The selenites, Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O and Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4, were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structures of Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O and Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffractions. Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 (no. 2) with unit cell parameters a = 4.8493(9), b = 12.013(2), c = 12.077(2) Å, and Z = 2, whereas Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m (no. 12) with lattice cell parameters a = 12.596(6), b = 7.297(4), c = 16.914(8) Å, and Z = 2. Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O features a three‐dimensional open framework structure formed by BeO4 tetrahedra and SeO3 trigonal pyramids. Na cations and H2O molecules are located in different tunnels. Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4 has a structure composed of isolated [Mg(H2O)6] octahedra and SeO3 trigonal pyramids interacted by hydrogen bonds, and Cs cations are resided in‐between. Both compounds were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and FT‐IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Single crystals of three rubidium uranyl selenates, Rb2[(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)](H2O) ( 1 ), Rb2[(UO2)2(SeO4)3(H2O)2](H2O)4 ( 2 ), and Rb4[(UO2)3(SeO4)5(H2O)] ( 3 ), have been prepared by evaporation from aqueous solutions made out of mixtures of uranyl nitrate, selenic acid and Rb2CO3. The structures of all compounds have been solved by direct methods on the basis of X‐ray diffraction data sets. The crystallographic data are as follows: ( 1 ): orthorhombic, Pna21, a = 13.677(2), b = 11.8707(13), c = 7.6397(9) Å, V = 1240.4(3) Å3, R1 = 0.045 for 2396 independent observed reflections; ( 2 ): triclinic, P1¯, a = 8.4261(12), b = 11.8636(15), c = 13.3279(18) Å, α = 102.612(10), β = 107.250(10), γ = 102.510(10)°, V = 1183.7(3) Å3, R1 = 0.067 for 4762 independent observed reflections; ( 3 ): orthorhombic, Pbnm, a = 11.3761(14), b = 15.069(2), c = 19.2089(17) Å, V = 3292.9(7) Å3, R1 = 0.075 for 3808 independent observed reflections. The structures of the phases 1 , 2 , and 3 are based upon uranyl selenate hydrate sheets composed from corner‐sharing pentagonal [UO7]8— bipyramids and [SeO4]2— tetrahedra. In the crystal structure of 1 , the sheets have composition [(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)]2— and run parallel to (001). The interlayer contains Rb+ cations and additional H2O molecules. In structure of 2 , the [(UO2)2(SeO4)3(H2O)2]2— sheets are oriented parallel to (101). Highly disordered Rb+ cations and H2O molecules are located between the sheets. The structure of 3 is based upon [(UO2)3(SeO4)5(H2O)]4— sheets stacked parallel to (010) and contains Rb+ cations in the interlayers. The topologies of the uranyl oxoselenate sheets observed in the structures of 1 , 2 , and 3 are related to the same simple and highly‐symmetric graph consisting of 3‐connected white and 6‐connected black vertices.  相似文献

Four new thioantimonates(III) with compositions [(C3H10NO)(C3H10N)][Sb8S13] ( 1 ) (C3H9NO = 1‐amino‐3‐propanol, C3H9N = propylamine), [(C2H8NO)(C2H8N)(CH5N)][Sb8S13] ( 2 ) (C2H7NO = ethanolamine, C2H7N = ethylamine, CH5N = methylamine), [(C6H16N2)(C6H14N2)][Sb6S10] ( 3 ) (C6H14N2 = 1,2‐diaminocyclohexane) and [C8H22N2][Sb4S7] ( 4 ) (C8H20N2 = 1,8‐diaminooctane) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. Compound 1 : triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ , a = 6.9695(6) Å, b = 13.8095(12) Å, c = 18.0354(17) Å, α = 98.367(11), β = 96.097(11) and γ = 101.281(11)°; compound 2 : monoclinic space group P21/m, a = 7.1668(5), b = 25.8986(14), c = 16.0436(11) Å, β = 96.847(8)°; compound 3 : monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 11.6194(9), b = 10.2445(5) Å, c = 27.3590(18) Å, β = 91.909(6)°; compound 4 : triclinic space group P$\bar{1}$ , a = 7.0743(6), b = 12.0846(11), c = 13.9933(14) Å, α = 114.723(10), β = 97.595(11), γ = 93.272(11)°. The main structural feature of the two atoms thick layered [Sb8S13]2– anion in 1 are large nearly rectangular pores with dimensions 11.2 × 11.7 Å. The layers are stacked perpendicular to [100] to form tunnels being directed along [100]. In contrast to 1 the structure of 2 contains a [Sb8S13]2– chain anion with Sb12S12 pores measuring about 8.9 × 11.5 Å. Only if longer Sb–S distances are considered as bonding interactions a layered anion is formed. The chain anion [Sb6S10]2– in compound 3 is unique and is constructed by corner‐sharing SbS3 pyramids. Two symmetry‐related single chains consisting of alternating SbS3 units and Sb3S3 rings are bound to Sb4S4 rings in chair conformation. Finally, in the structure of 4 the SbS3 and SbS4 moieties are joined corner‐linked to form a chain of alternating SbS4 units and (SbS3)3 blocks. Neighboring chains are connected into sheets that contain relatively large Sb10S10 heterorings. The sheets are further connected by sulfur atoms generating four atoms thick double sheets.  相似文献

Syntheses of the sky blue complex compounds [Ni(H2O)3(phen)(C5H6O4)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)] ( 2 ) were carried out by the reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, glutaric acid, NiSO4 · 6 H2O and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 6.9 and 7.5, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 (P 1 (no. 2), a = 14.289 Å, b = 15.182 Å, c = 15.913 Å, α = 67.108°, β = 87.27°, γ = 68.216°, V = 2934.2 Å3, Z = 2) consists of hydrogen bonded [Ni(H2O)3‐ (phen)(C5H6O4)]2 dimers and H2O molecules. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. A TG/DTA of 2 shows two endothermic effects at 132 °C and 390 °C corresponding to the complete dehydration and the lost of phen.  相似文献

Pale pink crystals of Nd2(SeO3)2(SeO4) · 2H2O were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions from H2SeO3 and Nd2O3 at about 200 °C. X‐ray diffraction on powder and single‐crystals revealed that the compound crystallizes with the monoclinic space group C 2/c (a = 12.276(1) Å, b = 7.0783(5) Å, c = 13.329(1) Å, β = 104.276(7)°). The crystal structure of Nd2(SeO3)2(SeO4) · 2H2O is an ordered variant of the corresponding erbium compound. Eight oxygen atoms coordinate the NdIII atom in the shape of a bi‐capped trigonal prism. The oxygen atoms are part of pyramidal (SeIVO3)2? groups, (SeVIO4)2? tetrahedra and water molecules. The [NdO8] polyhedra share edges to form chains oriented along [010]. The selenate ions link these chains into layers parallel to (001). The layers are interconnected by the selenite ions into a three‐dimensional framework. The dehydration of Nd2(SeO3)2(SeO4) · 2H2O starts at 260 °C. The thermal decomposition into Nd2SeO5, SeO2 and O2 at 680 °C is followed by further loss of SeO2 leaving cubic Nd2O3.  相似文献

Two uranyl sulfate hydrates, (H3O)2[(UO2)2(SO4)3(H2O)] · 7H2O (NDUS) and (H3O)2[(UO2)2(SO4)3(H2O)] · 4H2O (NDUS1), and one uranyl selenate‐selenite [C5H6N][(UO2)(SeO4)(HSeO3)] (NDUSe), were obtained and their crystal structures solved. NDUS and NDUSe result from reactions in highly acidic media in the presence of L ‐cystine at 373 K. NDUS crystallized in a closed vial at 278 K after 5 days and NDUSe in an open beaker at 278 K after 2 weeks. NDUS1 was synthesized from aqueous solution at room temperature over the course of a month. NDUS, NDUS1, and NDUSe crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 15.0249(4) Å,b = 9.9320(2) Å, c = 15.6518(4) Å, β = 112.778(1)°, V = 2153.52(9) Å3,Z = 4, the tetragonal space group P43212, a = 10.6111(2) Å,c = 31.644(1) Å, V = 3563.0(2) Å3, Z = 8, and in the monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 8.993(3) Å, b = 13.399(5) Å, c = 10.640(4) Å,β = 108.230(4)°, V = 1217.7(8) Å3, Z = 4, respectively. The structural units of NDUS and NDUS1 are two‐dimensional uranyl sulfate sheets with a U/S ratio of 2/3. The structural unit of NDUSe is a two‐dimensional uranyl selenate‐selenite sheets with a U/Se ratio of 1/2. In‐situ reaction of the L ‐cystine ligands gives two distinct products for the different acids used here. Where sulfuric acid is used, only H3O+ cations are located in the interlayer space, where they balance the charge of the sheets, whereas where selenic acid is used, interlayer C5H6N+ cations result from the cyclization of the carboxyl groups of L ‐cystine, balancing the charge of the sheets.  相似文献

The synthesis of an organoammonium diphosphopentamolybdates(VI), (C6H14N)5[HP2Mo5O23] · 4H2O ( 1 ), is reportet. The molecular structure and spectroscopic analysis were performed using experimental techniques like X‐ray diffraction, FT‐IR, and UV/Vis. The single crystal analysis of the title compound shows that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with space group P21/c and cell constants of a = 12.7934(2) Å, b = 14.8145(2) Å, c = 27.2637(5) Å, and β = 92.9298(14)°. The Hirshfeld surfaces and the associated 2D fingerprint plots were investigated to study the intermolecular interactions in the crystal packing and this study has confirmed that the hydrogen bonding interactions play a dominating role in the stability of crystal structure. The theoretical calculations were done using PM3 semi‐empirical model and several properties were studied.  相似文献

[Cd(H2O)3(C5H6O4)]·2H2O ( 1 ) and Cd(H2O)2(C6H8O4) ( 2 ) were prepared from reactions of fresh CdCO3 precipitate with aqueous solutions of glutaric acid and adipic acid, respectively, while Cd(H2O)2(C8H12O4) ( 3 ) crystallized in a filtrate obtained from the hydrothermal reaction of CdCl2·2.5H2O, suberic acid and H2O. Compound 1 consists of hydrogen bonded water molecules and linear {[Cd(H2O)3](C5H6O4)2/2} chains, which result from the pentagonal bipyramidally coordinated Cd atoms bridged by bis‐chelating glutarato ligands. In 2 and 3 , the six‐coordinate Cd atoms are bridged by bis‐chelating adipato and suberato ligands into zigzag chains according to {[Cd(H2O)3](C5H6O4)2/2} and {[Cd(H2O)2](C8H12O4)2/2}, respectively. The hydrogen bonds between water and the carboxylate oxygen atoms are responsible for the supramolecular assemblies of the zigzag chains into 3D networks. Single crystals of a new organic–inorganic compound, (C5H6N5)2Cr2O7 (1), adeninium dichromate, were grown by the slow evaporation technique and characterized by X-ray diffraction, infrared absorption, and the optical properties were also investigated by UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system and P-1 space group with a = 11.6850(2) Å, b = 11.7531(5) Å, c = 14.5603(7) Å, α = 83.956(3)°, β = 70.481(4)°, γ = 61.863(2)°, V = 1658.70(12) Å3. The structure of the compound consists of four adeninium, (C5H5N2)+, cations, and two dichromate dianions with all the atoms situated in general positions. Each dichromate anion is formed by two tetrahedral CrO4 joined through shared O atoms and are linked to the cations with several weak hydrogen bonding interactions resulting in an extended network. 3-D Hirshfeld surface analysis and 2-D fingerprint plots indicate that the packing is dominated by H?O/O?H and H?N/N?H contacts.  相似文献

Crystal Structures of the Fluorochloroplatinates(IV) cis-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2], trans-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] · H2O, and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF5Cl] The complex ions cis-[PtF4Cl2]2?, trans-[PtF4Cl2]2? and [PtF5Cl]2? have been synthesized by stereoselective ligand exchange reactions utilizing the trans effect and are separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl cellulose. These anions form stable AB-type salts with the doubly charged cation dipyridiniomethane, [(C5H5N)2CH2]2+. X-ray structure determinations on single crystals of cis-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] ( 1 ) (monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.379(10), b = 9.635(2), c = 13.738(2) Å, β = 99.142(10)°, Z = 4), trans-[(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF4Cl2] · H2O ( 2 ) (triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.059(7), c = 10.408(6) Å, α = 82.49(5), β = 68.92(4), γ = 75.46(4)°, Z = 2) and [(C5H5N)2CH2][PtF5Cl] ( 3 ) (orthorhombic, space group Pnma with a = 10.394(3), b = 13.320(2), c = 9.2694(10) Å, Z = 4), reveal the perfect ordering of the anion sublattice. The stronger trans influence of Cl compared with F is observed in asymmetric axes $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $? Pt? Cl′. The bond lengths Pt? $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $ are 0.026 Å (1.4%) longer and the Pt? Cl′ distances are 0.078 Å (3,3%) shorter in comparison with those of symmetrically coordinated axes. The weakening of the Pt? $ {\rm F}^ \bullet $ bond and the strengthening of the Pt? Cl′ bond is better recognizable from shifts of the stretching vibrations by 8% to lower and by 13% to higher frequencies, respectively. Correspondingly, the valence force constants are found to be 15% lower and 22% higher. The trans influence is observed most distinctly in the 19F-nmr spectra exhibiting the coupling constant 1J($ {\rm F}^ \bullet $Pt) to be 29% smaller than 1J(FPt).  相似文献

Through interchain π—π stacking interactions, the {[Cd(phen)](C7H10O4)3/3} chains resulting from [Cd(phen)] moieties bridged by pimelato ligands are assembled in to layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

[(C6H5CH2C5H4)2GdCl.THF]2 (1) and (C6H5CH2C5H4)2ErCl.THF (2) were prepared by the reaction of LnCl3 (Ln? Gd, Er) with benzylcyclopentadienyl sodium in THF and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and thermal gravimetry. The crystal structures of both compounds were determined. Complex 1 is dimeric and its structure belongs to the monoclinic, P21/c space group with a=1.1432(2), b=1.2978(2), c=1.7604(3) nm, β=108.75(2), V=2.4732(9) nm3, Z=2(four monomers), Dc“1.54 g.cm?3. R=0.0342 and Rw“0.0362. Complex 2 is monomer and its structure belongs to the orthorhombic, P212121 space group with a=0.8645(2), b=1.1394(3), c=2.5289(4) nm, V=2.4919(9) nm3, Z=4, Dc“1.56 g.cm?3. R=0.0514, Rw“0.0529. The determination of the crystal structure shows that in complex 1 the benzyl groups on the cyclopentadienyls coordinated to Gd3+ are located in the opposite direction (139°); in complex 2 the benzyl groups on the cyclopentadienyls coordinated to Er3+ are located in the same direction (6.5°).  相似文献

Crystal Structures of Acid Hydrates and Oxonium Salts. 36 [1]. Selenic Acid Tetrahydrate. Ionic as (H5O2)2SeO4 in an Orthorhombic as well as a Tetragonal Form Low-melting selenic acid tetrahydrate has been studied for the first time by crystal structure analysis. Two forms have been observed, an orthorhombic one with space group Pnma and Z = 4 and a tetragonal one with space group P4 21c and Z = 2. The lattice parameters at ?150°C are a = 6.130(3), b = 12.776(6) and c = 9.299(5) Å for the orthorhombic and a = 7.676(4) and c = 6.378(3) Å for the tetragonal form. Both forms are oxonium salts, corresponding to (H5O2)2SeO4. The ions are hydrogen-bonded into a three-dimensional array. The bonds within the diaquahydrogen cations have O ?O distances of 2.422(5) and 2.425(4) Å. The tetragonal form is isotypic to the tetrahydrate of sulfuric acid.  相似文献

The title compound, Cp2TiR (Cp=C5H5; R=2,6-(4-MeC6H4)2C6H3), 1, was prepared by reaction of RLi with [Cp2TiCl]2. Compound 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, EPR, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with the following unit cell dimensions: a=11.1466(7) Å, b=16.4429(11) Å, c=13.0786(8) Å; b=106.2040(10)°;V=2301.9(3) Å3. The EPR spectrum of 1 displays two signals, a high field signal at g=1.979 and a lower field signal at g=1.959. Significantly, 1 is a sterically encumbered m-terphenyl-stabilized trivalent titanocene paramagnetic complex and may be a practical one-electron reducing reagent.  相似文献
