The salt elimination reaction of the transition carbonyl metal-lates [L(CO)nM](Na/K) (M = Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Re, Fe, Co, Ni; L= CO, n5-C5R5, PR3; n= 1-4; R= alkyl, aryl) with the base-stabilized galliumhalides ClaGaR3 -a(Do) (R = H, alkyl, halide; Do = THF, N(CH3)3, NC7H13) or ClaGa[(CH2)3N-R2](R)2 - a yielded almost quantitatively the transition metal-substituted, gallanes [L(CO)nM]aGaR3 - a(Do) and [L(CO)n-M]aGa[(CH2)3NR2](R)2 - a, respectively. Residual halide functionalities in these complexes were selectively replaced by various other groups. The new compounds were characterized by means of elemental analysis, 1H-, 13C-, 31P-NMR, MS, and lR v(CO) data. The single-crystal X-ray structure analysis of trans-(Ph3P)(CO)3Co-Ga[(CH2) 3N(C2H5)2](R)( 6s : R = Cl, 6t : R= CH3) showed s̀(Co-Ga) lengths of 237.78(4) and 249.5(1) pm, respectively. A short s̀(Fe-Ga) contact of 236.18(3) pm was found for (n5-C5H5)(CO)2Fe-Ga-Cl2[N(CH 3)3] ( 5a ). Low-pressure MOCVD experiments were performed to give thin films of analytically pure CoGa alloy.  相似文献

Synthetic methods for several novel phosphoramidate compounds containing the P(O)NHC(O) bifunctional group were developed. These compounds with the general formula R1C(O)NHP(O)(N(R2)(CH2C6H5))2, where R1 = CCl2H, p-ClC6H4, p-BrC6H4, o-FC6H4 and R2 = hydrogen, methyl, benzyl, were characterized by several spectroscopic methods and analytical techniques. The effects of phosphorus substituents on the rotation rate around the P–Namine bond were also investigated. 1H NMR study of the synthesized compounds demonstrated that the presence of bulky groups attached to the phosphorus center and electron withdrawing groups in the amide moiety lead to large chemical-shift non-equivalence (ΔδH) of diastereotopic methylene protons. The crystal structures of CCl2HC(O)NHP(O)(NCH3(CH2C6H5))2, p-ClC6H4C(O)NHP(O)(NCH3(CH2C6H5))2, CCl2HC(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 and p-BrC6H4C(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 were determined by X-ray crystallography using single crystals. The coordination around the phosphorus center in these compounds is best described as distorted tetrahedral and the P(O) and C(O) groups are anti with respect to each other. In the compound Br-C6H4C(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 (with two independent molecules in the unit cell), two conformers are connected to each other via two different N–H?O hydrogen bonds forming a non-centrosymmetric dimer. In the crystalline lattice of other compounds, the molecules form centrosymmetric dimers via pairs of same N–H?O hydrogen bonds. The structure of CCl2HC(O)NHP(O)(N(CH2C6H5)2)2 reveals an unusual intramolecular interaction between the oxygen of CO group and amine nitrogen.  相似文献

Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

The crystal structures and absolute configurations of (η5-C5H5)-CoI(NC4H3-C(R)=N(S)-CH(CH3)(C6H5)) (R = H, compound I; R = CH3, compound II) have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystals of compound I are orthorhombic, with a 11.084(6), b 12.107(6) and c 13.121(7) Å, space group P212121 and d (calcd, Z = 4) 1.69 g cm?3 The structure was solved by the Patterson technique and refined with use of full matrix least-squares methods to R(F) = 0.031 and Rw(F) = 0.028. Compound II is nearly isomorphous and isostructural; a 11.246(6), b 11.923(6) and c 13.370(7) Å, d(calc., Z = 4) 1.71 g cm?3 and was refined to the final agreement factors of R(F) = 0.044 and Rw(F) = 0.035. The Co atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with Co-I 2.595(2) for I and 2.607(2) Å for II; Co-(η5-C5H5 ring centroid) 1.681(4) and 1.703(5) Å; Co-N(pyrrole) 1.905(9) and 1.885(9) Å; Co-N(imine) 1.971(8) and 2.003(9) Å, all the parameters being well within values found in the literature. The configuration around the chiral carbon of the phenylethylamine is S for both compounds, whereas the configuration around the metal is R in I and S in II. The different metal configurations in I and II have their origin in the two different substituents (R = H, CH3) at the imine carbon atoms of the chelate ring, which induce completely different conformations of the (S)-CH(CH3)(C6H5) moiety in the two complexes. For both compounds the thermodynamically less stable isomer is enriched upon crystallization. Also, for compound I the solution and solid state conformations are almost opposite to each other, the conformation in the solid reflecting intramolecular interactions (phenyl/C5H5 attraction).  相似文献

The thermodynamic hydride donor abilities of 1-benzyl-1,4-dihydronicotinamide (BzNADH, 59 +/- 2 kcal/mol), C(5)H(5)Mo(PMe(3))(CO)(2)H (55 +/- 3 kcal/mol), and C(5)Me(5)Mo(PMe(3))(CO)(2)H (58 +/- 2 kcal/mol) have been measured in acetonitrile by calorimetric and/or equilibrium methods. The hydride donor abilities of BzNADH and C(5)H(5)Mo(PMe(3))(CO)(2)H differ by 13 and 24 kcal/mol, respectively, from those reported previously for these compounds in acetonitrile. These results require significant revisions of the hydricities reported for related NADH analogues and metal hydrides. These compounds are moderate hydride donors as compared to previously determined compounds.  相似文献

The electrosynthesis of Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(R) where dpf is the N,N'-diphenylformamidinate anion and R = CH(3), C(2)H(5), C(3)H(7), C(4)H(9) or C(5)H(11) was carried out in THF containing 0.2 M tetra-n-butylammonium perchlorate (TBAP) and one of several alkyl iodides represented as RI. The initial step in the reaction involved a one-electron reduction of the Rh(2)(4+) unit in Rh(2)(dpf)(4) to its Rh(2)(3+) form followed by a homogeneous reaction involving electrogenerated [Rh(2)(dpf)(4)](-) and the alkyl iodide in solution to give Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(R). The homogeneously generated Rh(2)(5+) product was then immediately reduced by a second electron at the potential where [Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(R)](-) is generated, giving [Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(R)](-) which contains a Rh(2)(4+) center as a final product of an electrochemical ECE mechanism. The electrosynthesized [Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(CH(3))](-) derivative could be reoxidized to Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(CH(3)) on the reverse potential sweep and both forms of the CH(3) bonded derivative were in situ characterized by cyclic voltammetry combined with UV-visible and/or ESR spectroscopy. The reversible Rh(2)(4+/3+) process of Rh(2)(dpf)(4) is located at E(1/2) = -1.11 V in THF, 0.2 M TBAP while the electrogenerated Rh(2)(dpf)(4)(R) products are substantially easier to reduce, with E(p) values for the Rh(2)(5+/4+) couples ranging from -0.50 to -0.54 V vs. SCE depending upon the specific R group.  相似文献

The hetero-metal clusters [h5-C5H4C(O)CH2CH2C(O)OCH3]FeCoM(m3-S)(CO)8 (M = Mo 1, M = W 2) were prepared by thermal reactions of FeCo2(CO)9(m3-S) with metal exchange reagent [h5-C5H4C(O)CH2CH2C(O)OCH3]M(CO)3Na (M = Mo or W) in THF. Cluster 1 reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine at room temperature to yield the cluster hydrazone derivative (m3-S)CoFeMo(CO)8[h5-C5H4C(NR)Me] [R = NHC6H3-2,4-(NO2)2] 3. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR spectra. Cluster 1 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: C18H11O11SCoFeMo, Mr = 646.05, triclinic, space group P_1, a = 8.148(2), b = 10.685(3), c = 13.410(4) ?, a = 100.077(5), b = 102.452(5), g = 91.108(6)°, V = 1120.4(5) ?3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.915 g/cm3, F(000) = 636, m = 2.071 mm-1, the final R = 0.0378 and wR = 0.0968 for 5074 observations with (I > 2s(I)).  相似文献

Microcanonical variational transition-state theory was used to determine the entropies of activation for hydrogen-bond cleavage reactions leading to CH(3)CN + ROH(2)(+) in a series of acetonitrile-alcohol proton-bound pairs (CH(3)CN)(ROH)H(+) (where R = CH(3), CH(3)CH(2), CH(3)CH(2)CH(2), and (CH(3))(2)CH). In each case, the dissociation potential surface was modelled at the MP2/6-31 + G(d) level of theory. The dissociating configurations having the minimum sums-of-states were identified in each case and the resulting entropies of activation were calculated. Combined with previous work on the competing reaction leading to CH(3)CNH(+) + ROH, the results permitted the determination of the Delta(DeltaS) in each proton-bound pair. For the (CH(3)CN)(CH(3)OH)H(+) and (CH(3)CN)(CH(3)CH(2)OH)H(+) proton-bound pairs, the entropies of activation for the two dissociating channels are essentially the same [i.e., Delta(DeltaS) = 0], while Delta(DeltaS) for the propanol-containing pairs ranged between 40 and 45 J K(-1) mol(-1). The latter non-zero values are due to a combination of the location of the dividing surface in each dissociation and the rapidity with the frequencies of the vanishing vibrational modes go to zero as they are converted to product translations and rotations during the dissociation.  相似文献

A joint threshold photoelectron photoion coincidence spectrometry (TPEPICO) and collision-induced dissociation (CID) study on the thermochemistry of Co(CO)(2)NOPR(3), R = CH(3) (Me) and C(2)H(5) (Et), complexes is presented. Adiabatic ionization energies of 7.36 +/- 0.04 and 7.24 +/- 0.04 eV, respectively, were extracted from scans of the total ion and threshold electron signals. In the TPEPICO study, the following 0 K onsets were determined for the various fragment ions: CoCONOPMe(3)(+), 8.30 +/- 0.05 eV; CoNOPMe(3)(+), 9.11 +/- 0.05 eV; CoPMe(3)(+) 10.80 +/- 0.05 eV; CoCONOPEt(3)(+), 8.14 +/- 0.05 eV; CoNOPEt(3)(+), 8.92 +/- 0.05 eV; and CoPEt(3)(+), 10.66 +/- 0.05 eV. These onsets were combined with the Co(+)-PR(3) (R = CH(3) and C(2)H(5)) bond dissociation energies of 2.88 +/- 0.11 and 3.51 +/- 0.17 eV, obtained from the TCID experiments, to derive the heats of formation of the neutral and ionic species. Thus, the Co(CO)(2)NOPR(3) (R = CH(3) and C(2)H(5)) 0 K heats of formation were found to be -350 +/- 13 and -376 +/- 18 kJ x mol(-)(1), respectively. These heats of formation were combined with the published heat of formation of Co(CO)(3)NO to determine the substitution enthalpies of the carbonyl to phosphine substitution reactions. Room-temperature values of the heats of formation are also given using the calculated harmonic vibrational frequencies. Analysis of the TCID experimental results provides indirectly the adiabatic ionization energies of the free phosphine ligands, P(CH(3))(3) and P(C(2)H(5))(3), of 7.83 +/- 0.03 and 7.50 +/- 0.03 eV, respectively.  相似文献

Langmuir monolayers and LB films of the ring-shaped mixed-valence polyoxomolybdate [Mo142O429H10(H2O)49(CH3CO2)5(CH3CH2CO2)](30-) (Mo142) dissolved in the aqueous subphase have been successfully fabricated by using the adsorption properties of a DODA monolayer. Infrared and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy of the LB films indicates that Mo142 and DODA molecules are incorporated within these LB films. X-ray reflectivity experiments indicate that the LB films exhibit a well-defined lamellar structure formed by bilayers of DODA molecules alternating with monolayers of Mo142. Using behenic acid-modified hydrophobic quartz substrate is critical for the formation of the well-defined lamellar structure. From the values of the periodicity obtained by these experiments it is clear that the Mo142 clusters lie flat along the charged organic layers. AFM images also showed the flat and homogeneous films on the quartz substrates treated with behenic acid. Cyclic voltammograms of Mo142-LB films deposited on ITO substrates showed quasi-reversible oxidation/reduction waves with positive shift of the potential compared to the case of solution.  相似文献

The reaction of VO(acac)2 with 2-hydroxyl-1-naphthaldehyde isonicotinyl hydrazone and amines (ethylenediamine or diethylenetriamine) in CH3OH yields crystals of novel vanadium compounds characterized by IR, NMR spectroscopic methods and X-ray single-crystal structure determination. Two different vanadium units exist in the crystal cell of [VO2(C17H11N3O2)][VO- (C4H13N3)(C6H5N3O)](C2H5OH) which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.0104(17), b = 13.898(3), c = 14.955(3)A, α = 89.103(4), β = 79.551(4), γ = 78.352(4)°, V = 1603.3(6)A^3, Mr = 723.54, Dc = 1.499 g/cm^3, Z = 2, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ]A,μ= 0.644 mm^-1, F(000) = 748, the final R = 0.0547 and wR = 0.0997 for 8920 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). According to structure analysis, two different molecules are arranged in the lattice and the two vanadium atoms adopt octahedral and square pyramidal coordination geometries, respectively. The interactions between DNA and vanadium complexes have been investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectro- photometry.  相似文献
