Syntheses and Anti—inflammatory Actiobn of （η—C5H5）2Ti （Cin）2 and （η—C5H5）2Ti（Tzea）2

Two new Complexes(Cp)2Ti(Cin)2and (CP2)Ti(Tzea)2(CP=Cyclopentadienyl η^5-C5H5)have been synthesized in THF by the reaction of HCin(Cincofen,2-phenylquinoline-4-carboxylic acid)or HTzea(5-phenyltetrazolyl-2-ethanoic acid)with(Cp)2TiCl2,and characterized by elemental analyses,IR,1H NMR and 13C NMR,UV spectra,molar conductivity,TGDTA.In the complexes the carboxyl groups are coordinated to Ti(IV)in a monodentate manner,The inhibitory actions of the complexes on mice ear tumefaction caused by croton oil and the rat foot granulation growth produced by cotton wool are higher than those of the corresponding ligands HCin,HTzea and [(Cp)2TiCl2],while their toxicities are lower than those of the free ligands.ηη

An Efficient Synthesis of Highly Optically Active 4-Substituted-2（5H）-furanones from Chiral 3-Bromo-2（5H）-furanone

Highly optically active 4-substituted-2(5H)-furanones 6a-6j were obtained in good yields with de≥98% by the tandem Michael addition/elimination reaction of chiral 3-bromo-2(SH)-furanone (4a), which was conveniently prepared starting from 2-furaldehyde under mild conditions. The products were identified on the basis of their satisfactory elemental analysis and spectroscopic data of IR, UV, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and mass spectra. The stereochemistry and absolute configuration of this type of compounds were established by the X-ray crystallographic study. The reaction provided a short and efficient synthesis of the interesting highly optically active 4-subsdtuted-2(5H)-furanones containing an active pyrimidine and a purine base group.     

Synthesis and Biological Activities of 3—（2—Furyl）—4—aryl—1,2,4—triazole—5—thiones

A series of novel compounds 3-(2-furyl)-4-aryl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones have been synthesized.All the compounds were characterized by spectral data and elemental analysis. The preliminary biological test showed that some of them exhibited excellent plant-growth regulative activities.     

A Facile Solid Phase Synthesis of 2—Alkylthio—4（1H）—quinolones

The resin-bound cyclic malonic acid ester 2 reacted with aryl isothiocyanate and alkyl halides to afford the key intermediate arylthioaminomethylene cyclic malonic ester resin 3.Subsequently,resin 3 proceeded thermal cyclizaiton giving the 2-alkylthio-4(1H)-quinolones in good yields and excellent purties.

A Practical and Efficient Synthesis of 2,5-Disubstituted-3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-ones from Oxazolones

An alternative procedure for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted-3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-ones from substituted oxazolones was evaluated. The initial oxazolone ring-opening reaction was examined with a variety of ammonia source compounds followed by the subsequent 3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-one cyclization reaction, which was carried out with either an organic or inorganic base in aprotic solvents. In this article, we report the results of an efficient and straightforward procedure for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted-3,5-dihydro-imidazol-4-ones that gives satisfactory yield and quality.     

位点特异、拓扑结构明确的蛋白质-聚氨基酸偶联物的简洁合成

发展位点特异且具有明确拓扑结构的蛋白质-高分子偶联物是高分子和化学生物学领域共同面对的挑战之一.在聚合物末端精确引入一个或多个具有特殊反应活性的生物正交官能团是实现位点特异生物偶联的关键前提.这一过程通常比较低效、需要多步骤的官能团转化、聚合后修饰以及保护脱保护,费时且繁琐.最近,通过在聚合过程中原位生成官能团,以一锅-两步的过程得到可直接用于蛋白质偶联的异遥爪聚合物,从而实现了多种不同拓扑结构的蛋白质-聚氨基酸偶联物的快速构筑.这一简洁的合成路线实现了以前尚未获得的头-尾相接的环状偶联物的制备,使这些偶联物表现出了很强的体外酶稳定性以及热稳定性.该工作是蛋白质-高分子偶联化学的一次创新的尝试;同时,利用该方法所制备的偶联物在蛋白质药物领域具有广阔的应用前景.     

Synthesis of Pyrrolo [3,4-c] [1] benzazepine-4, 10 (2H, 5H)-dione,a Model System Useful for the Design of 11-Oxosibiromycinone Analogues

The synthesis of pyrrolo[3,4-c] [1] benzazepine-4,10(2H, 5H)-dione, a compound related to 11-oxosibiromycinone, is described. 2-Methyl-, 5-methyl- and 2,5-dimethylpyrrolo[3,4-c] [1] benzazepine-4, 10 (2H, 5H) - dione have been also prepared. The title compound has been synthesized either by ring enlargement of 2H-benz [f] isoindole-4,9-dione or by TosMIC addition to 1H-1-benzazepin-2,5-dione.     

Practical Synthesis of 4-Benzylidene-2-phenyl-5(4H)-oxazolones

A simple and alternative method has been developed for the synthesis of 4-benzylidene-2-phenyl-5(4H)-oxazolones via reactions of hippuric acid with various aldehydes in the presence of 2-chloro-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine/N-methylmorpholine at 75 °C.
