An efficient and green protocol for the synthesis of 4-aryl-3,4-dihydro-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-2,5-diones and 8-aryl-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,3]dioxolo[4,5-g]chromene-6-ones through the Ag2Cr2O7 nanoparticles catalyzed cyclocondensation reaction of active methylene compounds including 4-hydroxycoumarin or 3,4-methylenedioxyphenol, aromatic aldehydes, and meldrum's acid in water at ambient temperature was described. This method demonstrates several advantages compared with methods that are currently employed such as a mild reaction conditions, simple work-up, good to excellent yields, avoiding toxic catalyst and hazardous solvent, and recovery and reuse of the catalyst.  相似文献

Application of Vilsmeier–Haack reaction on 4,6-diacetylresorcinol (1) led to the formation of 4,6-dioxo-4H,6H-pyrano[3,2-g]chromene-3,7-dicarboxaldehyde (2) in good yield. The dicarboxaldehyde 2 was condensed with some carbon and nitrogen nucleophiles. Some aliphatic and aromatic Schiff bases of 4,6-diacetylresorcinol (1) were subjected to Vilsmeier–Haack formylation reaction to afford 4,6-bis(alkyl/arylimino)-4H,6H-pyrano[3,2-g]chromene-3,7-dicarbaldehydes 10, 14, and 15. Also, treatment of some bis-hydrazones of 4,6-diacetylresorcinol 1619 with Vilsmeier–Haack reagent afforded the corresponding 4,6-bis(4-formylpyrazol-3-yl)resorcinols 20 and 21, which underwent oxidation with iodine to yield the pyrano[3,2-g]chromeno[4,3-c:7,6-c]dipyrazole-4,8-diones 22 and 23, respectively. Most of the synthesized compounds revealed weak antimicrobial activities. It was noticed that the dicarboxaldehydes 2, 10, 14, and 15 exhibited moderate antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, yeast, and fungus.

A convenient and rapid synthesis of hitherto unknown 3-aroyl-4-aryl-2-phenylamino-4H-benzo[g]chromene-5,10-diones in high yield from β-aroyl-thioacetanilide, aromatic aldehyde, and 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone via InCl3 catalyzed one-pot three-component tandem Knoevenagel condensation–Michael addition–intramolecular cyclization–elimination reaction sequence is disclosed for the first time. This domino protocol has been used to obtain highly substituted pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-5(4H)-ones and 7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-4H-chromen-5(6H)-ones from N,3-diaryl-3-oxo-propanethioamide, aromatic aldehyde, and 4-hydroxycoumarine or dimedone under mild reaction conditions. A plausible reaction mechanism is proposed. The 4H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-5-one and 7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-4H-chromen-5(6H)-one derivatives possessing 3-(2-chlorobenzoyl)-2-phenylamino-substituents further cyclized under basic conditions to yield penta-cyclic 7,13-diaryl-5,14-dioxa-13-aza-benzo[a]naphthacen-6,8(7H,13H)-dione and tetra-cyclic 6,12-diaryl-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromeno[2,3-b]quinolin-1,11(6H,12H)-dione, respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-formylchromones with 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-6H-1,3-thiazin-6-ones in the presence of pyridine leads to formation of a mixture of novel N-thioaroyl-5-hydroxy-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-с]chromen-2-one-3-carboxamides and 2-aryl-5-(4′-oxochromen-3′-yl)-6,7-dihydro-4H,5H-pyrano[2,3-d][1,3]thiazine-4,7-diones. The yields of these compounds clearly depend on the nature of the substituent on the 3-formylchromone and on the reaction conditions.  相似文献

The synthesis of phenyl, phenylsulfanyl and phenylselanyl substituted pyrano[3,2-c]chromenes 4 is accomplished via cyclocondensation of 4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-carbaldehydes 1 with appropriately substituted acetic acids 2 under mild conditions. Further treatment of 4 with alcohol or water led to 5-alkoxy- and 5-hydroxy-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-2-ones 5 and 6, respectively. Acid and thermal catalysed rearrangement of 4-6 gave 5-hydroxypyrano[2,3-b]chromen-2(10aH)-ones 7 and their subsequent substitution led to 5-alkoxyderivatives 8. Reaction of 4 with amides led to 5-acylamino or 5-phenylsulfonamino substituted 2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-2-ones 9. Reactions were performed under heating or microwave irradiation.  相似文献

The mass spectral behaviour of some quinoline-type alkaloids, 3,4-dihydro-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinolin-5-ones, isomeric 3,4-dihydro-2H,5H-pyrano[2,3-b]quinolin-5-ones and 2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinolin-5-ones, was studied in detail with the aid of linked scans, exact mass measurements and collisional spectrometry. The occurrence of a partial isomerization of the differently annulated isomers to a common, open-chain structure is discussed.  相似文献

Methyl 2-(benzyloxycarbonyl)aimno-3-dimemylaminopropenoate ( 2 ) was prepared from methyl N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)glycinate ( 1 ) and t-butoxybis(dimethylamino)methane, and used as a reagent for preparation of substituted 3-(benzyloxycarbonyl)amino-4H-quinolizin-4-ones 5 and 6 , ?2H-pyran-2-ones 17–19 , ?2H-1-benzopyran-2-ones 28–31 , and -naphthopyrans 32–35 , ?2H-pyrano[3,2-c]pyridine-2,5-dione 46 , -pyrano-[4,3-b]pyran-2,5-dione 47 , -pyrano[3,2-c]benzopyran-2,5-dione 48 , -pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-6-ones 49 and 50 , -pyrano[2,3-d]pyrirnidin-7-ones 51 and 52 derivatives. In the reaction of 2 with 1,3-diketones trisubsti tuted pyrroles 14–16 were formed. Selective removal of benzyloxycarbonyl group was achieved by cat alytic transfer hydrogenation with Pd/C in the presence of cyclohexene to afford free 3-amino compounds 7 , 8 , 20 , 36–38 and 53–57 in yields better than 80%.  相似文献

Cycloaddition of dichloroketene to N,N-disubstituted 6-aminomethylene-5,6-dihydro-2-phenylbenzothiazol-7-(4H)ones gave in good yield N,N-disubstituted 4-amino-3,3-dichloro-3,4,5,6-tetrahydro-8-phenyl-2H-pyrano[3,2-g]benzothiazol-2-ones II, which are derivatives of the new heterocyclic system 2H-pyrano[3,2-g]benzothiazole. Dehydrochlorination with triethylamine of II afforded N,N-disubstituted 4-amino-3-chloro-5,6-dihydro-8-phenyl-2H-pyrano[3,2-g]benzothiazol-2-ones III in good to moderate yield. The dimethylamino adduct was dehydrochlorinated in high yield by refluxing in toluene, whereas the diisopropylamino adduct gave in low yield 6-(2,2-dichloroethylidene)-5,6-dihydro-2-phenylbenzothiazol-7-(4H)one with the triethylamine treatment. The dehydrochlorinated product IIId (NR2 = pyrrolidino) was obtained directly in low yield by cycloaddition of dichloroketene to the corresponding enaminone. Full aromatisation of IIIa,g [NR2 = N(CH3)2 and N(CH3)C6H5, respectively] to the corresponding N,N-disubstituted 4-amino-3-chloro-8-phenyl-2H-pyrano-[3,2-g]benzothiazol-2-ones was accomplished with DDQ in refluxing benzene.  相似文献

A bio-supported solid acid catalyst, cellulose-SO3H, was used for three-component reactions to synthesize 2-amino-4-aryl-5-oxo-4H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromene-3-carbonitriles, spirooxindoles, 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones, 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthen-11-ones, α-amidoalkyl-β-naphthols, and α-carbamato-alkyl-β-naphthols derivatives under solvent-free conditions.  相似文献

The key 3-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-2-oxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-5-yl acetates 3 were synthesized in high yields by cyclocondensation of 4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-carbaldehydes 1 with coumarin-3-acetic acids 2 under mild conditions. The reaction pathway involves aldol condensation and subsequent intramolecular lactonization to afford 2-oxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromene skeleton 3. Further treatment of acetates 3 with alcohols, water or nitrogen containing compounds led to 5-alkoxy-, 5-hydroxy- or 5-acylamino-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-2-ones 4-6 via nucleophilic substitution of acetyloxy group at C-5. Acetates and hydroxyl derivatives 3 and 5 undergo facile rearrangement in an acid medium yielding 5-hydroxypyrano[2,3-b]chromen-2(10aH)-ones 7. Twelve prepared compounds were evaluated on their antineoplastic activities on 60 human tumour cell line panels in NCI USA. The obtained biological results confirmed that 3-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]chromen-2-one represents a new leading skeleton suitable for further antitumour activity study.  相似文献

The hydrazones derived from coumarin-6-ylhydrazine and ethyl 6-hydrazinochromone-2-carboxylate undergo facile indolization to give 3H,7H-pyrano[3,2-e]indol-7-ones (IIIb-IIIg) and ethyl 9-oxo-3H,9H-pyrano[3,2-e]indole-7-carboxylates (IVb-IVd), respectively, in good yields. The reaction of 4- and 5-aryl-3-methylthio-1,2-dithiolylium iodides with 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one and 4-hydroxycoumarin has been studied. 4-Substituted salts yielded 3-aryl-7-methyl-2-thioxo-2H,5H-pyrano [3,2-c]pyran-5-ones and 3-aryl-2-thioxo-2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]benzo[e]pyran-5-ones, respectively, whereas 5-substituted salts gave rise to 3-(5′-aryl-1′,2′-dithiol-3′-ylidene)-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2,4-diones and 3-(5′-aryl-1′,2′-dithiol-3′-ylidene)-2H-benzo [b]-pyran-2,4-diones.  相似文献

7-Substituted 4-hydroxycoumarins (2a-e) and 4-hydroxy-2-quinolones (2f-i) have been synthesized from the appropriate phenols or anilines and were converted to the enamines 3 using triethoxymethane and aniline. Condensation of 3 with nitriles 4a-h gave substituted 2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]benzopyran-2,5-diones (5a-r) or 2H,5H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline-2,5-diones (5s-x) , which exhibit both spontaneous and stimulated fluorescence with maxima between 418 and 549 nm. The marked influence of an electron withdrawing 3-substituent in 5 is demonstrated by the fluorescence spectra of 7a,b (synthesized from 2d,e and ethyl 3-oxobutyrate), whose maxima are sharply shifted to the blue as compared with compounds 21-r.  相似文献

In the triethylamine treatment of IIh (NR2 = diphenylamino), 3-chloro-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyrano[3,2-d]-1-benzoxepin-2-one was isolated in low yield near to IIIh, whereas IIc (NR2 = diisopropylamino) gave in low yield 4-diisopropylamino-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyrano(3,2-d)-1-benzoxepin-2-one.  相似文献
