed at potential 0.7541 V in 0.2 M PBS of pH 7.0 at the sweep rate of 50 mV s?1. The synthesized 5 % Ca‐ZnO nanoparticles (NPs) were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDX), and Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis. Various factors influencing the voltammetry of MBC such as pre‐concentration time, pH, sweep rate, and amount of MBC were studied and from the studies we observed that the response was found to be diffusion‐controlled. The concentration variation studies for MBC was watched in the linear working range of 0.01 μM to 0.45 μM and the detection limit was found by SWV technique. 相似文献

Gold nanoelectrode ensembles were produced by electrodeposition using multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) as template. A new third generation amperometric biosensor for hydrogen peroxide was developed based on adsorption of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) at the glassy carbon (GC) electrode modified with Au nanoelectrode ensembles/multiwalled carbon nanotubes/chitosan film. The resulting HRP biosensor offered an excellent detection for hydrogen peroxide at −0.11 V with a linear response range of 2.08 × 10−7 to 7.6 × 10−3 M with a correlation coefficient of 0.998, and response time <5 s. The detection limit was 1.02 × 10−7 M at 3σ. The biosensor displays rapid response, expanded linear response range, and excellent repeatability. The simple and fast fabrication of the sensor makes it superior to other techniques. 相似文献

Electrochemical DNA biosensors based on platinum nanoparticles combined carbon nanotubes 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Platinum nanoparticles were used in combination with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) for fabricating sensitivity-enhanced electrochemical DNA biosensor. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes and platinum nanoparticles were dispersed in Nafion, which were used to fabricate the modification of the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface. Oligonucleotides with amino groups at the 5′ end were covalently linked onto carboxylic groups of MWCNTs on the electrode. The hybridization events were monitored by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) measurement of the intercalated daunomycin. Due to the ability of carbon nanotubes to promote electron-transfer reactions, the high catalytic activities of platinum nanoparticles for chemical reactions, the sensitivity of presented electrochemical DNA biosensors was remarkably improved. The detection limit of the method for target DNA was 1.0 × 10−11 mol l−1. 相似文献

An acetylcholinesterase (AChE) purified from maize seedlings was immobilized covalently onto iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4NP) and carboxylated multi walled carbon nanotubes (c-MWCNT) modified Au electrode. An organophosphorus (OP) biosensor was fabricated using this AChE/Fe3O4/c-MWCNT/Au electrode as a working electrode, Ag/AgCl as standard and Pt wire as an auxiliary electrode connected through a potentiostat. The biosensor was based on inhibition of AChE by OP compounds/insecticides. The properties of nanoparticles modified electrodes were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), cyclic voltammograms (CVs) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The synergistic action of Fe3O4NP and c-MWCNT showed excellent electrocatalytic activity at low potential (+0.4 V). The optimum working conditions for the sensor were pH 7.5, 35 °C, 600 μM substrate concentration and 10 min for inhibition by pesticide. Under optimum conditions, the inhibition rates of OP pesticides were proportional to their concentrations in the range of 0.1–40 nM, 0.1–50 nM, 1–50 nM and 10–100 nM for malathion, chlorpyrifos, monocrotophos and endosulfan respectively. The detection limits were 0.1 nM for malathion and chlorpyrifos, 1 nM for monocrotophos and 10 nM for endosulfan. The biosensor exhibited good sensitivity (0.475 mA μM−1), reusability (more than 50 times) and stability (2 months). The sensor was suitable for trace detection of OP pesticide residues in milk and water. 相似文献

A glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) biosensor with high performance has been constructed in this work. Here the fructosyl amino acid oxidase was immobilized onto a pre-functionalized indium tin oxide glass with titania nanotubes decorated with gold nanoparticles. The property of nanocomposite was characterized by transmission electromicroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electrochemistry and spectroscopy. Under the optimum conditions, fructosyl valine was detected by this biosensor. It exhibited a linear detection range from 4.0 × 10−9 M to 7.2 × 10−7 M, and a limit of detection for 3.8 × 10−9 M at the signal-to-noise ratio of 3. Thus the HbA1c level in whole blood samples of healthy individuals or diabetic patients were evaluated with designed biosensor after pre-treatment of hydrolysis. The results of our detection were closely consistent with that of the standard method. At the same time, our biosensor has some advantages including high sensitivity, disposable usage and low cost, which implies its great promising application in point-of-care testing of HbA1c. 相似文献

A novel glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with a composite film of poly (4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (P4VP/MWCNT GCE) was used for the voltammetric determination of paracetamol (PCT). This novel electrode displayed a combined effect of P4VP and MWCNT on the electro-oxidation of PCT in a solution of phosphate buffer at pH 7. Hence, conducting properties of P4VP along with the remarkable physical properties of MWCNTs might have combined effects in enhancing the kinetics of PCT oxidation. The P4VP/MWCNT GCE has also demonstrated excellent electrochemical activity toward PCT oxidation compared to that with bare GCE and MWCNT GCE. The anodic peak currents of PCT on the P4VP/MWCNT GCE were about 300 fold higher than that of the non-modified electrodes. By applying differential pulse voltammetry technique under optimized experimental conditions, a good linear ratio of oxidation peak currents and concentrations of PCT over the range of 0.02–450 μM with a limit of detection of 1.69 nM were achieved. This novel electrode was stable for more than 60 days and reproducible responses were obtained at 99% of the initial current of PCT without any influence of physiologically common interferences such as ascorbic acid and uric acid. The application of this electrode to determine PCT in tablets and urine samples was proposed. 相似文献

Dopamine (DA) plays an essential role in the central nervous, renal, hormonal and cardiovascular systems. Various modified carbon nanotubes (CNT)-based dopamine sensors have been reported, but inexpensive, highly sensitive plain CNT-based ones are seldom studied. In this work, a facile and inexpensive CNT-based DA sensor is made by rich-defect multi-walled carbon nanotubes (RD-CNT) via an ultrasound method. The defect and elemental states of the RD-CNT are systematically studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and X-ray-photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Results show that massive holes and cracks exist in RD-CNT. The level of defects increases from the additional exposed edges. The electrochemical characterizations indicate that the electrochemical sensor has the highest sensitivity of 438.4 μA/(μM ⋅ cm2) among all carbon materials-based DA sensors while well meeting the clinically required detection range and selectivity. The DA sensor was further used to detect live healthy human serum and live PC12 cells with satisfactory results, thus holding great promise for an inexpensive but sensitive DA sensor in practical applications of clinical diagnosis and biological research. 相似文献

This paper described a new method for the trace determination of fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin and deltamethrin using multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) cartridge. Important parameters, such as the sample pH, eluent and its volume, sample flow rate and sample volume were investigated in detail. The linear ranges, the detection limits, and precisions (R.S.D.) were in the range of 0.1- 40 μg L^-11, 1.34.3 ng L^-1 and 2.3-2.8%, respectively. The performance of the proposed method was validated with real water samples, and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 91.7-117.8%, respectively. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method was an excellent alternative for the routine analysis of such pollutants in environmental samples. 2007 Qing Xiang Zhou. The selective isolation of acidic proteins using a thin layer of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) functionalized with
polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride (PDDA) was demonstrated. A certain amount (20 ml) of a suspension of PDDA-functionalized
MWNTs that had been well dispersed by sonication was filtered through an MF-Millipore membrane with a pore aperture of 1.2
μm, and a uniform layer of PDDA-MWNT composites with a thickness of ca. 5 μm formed on the membrane. A 4 × 1 cm piece of the
obtained membrane was supported by a stainless steel wire mesh and was then sandwiched between two PTFE films with grooved
flow-through channels to form an extraction module. This module with a flow inlet and outlet was incorporated into a sequential
injection system for performing the on-line separation and preconcentration of acidic protein, i.e., bovine serum albumin
(BSA), and the BSA retained on the layer was eluted with a citrate buffer used as stripping reagent. In addition to a significant
reduction in flow resistance, a dynamic sorption capacity of 3.8 mg mg−1 or 1.4 mg cm−2 for BSA was achieved using the layer-based system—a 146-fold improvement over that obtained using a packed microcolumn mode.
A sample volume of 2.0 ml yielded an enrichment factor of 17, a retention efficiency of 100% and a recovery of 95%, along
with a sampling frequency of 20 h−1 and a RSD value of 2.8% at 25 μg ml−1 for BSA. The practical applicability of the system was demonstrated by isolating acidic proteins (especially human serum
albumin) from whole blood.

The adsorption behavior of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) toward copper has been investigated systemically, and a new method has been developed for the determination of trace copper in water samples based on preconcentration with a microcolumn packed with MWNTs prior to its determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum experimental parameters for preconcentration of copper, such as pH of the sample, sample flow rate and volume, elution solution and interfering ions, have been investigated. Copper can be quantitatively retained by MWNTs in the pH range 5-8, and then eluted completely with 0.5 M HNO3. The detection limit of this method for Cu was 0.42 ng/mL, and the RSD was 3.5% at the 10 ng/mL Cu level. The method was validated using a certified reference material, and has been successfully applied for the determination of trace copper in water samples. 相似文献
